Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the United Arab Emirates’ Minister of Foreign Affairs. In this interview with Fox’s Bret Baier, he says: “Our threshold is quite low when we talk about extremism. We cannot accept incitement or funding when we look at some of these organizations. I mean, for many countries the definition of terror is that you have to carry a weapon and terrorize people. For us, it’s far beyond that. We cannot tolerate even the smallest and tiniest amount of terrorism.”
This statement comes despite heavy pressure from the Obama Administration on the UAE to drop this designation. That pressure is likely to continue, however, as Awad and Hooper and their gang of thugs are certain to keep up their own pressure on the Administration.

Ow, at least they are doing something. At some point they may be called apostates.

This might be a smart piece of thinking by the UAE. Since the US under Obama will not take any action against CAIR, the UAE will pick and choose whom they want to ban from any list given by the US. They can easily say that since the USA did not take action on their list, they also have no obligation to do anything on the US list .

Were Sheik Abdullah to consider Mohamed and Aisha and the Creator in talks about the legitimacy of Islam itself as a vehicle towards an understanding of the will, intentions, and demeanor of the Creator, fine, then let’s talk. Any thing else, any other type of talk and conversation would only be considered by me as like Don Corleone talking to the press about the behavior of another family of Italians— er, I mean, another group of Islamists.
“That’s not me. That’s not the UAE. We are different Muslims who want peace.”
They are all Mafia —> They are all Sicilian.
They are all followers of that book —> They are all Muslims.

Also, the wealthy widow Khadijah, whose first two husbands had died, financed Muhammad’s scheme called Islam.
Sheik Abdullah is a welcome addition in the fight against terror groups like Hamas-linked CAIR and MAS because he knows just how conniving his fellow Muslims can be. That doesn’t mean we are to believe he is our friend, only that his self interest coincides with ours with the terror groups Hamas-linked CAIR and MAS.

We in the west should be picking and choosing our friends like this, we should back Assad because he is an enemy of Islamic state, Churchill said that he would form an alliance with the devil to defeat Hitler but as soon as that was accomplished he was Stalin’s old foe again and that is how our leaders should be thinking now. But does Obama want to defeat ISIS.?

On the Ferguson-IS thread some were wondering about a better way to find quotes from Quran or Hadith without having to do a search by term on the particular texts.
http://wikiislam.net/wiki/Main_Page
If you there is a link on your topic, it’s one-link shopping.
For example. Search: “jihad”. Entry on Jihad Watch comes up, among many others.
http://wikiislam.net/wiki/Jihad_Watch
Quote:
“Abdel Bari Atwan, the editor-in chief of the London-based pan-Arab newspaper Al-Quds Al-Arabi has said “Most of the effective surveillance work tracking jihadi sites is being done not by the FBI or MI6, but by private groups,” and that the best-known and most successful of those include Jihad Watch.[3]”
Or, say, search: “slavery”. Of the many entries, a useful “Quran, Hadith, Scholars” pops up.

Let me try this again. Blog ate my previous post. Some were wondering about a source to more easily find material on Islam. On the Ferguson thread the topic of slavery came up.
If you go to http://wikiislam.net/wiki/Main_Page you can search “slavery” and many results come up.
This is particularly useful and comprehensive: http://wikiislam.net/wiki/Qur%27an,_Hadith_and_Scholars:Slavery

At the beginning of the video, the Minister of Foreign Affairs says, “ISIS is hijacking their religion”
While this may not be accurate, in all fairness what could we expect him to say as a Muslim living in the United Arab Emirates who is trying to battle terrorism from within (Islam)? He is doing a whole lot more than Obama who claims to be a Christian yet has presided over an administration that has willfully aided persecution and slaughter of Christians in Egypt and elsewhere. Obama’s rhetoric should be labeled as a war crime for the hundreds of thousands who have died because of his Islam Arab Spring fling path of pandering indulgence.

I don’t trust anyone who believes Allah is God…Is the UAE simply playing good cop, bad cop to the public, and something else behind closed doors? I don’t know but I trust them not.
Jay Boo says
duh_swami you are over thinking this with that “good cop, bad cop” analogy.
Yes he is a Muslim and that means we should not trust him as a friend, however there is no need waste any energy fighting battles that we don’t need to fight. We should celebrate this victory to expose CAIR and MAS.
The stink from Islam’s cesspool is no longer as hidden as it was in the past and many Muslims will have to choose either to continue to deny the stink by finding enemies to hate or admit that the stink must be removed by tearing down Islam’s miserable house from within.

The Muslim Brotherhood, linked to CAIR and other degenerate groups, is a threat to the UAE and various other Muslim states, but this is all about power. These guys aren’t about to sing Kumbaya at the Israeli Knesset.

“[There is] heavy pressure from the Obama Administration on the UAE to drop this designation [of CAIR and MAS as terrorist organizations].”
Where is the evidence for this claim? Got a link? Is such pressure public, or rather quiet behind-the-scenes diplomacy, and in the latter case, how did you learn of it?
R Cole says
Interesting goings on!!
But what it sounds like – because the US supported the MB in the overthrow of Mubarak’s Egypt – if some in those Arab states did not like them before – now it’s all out hate or but more distrust.
Think about it – Muslim Brotherhood members – just sitting there like some sort of strange animal – that you can see is doing something – but you are not quite sure what.
But after Egypt – coupled with the anti-American sentiment that is almost a permanent fixture over there – a MB could be used by foreign agents – to gain control of these Gulf countries. The UAE made a decree – to get those ** terrorists out of here!!
::
We would naturally be interested to know how did a group like CAIR and its affiliates cross the UAE’s terrorism/extremist threshold?
No doubt when they are in the company of other Muslims they talk freely – for example the Washington Post says CAIR has been dogged by allegations about connections to the Muslim Brotherhood – so what is suspected over here is – accepted fact over there.
Perhaps Congressman Keith Ellison can shed some light on this issue – he likes the Muslim Brotherhood.
Custos Custodum says
With all due respect to Mr. Spencer, Awad and Hooper (of Hamas-linked CAIR) cannot really keep up “pressure on the Administration.”
One can only put “pressure” on something that resists. Putting “pressure” on the Administration for Muslim supremacism is like pushing against a garment hanging on the line – the garment will give without pressure.
The real purpose of “pressure” groups like Hamas-CAIR is to provide a fig-leaf for fence-sitting congressmen and senators seeking an excuse to cooperate with Muslim supremacists. Such spineless collatorators can point to Awad and Hooper and their ilk and claim to be under tremendous political “pressure,” to be meeting with “legitimate representatives” of the “Muslim community,” etc.

Caveat emptor here.
Remember what they say in English to be broadcast is not what they say in Arabic privately among themselves.
We’ll need to see distinct actions/activties in our [Western] favor, not exercises among intra-Muslim factional butcheries.

Well, what do you know about that? What a Earth Shaker that is! The Great Muslim Nation calling CAIR terrorists organization! Wonder what the Saudi’s are doing in the Mid-East anyway? I hear nothing in the news, no Saudi Special Forces saving people from beheading, so no Special Saudi Forces creeping in Iraq to destroy the Caliphate! How are they keeping ISIS off their borders anyway?

Some Americans like to make fun of the EU countries and it has some legitimacy especially with Sweden which seems intent on national suicide. It is a small country but is taking in immigrants by the 1000s. every year. However no EU country has an organisation like CAIR which like a cancerous growth has inserted its tentacles into every branch of government and academia and also using the wonderful US constitution against the sate itself. Unless something radical is done to deal with it soon, maybe in the next adminisration as Obamination is completely supine to CAIR, it will be running the country subveresively
