Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Islamic State “no longer a terrorist organization. It is a full-blown army.”

Jul 23, 2014 10:39 pm By Robert Spencer

Islamic State2And it will take a full-blown army to dislodge their new caliphate. But there doesn’t appear at this moment to be a full-blown army that it situated well enough and up to the task.

“ISIS now ‘full-blown army,’ officials warn,” by Kristina Wong, The Hill, July 23, 2014 (thanks to Pamela Geller):

Top U.S. officials warned Wednesday that a Sunni extremist group controlling parts of Syria and Iraq had grown into a threat that is “worse than al Qaeda.”

“It is al Qaeda in its doctrine, ambition and, increasingly, in its threat to U.S. interests,” Brett McGurk, a deputy assistant secretary of State, told lawmakers at a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing. “In fact, it is worse than al Qaeda.”

McGurk said the group had strengthened its capabilities and is “no longer a terrorist organization. It is a full-blown army.”

Elissa Slotkin, acting principal deputy undersecretary of Defense for policy, added that the group has threatened: “We’re coming for you, Barack Obama.”

The Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, abbreviated as ISIS or ISIL, has captured major towns in both countries and threatened to move on Baghdad, leading President Obama to deploy nearly 750 troops to Iraq.

The testimony from senior officials sparked alarm and frustration on Capitol Hill, where lawmakers said more should have been done to counter ISIS sooner.

Over the weekend, Attorney General Eric Holder said the threat of ISIS fighters infiltrating the U.S. was “more frightening than anything I think I’ve seen as attorney general.”

Former Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge told The Hill on Wednesday that the threat from ISIS had been “blinking red a long time.”

“Now it’s flashing more frequently and is a lot brighter,” he said. “They’ve got a lot of fighters who are from European countries that are visa waiver countries, which means all they have to do is shave their beards and look like normal, responsible civilians and walk into the United States of America without a visa.

“It’s a real challenge for our intelligence community to identify them and get their names on a watch list.”

During Wednesday’s hearing, officials laid out steps for countering ISIS, including pressuring countries in the region to close their borders to stop the spread of fighters and offering U.S. training for local Iraqi security forces and centrist Syrian groups.

But it is still unclear whether the administration is planning any military response. U.S. advisers on the ground in Iraq have yet to begin helping local units as the Pentagon reviews an initial intelligence assessment that found embedded American forces would be easy targets for extremists.

Lawmakers expressed concerns over the delays but also remained deeply divided about what military steps the U.S. should take.

House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-Calif.) said the administration had ignored the threat for too long and had rejected Iraqi requests for drone strikes as early as August 2013.

“What it seems like is the administration is just paralyzed. They just don’t know what to do,” added Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.), an Iraq War veteran.

“I’m renewing the call to the administration for massive manned military air strikes to push back this very, very bad cancer that’s encroaching on the Middle East,” he said.

Other lawmakers though expressed caution and said any solution must include political reforms in Baghdad.

“I supported the president’s decision to send assessment teams to Iraq, but I’m cautious of our future action. We cannot end up in another sectarian quagmire in Iraq,” said Rep. Eliot Engel (D-N.Y.), the committee’s ranking member.

Lawmakers cautioned against providing Iraq with more military help until a stable government was in place. Critics of Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki say his Shiite-majority government has alienated Sunni and Kurdish minorities and emboldened ISIS. Several lawmakers called for him to step down.

“Maliki is not a good guy just because we installed him. Now we need a new prime minister,” Rep. Brad Sherman (D-Calif.) said.

McGurk said the administration had not ignored the threat and had already offered military assistance to Iraq.

“We set up intelligence fusion sharing centers, we helped them with the Hellfire missiles precision strikes, we helped them in terms of training forces on the ground of special operations,” he said.

But he cautioned that the focus should be on supporting an Iraqi unity government, requiring political reforms initiated by Baghdad.

“This is a uniquely Iraqi process, with Iraqi political dynamics. And the outcome will reflect that process,” McGurk said.

“There will not be an exclusively military solution to the threat posed by ISIL,” Slotkin added. Iraqis must do the heavy lifting.”

Good luck with that.

these murderers have threatened Christians with death if they do not become Muslims. They have murdered thousands of Muslims Shia Muslims as ISIS are Sunni Muslims. These murderers from many lands have illegally invaded and captured large parts of Iraq and Syria, where they were murdering Christians and Shia Muslims. U.S. left Iraq without finishing the job and so allowing these terrorists to fill a vacuum.; a pity as democracy needs time in these fanatic societies. U.S. etc should help Iraq to restore order and try and create peace in Syria

Not just no, but “Hell No!!!” Not another penny or American soldier’s life and/or limb should be wasted in the pestilent hell holes of the ME. F. ’em.
Our problem was that before we left, we left a “constitution” that was grounded in izlam and izlamic law – that was the MAIN problem.

Be that as it may, we should not have been there from the outset. Saddam and his foul sons were heartless, sadistic and foul; but one thing could be said for them: the Christians there went about their lives pretty much unmolested, and the izlamic “sectarian” crap was kept at bay, same in Egypt, same in Libya. We of the West cannot overturn the muzlims’ 7th century mentality. Nor should we try.

Close down our southern border. (But of course it may already be too late for that. We already know Hezbollah is here; and by now the scum from “ISIS” could be here already as well.) Nice going OBummer.

True. That hole is not worth saving by western forces. Minorities are being purged systematically and in all honesty, only non-ROP minority groups worth saving. All other variations of ROP are components of the overall problem, one way or another, sooner or later.

Since the vast majority (almost all) of the population in that hole is of the sunni variety, any western forces deployed will be pitted against most unfriendly (realistically hostile) residents. It would a trap that generates ca steady stream of body bags.

Best solution is to evacuate all non-islamic population, walled up the place and let ROP handle their own mess.

Although important, closing and securing our southern border may very well be irrelevant; as the article stated, many of the IS fighters hold European citizenship. They can enter this country legally without a visa for three months (or, of course, longer, if they overstay).

It’s true: the administration is “paralyzed” and doesn’t know what to do. There’s a shocker, huh, America? You elected Barack “I only got this job cuz I’m black” Obama.

You elect stupid and… surprise, surprise… you get stupid. Who knew?

Agreed, gravenimage, about Obama. Also Allen West’s telling the truth few politicians have the guts to do, and kudos on that. But we can’t know yet who’ll still be around to become a good next president, assuming we’re not then the IS – U.S. Branch.

Obama is only dumb like a fox. He graduated Harvard Law, either the top or the second-ranked U.S. law school depending on which Yalie you ask. Barack Hussein Obama II (by later contrasting his words with his behavior) operates before both low-information voters and well-educated liberals as a silver-tongued practitioner of taqiyya and kitman in the religiously intolerant heritage of his father.

By his lineage Obama would favor IS (aka ISIL or ISIS), the newly announced Islamic State as Caliphate. The seeming paralysis or “overwhelm” by his administration is orchestrated and feigned and obviously so — by watching what Obama does and does not do, and by a look back since his second election at acts and omission instead of what he says.

Also viewing the behavior of Obama as pro-Islam (to the detriment of U.S. Christians and Jews who are targeted for violence and intolerant religious discrimination by Islam’s Quran), it’s my Bible-based opinion (which at least so far I’m free to have as a U.S. citizen under the U.S. Constitution) that Obama’s descriptions of being a putative Christian fit only with the Quran’s distorted ahistorical 7th century ideas about Jesus and Christians, and not at all with what the Christian faith actually requires of a sincere adherent.

Obama’s mainly succeeded in dumb-like-a-fox hoodwinking everyone except the MB and other terrorists, and his inner circle as president. When Islamic terrorists claim to be after him, I believe it’s just another level of taqiyya and kitman because anybody paying attention knows that Obama is opening the door to IS and other Islamic terrorists in the U.S. (For example: [A] Recent military troop and key equipment cutbacks here at home, [B] unsecured southern U.S. borders, [C] sabotage and elimination on his and Holder’s watch of the anti-terrorism No-Fly List by seeming non-strategic ineptitude.)

When and how exactly they come for us, we’ll have to wait and see.

But hey, at least we are no longer dealing with a bunch of terrorists….. they are a full blown army now… with their own state….. and they will be easier to fight…. if we want to fight……. and that was part of our plan…… right? The U.S. never should have provided advanced weapons to ANY muslim country, but in particular, the Syrian rebels. That was insanity.
Now, here’s some food for thought. If ISIS isn’t stopped in it’s tracks SOON, it will push it’s way through Jordan. Since ISIS is already in Syria, it’s not much of a stretch to assume Lebanon will be the next to fall leaving Israel surrounded by seething muslim zombies, with Israeli annihilation on their mind. How long do you think it will be before the West is dragged into this quagmire in defense of Israel??? Just wondering……

      • Jan Fourowls says

        Jul 25, 2014 at 2:41 am

On this topic, here’s what I’ve researched recently relating to Jordan, etc., and IS being outside Israel’s door.

Over 90% of Jordan’s population is Sunni Muslim (the Sunni sect also being approximately 90% of the world’s Muslims). The Caliph of the new IS (Islamic State, also called ISIL or ISIS) is also a Sunni. Al Qaeda is Sunni, and Iranians tend to be Shii (Shiites being most of the rest of the world’s Muslims who aren’t Sunni) but as Iran’s Khamenei recently suggested by his remarks fomenting violence against Israelis from the West Bank, Shiites and Sunnis can unite in a common cause of religious hostility discrimination against Jews (also Christians).

The religious intolerance not to mention violence and hostility shown by Islamic terrorists obviously incited by their “scriptural” and sociocultural ideology (discriminatory to the point of genocide against Jews and Christians throughout history) has led to violent damage suffered by Israel from terrorists since Israel’s 20th century re-establishment as Jewish homeland after the Holocaust through today, and in the U.S. in the 21st century death to 3,000 people on 9/11/01 in NYC (Al Qaeda linked), and 260 injured, with 3 dead, on 4/15/13 at the Boston Marathon bombing. Because of the facts (and reading the Quran which authorizes deception to non-Muslims, leading to the practices of taqiyya and kitman), I cannot imagine thinking Jordan is interested in anything behind the scenes but a continuing lull in its past historical storm against Israel while IS strengthens all the better to collaborate with Muslims in Jordan, Eqypt, Iran, even Lebanon (with approximately 60% Muslims practiced as seeming “moderate”), et al., against the common enemy (Israel) Khamenei has rather broadly signaled.

Israel is right there in the thick of it, while we in the U.S. are only waiting for the 10,000 or so “Americans” — plus I learned at JW tonight, the thousands of European visa holders who can waltz right into the U.S. without being on a terrorism watch list — who have joined IS as jihadists to return (i) on passports and/or visas we assume Obama (heritage of his father, MB friendships) will not see fit to revoke or, alternatively, (ii) over the largely unsecured southern U.S. border that has recently resulted by Obama commission and omission.

Then again, I could be wrong in this assessment. I’m just trying to sort it all out comprehensively like so many here at JW. May the right decisions be made in Israel by her leaders, because Israel is on the firing line of something very big happening in the world, and Israel definitely has the moral high ground.

Some awkwardness and repetitiveness in my word usage here as a JW commenter results from having recently processed how to write about the truth of Islam’s religious intolerance and concomitant violence within the constraints of U.N. Resolution 16/18 — to which President Obama in agreement with Organiz[s]ation of Islamic Cooperation (formerly Organization of Islamic Conferences), the confederacy of 56 Islamic states, purported to bind Americans in 2011.

Right now there’s no policing and enforcement mechanism in the U.S. for the U.N. Resolution but if Rep. Hakeem Jeffries’ H.R. 3878 and Sen. Ed Markey’s S. 2219 get enacted through the back door of policing “hate speech,” it could potentially criminalize all of us commenting here unless we meet the U.N. Resolution 16/18 standards.

If you’re interested in trying to stop Rep. Hakeem Jeffries’ H.R. 3878 and its companion bill in the Senate, Sen. Ed Markey’s S. 2219, you can write and/or call those elected in the Congress and paid ostensibly to serve you. Otherwise get your shredder ready for the U.S. Constitution and its freedoms of (and from) religion and free speech.

And the 3% chance given on some websites of Rep. Hakeem Jeffries’ H.R. 3878 passing? Can anybody say taqiyya and kitman after Obama committed the U.S. citizenry to U.N. Resolution 16/18? (This traitorous charade unfolds by there being a 3-year lull between the 2011 U.N. Resolution and H.R. 3878 and S. 2219 in 2014, still “in committee.” The delays work in favor of those who are in on the deception.)

  8. Jan Fourowls says

    Jul 24, 2014 at 3:25 am

Of course. This is so predictable. Why are we even surprised? 10,000 or so “Americans” have gone to fight with IS and will return to the U.S. mosques as well-trained jihadists (probably on unrevoked passports if Obama has anything to say about it — wouldn’t want them to run the remote risk that a real patriot on the U.S. payroll might stop them coming back in over the largely unsecured U.S. southern borders).

They’ve left from Europe, too, to join IS, and will be returning “home” as well. Give a later hearty welcome home to the good citizens, because you’ve entered the twilight zone where good is bad and bad is good.

It has been my overwhelming experience that while the Kalashnikov is an excellent close quarters battle rifle, it suffers significant inaccuracy when the range is opened up a bit.

Our AR on the other hand, is inherently accurate due to its design, so a scope of that type would be of benefit.

Ditto, gravenimage. The end-times eschatology of Islam calls for them to purge their “faith,” from what I can discern, of those insufficiently murderous Muslims not on board to help them advocate and bring about the global conquering Caliphate by intolerant religious discrimination and genocidal violence against Jews and Christians plus other non-Muslims who won’t submit to “Allah.”

It’s a complex muddle theologically, but apparently having an IS as a Caliphate plus also the purging of inadequate Muslims is a requirement (or maybe coterminous) with their Mahdi appearing as a sort of Islamic messiah. I have research notes on this somewhere but this is just to share the gist of it, because we’re dealing with a very dangerous form of intolerant and discriminatory religious zealotry with an elaborate end-times eschatology when dealing with Islam as terrorists practice it.

Many post-moderns from the Judeo-Christian heritage no longer believe in end-times eschatology but we can feel sure the Sunni running IS and the Shiite running Iran (who has just signaled alliance with IS by his remarks about the West Bank, in hinting at genocide against the Jewish people) do both believe in the end-times eschatology of Islam.

Exactly, “Islamic illogic” — the religiously intolerant, discriminatory and violent goals of Islam are visible in the Quran and Hadiths of the devout, also visible from Sharia law in Islam-controlled countries like Iran and Saudia Arabia, additionally visible from history and current events.

  12. Jan Fourowls says

Totally agree, CogitoErgoSum, and excellently stated through this part of your comment: “They are all a bunch of submitters… TO ISLAM. The non-submitters have been driven out…. or killed.”

IS in fact is purging Islam now of insufficiently jihadist believers (the ones not murderous enough, I gather). It is part of Islamic end-times eschatology to cleanse the faith partially before the Jews and Christians are purged completely, and then the 12th Imam and/or Mahdi (prophesied redeemer of Islam) is supposed to come as part of complete and violent global domination by Islam.

From my Christian eschatology, Islam seems to have a big part to play in the opposition to what is God’s end-times final eradication of evil and installation of permanent eternal good after a rather convoluted tapestry of events, all designed to give the maximum chances for sinners to repent and turn to Christ. (How salvation works for Jews, God’s original covenant people, is more complicated but God doesn’t like anybody messing with them but God.)
Islam’s goals of conquest of Jews and Christians is too conveniently dovetailed as an exact reversal of the biblical God’s eternal plan for there to be no religious reality to it — and what are the chief things that Islam by its violent, hostile history of conquest is known for? Three biggies are:
    (1) murder (terrorism is murderous),
    (2) idolatry (it doesn’t take the Black Stone of Mecca to see from the Quran that “Allah” is not the God of the Bible and that Buddha nature and a morally grounded atheism would be far more analogous than Islam to anything and everything about the divine personhood of the God of the Bible as understood through the new testament gospel of Jesus),
    (3) loving and making a lie (taqiyya and kitman as the practiced deception by Muslims of non-Muslims, idealized as if lovingly by the directions for deceit in the Quran).

It is the murderers, idolators, and those who love and make lies that are the final three categories in the Bible who will be discarded by a just God and not allowed into eternity. (Sexual immorality and black magic, also not good in God’s eyes, and I leave you to draw your own conclusions about the polygamy and child brides allowed by Islam, as well as the rote repetition of “prayers” and invocations including the standard war cry.) Revelation 22: 12-16.

We’re always saying on JW that you cannot separate the violent warring jihad from the intolerant violently domineering religion of Islam, and I’m suggesting the religions which are about free will in relationship with God (Judaism and Christianity) that Islam chiefly wars against are — despite all people’s fallen nature in general — a place to look for how to overcome and best deal with the jihadist times in which we live. Christianity especially, because the end-times eschatologies are mirror reversals, as if the bad rose up in the 7th century to mock and seek to destroy the good that had earlier burst into the world with Jesus Christ from the lineage of the Jewish people .

Food for thought and as always we can always agree to disagree.

As to the rest of your comment, CogitoErgoSum, at least in the U.S. and insofar as Obama is running the show as Quisling in Chief, I would not expect an effective defense to be mounted on behalf of the country against intolerant, hostile Islamic invasion because Obama has indicated by acts and omissions — yes, which should be treason but won’t be prosecuted — that he if not covertly (by taqiyya and kitman) is really Muslim as was his father, then he is so pro-Islamist as to be virtually a member of the Muslim Brotherhood with whom he so enjoys interaction.

Because I’m very familiar with both the Bible and the Quran, as probably are many JW readers, I’ve noticed over the years that what Obama says in reference to Jesus/Christianity is more the Quaranic version of Jesus than what’s in the Bible (or what’s in the Catholic catechism for that matter).

Also what Obama said in the interview about faith I read (before his first POTUS election) was not a profession of Christianity by any orthodoxy or Biblical exegesis.

What are we to do with this information? It mainly gives me a vast distrust that the U.S. government would be intending me anything but harm if not death in the event of terrorist invasion, at which point, as did the Christian Harriet Tubman when running from slave catchers on her “underground railroad,” I’d be praying, not getting on any of the government’s trains or trucks, and going instead in the direction God guides. Tubman received divine guidance about which way to go even when there was no moon or stars, and even in down-pouring rain and blackest night. She never lost a single passenger on her informal railroad. The biographies have of course been rewritten this past decade to extirpate this information. But memory remains.

Although this may seem naive in a high-tech age, I have personal experiences in tough situations as a result of prayer where the seemingly impossible happened, items were or were not seen that should have been, equipment that should have worked for an adversary didn’t to a very good protective result in the nick of time, that sort of thing, so I believe the true God of the Bible Whom I trust as a Christian will be able to bring me — and any of us who trust and see it coming, also who are aware and open to being guided — through whatever’s coming.

A good friend, now passed on to be with his Lord, used to say “God may be slow but He is never late.” There are many Bible verses about prevailing against seemingly impossible odds when we invoke God to be on our side. I would not be saying this except life experience (and I’m obviously not a kid) of extended decades has given me reason to trust that God will be faithful when it gets really bad, for those of us accepting and being guided by His purpose. It’s never too late to find God through Jesus Christ (the best solution to everything violently Islamic), so maybe now is your time to ask and receive! Or maybe in the fray later, you’ll remember something you read on JW, and turn to Him, with good result.

It may be the lot of some of us to be end-times martyrs for Jesus Christ, giving witness to the good God against the violent Allah, in which case I’m praying not to feel it before the sword lops off my head (or worse, because of course there is the torture and mayhem common to terrorists). The good news is that you can only be killed once in this life, and the body tends to check out when tortured after a certain point, and God is no doubt a solace when going through it.

So as Patrick Henry said and I say to intolerant religiously discriminatory, hostile and violent Islamic terrorists: “Give me liberty or give me death.”

      Jan,

I really enjoyed your educational post, I totally agree with you. As a elementary class room teacher, I have witnessed first hand by “The Religion of Peace” boys being disrespectful towards fellow students especially the girls, female teachers, mischief, vandalizing fellow students works, threatening and disrespectful to students at recess, picking on Jewish students, praising Hitler and all the Jews he killed, not standing for the pledge, dislike for each other ( Sunni & Shiite ), cheering for the Muslim Brotherhood, saying the U.S. Should be under Sharia Law and two of the boys one acting like he was shooting up the entire class with a rifle and the other, wearing a full covered head dress stood between two sets of lockers and acted as if he had a AK47 shooting up fellow students as they played outside before school started. When he turned and saw that I was watching, he pulled off his head dress and ran down the hall out of sight. School will be starting soon and a wonder what this year brings.
I would really like JW to have a section dedicated for teachers around the world in order to share stories and to educate one another. Also, we really need to create a booklet for all free world schools in order to educate administrators and teachers of the truth.

        Infidel Teacher

        welcome!

Longtime lurker, first time poster? Or are you new on both counts…and how did you find us?

I would strongly advise getting in touch with ACT for America, if you’re not already a member. ACT for America can advise about textbooks and curricula and how to spot whitewashing of Islam/ lies about Islam/ promotion of Islam in same. They’ve been doing research on it and then whistleblowing.

And tell them about the behaviour of those Muslim boys in class (how old were they?) and ask them who you should contact, because personally, I think you should quietly let the local police and the FBI know about that little episode, if you haven’t already. Dry run…

If you’re a teacher at the school, then you should know (or can find out) these boys’ names and the names of their families. Do you know what mosque they attend/ are associated with? The police should be keeping an eye on the families.

You may want to read up about Beslan, and school shootings in general. Make sure that you are very, very aware, and that the non-Muslim kids you teach are aware of what to do in an emergency.

There used to be a bloke posting here called “Undaunted”, an ex-cop who had his own blog where he discussed, among others, what to do if mohammedans unloosed mayhem at a school.

He was focusing mainly on folks coming in from outside, but the awful reality is, the attack could be made just as easily by mohammedan kids themselves *in the classroom or the playground*, attacking non-Muslims whether teachers or classmates; or from the *parents* or other kin of the kids, acting in tandem with them. Imagine if they bring a bomb to school in their backpack. Totally possible.

Think about all the possibilities. Walk around your classroom (or classrooms, if you use more than one); assess the entry and exit points. Try to look at the school – the entire campus – from the POV 1/ of a teacher, kid or visiting/ picking-up parent attempting to escape from a mohammedan who is running amok with a knife or a gun …and 2/ of a *Mohammedan* – whether one of the kids, or their parent/ uncle/ aunt/ cousin/ older brother/ older sister who *wants to kill or wound as many people as possible*.

further thought: are there any mohammedans on the teaching staff? admin staff? *ground staff* (janitor, cleaner)?? If so: **watch them**. *Do not* trust them.

What percentage of the kids / families associated with the school are mohammedan? If it’s ten percent or more, then expect real trouble and expect it soon.

Hi Jan. I agree that it seems very unlikely that Obama will be the one to lead a war against the Islamic State. It will not come until the next President is in office, if then. In the meantime, I think the Islamic State will continue to consolidate its gains and perhaps even attack surrounding countries such as Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Lebanon and most likely Iran will be drawn into it before it’s all over. To me this Islamic State seems very similar to Nazi Germany. It took the U.S. several years to enter the war against the Nazis and even then the official declaration of war did not come until Germany officially declared war on the U.S. In the meantime most of Europe had been lost and Hitler was fighting the Russians. If history follows a similar trajectory most of the Middle East will eventually fall to the Islamic State and by then Iran (similar to Russia in WW II) will be well involved in the fighting. Then something will happen to cause the U.S. to enter the fray in full force to help Israel (just as we helped Great Britain in WW II)…. but by which time many lives will have been lost with many more casualties to come. I don’t see anything but a miracle stopping this from occurring. But for now, I’ll keep praying for some sort of miracle to avert this.

the slaughter of the Iraq Christians, follow the pattern of the Armenian, Assyrian genocide by muslims

this is also the pattern persued towards Israel, but in this case Israel is armed to the teeth and fighting back..although for some perverse reason the world is supporting jihad

we really should stop calling this ‘terrorism’ which is after all a tactic, and call it jihad

Off topic- I spend a lot of time on Youtube arguing our cause. I have just noticed that if you type in “the koran” (in the comments field) it auto-capitalizes the K. If you type in “the bible” it doesn’t. I’ve just noticed it’s the same here on Jihadwatch comments…

You forgot to capitalize the k in koran as to make it seem you were actually telling the truth… Lowercase – k. Uppercase – K

        Jul 24, 2014 at 12:57 pm

Actually, pumbar is quite correct. When I mention the koran in a post, I always have to delete the upper case K, and make it lower case. Also, when one mentions the Bible, it isn’t capitalised, one again has to delete the lower case ‘b’, and make it upper case.

Why ? I have no idea. But try it for yourself. Not that I think it is hugely important.

I tried with the variations koran, quran and qu’ran. No auto-capitalizing in any of them. Maybe it’s an issue with your browser’s dictionary/spellchecker rather than with the site itself.

You’re spot on mate, let them, kill, maim, mutilate each other, let them FGM and stone their women to death, let them spell out to the dumb fools in the West what Islam is all about, totally agree. Encourage it, grow it, let it develop, arm it, even finance it, let as many nuggets as want to from the West go and fight for Allah, then nuke the lot when they get too big for their flip-flops

This is just another pont of view.

I think that ISIS is the best thing to happen since sliced bread. The West should mind their own business and not interfere in any way. Obama is doing the correct thing with his hands off policy. Allow ISIS to murder, rape, pillage and torture their way to even greater conquests for the Glory of Allah.
Let them purge all areas that they conquer of Jews , Infidels, homosexuals ,Shia and whatever else is offensive to Allah.
Let them show the World the true Peace of Islam .
This will either be a ‘wake-up’ call for sleepy Western Democracies or a Notice for moderate Muslims to prove they are truly moderate.
Yes. Many people will die. This is what is will take to make the World take notice of Islamic Global expansion and our future.
Please—Don’t water this down by interfering. Let it play out in all its’ gory glory .
    This is a God send.

Your post didn’t have a reply button, so I’m replying to your post, using the ‘@’ thingy. Heh.

I’m totally clueless about computers; so what you say, is, I’m sure, true.

The only reason -I was able to continue commenting on JW, after the changeover, was down to my very clever nephew. I couldn’t get back on, using my old moniker, Jan,
and marc louis told me that it was because my IP provider was apparently designated as sending spam.

Well, as an old dinosaur, and paid up Luddite, this meant less than nothing to me ! Cue my very clever, darling nephew, who basically said, “Auntie Jan, it’s hopeless. (Ie: I would never understand computers; he got that right )
And proceeded to create for me a new email address, and a new moniker. ( I still don’t know how he did Iit ) 🙂
