Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Japanese PM: “Extremism and Islam are completely different things”

Jan 20, 2015 8:53 pm By Robert Spencer

Shinzo AbeThe imam Not-Quite-Honest Abe joins his fellow imams Barack Obama, John Kerry, Joe Biden, David Cameron, Theresa May and others in explaining that what the Islamic State is doing has nothing to do with Islam. The Islamic State jihadis would beg to differ, of course, and have convinced unprecedented numbers of young Muslims in the West to travel to Iraq and Syria to join them, but the learned imams aren’t concerned about the implications of that at all.

“Japan Weighs Ransom in Islamic State Threat to Kill Hostages,” by Jon Gambrell and Mari Yamaguchi, Associated Press, January 20, 2015:

The Islamic State group threatened to kill two Japanese hostages within 72 hours, demanding a $200 million ransom in a video posted online Tuesday that showed a knife-brandishing masked militant standing over the two kneeling captives.

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who was traveling in the Middle East, vowed to save the men. But with his military only operating in a self-defense capacity at home, Abe faces a hard choice: openly pay the extremists or ask an ally like the United States to attempt a risky rescue inside Syria.

Tuesday’s video, released via militant websites associated with the Islamic State group, mirrored other hostage threats the extremists have made. In it, the captives, 47-year-old Kenji Goto and 42-year-old Haruna Yukawa, were shown in orange jumpsuits with a rocky hill in the background, a black-clad militant standing between them. The scene resembles others featuring five hostages previously beheaded by the Islamic State group, which controls a third of Iraq and Syria.

Speaking in English with a British accent, the militant demanded $200 million for the men’s release and appeared to link the ransom to a pledge Abe made Saturday of nonmilitary aid to help the government of Iraq and to assist Syrian refugees who have fled the Islamic State’s brutality.

“To the prime minister of Japan … you willingly have volunteered to take part in this crusade,” said the masked man, who looked and sounded like the militant shown in other filmed beheadings.

“And to the Japanese public: Just as your government has made the foolish decision to pay $200 million to fight the Islamic State, you now have 72 hours to pressure your government in making a wise decision, by paying the $200 million to save the lives of your citizens,” he said.

“Otherwise, this knife will become your nightmare.

Japanese officials said they would analyze the video to verify its authenticity, though Abe offered no hesitation as he pledged to free the men.

“Their lives are the top priority,” the Japanese leader told journalists in Jerusalem as he wrapped up a six-day visit to the Middle East. “Extremism and Islam are completely different things.”…

Prime Minister Abe says the equivalent of a football “Hail Mary” pass, similar to remarks by American and European heads of state and lawmakers.

Their liberty-based privilege guilt insulated them until recently from Islamic reality; now the speechwriters — fools too — cannot wake up fast enough.

The last time I checked the Japanese were largely arreligious. So, when did abe gain the vast understanding of the quran and islam that gives hin the authority to speak on behalf of muslims and their faith, to assure us that “ISLAM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ISLAM”.

What’s going on? I can’t believe world leaders are buckling to terrorists due to political correctness. They can’t be that illogical. It has to be something else. All world leaders have an ability to put themselves out there, speak publicly, manage difficult questions and threats from nut jobs from their own people so why don’t they deal with terrorism by recognizing it for what it is and take decisive action to wipe this scourge called islam off the face of the earth. They have to know that it’s either now or later. Muslim extremists multiply like rats. Better to deal with it now than wait and destroy our children’s future.

Why? because *WE*, the once-free peoples of the once-great Western Civilization are allowing them to do whatever they want to do, or not to do.
*WE* must remove these traitors from power. *WE* must bring them to justice for High Treason.
Unfortunately, *WE* have lost our dignity, our values, our virility and our children’s future. *WE* deserve what we get.
Is it too late? NO. Will we do it? I doubt.

That is the point. Face Islam now or pass it along to the next election.

In 1936 governments were well informed about Germany’s illegal rearmament program but managed to duck responsibility until millions were destined to die. By that time Germany pushed for a declaration of war through their outrageous behavior. This forced a change of government in Britain that ultimately won the war . . . and that is what it will take here!

Yes – the parallels between the 1930’s in Europe are just plain ominous – as we Europeans know and see clearly when we witness the events unfolding. Daladier and Chamberlain selling Europe to Hitler, dirty cheap. My country – Czechoslovakia – being the first offering to him.

In the mean time we face civil war . At the moment we have undeclared war and that is how it will remain as Islamists are too cowardly to declare war other than their stated ‘jihad’ which of couirse to the average Westerner means nothing.

But these world leaders must have children and grandchildren. Are they really willing to endanger the future of-their-own-children? It’s counter-intuitive!! Are the muslim brotherhood et al threatening politicians and other high flyers into submission? Are they paying them off? Can westerners not absorb this threat intellectually because we’ve had it so good for so long? I really don’t understand how leaders of the western civicilized world are ok cooperating with the constant demands of this wretched group. They threaten our very survival.

        Jen and Alissa,

“All these traitorous politicians probably hope they’ll no longer be in politics by the time it gets “that bad”

“But these world leaders must have children and grandchildren. Are they really willing to endanger the future of-their-own-children?”

I thought about this issue, concerning current western government and political leaders, for a considerable amount of time and I think that applying the power of leverage on them, by use of the “pain and pleasure” principle, is long overdue.

In general, there are many ways to do that, such as voting them out of office, mobilising masses to demand and affect the results of referendums and pushing certain lobbying groups to put pressure on the government and political parties to pass certain laws and bills. Unfortunately all of these endeavours will take time, need a humongous amount of work to unify large enough masses and the results are not certain. Given the urgency and importance of effecting a major change in western countries response to Islam’s invasion, aggression and threat, all of these mentioned possible measures are not feasible, at least not for the moment.

It is very evident through examination of the workings of human mind and the biographical portrait of many past world leaders, that people, in general, and national or government leaders, in particular, very much like and do their best to have their names go in history books as they were the ones who were visionaries, left a positive heritage for their country, if possible to the whole world and above all they were the ones who stood for basic universal human rights, one of which is freedom.

So given this logic, it will very painful for them during their life time, to contemplate the possibility that after they pass away, their name would be forever linked to the cause of demise of their countries, ideals, sufferings to multitudes of people and the destruction of what was once a great civilization, let alone how they would feel about the prospect that their children and grand children would blame them, their parents and grand parents, for their suffering and misery.

Applying all that abstract to current world leaders, for example if Obama and Cameron start to anticipate and contemplate the prospect that probably they are on the wrong side of things, which I think that, at some level of their consciousness, they are aware of, and that they will be cursed by many future generations in the west, who by then would be living under Shariia and Islam’s bondage, even their own daughters, Obama’s, those of David Cameron, and their grand daughters who are not all guaranteed continuing to enjoy the same social status they are enjoying right now, and who may even end up under the heavy hand of mistreatment of women under Islamic Shariia. That prospect for both of these two men, if they spend some time contemplating, would even possibly be frightening, how they would be viewed by their own offspring.

Hence the birth of this idea, that I had for sometime, a list of two sides, possibly on the internet, for all human beings inhabiting this planet to participate in.

One side to be signed by those who want to maintain the “status quo” continue on the same course of action western leaders are taking regarding Islam and its threat, obfuscation of the reality of Jihad, wilful ignorance of both of them and the ensuing enabling of that religion’s complete conquest and subduing of the west and later, the rest of the world.

The other side to be signed by all those who want a fundamental change in the course of action regarding that religion, know and understand the real nature of Islam, its anti human ideology, its certain threat to the survival of humanity (Just, imagine how the planet earth would look like, all countries become under its rule; hint: look at all of north Africa, middle east, Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan, Indonesia and many parts of sub-Saharan Africa) and above all, while not seeking to threaten fellow human beings or their destruction, in this case Muslims, they are willing to do whatever is necessary for their survival, that and the well being of future generations in a time and space, completely free from that religion, in which even the word Islam is not even present in its dictionaries!

I personally think that it would achieve its intent, of increasing the pressure on those world leaders to change their course of action and face the threat of Islam with at least, some serious thinking.

I think the various Western leaders are attempting the ‘divide and conquer’ trick. They want to split mohammedans into two groups, the ‘extremist jihadi’ group, and the ‘moderate’ group, in the hope that they can at least rely on the moderates to stay out of any future civil wars. If they admit that Islam itself is extremist (which is blindingly obvious to anybody who reads their literature or listens to their imams) then they risk pushing ALL mohammedans into the same enemy camp.

Myself, I think this is futile, and will not work in the long run. Better to just round up the lot now, and send them back to their own dung-heaps.

      • Alissa says

        Jan 21, 2015 at 10:47 am

…especially since it’s impossible to accurately separate “moderate” from “extremist” anyway. In my assessment, if they are practicing muslims, ie going to a mosque every Friday then they are dangerous. To believe in mohammed as a “great” prophet” who is worthy of devotion is a tell tale sign of a value system that is so opposite to ours that they are incompatible with our society. Ex. Sharia law but more importantly, any “extremist” with use deception (stealth jihad) to fool us into believing that they are “moderate”

Where do Muslim terrorists get their deadly ideas? PM Shinzo Abe knows more about Sharia law than Islamic legists.

    From Islamic Commentaries:
-“Insulting the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is one of the worst of forbidden actions… whether done seriously or in jest. The one who does that is to be EXECUTED even if he repents and whether he is a Muslim or a kaafir.” – Ruling on one who insults the Prophet, Shaykh al Munajid, Islam Q&A, Fatwa No. 22809
    From Koran:
-K.9:11-12 “But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and TAUNT YOU for your Faith, – FIGHT (and KILL) ye the chiefs of Unfaith, for their oaths are nothing to them, that thus they may be restrained.”
-K.11.173 “Believers, RETALIATION is decreed for you in BLOODSHED.”
    From Top Islamic Religious Authorities:
In 1993, top Sunni religious authorities from Al Azhar University confirmed that vigilantes may commit murder in the enforcement of Sharia law if the state does not do it. This means every single Muslim has implicit authorization from Islam’s top authorities to commit vigilante killing to defend Islam.
From the Sharia law manual Reliance of the Traveller:
Sharia permits the murder of anyone who verbally opposes Islam, since they are at war with Islam:
“There is no indemnity obligatory for killing a non-Muslim (harbi) at war with Muslims.” -Reliance of the Traveller, o4.17, p.593

BUT NONE OF THAT IS ISLAMIC??? That’s ‘extreme’ so it couldn’t be Islamic…oh…read the above again carefully, Prime Minister.

      “Indeed, he is mad.”
      “Surely he is possessed!”
      “He is certainly insane”.
“Verily, he … is a madman!”

The “he” is Mohammed. The speakers are his neighbours who knew him.

    Westman,
You leave out that Sharia law is perfect, complete and eternal. Therefore, it cannot be changed. The only way to change Islam is to officially reopen the ‘Doors of Ijtihad’ which were closed forever in AD 1111.

The imams ALL know this and though Islamic jurisprudence is FLEXIBLE in application, it is not debatable or questionable. The mullahs cannot make up their own Islam-à-la-carte.

All innovation is sinful in Islam and such heresy is punishable by death, so no mullah will recommend any change whatsoever.

How many of our Brits, Canadian, Australians were beheaded by Japanese on the Bataan Death March? Japanese loved beheading. They beheaded anyone on the Bataan Death March that couldn’t keep up. The Japanese starved our men, women and children and kept them in death camps and beat an whipped them almost into death. That they have never apoloized for. Japan is only modern because they were beaten into the ground. And then became modern and democratic. Why? Because the Allied Forces finally pummeled them into submission. Which is going to happen to these islamists. Pummel them into submission.

Naa!! The fact that the japanese PM is being political correct doesn’t mean that in japan they’re going to bend over to the muslims like the west does. Unlike the west they have very strict immigration laws last time i checked 98% of the population were japanese, they won’t offer the same benefits like the west to immigrants and they won’t take muslims refugees like the west, also unlike the west japanese are and have always been very proud of their culture unlike many western who feel “guilty” for their imperial history and now feel that they have to pamper, confort, and bend over to muslims and africans evenif this means commiting cultural suicide. Japan also gives a damm about human rights when it comes to dealing with crimminals unlike the west who pamper crimminals and tells them that they are ” victims of a bad society” In japan they have the death penalty unlike the west, and japan won’t think twice in killing criminals, and they won’t have them for decades sitting in death row.
Japanese have always and still are strict and disciplined, and up till 2001 a man committed seppuku.

Instead of lazily and cowardly repeating and singing to the same broken record, which inevitably will lead to the suffering of your children and grand children, get off your butt and do some serious studying about Islam’s beginning, how it was spread, what kind of fruits it produced and is still producing, comparing the personal life and teachings Jesus and Mohammed and check what basis in it many groups around the world are using, groups such as: Boko Haram in Nigeria, ISIS, Jabhat Al Nusra, Ansar Al Shariia, Al Qaeda Afghanistan, Abu Sayyaf in the Phillipines, Al Qaeda in Yemen, Al Shabab in Somalia, Hamas, Hezbollah, Ansar el Islam, Salafists in Egypt and Sudan, Muslim Brotherhood, Taliban in Afghanistan, Taliban in Pakistan , the thousand or so Islamic groups in Pakistan and Bangladish, the thousands and thousands of new converts to Islam , in the west, who immediately start, after their conversion, to become terrorists and commit violent acts in the name of this religion…..etc. etc. etc.

If you find a solid basis in the Quran, Hadiths and Sunna, which refutes the teachings and practises of all the previously mentioned groups and individuals, go and tell them about it and when all of them listen to you and let go of their Islam based stupid ideology, come back on this site and tell us about your success and only then you have a case to present to us.

With American battlefleets tween him and China and a neutered population ; when Obama tells the Japanese to sitdown (dog)..they sit down.. China and all non Islamic Asian countries should make muslim Asia a message of sobriety .. that makes it very clear where they sit… at the lower part of Asias table.. if allowed at all… Enough boastful blathering from a cult which would be destroyed in short order by China, Japan, Vietnam….etc….Go ahead Malaysian canoe and coconut troopers .. Vietnam alone would eat you for breakfast.. Isolate them on their islands… destroy their military if they become aggressive….. deport them all from Australia… they already are calling for muslim army in Australia… Get them the HELL out ….Today.

Japanese PM: “Extremism and Islam are completely different things”

So what if he said that? He doesn’t want and doesn’t need to get involved in all this has or has nothing to do with islam crap. Japan will not tolerate the muslim’s bs, they have one of the most strict immigration laws in the world and will not take muslim refugees like the west or us, their jails are among the most strict in the world too all inmates are FORCED TO WORK UNDER DRACONIAN DICIPLINE, they can be punish if they talk or even look at each other, if they’re caught looking out the window. Japan has also tge death penalty, unlike the west.

IN OTHER WORDS JAPAN’S P.M. IS BEING POLITICAL CORRECT, BUT UNLIKE THE WEST JAPAN WILL NEVER, NEVER BEND OVER TO THE MUSLIMS LIKE THE WEST DOES, JAPANESE ALSO GIVES A DAMM ABOUT HUMAN RIGHTS WHEN IT COMESTO DEALING WITH CRIMMINALS. THEY’LL ISOLATE INMATES FOR YEAAARS IF THEY ACT STUPID.

Interesting from a country that never allowed Muslim immigrants, citing that it found them and their beliefs to be “strange and weird”

Is there some kind of script that these numbskulls send to each other to parrot. It will come home yes even to Japan- then they and also we are going to have another think and take action or fail as countries just like the UK and EU are doing and experiencing right now.

People here are asking how it is that so many Western Leaders are walking in lockstep. My answer might sound a little too “religious” but I believe their strings are being pulled by the same Demon that controls Islam.

Now even the Pope says it is wrong to equate Islam with violence

(This is so patently insane it has to be part of some larger plan. There is no way that a Catholic Pope could possibly believe what he says here unless he is trying to sell us all something.

Have been saying for quite a while. Some six or seven years ago, I began to question how come all Western leaders, no exception, all sang the same hymn sheet – Islam is a religion of peace, when all their security services, and their own eyes, told them not. Clearly, there was an agreed strategy as part of the “War on Terror”. It was obvious that such a policy had three immediate advantages. There are many others.

      1. It maintained the fiction that we were not waging a war on Islam ie a new Crusade. A new Crusade would have invoked huge oppositioin in the West. Clearly not the way. Besides, wars based on religion, were not the done thing anymore.

      2. It allowed us to use Muslim countries as a base to destabilise or intervene in an adjacent nation. Thus Afghanistan provided a useful base to destabilise Pakistan, and attack it using drones, with the acquiesence of Pakistan.

      3. It kept our home based Muslims quiet. Some Muslims could see what was happening, but they were not sidelined.

The goal seems to be to weaken the entire Muslim world. It does not matter if a particular Islamic nation is friendly or not. Its capability was to be destroyed – Egypt, Libya are examples. The calculation is that any “progressing” Islamic nation must be converted to a sharia one, using democracy as a tool. A sharia nation would then destroy itself. Thus the opposition to the ousting of the Muslim Boterhod in Egypt. The only exceptions would be the oil producing Islamic nations. But they would be so alarmed at what was going on, that their rulers would be at the feet of the West.

Ditto Iraq. Under the guise of installing democracy, freedom for women etc (remember G W Bush& Donald Rumsfeld), the West fractured Iraq and made it a Shia/Sunni sharia hellhole. Thus Iraq and Egypt, the most populous and powerful nations in the ME, are shattered.

GW Bush, did state a year or so after 9/11, that this war was going to last 50 years or more. Recently, both David CVameron and Hollande have confirmed it.

If one accepts this proposition, then Obama is a very useful tool in this strategy. His Muslim name and Leftits credentials keeps the left quiet, and the Muslim world wondering.

When will Abe get it into his head that these hostages are being held and probably will be murdered in cold blood by Muslims and not renegade Baptists, and have been doing it for 1,400 years. The one thing Japan has in its favour is few Muslims on its soil, though, and given what ISIS, Bioko Haram, Hamas, Hezbollah and the rest of them are like, plus the savages who inhabit the banlieus in Paris, Japan would be well advised to keep it this way.

There are more than 120.000 Muslims in Japan. Muslims claim their numbers are in excess of 200.000. There are an increasing number of mosques and enough stupid females who intermarry with Mohammedan headbangers. Their children cannot be denied citizenship, and some of them are already second generation. So the dragon seed of Islam has been planted, and it is well embedded in the Japanese populace.

What kind of spineless leaders in the world fail to acknowledge “Extremism and Islam ARE the same THING”! At the end of the day they share the same values, principles and belief systems (The Quran) and if it comes down to it a non-radical will become radical very easily when family is intertwined.

I’m all for the reigniting of the crusades and this time wiping them from from the pages of history. ISIS and any supporters are a bunch of animals which should be destroyed with no mercy. No humanity exists within their souls.

Who follows a profit that promotes terror, beheading and raping/mutilation of children/women? Get your head on straight and stop following that religion. Become a human again.

    Looking forward…

    Tancred
