ISTANUL [sic] – Turkish anti-terrorism police have arrested two men suspected of plotting to kill a Christian religious figure in Istanbul, the Anatolia news agency reported Saturday.
They were picked up in a raid on an apartment in Gaziosmanpasa, a working-class district on the European side of the city, the report said, adding that police seized two pistols.
