The most disturbing aspect of the entire Benghazi scandal, after the deaths of the four Americans, is the Obama Administration’s decision to blame the freedom of speech for the attack and imprison a man for the crime of breaking Islamic law. That is one part of this whole affair that could have repercussions for decades to come. Even just a few years ago, the prospect of a Secretary of State saying that the U.S. was going to arrest a man because he made a film that offended Muslims would have been unthinkable. Now, no one cares.

In an exclusive interview with Sean Hannity on Friday, Charles Woods, the father of Benghazi hero and former Navy SEAL Ty Woods, hit back at the Obama administration and those who claim there are no more unanswered questions regarding the 2012 terrorist attack in Libya.
Newly-released emails — referred to as a “smoking gun” by some — reveal an apparent coordinated effort to portray the Benghazi attacks as the result of a video as opposed to a terrorist attack in order to protect President Barack Obama’s reelection chances. Reports and even congressional testimony indicate the intelligence community knew almost immediately the Benghazi attacks were terrorism-related.
When asked if he felt he was intentionally lied to, Woods recalled his meeting with then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at Andrews Air Force Base back in September of 2012.
“Hillary Clinton came up to me and I gave her a handshake and a hug, and when I shook her hand she said to me, ‘We are going to have the filmmaker arrested.’ Even at that time, she was trying to place a spin on what happened,” he said.
Woods expressed his frustration that no attempts were made by the military to intervene and save the lives of Americans in Benghazi.
“And there was no attempt made,” he said after listening to the testimony of Brig. Gen. Robert Lovell (Ret.). “As many military have said, within an hour or an hour and a half they could have had jets from Italy above the battle at Benghazi. Whether they were armed or not, at least they could have broken the sound barrier, they could’ve dispersed and caused confusion on the battlefield. Even that was not done. No attempt was made.”
Hannity later asked Woods what he would ask President Obama if he had the chance. He said he would tell the president — as he did in a past letter — to imagine if it were a member of his family who was killed in Benghazi. Woods said Obama responded that he wouldn’t have done anything different if it were a member of his family.

Back in the early 90’s, and when it became evident to me (and shocking) that American media were the biggest lairs in the world – Hillary, her husband, NATO (Wesley Clarke) and John Kerry (to name a few) sided with the Albanian muslims against the Serbs. I believe that a just international court (I can dream) would be pressing charges against the American officials of that time – for taking part in a war that they had no business in. The Clintons (mostly Hillary, I believe) were the biggest advocates for the Albanians – so much so – that the Albanians have even named their streets after the Clintons. (Search this on the web if you don’t believe).

Putin is not worried about the huffings and puffings of girly-man obama.

Didn’t HRC say something during the Istanbul Process about causing people not to say things about islam that muslims don’t like, to the effect that if other things don’t work, *We’ll shame them* in to not telling the truth?
I can’t recall her exact words, but she was all for stopping the freedom of speech when it comes to islam. Even if the filmmaker was legally arrested due to using the internet when he was told by LE not to do so, she was getting the message out that someone who tells the truth about islam will be punished.

Hillary Clinton’s personality and record need to be made a MAJOR election issue should she decide to run for POTUS, and the Benghazi mess–especially its subtle attempt to blame the volatility of the Islamic Street on Americans’ (and residents’) free speech rights–should be shoveled at her doorstep. Major news media who refuse to look into these (as well as into her WHitewater files being “lost” until the statute of limitations ran out) should be ridiculed, pilloried, and harrassed by their upstart rivals.

Dan Triplett: No recall or impeachment of Obama is an option. Denounce him, as I and many others will, but going for recall or impeachment is a waste of time. In fact, doing so will make those who pursue these options look like fringe folks. Instead, continue to point out just how awful Obama is and don’t vote Democrat for any reason (not that the Republicans are just fine, which they most certainly are not, but they are still preferable to Democrats and the more Republicans in office the less likely some of them will wimp out on sundry issues).

And that she would believe that the father of a brave murdered Navy Seal *would want to hear* something so Orwellian is truly disturbing.
