I am a frequent guest on Peter Boyles’s KNUS show, the premier talk show in Denver. Yesterday, Chuck Bonniwell was in for Peter, and we had a wide-ranging discussion talking on a variety of issues.
Then yesterday afternoon I was on Issues, Etc., talking about David Cameron’s call for an investigation of the Muslim Brotherhood in the UK. You can listen here.
Then in the evening I was on Chris Barry’s FM104 Phoneshow in Ireland, discussing the recent incident in which an Irish judge, Anthony Halpin, first noted that Muslims believe they can beat their wives and then retracted his statement and apologized. The discussion centered on whether or not the Qur’an actually tells Muslims to beat disobedient women (it does, at 4:34), and whether or not Halpin should accordingly have apologized. I was on with two Muslim spokesmen in Ireland who gave a textbook example of disingenuousness, diversionary tactics, and denouncing of the messenger rather than dealing with the message. They repeatedly avoided direct questions and frequently gave deceptive and dishonest answers about the teaching of the Qur’an and Islam. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look as if Barry is going to post a podcast. If anyone by any chance recorded the show, please contact me at director[at]jihadwatch.org.
