It is commonplace of the public discourse in the U.S. that to oppose jihad terror and Islamic supremacism is “hatred.” The real haters, however, are on the other side, as these statements illustrate.
“Hamas TV: Every Muslim mother ‘must nurse her children on hatred of the sons of Zion,'” by Itamar Marcus, Palestinian Media Watch, August 3, 2014:
A Muslim Brotherhood leader in Kuwait, Tareq Al-Suwaidan, said Muslims “hate” the sons of Zion. He called for Muslim mothers to nurse their infants on this hatred and to plant it in Muslim children’s “souls,” so that the new generation “will erase the (sons of Zion) from the face of the earth.” Last week, Palestinian Media Watch documented a similar Hamas sermon calling for the extermination of Jews.
The Kuwaiti Muslim Brotherhood speaker also reiterated the MB belief that death for Allah – Shahada (Martyrdom) – is the loftiest goal a Muslim can achieve. Turning to residents of Gaza he said:
“Death for Allah is the highest wish…
you received the death you wanted.”This speech, which was originally broadcast on July 14th on Sarmad TV (Kuwait), was rebroadcast by Hamas two days ago on Al-Aqsa TV. Hamas defines itself as “one of the wings of Moslem Brotherhood…” [Hamas Charter, Article 2]
Tareq Al-Suwaidan, a leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in Kuwait:
Without a doubt, the blood being spilled [in Gaza] is dear. But the equation is: ‘Those killed from our side are in Paradise, and those killed from their side in Hell.’ (Hadith)
We are not afraid of Martyrdom. Not long ago, you cried out loud: ‘Death for Allah is our most exalted wish!’ (Muslim Brotherhood slogan) You received the death you wanted. We have no problem with death. We are not like the children of Israel: ‘And you will surely find them the most greedy of people for life.’ (Quran) Whereas we yearn for death and Martyrdom… Every mother – especially the mothers in Palestine, but every mother in the [Islamic] Nation, not just Palestine – must nurse her children on hatred of the sons of Zion. We hate them and they are our enemies. We will plant this in their [our children’s] souls, so that a new generation will grow among us, which will erase them from the face of the earth.” [Al-Aqsa TV (Hamas), August 1, 2014]…
PMW documented two weeks ago that Hamas TV defended the deaths it brought on its population, saying that Gaza civilians were privileged to have died in the conflict as Martyrs, since their date of death was in any case predetermined – “their time had come.”
Hamas also broadcast last week the words of two Hamas leaders saying death is greater than life:
Hamas leader Muhammad Deif: “We love death like our enemies love life!”
Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh: “[Hamas] loves death for Allah like you [Israelis] love life.”
[Al-Aqsa TV (Hamas), July 30, 2014]

Shove off.
How did Muslims get hold of eretz Israel in the first place?
Same way they got hold of practically everywhere else that is now thought of as “the Muslim world”.
Invasion and violent conquest (or sneaky infiltration and subversion) followed by imperial colonisation and occupation.
Don’t you dare pretend that Muslims were there first. They weren’t.
The Holy Land was Jewish and Christian and Samaritan for *centuries* (indeed, in the case of the Jews, *millennia*) before any Arab Muslim or other kind of Muslim set foot on it.
PS Don’t try any nonsense here, because we here are very well aware that you Muslims don’t just think that eretz Israel is yours…we also know that you – in your malignant narcissism and megalomaniacal greed – firmly believe that *the entire planet* rightfully belongs to you and that all we kuffar no matter where we are, all the way from Patagonia to the high Arctic and from Spain to Kamchatka and Easter Island, are “illegally occupying” lands that *ought* to be occupied and ruled by Muslims, Muslims, Muslims, the would-be Lords of the Earth.

Islam is, among other things, a cult that inculcates and exalts *hatred*.
Its cultists get high on hate.
Brigitte Gabriel, who grew up in Lebanon as a Maronite Catholic Christian on the *receiving* end of that murderous hate, which exploded as soon as the Muslim ummah became and felt itself strong enough to attack, has written a book about it – “Because They Hate”. Gabriel witnessed, also, the intensity and sheer madness of hate which Muslims manifested toward Jews.
Wafa Sultan, who was raised as a Muslim in Syria – not sure whether her family were Sunni or Shiite – is now an apostate from Islam – brave, wise woman, to follow the prompting of conscience. She concurs with Gabriel, for she – who was trained as a psychiatrist, by the way – has also written a book, about Islam, called “A God Who Hates”.
Martha Gellhorn, a brilliant American journalist of the old school, did some old-fashioned investigative journalism among the Arabs – Muslim, mainly, but also some Christian – in and around Israel, in 1960. The resulting article, “The Arabs of Palestine”, was published in the Atlantic Monthly in 1961.
http://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/1969/12/the-arabs-of-palestine/4203/
http://www.theatlantic.com/doc/196110/gellhorn
Nota bene: it was written *before* the 1967 war, and at that time, Gaza was governed (and confined) by Muslim Egypt, and Judea and Samaria, the so-called “West Bank”, and what is now called “Arab East Jerusalem” (in reality, the Old City, with Temple Mount and Mount of Olives and the site of the ancient Jewish Quarter) was ruled by Muslim Jordan.
BTW, a fun fact to keep up one’s sleeve, to upset the ideas of people in the pro-Gaza pro-Hamas movement: Gellhorn refers to Gaza as an “open air prison” or as a “jail”…with Muslim *Egypt* as the jailer. Nobody, but *nobody* let out a *peep* or held a demonstration about the plight of the poor imprisoned Gazans in their “open air prison”, when they were ruled by Egypt and kept in confinement by *Egypt*.
Toward the end of that article, Gellhorn describes, in memorable phrases, the ubiquity and intensity of hatred that she saw suffusing “Arab” society. Her only error is that she did not write “Muslim” rather than “Arab”, for this same hatred absolutely saturates *non-Arab* Muslim societies.
Here is that passage:
“When we left [in company with an earnest Israeli Jewish philanthropist, Gellhorn had visited an Arab Muslim village inside Israel – dda], the pretty, healthy children ran beside the car, shouting. I waved.
“Nissim looked queer, something was wrong; that chronic optimist seemed sad.
“What’s the matter, Nissim?”
“Nothing. What the children say.”
“You mean just now, shouting?”
“Yes. They say: ‘Where you going, bastard? I spit on you.'”
What for, I thought, what for, and will it never stop?
“Do you hate the Arabs, Nissim?”
“No. Of course no.”
“Why not?”
“What is the good of hate?”
‘What indeed?
‘Arabs [sic: MUSLIMS – dda] gorge on hate, they roll in it, they breathe it.
‘Jews top the hate list, but any foreigners [sic: kuffar – dda] are hateful enough.
‘ Arabs [sic: – MUSLIMS – dda] also hate each other, separately and en masse. Their politicians change the direction of their hate as they would change their shirts.
‘Their press is vulgarly base with hate-filled cartoons; their reporting describes whatever hate is now uppermost and convenient.
‘Their radio is a long scream of hate, a call to hate.
‘**They teach their children hate in school.** [my emphasis – dda: and as we see from the featured article, it’s not only in school; the children are taught Hate from the cradle on up – dda]
‘They must love the taste of hate; it is their daily bread. And what good has it done them?
‘THERE is no future in spending UN money to breed hate…”.
(But, alas, under UNRWA, that is *exactly* what happened. – dda).

I thought I had heard his name before.
And I had.
He was one of the 138 Mohammedan “scholars” – Shiites and Sunnis, so-called “moderates” and openly-declared fanatical jihad inciters, converts-to-Islam and cradle Muslims – who signed off on a sweetly-sinister letter from the Muslims to the Christians, “A Common Word”, that was circulated to the leaders of all major strands of Christianity in October 2007. A letter that is best interpreted as the formal ‘call’ to Submit to Islam – whether by becoming Muslim, or by agreeing to become terrorised dhimmis under the Muslim boot and whip – which precedes the launching of all-out full-on jihad against those thus addressed.
Had any of the Christian addressees fully understood what that letter was really all about – and Mr Spencer, Canon Dr Patrick Sookhdeo, and also Rev Dr Mark Durie, have all carefully analysed it – they would have publicly torn it to shreds and then burned it, after first sending the list of signatories to assorted infidel-nation intelligence-and-security agencies with an urgent request that every person on the list, and their contacts, be minutely investigated and, if not already under surveillance, *watched* henceforward.

From
The Arabs of Palestine
MARTHA GELLHORN
In the Christian Arab village, the schoolteacher was an attractive lean young man, with prematurely gray hair, working in his garden in the cool of the evening. He had a good modern house, a young modern wife, and after six years of marriage, a first baby, a six-months-old girl named Mary, whom he and his wife so adored that neither of them took their eyes off the child at the same moment. He was healthy, prosperous, respected, freely doing his chosen work, loved and loving; by any standards, a fortunate man. After hours of listening to him, I had grasped the lacking clue, and felt hopeless.
“Great Britain helped the Jews,” he said. “The English gave weapons to the Arab countries, and they gave weapons to us. In this village we were all armed; we all fired at the Jews, every one of us. But our bullets were no good; the English gave bad bullets to the Arabs. Four out of five of the bullets were no good. When we saw this, we ran away to Lebanon for two weeks and then we came back.”
“Were any of you killed in these battles?”
“No, no one. Yes, we refused Partition. We did not want the Jews here; we wanted the whole country for ourselves, as is right. We only lost because of the United Nations and the Western powers.

Above, the Mohammedan thinks he has a “gotcha” re my reference to “A Common Word”.
For his information: when I wrote my post above I did NOT consult wikipedia *at all*.
I first read the text of “A Common Word” and its list of signatories back in 2007 when it first came out and was discussed here at this very forum.
http://www.jihadwatch.org/2007/10/muslims-to-christians-make-peace-with-us-or-the-survival-of-the-world-is-at-stake
*At that time* I followed the link [now broken] that was provided, and made a copy for myself, at that time, of the full text of the letter **and of the list of signatories that was provided with it, AT THAT TIME.** And that man’s name, spelt very slightly differently, but quite clearly the same man, is *on that list*…I copied it down *at the time*, in October 2007, in the same month that the list was first published. I consulted *my own copy* of the list.
I read through the list of names, at the time, very carefully, not once but several times, paying attention to who they were and where they were and how they were described. I ran google searches on a fair few of them *at the time*.
In effect, I am treating that list of names as the framework of a “dossier”. Every time a name that appears to belong to one of those people pops up in a news story, I *check*, to make sure it *is* that same person, and then I add the story to the dossier, next to the name. And of course, every time I do that, I reread the list of names, so I am pretty familiar with it. It’s not as if I skimmed through it once. I’ve read it many times.
Anyway, to repeat, at the time I first copied the list, in 2007, one of the signatories was listed – to repeat, I am working from the copy I made *at that time* from the official text as then made available by the Times Online and linked by Mr spencer [a link that has since broken] – as follows [I am quoting verbatim] – “No. 118, Shaykh Dr. Tariq Sweidan
Director-General of the Risalah Satellite Channel”.
I see absolutely no reason to doubt an identification of this “Tariq Sweidan” who was then in charge of the “Risalah Satellite Channel”, with the Tareq Al-Suwaidan who appears in the video to which Mr Spencer drew our attention today. In another article, some years later, of which I made a copy, it was stated that “Tareq Al-Suwaidan” managed to annoy his Saudi employer and lose his position as head of “Al-Risala” TV. Slight differences in spelling in the transliteration of the names – both of the man and of the TV station he headed up – in the different sources, do not alter the identification.
Semeru says
Yes I owe you an apology.
Tareq Mohammed Al-Suwaidan and Sheikh Dr Tariq Sweidan is the same man
I missed that one because I was look for the name and country, as most on the list state which country they come from, if they had mentioned Kuwait, then I would have snagged him..
So my bad this time.
As for me bring up the extract from The Arabs of Palestine, was because I had read quite some time ago I read about copts in the Egyptian army, fighting against Israel. It has disappeared, and I cannot take the risk of keeping Pro-Israeli/counter jihad on my hard drives, so I cannot put it up, but reading about the christian teacher, needed to be remembered.
You are for ever blaming the anti-semitism on dhimmitude, and overlook the anti-semitism that was prevalent in the catholic and protest church, especially the Good Friday Prayer, then the Eastern Orthodox Church with the Holy Thursday Prayer
You may not believe it but I am pro Israel, and I am digested by the hypocrisy of the churches stance towards Jews and Israel. Also I am disgusted that many christian here deny and stay silent about the anti-semitism within the church. The church is just as bad as the leftists, especially when it comes to boycotting Israel.
I have no respect for those christians who support the Palistinians and stand against Jews, they are the enemy. The arab christians made their choice, they chose to fight against Israel, so I find it hard to have sympathy towards them, now that the arabs are now devouring them.
Before you blah blah, you will not find one word where I have been critical of Israel
In the other thread there was mention the prohibition by Pope Shenouda III not to visit Israel
The new Coptic pope, Theodoros II, who took office in November 2012, stiill hasnot made a decision on whether to adopt Pope Shenouda’s approach in regards to visits to Jerusalem.
Nevertheless, several senior Coptic Church officials have stressed in the past that the prohibition to visit Jerusalem was still valid and that there had been no decision to cancel it. As they did last year, church officials are threatening to punish anyone going to Jerusalem.

Further note, re Martha Gellhorn’s article, which the Mohammedan pounced upon (being ever eager to push a bit of “split the camp” and always eager to try some whataboutery, as well, never mind that hatred is hardwired into the core theology of Islam, whereas love and charity *are* primary in Christian theology).
Yes, Gellhorn encountered antisemitic Christian Arabs among the many, many Arabs in and around Israel in 1960 with whom she conversed. Fools, dhimmis siding with and doing the work of their Muslim oppressors and abusers, Islamochristians, who should have been *repenting* of their *sin* of hatred toward and rejection of Jews qua Jews.
The particular man – not a priest, BTW – that she spoke to in 1960 is probably dead by now, given that that was fifty years ago and he was grey-haired at the time. I hope that the Holy Spirit got to work on him and caused him to repent of his sin of pride and hatred toward Jesus’ own kinfolk, before he died.
I am *saddened* and *angered* by the sin of Jew-hatred I see among some – thank God, so far as I can see, a minority – of my fellow Christians in the West, and also among my fellow-Christians in the Levant and elsewhere.
But the thing is: sins can be *renounced*. Within Christianity there is the possibility of self-examination, self-critique, and repentance; a change of heart. Brigitte Gabriel grew up in an antisemitic environment, yet learnt better.
There *are* Christians, not a few, within Israel today, *Arab* Christians, who are abandoning – repenting of – the Jew-hatred and rejection of Israel that blinded and crippled their forebears, poisoning their spiritual life, and turned them into willing servants or accomplices of the murderous, hateful Mohammedan Mob, the Mob that offers them no place except as despised and exploited dhimmis. My prayer is that those who have renounced Jew-hatred and pledged loyalty to the state of Israel may persevere and that many, many more may follow suit.
Further: the presence of hatred of Jews among the dhimmi Christians does *not* absolve Islam of its hatefulness – which is orders of magnitude greater, and is hardwired into its paradigm of the world. I believe that Gellhorn’s final paragraph about hate, among the Arabs, *can* very properly be understood as describing the prevalence of hate among *Muslims*, given that the *vast* majority of “Arabs” – then and now – *are* Muslims, and given that there is plenty of evidence – we have been seeing it here for 11 years – that a similar atmospheric is rampant among non-Arab Muslims.
