Mr. Snackbar, GREAT name. We should ask Robert Spencer for a page that we can come up with some inventive names? What do you think?

Let me take this moment to mention some other persons who deserve our deep thanks for THEIR COURAGE too :
THE STAFF AND MODERATORS AT SUN NEWS ! ! Michael Coren and Pat Bolland are two of them — Robert has appeared dozens of times.
Helping him tell the truth about jihad has no doubt earned such Infidel conduct a death sentence.

Video: Robert Spencer on Sun TV on the advance of Islam’s blasphemy laws in France, Belgium, Egypt — and Facebook

Deeply disturbing. Despite vows of “Je Suis Charlie”, I was concerned that this would be quietly followed by examples of capitulation.

After watching this interview I went to youtube to watch the interview Ms. Ali had with Avi Lewis. What a piece of work he is. She blew him out of the water.
Great job on the interview, Mr. Spencer.

So, a member of our society gets death threats etc from an immigrant group. Does not reporting it to the police, so they are ready for a criminal act to occur, to catch the perp in the act or hopefully prior, put the onus on the police to act?
Where are the legal enforcement aparatus when they are called to do their job? OR, are the police honestly afraid too, knowing Islam makes it personal and some enterprizing young jihadi might just decide the cop’s kid’s school in the best “revenge.”

Norwegian journalist Arnt Folgerø describes in his article the debate over freedom of speech in Norway that can be carried over into other European countries:
Researcher Henrik Syse recently pointed out a very important neglected point in the debate over free speech in “Aftenposten”: “By making certain dogmas unchallengeable in the public arena, we are in practice closing the door for real freedom of speech.”[..] There is hardly any fundamental criticism of the influence of power on key areas in Norwegian society. In other words, a critical public is lacking in Norway. The few who seriously challenge political consensus are dissidents, are Internet sites like document.no or rights.no. The characteristic of the condition of free speech in Norway is that certain areas have been lifted out of the political debate and made into taboos, something about which Syse warned. An example of dogmatized political questions, as Syse believes, is immigration and the refugee and asylum system that was created in the face of the situation in postwar Europe. [..] There are clear, rational societal arguments for stopping immigration to Norway and Europe and for a restructuring of the system for asylum that is a far reaching instrument for the guarantee of a work situation in Europe for young men from the Third World. But taboos against arguments critical of immigration make it almost impossible to articulate such arguments in the Norwegian public. [..] This immigration to Europe is unprecedented…
But those who expose the problem of this development and point it out in a connection with the policy of asylum and immigration are quickly accused of racism, islamophobia, xenophobia, hostility toward and fear of Islam and condemned, often accompanied with the charge of moral weakness, much like the actions toward the dissidents in the Soviet Union. Unlike those, today’s dissidents aren’t put behind lock and bars, rather they often lose their job. [..]
In Germany, there is an enormous influx of Muslim applicants for asylum, refugees and migrants in a land that has already taken in millions of muslims. [..] 15 percent of the population in Germany lives in poverty. About one fifth of those gainfully employed in the country earn less than 450 euros a month without rights to retirement, welfare or vacation money.
It is in this situation that the Pegida protest movement appeared. It was the subject of the New Year’s speech by Chancellor Angela Merkel in which she said that the driving force of populism is when somebody feels that “those up top” make decisions over the heads of the people. Where she went astray was that she stirred up the idea that popular criticism is based on emotions like hate and fear, and that “populist” arguments are outside the realm of all reason. And here is where Merkel is in total agreement with the other politically correct elite in Europe, and with the Norwegians as well [..], and by so-called German experts in numerous newspapers. They wrote about “xenophobic, immigration-phobic Nazis and about how much of a fear-mongering movement Pegida is…”
The descriptions show that free speech as a fundamental criticism of power is only a formality in the the mentioned countries, Norway, Sweden and Germany. The situation is different in the rest of the EU. Thus, Europe’s political elite do away with freedom of speech by eliminating criticism against political power. Freedom of speech for the time being is still the right to offend and is currently serving in official speeches as window dressing when Muslims liquidate editorial members or cut of the heads of defenseless people.
The greatest threat of free speech doesn’t come from global Islam but from the politically correct elite in the West. They represent a perverted form of free speech that exhibits clear traits of “free speech” that existed in Soviet society. And they employ the ultimate argument of Stalinism when public opinion grumbles. Then they bring up the “gloomy undemocratic powers” and the spirit of the Holocaust in order to silence all critical voices against the planned globalist “Millennium Kingdom” of the elite.
