And why does the Islamic State actually have a chance to come to Britain? Because of the steadfast insistence on the part of British authorities that the Islamic State and its fighters actually have nothing to do with Islam at all, and the persistence of those authorities in maintaining these comforting fictions that prevent them from studying, understanding, or dealing effectively with the ideology that leads to imperialist and supremacist statements like the ones Abu Osama makes here.
“British jihadi: I won’t return to UK until black flag flies over Buckingham Palace,” by Raziye Akkoc, the Telegraph, July 4, 2014 (thanks to Thomas Pellow):
A British man who claims he is fighting with jihadists in Syria has said he would not return to the UK until “the black flag of Islam” flies over Buckingham Palace and Downing Street.
The man, who called himself Abu Osama, said he had received military training, including how to build bombs and shoot weapons, during his time in Syria.
Speaking with a West Yorkshire accent in an interview with BBC Radio 5 Live, he described the 7/7 London bombers as “heroic lions”, claiming “there is nothing in Britain – it is just pure evil”.
Osama said he was fighting with the extremist Al-Nusra Front, linked to Al-Qaeda. However the BBC said his claims had not been “officially verified”.
The man told presenter Nicky Campbell: “I have no intention of coming back to Britain, because I have come to revive the Islamic Khilafah [the Arabic term for the creation of a caliphate].
“I don’t want to come back to what I have left behind.
“If and when I come back to Britain it will be when this Khilafah – this Islamic state – comes to conquer Britain and I come to raise the black flag of Islam over Downing Street, over Buckingham Palace, over Tower Bridge and over Big Ben.”
His comments come after more than 100 imams, from different parts of the faith, urged British Muslims not to go to Syria or Iraq, and to offer assistance from the UK.
In the letter, the imams wrote: “Ramadan, the month of mercy, teaches us the value of unity and perseverance and we urge the British Muslim communities to continue the generous and tireless efforts to support all of those affected by the crisis in Syria and unfolding events in Iraq, but to do so from the UK in a safe and responsible way.”
One of the signatories of the letter, Imam Qari Muhammad Asim, told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme more than 100 imams across Britain would urge members of their congregation not to go to Syria in Friday prayers.
He condemned the comments made by Osama and said the man had been “completely hijacked”.
The imam at Makkah Mosque said: “Radicalisation doesn’t take place overnight – Islam has been hijacked. Social media and the internet plays a huge part in radicalisation and brainwashing.”
Why is it so easy to hijack Islam, and why is such hijacking so prevalent?
But he added a lot of work had to be done and it was not only the responsibility of the Muslim community and imams, but law enforcement as well.
Why? How can British law enforcement prevent Islam from being hijacked?
The man speaking to the BBC said his family initially found it hard to accept his decision “because no mother wants to lose her son” but his family now “understands that this is a good cause I am in”.
He added: “”They are a bit scared but I tell them we will meet in the afterlife. This is just a temporary separation.
“They said, ‘We understand now what you are doing’, and my mother said, ‘I have sold you to Allah. I don’t want to see you again in this world’.”

‘Everyone’ agrees that this fine upstanding religion has been hijacked, but no one seems to be able to explain just how. Are there parts of Allah’s book that can be ignored or disobeyed? There are basically two kinds of Quran verses, those dealing with information, and ‘calls to action’. If the Quran, Allah’s words, are calls to action, and the pious answer the call, how can that be hijacking anything? It would seem to me that this hijacking idea is ‘slandering’ other Mahoundians accused of doing it. Large scale, blanket, paint with a wide brush, taqfir.
But 100 Imams cannot overcome thousands of hijackers with a letter and lame explanations. But it does sound good to stupid kuffar…

“Month of mercy”? So why is it that ramadan is called “bombadan”? Also, there’s nothing in there to tell muslims in the UK that IS or the syrian rebels have a wrong view of what islam is all about, it just tells them to support those affected (would you say that al-Baghdadi and his goons are affected by what’s going on in Iraq and Syria?) but from afar. Given the prevalence of the islamic double-speak, who can I be sure they’re not telling muslims in the UK to send money and aid to, let’s say, the rebels in Syria fighting to impose sharia law?
“The imam at Makkah Mosque said: “Radicalisation doesn’t take place overnight – Islam has been hijacked.”
Always the same excuse, isn’t it? However, apparently radicalization can take place overnight – just go ask the members of a community of a “radicalized” muslim. Everyone there will be shocked and surprised by the radicalization. One day he was a devout muslim, the next he was a dangerous radical fighting abroad, and no one saw it coming.
“Social media and the internet plays a huge part in radicalisation and brainwashing.””
Hogwash. The key part in the “radicalization” process comes from the islamic texts and commentaries telling that muslims have the duty of fighting against non-muslims to impose islam. Whether muslims get exposed to “radical” (orthodox) views on the internet or at the mosque is an irrelevant detail in this issue. The problem lies in the message, not in the medium.

To anyone familiar with British society, what is very apparent is not only the rapid pace of Islamization there, but also the intensity of the threats which accompany the process.

The people of the UK are in greater jeopardy than those in Iraq. At least in Iraq they have the option of armed resistance. Folks in the UK are totally defenseless. During WW2 the English Channel kept their enemies at bay. The British have welcomed this enemy in for decades and when the time comes it won’t take long for them to fall. Americans, keep your guns!

Finally the jihadi Muslims will have an official Islamic terror State (Khalifate) and stop hiding behind their so called secular Islamic State, and terrorizing the world from behind their women and children. Now we, the West, can go to war with these cowards and win. No longer are we to fight a nameless enemy, the enemy is anyone who does Islamic jihad and all those who are supporting it from top to bottom.

Didn’t we try that in Iraq and Afghanistan?

The last heart-warming section of the article is written thus:
“The man speaking to the BBC said his family initially found it hard to accept his decision “because no mother wants to lose her son” but his family now “understands that this is a good cause I am in”.
He added: “”They are a bit scared but I tell them we will meet in the afterlife. This is just a temporary separation.
“They said, ‘We understand now what you are doing’, and my mother said, ‘I have sold you to Allah. I don’t want to see you again in this world’.””
His nice family back in Britainistan, according to Abu Osama, found it hard, not because he is doing something terrible–for they understand the good cause in which he is participating–but because they don’t want to lose their son.
They are a bit scared, but they understand what their son is doing, and will meet them all in the hereafter.
Where did they get such ideas? Do the Telegraph’s people dare to ask, or the B.B.C., or the political establishment (including the Islamophilic UKIP)?
So, why is it that the far left-wingers continue their connivance and appeasement?
