Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Brooklyn College student thanks Allah for the growth of the Islamic State

Apr 23, 2015 11:33 am By Robert Spencer

Last night I posted a photo of Muslim students at Pamela Geller’s talk at Brooklyn College making the raised index finger gesture that has become associated with the Islamic State, and on Twitter numerous Muslims and Leftists began ridiculing the idea that it was a gesture any different from anyone raising an index finger while making a point.

Let them explain this. Note that none of the Muslim students in the audience say a word to contradict or rebuke this student for declaring openly her support for this vicious group of “extremists.”

Pamela Geller has more here. Video thanks to David Wood.

What are the chances two people posing for a photograph are “making a point” using the same gesture at the same time?

No, they are making the Tawhid gesture favored by Islamic supremacists and made famous by IS. Western higher education is a major root cause of terrorism we see time and again. The leftist anti-American Jew hatred favored in college dovetails perfectly with jihadist beliefs.

Typical leftist thuggery – they have no arguments so they try to ridicule without ever explaining why it’s supposed to be ridiculous. The fallacy here is that they’re hoping people will believe that because a sign means something in our culture it therefore means the same thing in any given culture – let them go to, for example, Greece, and make a “thumbs up” or “All OK” to random people on the street and see how that works out for them. In islam, raising the index finger is a sing of belief in tawhid, the oneness of allah.

I just cannot believe so many Western liberals defend Islam and dislike Christianity and Judaism..If Europe was awash with Christian terror groups annihilating Muslims and others, enslaving women and murdering gays et al, and declaring convert to Christianity or die, would these same liberals defend that?

No, a lack of courage of conviction is coming to be a nagging feature of progressivism. Douglas Murray summed it up well saying, and I paraphrase, “Liberals have made a career out of attacking empty hornets’ nests and when they come across one which is real [alluding to their failure to confront Islam] they run the other way.”

I used to identify as liberal, but the cowardice, hypocrisy (such as with dressing in the latest fashions while the Earth putrefies) and sanctimony of so many liberals put me on the fast-track to political atheism.

      No.

Simply because they are contrary. The problem with the liberal mindset is this: being contrary does not mean one is able to think on one’s own. It just means being contrary.

Islamofascism continues to expose itself at every turn. When will there be resounding refutation by “moderate” Muslims against these fascists? I suppose “never” to be the answer. I guess that leaves it up to the rest of us.

This is the unpleasant reality of what the West faces when they accept Muslim immigrants. As we know, there are 5,000 people being monitored in France for potentially harboring extremist ideologies*. These people do not live in isolation. They have families and friends who must be aware of their ideological persuasions. We have been insulted with the proclamations of “shock” by family members of IS emigres who were later proven to be Muslim extremists. It is admittedly anecdotal, but I have not met a single Muslim who does not at some point tip their hand and betray their anti-Western comportment. I’ve heard them diminish the horror of the holocaust, become defensive in explaining away and relativizing jihadist beheadings, smirk while calling Jesus’ mother Mary a “whore”, and much more venom.

These students proclaiming hamduallah, or however it’s spelled, and those sneering are enemies– don’t be confused for a second about that. They wish us harm.

*The Kouachi brothers were not being monitored

Here’s how to do it. Get nice close-up photos of these animals’ faces, and post them on a Web page (with this video) for the benefit of prospective landlords and employers. “Is this your next Boston Marathon bomber? Is this person going to bring a gun to work and, like Nidal Hassan, gun down your employees in the name of Allah?” Fix it so nobody will hire these subhumans (by choice, not race) or rent to them.

There is no future for American freedom if these students are examples of tomorrows citizens and leaders. Fortunately they are a minority.

They packed the meeting in advance, were disruptive, and were directed like puppets via texts on their cell phones. They cheated others who could not attend because of their rotten actions and intention to deprive others. There is a cankerous Imam or CAIR in the background.

The only legitimate Muslim Questioner who didn’t read instructions from a cell phone was a woman who knew first hand about genocide and Jihad. The girl in front of her had been instructed on her cell to delay giving a question to keep the Muslim behind her from getting to the microphone. Ms. Geller had to insist on the girl to stop delaying and provide a question. The woman behind her, with real jihad experience, was beyond frustrated by the time she got there. She, a Muslim, was angry enough to say that she would have preferred the disruptive students head on a platter instead of those she lost to Muslim Genocide. The students were prompted to chant, “That’s a threat”.

Watch the video; at about 53:41 a male Muslim yells, “cut her head off”. Will the puppets grow up to be killer puppets?

I never imagined that college students could be so disrespectful, rude, and selfish. Watch them walk across the college’s chairs. It would be interesting to follow each one and see how many acutally graduate.

Many of these students are AINOs, Americans In Name Only. They want to take from America what the Islam ruled countries cannot provide while weakening it. In the biological world this is called a parasite.

The attempt to ruin Pamella Geller’s talk will backfire, due to its display of Islam’s universal destruction of discourse, and people who have been holding off will now donate to Ms. Geller’s cause. I definitely will.

At the very end of the video, going down the stairs on the way out, the students, thinking they are out of range add, “From the River to the Sea” to their “Free Free Palestine” chant.

Of course, they are calling for the elimination of the state Of Israel.

    Robert,

I suggest that you post a link to Pamela’s complete speech with “comments.”

    http://pamelageller.com/2015/04/full-video-pamela-geller-at-brooklyn-college-speech-and-q-a.html/

The support of ISIS, along with that finger gesture, meaning Tawheed, the oneness of Allah, is just a part of it. If you can stand to watch the complete speech with its orchestrated demonstration against Pamela, you will get more of an appreciation for how brain-dead these people are. You will be sickened to see proof that these Muslim students are gullible and threatening and that Brooklyn College is evidently not about understanding and intelligent discourse. The Muslim Brotherhood is alive and well in the US.

I’ve done the research on this, and it is my conclusion that the CIA is heavily involved in supplying ISIS. Folks, consider how much it costs to keep an army of 50,000 fed, clothed, sheltered, armed and trained and many of these guys have their families with them. It’s millions of dollars a day. Where does a private army get that kind of money? How do they get supplied and resupplied? With all the sophisticated tools the NSA has — they can’t figure out where the money is coming from and shut it off? They can’t shut off the supply lines of food and weapons? It doesn’t make any sense.

My theory — Obama got shut down a year ago on bombing Syria to weaken Assad, so out of nowhere comes this ISIS army that nobody had ever heard of. It amounts to a monumental intelligence failure or it was an orchestrated plan to give Obama the excuse and the support he now needs to bomb — and he is proceeding. Our military industrial complex requires and enemy to justify it’s existence. ISIS is their creation. I am 100% convinvced.

Yes, I did. And also, the fact that the Pentagon is the most heavily defended building in the world, with anti-air missiles ringing the structure. So, I ask myself how a slow-moving commercial jet managed to evade all these defenses and strike the building? Maybe you have an answer.

          “Yes, I did.”

Then your deductive and/or information gathering don’t amount to much. It seems to me that you started by the end: you decided that the CIA was to blame and shoehorned selective pieces of info to back your “deduction” while leaving out anything that wouldn’t fit.

“And also, the fact that the Pentagon is the most heavily defended building in the world, with anti-air missiles ringing the structure. So, I ask myself how a slow-moving commercial jet managed to evade all these defenses and strike the building?”

And how is that supposed to relate to the CIA and ISIS theory you presented? It seems like you’re trying to bring up unrelated issues to avoid discussing your Frankensteinian theory.

          “Maybe you have an answer.”

And how is what I might think of your red herring related to your “theory” about the CIA and ISIS? Once again, it seems you’re trying hard to divert the argument away from it. If anyone needs to answer anything it’s you. Let’s start with the most basic question: did the CIA exist in 1801?

No, I read the Seymour Hersch piece on Benghazi — which was a CIA safe house running guns to ISIS illegally, and that is why Hillary and Obama want all investigation stone-walled and why they had any survivors id’s changed and moved out of the country, so they could not be called in front of Congress. A quick Google search of ISIS and CIA will turn up plenty of interesting reading for you.

Is that the basis of your theory? One piece on Benghazi? You extrapolate that ISIS is a creation of the CIA to justify the existence of the american military industrial complex?

“A quick Google search of ISIS and CIA will turn up plenty of interesting reading for you.”

I don’t doubt that, just not in the way you think – more info = finding even more holes in your theory.

That’s not connecting any dots. That’s saying generic banalities that, true as they may be, add no substance to your theory. The government may lie, but that doesn’t prove that ISIS is a creation of the CIA to justify the existence of the american military-industrial complex.

So, back to the discussion of your theory. Was the CIA around in 1801?

I’m not your personal research team. Do you dispute Hersch report on Benghazi? Have you even read it? Why would the CIA be funneling weapons to ISIS? Why is Obama so hellbent on getting rid of Assad? Do you even know? Do you know why he wanted to get rid of Gaddafi? Are you buying the official line? I’m starting to think I’m dealing with a Gruber voter here.

I never said you were. What you’re doing is avoiding answering a question I randomly picked among the several I cold have made to prove your theory is absolute garbage.

“ Do you dispute Hersch report on Benghazi? Have you even read it?”

Does it say that ISIS was created by the CIA to justify the existence of the american military-industrial complex? Because that was what you said. Remember that?

Our military industrial complex requires and enemy to justify it’s existence. ISIS is their creation.

“Why would the CIA be funneling weapons to ISIS?”

Is the CIA funneling weapons for ISIS or was the CIA involving in supplying rebels fighting Assad that later pledged allegiance to ISIS?

Also, enough with the ISIS nonsense – let’s simply call it islamic state. Because they print currency, issue passports have their own legal system and they’re acting upon islamic orthodoxy

“Why is Obama so hellbent on getting rid of Assad? Do you even know?”

I don’t know that any better than Obama – although you apparently do. I can, however, from the top of my head, think of a couple of reasons that don’t involve an half-assed conspiracy theory without any legs to stand on.

“Do you know why he wanted to get rid of Gaddafi?”

Do you? You apparently know why Obama wants what he wants better than him.

“Are you buying the official line? I’m starting to think I’m dealing with a Gruber voter here.”

Ahhh… The whining of a sore loser. It’s music to my ears. Not only you haven’t given us any sort of evidence to back your claim, you’re also regressing into “crazy tinfoil-hat” territory. Because I ask you back what you posted therefore I’m “buying the official line” and a “Gruber voter”. Flawless logic at its finest!!! Mr. Spock would be proud of you!!!
