Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

China: “Xinjiang separatist forces” carried out Kunming Railway Station attack

Mar 1, 2014 7:21 pm By Robert Spencer

LiveLeak-dot-com-290_1393687533-231015eafkyo0wvo9at74k_1393687741.jpg.resized“Xinjiang separatist forces” are Islamic jihadists who are dedicated to establishing an Islamic Sharia state in Xinjiang. Now the Chinese government has identified them as having perpetrated this mass murder attack, as I noted here. “Kunming violence launched by Xinjiang separatist forces,” from Xinhua, March 2:

KUNMING, March 2 (Xinhua) — Evidence at the crime scene showed that the Kunming Railway Station terrorist attack was carried out by Xinjiang separatist forces, the municipal government said Sunday.

It is a veiled threat to China to ‘drop’ Assad. Bandar’s ‘Sochi’ warning to Putin that he controls the rebels in Chechnya, underlines the recent eruption at Tiannamen that was linked to the Xinjiang separatists.

    • Mazo says

      Mar 2, 2014 at 12:04 am

China is not backing Assad. It only went along with Russia at the veto to send a message to western powers. In truth, their veto was only symbolic, since only one veto (Russia) was requires to derail any resolution. Russia is behind supplying Assad militarily and financially, China is neutral in that matter.

The attack is not a veiled threat, if this attack was supported by a foreign country, they would not have been armed with knives, but bombs.

China is actually expanding ties with Saudi Arabia and other Arab states, selling missles and other tecnology to Saudi and buying oil. China sold nuclear capable DF-21 missle to Saudi before.

I doubt it’s a warning in the case of China.
But in every case, every Muslim threat should provoke an active response.
We should raid the Ummah before they raid us.
And we should make very sure that the price the Sons of Allah pay for threatening us is higher than the price we pay for being different from them.
The Ummah will cease their aggression only when they are hurt and weakened again.
As in the 19th and most of the 20th centuries.

China must crack down on Xinjiang with the brutality of Russia’s war against Chechen separatists. Anything less will only be interpreted as weakness and cause more jihad attacks. They should also do as Russia did and put in a dependable dictator to keep the region under full control.

I don’t say this to be bloodthirsty but the parallels are obvious.

    • WVinMN says

      Mar 1, 2014 at 11:52 pm

China does more than “crack down” on any dissenters, including the Islamic types within their own borders. Think about this for just a moment. A country sporting arguably the worst human rights record during the last 70 years or so, one that murdered more people than Stalin and Hitler combined, still has a problem dealing with Islamic terrorists. Physically taking on terrorism is but one of many necessary fronts we must fight these bastards on. In the long run, informing more people about the evil inherent in Islam will result in shaming the practice into hiding among the vilest corners of the planet. Countries need to completely divest themselves from conducting business with most M.E. and Persian nations. A heavy dose of “shame” aimed at western nations that continue to invest/trade with this filth will go a long way in accomplishing this goal (think about the trade barriers/sanctions levied against South Africa by many western nations during the last 20 years or so of Apartheid). Do this and watch all those sharia based governments begin to “repent” their evil ways when the oil money stops flowing in.

        Mar 2, 2014 at 6:37 am

        Timely, thoughtful comment from WVinMN.
It’s wise not to jump to any conclusions about who is the most bloodthirsty/vicious – the Chinese Communists or the Muslims wanting their separation from the encroaching culture of China. This conflict must be resolved, however temporarily, between the Muslims and the Chinese Communists.
Americans and Westerners in general are simply are not culturally equipped to make judgement calls on Asian affaires unless they are in direct confrontation with American territorial security.
This is just another of the many fluctuating, complex and centuries-old Asian conflicts that will continue for even more centuries despite contemporary “United Nations Observers” etc being sent out busy-busy to write up reports and charges of “human rights” atrocities.
Who pays any attention to U.N. Observers?

I second your comments. I was in Mainland China in 1992-94, and already dissatisfaction was visible–and not just from the Uighurs. Teochiu- and Hakka-speaking rural folks in Guangdong rioted against Party officials who gave away land to large Southeast Asian conglomerates (and neither dialect group has more than a handful of Muslims). There are stirrings of labor unrest, too. Further, as one with interests in Christian missions, I know something of what my coreligionists among the Han must put up with.

Christians in Syria City Reportedly Sign Second Class Citizen Pact with Islamist Rebels, Forced to Pay Protection Tax…in Gold

The Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), a radical rebel group trying to impose sharia law in Syria, has reportedly forced Christians in a Syrian city this week to begin paying a protection tax – in gold – and is limiting the practice of the Christian faith.

ISIL said that in exchange for the payments and curbing of the public display of Christianity, which were detailed in a signed document – the rebel group would protect Christians in the city of Raqqa as long as they accept the second class “dhimmi” status specified in Islam.

Thanks for linking that. I observe that the SMH correspondent in China is one “Philip Wen”…who I would deduce to be Sino-Australian, bilingual in Chinese and English, and therefore able to interview the locals, and understand the local media.

That Sydney Morning Herald article contains this wrenching story by one of the bereaved:

‘Wang Yu, a man in his twenties from Harbin [which is in far northeastern China, bordering on Russia], said his mother was killed after she failed to get away from attackers when she tripped over a chair.

“I wasn’t able to pick up my mother, my father was trying to pull her away, [but] then **the attacker stabbed my mother in the throat** [my emphasis – dda],” he told official news agency Xinhua.”

Yes, this is Xinhua carrying that story – but after seven years reading about Muslim modus operandi the world over, I find that story totally credible. It’s what Mohammedan mobsters, high on hubris, ecstatic with bloodlust and malignant narcissism, getting their jollies from *hurting* unarmed people, *do*: slit the throat of a middle aged or elderly lady who has just tripped over a chair.

“The attacker stabbed my mother in the throat”.

Yup, following the Koranic command to the letter – “smite at their necks”.

Further remark: I give the reporter and the SMH negative marks for failing to do historical research. From the article -” Saturday’s assault took place more than 1000 kilometres to the southeast in Yunnan, which has not had a history of unrest”.

That sentence *should* have read, “Saturday’s assault took place more than 1000 km to the southeast in Yunnan, which last experienced a major outbreak of mass-murderous Muslim jihad in the form of the so-called “Panthay rebellion” of 1855-1861, in one phase of which the Muslim warlord Du Wenxiu occupied Kunming and mass-murdered Lamas and Buddhist monks and many Han Chinese”.

      • Mazo says

        Mar 2, 2014 at 7:37 pm

Congragulations on your historical revisionism, linking the conpletely unrelated Panthay Rebellion to Uyghurs when they are completely unrelated to each other.

In fact, it was a Hui Muslim from Yunnan, who was born just one year after the Panthay Rebellion ended, Ma Shaowu 馬紹武 who fought against Uyghur separatists in Xinjiang in 1933-34 when he was stationed at Kashgar.

Oh yes, and those Tibetan Buddhist Lamas in Yunnan sure loved Catholic Christians so much, that in 1905 they massacred and tortured French Catholic missionaries and killed Tibetan converts to Catholicism. This happened in Yunnan.

        http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1905_Tibetan_Rebellion

Despite their cruelty, I’m actually slightly sympathetic to the Tibetans during that rebellion, (except for them committing the atrocities against civilians) because the Chinese government should have taken a stronger stance against Christian proselyteization (western imperialism in disguise).

As for the “Koranic command”, are you implying that a non-Muslim attacker would be stupid, and not try to stab at the throat when trying to kill someone, given that it is the most exposed area availible to inflict a fatal wound?

    • voegelinian says

      Mar 2, 2014 at 2:12 am

Indeed. And two major factors are different — if not unprecedented — in this new phase of Pan-Islamic revival:

      1) the infiltration of millions of Muslims into the Enemy Camp — i.e., into our lands, invited by us!

      2) the ability of modern weapons technology and related technologies that tend to enable a radical levelling of the playing field (or, grimly, the killing field) such that “sideways warfare” (aka “terrorism” and other related acts of violence) becomes a competitive alternative to formal frontal military assault which Muslims are unable to accomplish given their otherwise staggering inferiority on all levels of sociopolitical existence. The last time they even tried to marshal such a frontal military assault was in 1683; and they lost that battle.

Note: #2 only becomes a formidably deadly problem for us because of the ability #1 gives them to plot horrific terror attacks and foment violent destabilization deep inside Enemy Lines (i.e., our lands).

      • Charli Main says

        Mar 2, 2014 at 8:12 am

        1) indeed !!!!
The Muslim 5th column swarming into Kaffir countries in the guise of ” asylum seekers” ” refugees” “immigrants”.
The doors to the citadel have been flung open by the “human rights” brigade, all flags waving, to Muslim invaders whose only objective is to Islamize the host country and introduce Sharia law.
So far, this almost bloodless invasion of Christian countries is proving to be Islam´s greatest success in the last 1400 years.

Above, I clicked on a link supplied by poster “David”, which took me to a report filed by a China-based reporter attached to Australia’s “Sydney Morning Herald” newspaper.

It contained, reproduced from Xinhua, the story of a young man named Wen Yu, from Harbin. He was in the station with his parents when they were attacked. His mother, as she fled, tripped over a chair. And as his father tried to lift her up, one of the Muslim murderers pounced and *stabbed her in the neck*.

My heart goes out to Wen Yu, and to all the bereaved: ordinary Chinese non-Muslims who were peacefully going about their business when the Mohammedan murderers ambushed them; just like the ordinary Indian non-Muslims of Mumbai, or the ordinary Russians at the Volgograd railway station, or Jewish tourists on a bus in Bulgaria, or commuters and office-workers in NYC, or London, or African farmers sleeping in their beds in a Christian village in northern Nigeria, or anywhere else that the Allah Gang has suddenly stormed in and started butchering or blowing-up people as human sacrifices to the arab demon of blood and war, the infernal allah.

May the wounded make a full recovery.

    May the bereaved be comforted.

And may justice, strict justice, be done; may the surviving perps and the jihad gang bosses be caught.

Although I totally disapprove of and condemn Chinese imperialism in Tibet, and I totally disapprove of and condemn Chinese repression of the unregistered Christian churches, and I do not love autocratic and corrupt totalitarian states, I will not shed one single tear for Mohammedans who murder little old ladies in railway stations – nor for those who plotted the attack and sent out the murderers – as and when they are hunted down and served their just desserts by Chinese law enforcement or military.

Tsk tsk……ever heard of the 1930-1932 Sino-Tibetan War? About 18 years before the Communists took over China.

      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sino-Tibetan_War

“The Sino-Tibetan War began in 1930 when the Tibetan army under the 13th Dalai Lama invaded Xikang and Yushu in Qinghai in a dispute over monasteries. Ma clique warlord Ma Bufang secretly sent a telegram to Sichuan warlord Liu Wenhui and the leader of the Republic of China, Chiang Kai-shek, suggesting a joint attack on the Tibetan forces. Their armies rapidly overwhelmed and defeated the Tibetan army.”

“When the ceasefire negotiated by Tang failed Tibet expanded the war in 1932, attempting to capture parts of southern Qinghai province following a dispute in Yushu, Qinghai, over a monastery. Ma Bufang and Liu saw this as an opportunity to retake Xikang for China.[6] Under Gen. Ma the 9th Division (Kokonor)–composed entirely of Muslim troops—prepared for an offensive against the Tibetans (Kokonor is another name for Qinghai).[7][8] The army of Ma Bufang vanquished the Tibetan armies and recaptured several counties in Xikang province. Shiqu, Dengke and other counties were retaken from the Tibetans.[3][9][10] The Tibetans were pushed back to the other side of the Jinsha River.[11][12]”

      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1905_Tibetan_Rebellion

“Under pressure from foreigners, the Qing Dynasty government allowed Christian missionaries into Tibetan Buddhist areas in Yunnan province. The Tibetan Lamas had long defied the rule of the Qing authorities and officials, and the Qing dynasty fought against a rebellion of the Lamas around 1905. The Tibetan Buddhist Lamas attacked and murdered Chinese officials, French Roman Catholic Priests from Paris Foreign Missions Society such as Jean-André Soulié or Jules Dubernard, and Christian converts in the area, in retaliation for the missionaries’ success at converting the natives to Catholicism. The Buddhist Gelug (Yellow) Sect was primarily responsible for the revolt and deaths.”

“In south-west China, Fr Charles Renou established the first mission in Tibetan territory. while near the frontier of Sichuan and Yunnan the little missions that were set up were constantly threatened by troops from the Tibetan monasteries. The lives of these missionaries were filled with exiles, destruction and reconstruction, and, during the rebellion against Chinese control in the Tibetan borderlands in 1905, violent and cruel murders.

And we recall here Fr Maurice Tornay, a canon–regular of Grand St Bernard, assassinated by lamas on August 11, 1949, on the frontier of independent Tibet, and who was beatified by Pope John-Paul II in 1993. His crime was to have penetrated into the interior of Tibet in order to plead with the government of Lhasa for Christians, who were forbidden the right to exist in their own country. Well, Blessed Maurice was the eleventh and most recent of Tibet’s missionary martyrs. But, from 1854 to 1940 ten MEP missionaries had suffered the same fate in similar circumstances. Perhaps people forgot to beatify them?”

          Mazo,

I am curious, what do your last 2 posts ( and probably more) have to do with these murderous bastards–aka Muslims, killing civilians in a train station? (And blowing up tourist buses; attacking a synagogue –probably more then one; London bombings; Spanish (I believe train bombings); attempted car bomb in Times Square (Manhattan, New York City); and hundreds of other acts of atrocities?

Let us not forget Fort Hood; and 911. From The Religion of Peace.

May they all go to hell–and quickly

          @Joel

Do you not realize that it was dumbledoresarmy who first mentioned Tibetans and Hui Muslims (the latter in an earlier post here) when they had nothing to do with the article?
