Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Confirmed: Qatar to Expel Brotherhood

Feb 20, 2014 6:39 am By Raymond Ibrahim

HelbawiDr. Kamel Helbawi, a former spokesman for the Muslim Brotherhood, confirmed that Qatar is preparing to evict many Muslim Brotherhood leaders who had fled to Doha seeking refuge after the Egyptian military ousted the Muhammad Morsi government in July 2013.

Earlier reports had said that Qatar—home of Al Jazeera, the Muslim Brotherhood’s propaganda mouthpiece—was being pressured to expel those Brotherhood leaders hiding there by Egypt, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.

It is believed that they will be sent to London, England, which has not ratified the international extradition agreement.

Helbawi, who is also the founder of the Muslim League in Britain and secretary-general of the Islamic Unity Forum in Europe, made his remarks on the Egyptian TV show, “Liberty Lounge.”  The host repeatedly asked him if reports that Qatar is kicking the Brotherhood out were true or a rumor, and he repeatedly confirmed them to be true, adding that he is sorry to see the “disintegration of the Gulf States.”

In the same interview, the former Brotherhood spokesman said that the organization is suffering from internal disputes, especially among the youth, which “is causing great consternation for the leadership.”

Maybe Qatar knows something that OBAMA, HILLARY AND KERRY don’t: namely, that the MB is the Egyptian Nazi Party. The MB is per se a CONSPIRACY to seize power run the country in the name of the people without hope of release.

The MB murdered an Egyptian prime minister and an Egyptian president as well as hundreds of political opponents. The MB is political gasoline waiting to set the world on fire…like the mullahs in Iran.

Ms May will welcome them all in Britain. They already have their headquarters in London, Clerkenwell with Ms May’s blessing.
    London Mayor’s reply
Thank you for your email to the Mayor, on whose behalf I am responding.

Proscribing any organisation is a matter for the Home Office. The Home Office has not proscribed the Muslim Brotherhood and as this organisation breaks no laws it is not possible to remove them without cause.

    Yours sincerely

No problem. They can just relocate to 113, Cricklewood Broadway, London, UK, where David Cameron and Theresa May (in a niqab) will be waiting with peeled grapes and a red carpet.

So the MB murderers are going to London? Is England now an enemy of humanity? If MB leaders are going to London then i think the London government is aiding and abetting muslim evil in the world. What financial benefit does England receive by harboring such evil men?

Taking in members of an organization who’s members worked to subvert every country they fled to in the last crackdown. What could go wrong?

I wrote a long comment then found I’d been talking out my rear (there’s always a first time – that I’d actually notice).

I got confused about specifics but got the general theme correct.

Hizb Ut Tahrir is as close to the Muslim Brotherhood as makes no difference. It was started in 1958 by a Muslim Brotherhood member and cleaved away because of some hair splitting, differences over how much to hate Israel ( a lot vs a-hella-lot).

The goals are the same. Emphasis and timing of goals is down to hair splitting. Both believe in the caliphate but Hizb Ut Tahrir is described as emphasizing it while the Muslim Brotherhood doesn’t (but it’s my impression that the MB’s goal is the establishment of the caliphate and that it had that goal from it’s inception. – so yeah same exact goal.

Hizb Ut Tahrir believes the caliphate must exist before jihad, but that’s hooey. Members fight but do so as “individuals” and members of the party support them “as individuals”. This was encountered in the Afgan Soviet war.

They also believe in coups and have attempted them in Jordan and Iraq and some other places I don’t recal. They attempted assassinations in Jordan.

Methods: They both infiltrate societies, seek out allies. Hizb Ut Tahrir infiltrates militaries with the goal of staging coups. And we see the Muslim Brotherhood infiltrating countries governing infrastructures as well.

    So same methods.

Violence. Both say they don’t believe in violence – but in secret they say they don’t belive it until the time is right. Right now the time appears to be right in Egypt for the Muslim Brotherhood.

Both are conveyor belts to Al Quada and other terror groups. They fill peoples heads with their ideology and send them on to act upon it.

So many members of the MB have now been directly tied to terrorism it’s impossible to believe they aren’t a organization.

Use and exploitation of organizations. Both create a plethora of organizations that act as fronts in order to enact their agenda. HT’s organizations in Briton are identical in appearance and behavior to MB organizations in North America.

Their student organizations serve to radicalize muslim students. When proscribed they used front groups.

Post 9/11 rhetoric: Identical. West is at war with Islam and is oppressing muslims. HT was quite cold blooded about it – openly treating 9/11 as an opportunity to press that part of their agenda in order to cleave muslims away from the rest of the population.

Israel. the MB uses Israel as a wedge issue to get muslims world wide to support them. To that end they created Hamas. HT’s attitude makes me think of Yosemite Sam on crank. To that end they created Islamic Jihad. But it has often been said that Hamas uses Islamic Jihad as cats paws.

Basically HT and MB appear to be the exact same exact same organization. Same goals and same methods but with different spheres of operation.

    HERE’S THE ACTUAL POINT* (whew)

Briton has thought about proscribing Hizb ut Tahrir. If HT and MB are so similar as to make no difference why on earth should Briton be allowing in a facet of an organization it’s already been thinking of proscribing?

Just the similarity alone should have been enough – not to mention the MB’s widespread history of subversion and innumerable connections to outright terrorism. (oh and let’s not forget the multiple documented AQ connections)

It’s like pointing a gun at your head, releasing the safety, then telling everyone it’s perfectly fine because you don’t think you will pull the trigger. And then getting on a dirt bike.

*and here’s the other actual point: Al Mujaharoun was started in the exact same way that Hizb ut Tahrir was started. A member of HT quit to start it, just as a member of the MB quit to start HT (and like when another MB member quit to start Gamaa al Ishmalaya).

All these supposed splinter groups break away from the original organization, but then never come into conflict with it. They engage in violence that is in complete symetry with and benifits the parent organizations agenda while keeping at arms reach for purposes of plausible deniability.

In terms of violent threat they need to be examined seperately but in terms of political activity and goals, they they appear to all be the exact same organization.

    Midnite,

The UK defence industry is handsomely recompensed by numerous islamic countries, which means jobs. Also, the Qataris and Saudis have massive direct investment in the UK. For example, the tallest building in the EU, now in London, was financed with Qatari cash. They gave also invested hundreds of millions of pounds in universities.

The UK has for years harboured terrorists with the deal being “don’t harm us, and we’ll leave you alone”. But that has been slowly unravelling.

    *Qatar* is expelling the Ikhwan??
That oughta be a big, big hint to all non-Muslim lands to **do likewise**.

The example of the Ayatollah Khomeini needs to be remembered. *No* infidel land should give ‘asylum’ to Mohammedan Gang Bosses.

The IKhwan and all its associated wholly-owned franchises, proxies and front groups and organisations should be *banned* in all non-Muslim countries. Banned, shut down, assets seized, and all identifiable members and leaders given the boot, with one-way tickets back to the dar al Islam.

And word to Truthiocity above, re. Hizb ut Tahrir. They are at present not banned in Australia. They are not prevented from holding ‘conferences’ where they gin up enthusiasm for the Universal Caliphate…that is, the Enslavement of All Mankind. But they *should* be banned.

Then there’s Tablighi Jamaat…another conveyor belt for Jihad. Out with ’em!

And every American jihadwatcher should be pressing their elected representatives, demanding the expulsion of Fethullah Gulen, who is at *least* as sinister and dangerous, in his hideyhole in the USA, as was the Ayatollah Khomeini in his villa in France. It’s high time he was uprooted; and his entire Organisation with him. Shut down those Fethullah Gulen ‘schools’, all they are is dawa for the Mohammedan Mob. Every *other* non-Muslim land, such as Australia, if they had a gram of sense, would get rid of Fethullah Gulen-related entities and organisations as well.

Okay, now its clear you guys have no idea what you are talking about.

People like Fethullah Gulen and his organization insidious infiltrators into western society, quite the opposite, they are western experiments to try and change Islam.

The American CIA has long used radical islamists as assets against its enemies. The CIA supported the radical Islamist-Turkish nationalist Bozkurt organization in assasinating Turkish leftists and Communists during the Cold War, and in spreading Islamism and Pan Turkism in Soviet Turkic Republics.

Meanwhile, the Soviets support the Armenian Secret Army for the Liberation of Armenia (ASALA) against Turkey, the west, and Israel. The ASALA acted on behalf of the Soviet Union in assasinating Turkish diplomats, fighting Israel in Lebanon, and anti-western activities in general. Look them up.

Now America is trying to do the opposite since the Cold War is over, they are trying to preach a “peaceful” “sanitized” version of Islam with people like Fethullah Gulen as the tools. Fethullah Gulen for one, concentrates most of his efforts on proselyitizing in Turkey and already Muslim countries, and his schools in western countries mainly cater to Muslim immigrants.

Gulen is actually drawing people away from traditional and hard line Islam. His organization reaembles more of a cult like Scientology.

No doubt Gulen is in cahoots with the American government and allows the CIA access to his organizations activities.

I’ve talked to Turks and they see Fethullah Gulen and his influence on the AKP as part of an American plot to destroy Islam and spreading American influence. Did you not read the media about the rift between Gulen and Erdogan? Gulen is perceived as pro-American and he is accused by Erdogan’s supporters of the one who exposed the corruption scandal in Erdogan’s government as a way of helping America reign in Erdogan and spread American influence in Turkey.

As for the Muslim Brotherhood, the biggest anti-Muslim brotherhood countries in the middle east are Saudi Arabia and the UAE, the Saudis supported the Egyptian military ouster and crackdown in the brotherhood, and the Saudis supported Mubarak before them. The Saudis no doubt pressured Qatar to make this move. Robert Spencer’s views are in sync with that of the Saudi government.

        ………………………………

So what? Islam is *full* of internecine power struggles, and always has been—this is in fact the very basis of “leadership” in Islam. Both Gülen and Erdogan would like to head a new Caliphate based in the seat of the old Ottoman Empire—that does not mean that their visions are that different.

        More:

Gulen is perceived as pro-American and he is accused by Erdogan’s supporters of the one who exposed the corruption scandal in Erdogan’s government as a way of helping America reign in Erdogan and spread American influence in Turkey.
        ………………………………

Erdogan would like to portray Gülen in this manner, because portraying someone as “pro-American” is always the kiss of death among pious Muslims.

But like so many Muslims in the West, Gülen is just using the United States as a base from which to operate and to spread Da’wa. He is not pro-American—or pro-Western—in any fundamental sense.

        More:

        ………………………………

More crap. Saudi Arabia’s antipathy towards the Muslim Brotherhood is not “religious” or philosophical—they both want Shari’ah states. It is just that the Saudis recognize the MB as a potential threat to their own power.

And to say that “Robert Spencer’s views are in sync with that of the Saudi government” is sickening and false.

Robert Spencer has many times exposed the barbarism of Saudi Arabia—its funding of Jihad terrorism, its aggressive campaign of Da’wa, its oppression of women, its crushing of freedom of speech, and its mistreatment of non-Muslims.

This would be just as ridiculous as saying that Robert Spencer’s views are “in sync” with that of Hizb’allah because he considers the Sunni resurgence of the “Arab Spring” a bad thing; or saying that his views are “in sync” with the Syrian Jihadists because he criticizes the brutal Iranian regime.

The fact is that Robert Spencer *consistently* stands against the savagery of Jihad and Shari’ah, whatever quarter it comes from—your attempts at obfuscation do nothing to change this.

Suicidal policies of refusing to recognize the threat of Islam have led to the murders of American soldiers at the hands of Jihadists in Afghanistan and Iraq supposed to be our “allies”, as well as the mass immigration of “asylum seekers” who then have committed acts of Jihad terrorism such as the Boston Marathon bombing.

Obama praised the Shari’ah-instituting Muslim Brotherhood, absurdly characterizing it as a symbol of democracy.

And right now, the American government is appeasing Iran, leading to emboldened saber-rattling among the Mullahs.

The idea that “they know perfectly well what everyone is really about”, in light of this, would indicate that these suicidal policies are deliberate.

And the implication that one should sit by while the threat of Islam increases and do nothing because one should bow to the intrinsic wisdom of governmental policy is absurd.

Ultimately, though, I doubt very much that that is your intention here at all. Like most positing false moral equivalence, the goal is most often to distract the reader from the threat of Jihad altogether.

Obama and the Saudis and UAE were in cahoots over the plan to overthrow the Brotherhood, the Saudis and UAE are playing bad cop (openly supporting the overthrow) while Obama is playing good cop (pretending to be outraged over the suspension of a democratically elected government).

Do you even have any idea of the repurcussions if Obama openly admitted that he supported the overthrow of the Muslim Brotherhood? Muslim Brotherhood supporters are already cursing the Saudi government and America’s popularity is already hitting rock bottom.

If Obama was genuinely outraged, he would immediately have suspended ALL aid to Egypt, slapped massive sanctions on Egypt and Saudi Arabia and pressure all other countries to do the same.

Good God, where to start? For one thing, Obama spoke positively of the Muslim Brotherhood *before* the “Arab Spring” and their coming to power—he insisted to Mubarak that they be allowed to openly attend his Cairo speech.

And then, positing the Muslim Brotherhood as representing democracy is utterly ludicrous—as though a bunch of Jihadists intent on imposing very un-democratic Shari’ah can be so characterized.

And implying that the Muslim world is supportive of democracy and would be upset if they thought we were “against democracy” is simply laughable.

Islam is profoundly *un-democratic*—there is not a single Muslim state that can properly be described as a democracy, nor has their ever been one historically. Moreover, the most pious Muslims regularly rail against even the thinnest trappings of democracy that are present.

Meanwhile, the United States—despite her shortcomings—is virtually the model of democracy.

Finally, the idea that the United States has a positive image in Dar-al-Islam *now* is also ludicrous. One of the things they most hate about the United States, in fact, is that we have a strong democracy that protects the rights of minorities and of freedom of speech.

The Muslim Brotherhood was elected in democratic elections, like Hamas was in Gaza. In fact, radicals like Hizb ut-Tahrir who call democracy “polytheism” (since man and not God decides in democracy) attack the Muslim Brotherhood for participating in elections.

America under Bush attacked the Muslim Brotherhood affiliated Hamas for winning the elections in 2005, and supported the defeated Fata instead, with the result that Hamas is now in total control of the Gaza strip and portray themselves as the underdog to Israel and America.

Obama learned the lesson from Gaza. Instead of supporting Mubarak outright like the Saudis wanted him to do, Obama put on a fake show of support for the underdog, the Muslim Brotherhood, to lure them into a false sense of security and lure them out into the open. During Mubarak’s rule, the Muslim Brotherhood was a repressed organization in hiding. After, they were tricked by the situation into fully revealing their apparatus and running in the elections with Mursi coming to power.

Obama then publicly faked support for the Brotherhood and pretended to throw a hissy fit, while giving approval for Saudi Arabia to help take the Brotherhood down. Obama’s fake outrage at Sisi and his dramatic threats of suspending aid to Sisi are what make’s Obama’s public stance so fake. Obama knew that the Egyptian military was in control of itself, and not controlled by the Brotherhood the entire time.

If Obama supported Mubarak openly against the Brotherhood and not let the military take Mubarak out of power, there would have been a civil war in Egypt and the result would end up like Gaza.

I never said anything about pro-Russian dictators being democrats. They are certainly secularists, their alleged public “devotion” to Islam, matches that of American politicians who profess their devotion to Christianity to get support from religious voters. They haven’t enacted pro-Islam policies at all. (Alot of countries ban proselyitizing and missionaries, like North Korea for one, their anti-proselytizing laws have to do with their Soviet era views against religion).

    Mazo is still banging on:

The Muslim Brotherhood was elected in democratic elections, like Hamas was in Gaza. In fact, radicals like Hizb ut-Tahrir who call democracy “polytheism” (since man and not God decides in democracy) attack the Muslim Brotherhood for participating in elections.
    …………………………….

Of course they do—this is no real contradiction.

Some pious Muslims are willing to use the “one man, one vote, one time” strategy—and some consider even this un-Islamic, and favor simply violently seizing power.

    More:

America under Bush attacked the Muslim Brotherhood affiliated Hamas for winning the elections in 2005, and supported the defeated Fata instead, with the result that Hamas is now in total control of the Gaza strip and portray themselves as the underdog to Israel and America.
    …………………………….

What crap—Hamas is now in full control of Gaza because they murderously attacked their Fatah rivals—shooting them in the kneecaps so they could not flee, throwing them out of windows, pursuing them into hospitals to finish them off—finally, the surviving Fatah members would up fleeing to Israel.

*This* is what you consider “democratic”—good God.

    More:

Obama learned the lesson from Gaza. Instead of supporting Mubarak outright like the Saudis wanted him to do, Obama put on a fake show of support for the underdog, the Muslim Brotherhood, to lure them into a false sense of security and lure them out into the open…
    …………………………….

Izzat so? And you have deduced this…how, exactly? Since it flies in the face of almost everything Obama has ever said or done?

And nice to know that you regard oppressive imposers of Shari’ah as the “underdogs”.

    More:

During Mubarak’s rule, the Muslim Brotherhood was a repressed organization in hiding. After, they were tricked by the situation into fully revealing their apparatus and running in the elections with Mursi coming to power.
    …………………………….

Wow—that Obama sure is slick! He managed to bring the Muslim Brotherhood to power—that’ll learn ’em!

    More:

    …………………………….

Good to know you are privy to this switcheroo!

    More:

If Obama supported Mubarak openly against the Brotherhood and not let the military take Mubarak out of power, there would have been a civil war in Egypt and the result would end up like Gaza.
    …………………………….

It sure is a good thing that Obama has similarly prevented Jihadists from taking over Libya, and Tunisia, and from making such headway in Syria, and Lebanon…oh, wait…

Overall, the characterization of Obama as an Anti-Jihadist puppet master working behind the scenes to ensure the failure of Shari’ah states is simply laughable.

    …………………………….

This is very like other transitional Muslim nations that retain vestiges of the ancien regime—many of the ‘Stans have Jihad groups seeking the imposition of Shari’ah law. Assuming these stretches are or will remain fully secular is pretty iffy.
