This is the streaming video of my talk at Cal Poly — California Polytechnic State University — in San Luis Obispo, California, on Tuesday evening. The actual event starts at 8:19, so skip up to that point unless you want to watch people coming in and taking seats.
The event was preceded by the usual Muslim Students Association grievance-mongering and bogus claim of victimhood status, with an article in the campus newspaper complaining about my imminent appearance, making wild claims about what would happen if I spoke, and asking that the event be canceled. Student Nate Honeycutt and the Cal Poly College Republicans stood firm, however, even under heavy pressure from a Professor of Religious Studies (who did not have the courage to attend the event, after promising to do so) to cancel.
The crowd of about 150 was made up of about 50 non-Muslim Leftist students, about 50 Muslim students, and about 50 people from the area. Things get interesting during the question and answer period, when the Leftists ask hostile questions, people from the town ask illuminating questions, and the Muslim students remain absolutely silent. I heard later that they were sending questions via email or text to the leader of the MSA chapter, who was near the back of the room, for his approval before they asked it, and he was nixing every one. Hmmmm. I wonder why.

Dear Robert:
the reason why the MSA leader was nixing all questions from the muslim students is because Islam cannot refute what you say!

When Mr. Spencer does one of these rare STUDENT-PREDOMINANT appearances, there is an extremely valuable “tip of the iceberg” effect.
Those young persons — via social media & email — tell their friends, and those persons forward the vid to others, on and on.
We here at JW will never know just how many minds still in the formative stage have been influenced by this Q&A talk — but I’d bet the number will be huge.
MSAs know that, so they work especially hard to get these events cancelled.

Thank you Mr Robert for opening the eyes & minds of youth for Public school education has not taught the kids about the truth. These kids are the future of our country and this is the only way we can prevent history from repeating itself. Thank You & God Bless !

The leader of Boko Haram declared his mission statement which is to make war against ‘Christians generally’. This is a holy war against ALL Christians.
Let politicians and the public take note. Boko Haram is claiming that SLAVERY IS NORMATIVE ISLAM and it is.
The Obama messengers and Obama himself are unacquainted with Sharia law. Slavery is legislated in many chapters of Sharia law.

I think many Americans do not realize how pro Muslim Barak Hussein Obama is. I think he is a Muslim with Islamist leanings. You were stupid to elect him once and then you repeated the mistake, leaving much of the world to suffer under the jackboot of Muslim arrogance .

Don’t look at me. I didn’t vote for this anti-American, racist, corrupt man. I tried to warn away everyone I could!

I again thank you Robert for your passion and factual presentation on Islam and the current direction our country is obviously heading you are an inspirational champion for freedom and for that I am truly great full it is on all of us to preserve the rights of speech and to challenge anyone whos sole intention of silencing our voices to further advance intolerant ways of thinking or discussing matters that challenges what is perceived as the law of the world concerning the ideals of a lot of different Islamic groups we must fight to keep the right to disagree for if we loose that right we have lost so much more. Thank You Mr. Spencer.

Very good information in this video. I don’t know about any one else – but the history & geography classes of the schools I went to – never taught about the Ottoman Empire or the Armenian genocide. Other than American history – I don’t believe there is any history to be taught that is more important – especially for this generation.
Robert, I’m praying everyday for your voice to be heard – especially among the college age generation. There are so few of you who do this and I believe it is vitally important that it be done. Thank you. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray the Father Blesses you, not only in this – but in everything.

Magnificent!
Q&A especially good where Robert deals with a wide variety of questions both sympathetic and unsympathetic to his work.

Having on one occasion had the opportunity, during one of his two visits to Australia, to hear Mr Spencer speak in person, I am delighted by the fact that he was able to give a presentation on a university campus.
He is a *natural* teacher and communicator. I speak as one who in the course of acquiring my two university degrees sat under many lecturers and tutors, the good, the bad and the indifferent.
Mr Spencer is up there with the best of the best.
May he be booked for many, many more university gigs.
