We have seen a spate of such attacks recently — and a billboard in Nazareth that actually called for them. “Moderate” Fatah called for such attacks. So this is no surprise. And there will be more of them.
“Three hurt in suspect vehicular terror attack in Jerusalem,” by Daniel K. Eisenbud, Jerusalem Post, April 25, 2015:
Three Border Police officers were hospitalized after being struck by a car in northeast Jerusalem’s a-Tur neighborhood Saturday night in what police are calling a terrorist attack.
According to Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld, one of the officers is in serious- to-critical condition, while the other two are in good-to-satisfactory condition.
All three were treated at the scene by Magen David Adom paramedics before being rushed to an area hospital, he said.
As of 11 p.m. the suspect had not been apprehended. During sweeps, security forces located the vehicle used in the incident. Authorities continued to search for the driver.
“Police have blocked off roadways in a-Tur and are actively searching for the suspect,” he said.
Later on Saturday, unknown assailants threw stones at Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat’s car en route to the site of the suspected vehicular attack, Israeli media reported.
One stone hit the vehicle causing light damage, however no injuries were reported.
Once at the scene, Barkat spoke out on Saturday night against the suspected terrorist attack.
“I want to strengthen the hand of the Israeli police and security forces in their operations to protect the city of Jerusalem in general and in the Arab neighborhoods in particular in keeping the quiet. I spoke with the Jerusalem District Police Commander Chico Adari and I am sure the police will lend a hand and ensure that the attacker will be severely punished. I wish a speedy recovery to all those injured,” he said.
The incident took place after a day of unrest in a-Tur, following a terrorist attack in which a 17-year-old Palestinian attacked security officials at two checkpoints near Ma’aleh Adumim with a cleaver and a knife before being shot and killed….

Talking peace with terrorist organisations as the Palestinian Authority and it’s sub-organisations is fruitless in my eyes . These murder-organisations must be destroyed .

Only a small number of Muslims commit violent assaults, but that’s too many. Israel should make a bigger effort to separate Muslims from the population, apartheid accusations be damned.

During the 1st Intifada Rabin ordered the IDF to use an “iron fist” and “break bones”. No matter what we are going to be vilified in both the Israeli and Overseas Media. Why not try to achieve some semblence of peace and calm. Unfortunately throughut the ME, the PA & Gaza included, Force(strength) is a language understood by the Arab population. if you are nice or don’t react and “hope” they will reciprocate, you may find a bomb on your bus. This is the hard experience. It’s time to re-introduce Rabins order.

Non-Muslim “Palestinians” such as the Druze have participated in bravely defending Israel ever since 1948. Increasing numbers of Christians serve in the IDF. They prefer to be referred to as Israelis instead of “Palsetinians”.
Before 1948 it were the Jews who referred to themselves as “Palestinians”, late Prime Minister Golda Meir included.
What is less known is that there are some predominantly Muslim units in the IDF and they practically secure the border with Egyptians Sinai.
As long as ethnically Israeli “Arabs” are not Muslim, or are predominantly secular they do not seem to present a problem.
The problem is with Islam which seems incapable of peacefully co-existing with anything else, including their own sects, cults and strains.
