Washington, D.C., United States (AHN) — A Virginia man of Pakistani origin on Friday pleaded guilty to charges of providing material support to dreaded Pakistan based terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Tayyiba according to U.S. government officials.
Neil H. MacBride, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia and Brenda L. Heck, Special Agent in Charge for FBI”s Washington Field Office Counterterrorism Division in a press conference highlighted the threats posed by the LeT after Jubair Ahmad, 24 appeared at a plea hearing at the Alexandria court.
