This is tantamount to declaring support for those who have vowed to destroy Denmark: “One Danish-Turkish resident who has fought in Syria warned last week that Denmark was ‘high up on [Isis’s] list’ of foreign targets. ‘It is an open war now. Isis has said that all infidels should be battled. They should be eliminated and soon it will be Denmark’s turn.'” Why is this mosque still operating? Why has it not been shut down, and its non-citizens deported?
“Danish mosque declares support for Isis,” The Local, September 2, 2014 (thanks to Will):
An Aarhus mosque that has long been accused of radicalising young members has now come out in support of the militant jihadist organisation Islamic State.
A spokesman for the Aarhus mosque Grimhøjmoskeen has openly declared the mosque’s support of the terrorist organisation Islamic State, or Isis.
“An Islamic state will always be what Muslims long for, therefore we cannot help but to support the Islamic State. Even if it makes mistakes, we will just have to wait and see,” mosque spokesman Fadi Abdallah told the online news source Den Korte Avis.
“The conditions aren’t the same down there [in Syria and Iraq, ed.] as they are here. I can fully understand why people are getting killed,” he continued.
Grimhøjmoskeen has long been accused of promoting an extremist interpretation of Islam. In July, a video emerged of Abu Bilal Ismail, an imam at the mosque, calling on God to “destroy the Zionist Jews”. He has since been officially reported to the police.
East Jutland Police also estimate that of the at least 100 men who have left Denmark to fight in Syria, at least 22 of them come from Grimhøjmoskeen.
“We can definitely say that when you go to that mosque, there is an increased risk of heading off for Syria,” police spokesman Allan Aarslev told TV2 Østylland earlier this year.
A recent report from The Economist calculated that when measured by total population, Denmark has sent the second-highest number of foreign fighters to Syria. Only Belgium has a higher number of foreign fighters per million residents. According to CNN’s calculations, the number of Danes who have left to fight in Syria account for just 0.044 percent of the 226,000 Muslims living in Denmark.
One Danish-Turkish resident who has fought in Syria warned last week that Denmark was “high up on [Isis’s] list” of foreign targets.
“It is an open war now. Isis has said that all infidels should be battled. They should be eliminated and soon it will be Denmark’s turn,” the jihadist, identified only as ÖA, told Politiken.
Isis militants recently released a video showing the brutal killing of American journalist James Foley and according to a still-unconfirmed media report, the same group of Isis jihadists is currently holding a Danish hostage. Another Dane, Daniel Rye Ottosen, was held by the group for 13 months in Syria before being released in June.
Denmark last week approved a military mission to aid Iraqi and Kurdish forces battling Isis in northern Iraq.

Denmark mosque declares support for the Islamic State
……………………………..
Of course they do—just like so many pious Muslims all over the West.
They take one look at a state that is beheading journalists, selling Infidels as sex slaves, committing genocide against religious minorities, and lining the streets of its captured territory with the severed heads of their enemies—and they *know* that this is Islam in its purest form.
God, I hate Islam.

Denmark, jump on this Mosque and make an example for the rest of Europe to follow, even my cat can see Europe will descend into civil war at some point, no time like the present to get it over with.

Exactly my own thought, Vapourking!
“Denmark last week approved a military mission to aid Iraqi and Kurdish forces battling Isis in northern Iraq.”
They need to approve a military mission that will arrive at the mosque on Friday morning, when it is at its busiest, surround it, detain all the mohammedans in the mosque, and ship them out to the middle east. No packing, no papers, no arguments – just take them to a convenient border and herd them across into the IS.
That’s what they want, isn’t it?

naturally all anti-Jihad, anti-Islam and anti-Mosque web sites and facebook pages in Danish have their resident Muslims and other apologists warning us aginst judging too quickly, putting a sweet gloss on everything Islamic and accusing everyone of being racists. The more primitive of them lie outright believing they’ll never be caught out. Veiled threats, dreams of islamic rule and triumphant celebrations, stuff like that. The usual superior attitudes.
It seems to be a somewhat general opinion among the sillier of them that IS is paid for, trained and sent by the West, the usual putting the blame elsewhere. I looked into a couple of places, and reports of Muslims in Denmark voicing support for IS so far is met by a silence far from the usual eagerness, I suppose a consensus is lacking.

Deport everyone who attends this mosque to the IS, replace the mosque with a memorial park for the tens of thousands of innocent men, women & children brutally enslaved and slaughtered by the IS.

Memo to the Danish authorities: raid the place. At 3 am. With a sudden, massive display of overwhelming force. Search it from attic to basement, using dogs trained to detect a/ cadavers b/ illicit drugs and c/ explosives. *Assume* that it contains sub-basements and perhaps tunnels; boobytraps; hidden safes, false floors/ walls/ ceilings. Seize all records and communications/ IT devices and put the forensics guys onto it, in case of finding a money trail to follow. Do the same at the houses and any other associated premises (e.g. offices, businesses) of the imam and anyone else prominent in the mosque “community”; arrest all such prominent persons and search (do not forget to swab them – and get the dogs to sniff – for traces of drugs and explosives or other nasties).
Basically, turn the whole thing – and associated personnel – upside down and shake it, to see what falls out of the pocketses.
And then shut the damn thing down and for good measure, raze it to the ground.
It’s an Enemy Base.
(And y ou better realize that every *other* mosque in Denmark is *also* an Enemy Base, a focus for a murderous Fifth Column that is pickled in hate for all things not-Islam).
Aardvark says
Not at 3 a.m., dda!
Raid it on Friday when ‘prayers’ are in full swing, and deport the whole damn kit and kaboodle.

Yep, you do have a point, there, about timing.

An online-newspaper (The Short Newspaper) asked ordinary Muslims in Denmark what they thought about IS. The google translation is horrible, but I think you get the gist of it:

Ah well, the link won’t link.
Here’s the text:
It has puzzled the public that there is quite a gap between the Muslim voices condemning Islamic State. Few Muslims are seen participating in the demonstration against the fanatical Islamists march in Syria and Iraq.
The Short Avis sat therefore to ask random Muslims, whether they want to distance themselves from the Islamic State. It took place in Gellerup in western Aarhus, where many Muslims are concentrated.
The main questions revolved around the following:
What do you think about Islamic State?
Do you take distance from the Islamic State, and if so, how?
What do you think Denmark / Europe must put up with returnees holy warriors?
Most Muslims in Gellerup I spoke with was not much to talk about Islamic State, and almost no one felt the need to condemn them. Only one was clearly dismissive in relation to the organization.
Many would like to talk about Israel, America’s and Europe’s sake, instead of answering the questions. Many argued that the Muslims in the world are victims of power play and master mentality from the USA and the UK, as known terrorist organizations in their view, is something the United States invented.
But I also heard rejections motivated by “I’ve never been there,” “I’m not acids”, “why should I believe that the media is telling the truth?”
Only one wanted to express an opinion about what should happen to returnees holy warriors.
The old Somali
The unwillingness to give clear answers were underway, combined with the fact that people in their native language had a little deliberation about what to say – and I could not understand it.
So it was with the first people I met: a handful of older Somali men who sat and enjoyed himself in front of one of bazarens many coffee shops. After I havdefremsat my question, they started a long talk on Somali whereby a’talsmand’sagde that they did not give an opinion, but what they (IS) made was not Islam.
Then smiled and they laughed and seemed very happy with what they had come up with. No explicit dissociation.
The other Somali men and one woman I spoke with then, or rather tried to get to talk with were all categorically unwilling to speak on the subject. In fact, the men would not talk to reporters.
Somalis often keep in Bazarens side streets, which are long and narrow passages with entrances to the very small shops. Here, for example, the barber. No comments.
The Palestinian
A man in his twenties who was hanging out at a juice bar, was different up on tiptoe, and went quickly my inquiry as an invitation to shouting profanities about Israel and ask whether it is better that they (the Israelis) butcher innocent women and children hundreds?
He was difficult to reach, even for a therapist, so on through Bazarens core service, the fruit and vegetable market.
The green Bazar
I have known Bazaar West for many years and always’følt’ the green department had the best atmosphere. Not something with cafes where men sitting in a row and comment every passerby, the mother tongue of course.
How experienced green department still, but you only out on the other side where the butchers holder before the mood is different.
Slayers
At the butchers believed that the Islamic State is a good idea, but they say that if you hit innocent people, such as women and children, then it is wrong. Here, too, believed that Muslims are victims of Western domination, and that the real culprits are those who give and sells weapons to the power-hungry and oppressed people.
My question seemed obviously provocative. Our conversation ended, I was asked to leave the store, and it was quite obvious that I should not come back!
The baker
He turned the whites of his eyes and assured that he had no idea what Islamic State was. “I do not read newspapers and sees only DR,” he said.
The female shopkeeper
Dressed in a black veil, she told me that the Islamic State is a good idea, but it is wrong to kill innocent people to death, and in general to kill for no reason. It is legitimate to kill in self-defense, and if Muslims are killed.
Turk
The holder of the Sultan Gift Shop Fatih Öztürk was the only person I spoke to, who expressed great disgust at the phenomenon of Islamic State. “The killers who just need to get away from the earth’s surface, and it is a disgrace that not even my own country Turkey can figure it out,” he said. Fatih has been shopkeeper since 2004.
“Many of Pia Ks attitudes are also sensible laws and penalties are too soft in Denmark.”
The Persian men
For Bazar Vest also includes small shopkeepers who are not Muslims, like people from Iran, which has been in Denmark since Khomeini’s theocracy driven them. But if you want to survive in the bazaar, you should not stand out too much on the question of Islamism resurfacing. “There are forces here that do not wish us well, so we are keeping a low profile,” they said.
One of the men suggest that it is important that children read texts of religions, so they understand what it is about.
“Our Persian culture has almost disappeared. It is a lesson of what can happen in the West, “says another.
Thank you for the conversation and go out in the sun, with their comments in the head.
Outside is a large fortune school classes on the road with fishing nets to nature area behind the bazaar. All the girls in veils and long robes that conceal their forms.
But it is not a rare sight in and around the Bazaar, and in Gellerup more generally where most girls and women are dressed Islamic properly. Huge numbers are hermetically sealed from head to toe.
The area is even more become a parallel society. Here are few want to discuss Islamic State with someone like me, who come from the outside. But the refusal to respond is probably also a kind of answer.

Actually, it did link for me!

I think it is incredible that America and the West allow radical imams and their terror mosques (aka jihadist recruiting centers) to spread like the desert sands. Giving them the freedom to spew their messages of hatred, intolerance, anti-Semitism, subversion, and calls for murderous jihad. Granting them the right to do so unmolested in a country they hate and who’s freedoms they abhor.
