Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Robert Spencer, PJM: The man we all must love

May 30, 2015 9:34 am By Robert Spencer

CuomoProphetMohammedThe mainstream media is clear: we all must love Muhammad now — or else. My latest at PJ Media:

The winner is clear, and to the winner be the laurels. There is one man only that all people — regardless of race, creed, color, political perspective, nationality, and whatever else — must respect: Muhammad, the prophet of Islam. The Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area Transit Authority has moved to prevent our American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI) ads, which feature a cartoon of Muhammad, from being featured on city buses. With this, Muhammad’s ascendancy is complete: he is the man of the hour.

On CNN, Chris Cuomo demonstrated the fealty we all owe to the messenger of Islam in a Thursday morning interview with my colleague, AFDI President Pamela Geller (I am vice president of AFDI). Cuomo repeatedly referred to “the prophet Muhammad.” As far as I know, Cuomo is not a Muslim and does not believe that Muhammad is a prophet. Also, CNN is not an Islamic organization, yet CNN’s chyron read: “PROPHET MOHAMMED ADS SUBMITTED TO BUSES, TRAINS.”

Cuomo and CNN are not the only ones offering this respect to Muhammad alone. Bill O’Reilly, Megyn Kelly, and Sean Hannity are not Muslims, yet during their coverage of the jihad attack on our Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest in Garland, Texas — Hannity and Kelly did defend our right to freedom of speech — they all referred to “the prophet Muhammad.”

How often do you hear the media refer to “the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ?” Muhammad is the man whom all must respect, whether they actually accept that he is a prophet or not.

Now, the taxpayer-funded Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area Transit Authority has shown us what that respect is all about. To avoid losing a First Amendment lawsuit over our ad featuring the winning Muhammed cartoon from Garland along with the caption “SUPPORT FREE SPEECH,” the MTA has chosen to no longer accept all “issue-related” ads.

The cartoon is not obscene or profane. It simply lampoons Muslims’ attempt to intimidate the West into submitting to Sharia blasphemy laws. The cartoon depicts Muhammad shouting: “You can’t draw me!” and the cartoonist responding, “That’s why I draw you.”

The WMATA’s decision was motivated — solely — by fear. It was motivated by the kind of respect that Bob Dylan described in his film Masked and Anonymous: “I got a lot of respect for a gun.” The DWMATA recognizes that if they run ads featuring a Muhammad cartoon on their buses, the buses could be — and probably would be — targeted by murderous Islamic jihadists. Realizing that, they have two choices: a) protect the buses and their passengers, and in doing so protect freedom of speech as the cornerstone of a free society, or; b) refuse to run the ads, thereby signaling to murderous jihadists that being a murderous jihadist is a successful position in a growth industry.

The WMATA has shown that its respect for Muhammad can be obtained at the point of a gun. This action ensures that other Islamic jihadists will be encouraged to press American non-Muslims to show more respect for Muhammad and Islam. They will press for that respect in exactly the same way they have before: with threats of more violence. The WMATA, with the eager support of the mainstream media, has canonized the assassin’s veto and assured that the veto will be exercised more than ever.

Cuomo rambled on CNN about wanting to avoid causing offense. This never crossed his colleagues’ minds when they hailed “Piss Christ” as a monument to freedom of expression. Christianity has not earned their respect because Christians have not attempted to gain that respect at gunpoint.

Whatever we may actually think about him, Muhammad is now “the prophet Muhammad” for all of us. Like Orwell’s equally absent and lethal Big Brother, we had better love him — or else….

Chris Cuomo should take another look at the MEANING OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT. He may realize it’s wrong to give one religion only a free pass on criticism.

Tyranny needs to be criticized. That’s the founding principle of America.

Putting pictures of Muhammad on buses and trains is a bad idea, a very bad idea.

Homicidal maniacs sometimes have triggers, things that set them off on their killing sprees. Intentionally placing a known trigger to homicide on a bus full of innocent people would be totally irresponsible.

No, we do not paint a bulls eye on the backs of people who need to get to school or work or back home and have no defense against the homicidal maniacs who will be predictably triggered.

If my child gets shot or blown up because a jihadi attacks a bus with Muhammad on it I will most certainly blame all those who paid for and allowed that reckless act of endangerment to occur.

My child is not your bait.

We will have to find other ways to exercise our First Amendment rights, expose the truth about Islam, and flush out the jihadis in our midst.

To Robert, Pamela, and all the people taking such personal risks and speaking the unpopular and personally dangerous truth, thank you very much indeed for your service to our nation.

Just ask those Jews in the kosher market in Paris. And let’s not give them the sterile, bleached term of “homicidal maniacs”. They’re not people who just happen to snap and kill whoever crosses their path. They are pious muslims going after specific targets. Give me one example of a non-muslim who went on a killing spree caused by seeing a picture of muhammad.

“If my child gets shot or blown up because a jihadi attacks a bus with Muhammad on it I will most certainly blame all those who paid for and allowed that reckless act of endangerment to occur.”

Well, Stardusty Psyche, I expect you, your spouse and your child to convert to islam, otherwise you’re recklessly endangering your lives because seeing non-muslims going about their daily lives is a well-known trigger for pious muslims – the people you refer to as “homicidal maniacs” – and it would be very irresponsible of you to risk the lives of innocent people who might be standing by you when you trigger a devout muslim into killing you.

Thank you, Angemon, for saving me the effort of a reply to Stardust . . .

I would add that of all non-Muslims assaulted or murdered by members of Allah’s bloodthirsty army, about 1 percent OR LESS were exercising their free-speech rights, and let’s not omit all the Shia Muslims who were killed by Sunnis and vice versa . . .

By the way, on an optimistic note, I think that protest event yesterday in Arizona was a break in the dam of Americans totally fed up with keeping their mouths shut about the sick reality of Islam.

For Muslims like the professional taqiyya liars at CAIR who will predictably issue a “press release” on “hatred” finally being openly admitted, here is a reply : Muslims around the world and here in the U.S. have been shouting “F**k Christianity” and “F**k Judaism” for centuries — but it comes out of their mouths as “Allahu Akbar !”.

Oh, I almost forgot — they go a step further and actually kill Christians and Jews. Just standing around in a crowd of their brethren and yelling obscenities, as the protesters did in Phoenix, is not enough.

DEATH DEATH DEATH DEATH —– that is how they honor and defend Muhammad, the “perfect man” . . . who of course was an accomplished killer too.

          Hi Scott,
We are at war, indeed, with real deadly weapons.

Sometimes a frontal assault is not the best tactic. It is better to hit the enemy without exposing your own position, if possible.

If it is possible to develop a less risky tactic, then fight smart. Avoid unnecessary risk to our civilians.

Notice that “Stardusty Psyche” considers an ad that dares to note that Islam bars any criticism of the “Prophet” constitutes a “frontal assault”. but that any violence on the part of Muslims in return is just their reacting to a “predictable trigger”.

Very disturbing—but not uncommon among those urging our own self-censorship.

Okay how about this solution then?

Since the NSA is already recording everything.

Round up and hang everyone, Muslim or not, who’s ever shown support, or justification of any kind, for radical Muslim causes, even just talk.

Close down every single solitary Mosque that’s spewed such, which is apparently over 80%.

Then take any, especially of the media who keep denying Islamic atrocities, and just like the Germans civilians were with the concentration camps, force them to clean up the dead.

And with those practicing Sharia laws that violate ours, punish according to our laws.

An old custom in India used to be, when the husband died, the living widow was burned with him. When the British said no, the protest was, “But it is our custom.” to which the British said, “Well it’s our custom to hang people who kill women just because their husbands died so, you practice yours and we’ll practice ours.”

Then when all that’s done, prosecute the NSA and any organizations who have violated the Constitution to the full extent of our laws so “Justice” can go back to being blind.”

        Hi Mo,
“You condemn their work to open your comment and then have the gall to pretend you praise their work at the end? How does that even make sense?”

I praised their work at the end precisely because I criticized a particular tactic at my opening. Robert Spencer Pamela Geller have long histories. I disagree with some of the things Pamela in particular has said.

I think the first obligation of MTA is to protect its passengers.

The scholarly analysis of the truth of the Islamic texts by Robert Spencer is A+ work. Pamela Geller has a lot of guts and she is a vociferous public spokesperson for the true dangers of Islam.

But, what they are doing with these bus ads is a bit like a frontal assault. Sometimes discretion is the better part of valor.

Flank your enemy to minimize friendly losses. In war sometimes we have to face the facts of strengths and weaknesses and right now we do not have the security in place that would allow us to use this kind of tactic at this time at an acceptable risk level to innocent lives.

          May 30, 2015 at 5:11 pm

          Hi spot on
I am glad you opened with the conditional “If I understand this right”. You don’t.

Pamela has every right to file her request to post the ads, and to use whatever legal recourse there is available after the denial. She has the right to go on TV or wherever and talk about it. She has the right to take out ads in other media, of which there are many available alternatives.

Free speech is not an absolute right. All rights are limited and revokable as they come into conflict with each other. Even our right to life is revokable under certain circumstances.

We do not have the right to say absolutely anything we want, absolutely any time we want, absolutely any place we want, absolutely any way we want.

        • Rev g says

          May 31, 2015 at 12:06 am

So much fail. Rights are not revocable, they can be deprived, through due process.
Your whole colliding and overriding rights conundrum is a fantasy. Even OWH was wrong in his comments on shouting fire n a theater. Fortunately his was a dissenting opinion.
Free speech was never a barrier to legal recourse for falsehoods.
Similarly, the right to bear arms does not legalize shooting people for no reason.
Neither of those ideas diminish the rights.
          Keep trying to rationalize.

If their are criminals in an alley, the best thing is to send arms police escorts down the alley and bait criminals to attack. If people get hurt in the process, then they still are more safe afterwards than before.

Let’s see—what might most erode our right to life is to enable homicidal Jihadists, who know that dhimmis such as “Stardusty Psyche” will cave at the first threat of violence from them.

This will not make us more safe, but much less so. How safe are threatened dhimmis in the Muslim world—Copts in Egypt, say, or Christians in Nigeria or Hindus in Pakistan? The truth is that they are at constant threat of violence and abuse, including murder.

          Hi gravenimage
Rights come into conflict with each other. Rights are not absolute. Even the most basic rights can be rightly denied, deprived, or even permanently revoked under certain circumstances, like in the cases of death sentences and justified lethal self defense.

If you think somebody who points that out is some kind of bad guy, well, not much I can do for you, sorry.

“If my child gets shot or blown up because a jihadi attacks a bus with Muhammad on it I will most certainly blame all those who paid for and allowed that reckless act of endangerment to occur.”

Stardusty, this is where you are wrong. You should be blaming the jihadis, not the ads! You should be blaming the mosques and their reckless violent teachings that cause endangerment to occur, not the ads. You should be asking why it is that there were no homicidal maniac Jews attacking buses when the Transport agencies were running anti-Israel ads! The MSM is working hard in spreading the propaganda that those who criticize Islam are the ones who are recklessly provoking violence. We need to oppose such MSM propaganda, instead of falling for their tactics and using the same language.

As for our loved ones getting shot or blown up because of violent mosque-brainwashed jihadis, THAT IS the risk we take in order to protect the freedoms of our future generations. THAT IS the way to defy Islamic supremacists (and their non-Muslim supporters). It is only by taking this risk, we can assure that our future generations enjoy freedom. If we don’t take this risk then even though our future generations may be alive, they will have no freedom.

You know full well how the minorities are suffering in Muslim countries. Did you know that all those minorities use to be majorities in the past (e.g. the Coptics of Egypt)? Except they did not want to take personal risks by opposing Islam. You know full well what is happening to their future generations today. Similarly, the Jews of Muhammad’s time had plenty of men in their tribes. But they did not want to take personal risk by opposing Muhammad. And you know full well what happened to them.

This is a question that everyone needs to ask themselves- what do we want? Do we want long lives for our loved ones but no freedom, or do we want [potentially] short lives but full freedom? The most important thing for us to realize is that only we have the option to choose a response to this question. If we make a wrong choice now, our children will not have this choice and will not be able to choose liberty even if they wanted to.

If I walk down a dark alley known as a criminal hangout, wearing an expensive watch, diamond rings, and gold, then get mugged, who is to blame?

The criminal? Sure, ideally I should have the right to do what I want and it is always the criminal’s fault.

How about if I take my wife with me and she ends up getting raped. Doesn’t that make me a foolish husband for exposing her to an avoidable risk just because I have an idealistic view of our rights as free citizens?

You go ahead and “defy Islamic supremacists” with your own life all you like. But public transportation passengers have not signed up for your show of defiance and you have no right to avoidably place them in additional harms way.

There is nothing wrong with my username and I do adjust/ add to my tactics. For a long time I believed that educating non-Muslims was the only way oppose Islam. But I recently realized, thanks to recent events and thanks to a poster at JW, that DEFYing our opponents is another powerful weapon that will be very effective at defeating our enemies. Hence I do keep my tactics flexible.

Criticizing Islam and practicing Free Speech publicly is one way to defy our oppressors and for this reason I fully support Pamela Geller’s efforts. Now before I go any further, I want to make it clear that I prefer aerial advertising (and billboards etc) over bus ads for the simple reason that I believe they will be more effective yet will not put a bull’s eye on anyone. If two (or more) alternatives are available, it is wiser to use the one where risk is least and rewards are most. The more risky alternatives should be saved for later.

But what if putting our own life at risk was the only option available? Well we now know what you would do in such situation, but freedom loving people would HAVE TO take that option.
          ————————

“….. But public transportation passengers have not signed up for your show of defiance….. ”

…. And yet if we succeed, they will be enjoying, and abusing, that freedom just as well as anyone else. This is something that often bothers me. Why are Pamela and Robert putting their lives at risk for the freedom of cowards who have “not signed up” when it comes to protecting those freedoms?
          ————————-

As for walking down the alley infested with criminals, how about we team up with police and take action ahead of time and clean up the alley before walking, without fear, down that alley while wearing expensive watches and jewelry?? Hope you got my point 🙂

There is a difference! I am saying that out of all the options, the one with the best risk-reward ratio should be used first…… then the next best…. then the next best…. and so on. There is no guarantee that any of these options will work and we can certainly end up in a situation where it is either “Take risk of annihilation” or “submit and surrender”. If we end up in such a situation, those who love liberty will opt for the former.

You on the other hand are not willing to choose that option (This is obvious from your posts so far)….. and that means you will submit and surrender.

[[Pamela should be encouraged to do the billboards/ aerial advertisement first. If however she insists on doing bus-ads, we will HAVE TO support her and we cannot shy away from the risk.]]

Also, your response to spot-on shows that either you do not understand the fundamental human right to Free Speech or you are not willing to take risk to protect it. The right to Free Speech is fundamental and cannot be revoked! Anyone who thinks it is, has already submitted and surrendered!

          @ Philip Jihadski,

I am the one who posted that quote. It is my belief that in any conflict it is best to first use the option that has the best risk-reward ratio, given the circumstances. The goal is not to die, the goal is to win! If we end up dead while fighting and trying to win, then so be it….. but the goal still is to win (against all Islamophiles and dhimmis).

As for your comments regarding billboard-maintenance guys and Mozlems shooting at Cessnas, the risk of them getting hit is much less. Hi guys,
You are really hurting my feelings here! Ouuuuch!!!

But seriously, who is this right2bright guy and why do you think I am somehow connected to him? I’m not…don’t know how that rumor got started…

KTE said “The right to Free Speech is fundamental and cannot be revoked!” Well, actually there are many limits on speech, and rightly so. If we lived in a world where absolutely anybody could say absolutely anything, in absolutely any way, life would get pretty miserable.

Certain kinds of speech are slander, perjury, incitement to riot, and speech can even rise to the level of a legally chargeable assault. Under certain circumstances, like if you are imprisoned or serving in the military, your rights to free speech can be greatly restricted.

There is no absolute right to put absolutely any message on a bus poster.

I think billboards, direct mail, and internet ads would be effective alternatives with a far better risk benefit ratio.

I’m actually glad Pamela et al make these applications. They get news and raise awareness just by going through the process. I also support the denial and I think MTA making a blanket policy of restricting issue ads is very good public safety policy.

Public transportation is the last place we want to turn into an ideological battleground. Events like draw Muhammad are great because the make the point, get news coverage, and have security. It is unfortunate an officer got injured, thank goodness it was not life threatening. I hope the next one has even more security, as I think it probably will.

The Arizona event was awesome. Going right to the mosque where the Garland shooters attended, armed and orderly, nobody got hurt because no jihadis shot first and open carry Americans are the antithesis of criminals.

But hey guys, really, all those nawty names yer cawing me are reewee hurtin my widdow feewings!!!

I thank all who have commented on the ridiculous ideas presented here. Does the government go around and invite vicitms of gangster extortion to pay up and avoid having their businesses burnt by the Mafia? Wouldn’t such a policy save the lives of policement and free up the justiice system? Why this double standard? Surely Jihad is infinitely more dangerous than the mob or any other common criminals for that matter. Besides, it seems that much of what the Mafia does is based on what their ancestors learned in Sicily when Islam ruled there: the capo de tutti capi (Allah), the number 2 (Mahommed) Protection money which Islam calls jizia, and a whole lot more. .

Stardusty Psyche—this flaky username seems quite appropriate—wrote:

Putting pictures of Muhammad on buses and trains is a bad idea, a very bad idea.

Homicidal maniacs sometimes have triggers, things that set them off on their killing sprees. Intentionally placing a known trigger to homicide on a bus full of innocent people would be totally irresponsible.
      ………………………………..

You know what else might “serve as a trigger” to homicidal maniacs of the Jihadi persuasion? Wearing a yarmulka or a cross, refusing to wear a Burka, or simply daring to live in a country free of Shari’ah law.

How “totally irresponsible” of you not to live under Islamic law. You do realize that this makes you a target, don’t you?

      More:

No, we do not paint a bulls eye on the backs of people who need to get to school or work or back home and have no defense against the homicidal maniacs who will be predictably triggered.
      ………………………………..

“Predictably triggered”—another person who believes it is both now predictable and reasonable that Muslims will violently attack us if we dare say anything negative about Islam. Are you incapable of remembering back no more than twenty years or so,m when this was virtually unheard of? You seem awfully eager to embrace this horrific “new normal”.

But such cringing dhimmitude will *not* keep you safe—like all appeasement of savages, it will just further embolden them.

      More:

If my child gets shot or blown up because a jihadi attacks a bus with Muhammad on it I will most certainly blame all those who paid for and allowed that reckless act of endangerment to occur.
      ………………………………..

The usual—you will not blame the ravening Mohammedans themselves, but just those who dare to speak out against them. *Ugh*.

      More:

We will have to find other ways to exercise our First Amendment rights, expose the truth about Islam, and flush out the jihadis in our midst.
      ………………………………..

And how, pray tell, would you do that? If you believe it is “triggering” Muslims to dare say—as this cartoon by Bosch Fawstin does—that Islam does not allow anyone to question Islam or the “Prophet”, then how can you possibly criticize this violence?

You are suggesting we “exercise” our First Amendment rights by allowing the threat of violence from Muslims to lead us to censor ourselves.

      More:

To Robert, Pamela, and all the people taking such personal risks and speaking the unpopular and personally dangerous truth, thank you very much indeed for your service to our nation.
      ………………………………..

Unless, of course, they try to get the truth out there in the form of public ads, in which case you consider it a “reckless act of endangerment”.

It is clear from this that you are not to be counted on for opposing the spread of Islam.

You talk about your children—but what future do you think awaits them are either forced converts to Islam or as oppressed dhimmis?

What about the Spanish train victims on 3/7? The British tube and double-decker bus victims of 7/7? The Russian Moscow Metro and airport victims? The Indian train station victims during the attack on Mumbai? The American victims on the planes on 9/11?

The idea that Muslims will leave us in safety if only we avoid “triggering” them is clearly utterly untrue.

But no worries, just step aside and let the truly brave men and women — like Robert and Pamela — be on the front line with the unvarnished Truth about islam & company, so you don’t have to be bothered and get bloody. THE DEFINITIVE DEFINITION OF MOHAMMEDAN ISLAM?

What is the original authentic primitive religion of the Prophet Mohammed as reveled in the Koran and Hadiths?

Islam is immorality and lawlessness disguised as divine revelation and monotheism in pursuit of absolute world political power and social domination.

Mohammed took a failing, non-violent religion of peace and turned it into a triumphant killing machine of conquest and war to advance his will to power and mastery over men. Any definition of Mohammeden Islam outside of the above is either incomplete or false. This is the Islam that controls the Islamic Republic of Shiite Iran founded by the jihadist cleric Ayatollah Khomeini; and the Islamic State of Sunni ISIS founded by the jihadist Abu al-Baghdadi. Whoever says that the prophet of this totalitarian religion is worthy of respect, or is the spiritual equal of other founders of great religions like Moses, Christ or Buddha, is either a savage-minded Moslem like the prophet, or is a hopelessly blind “we are one” New Age kumbyah fool.

    Freedom
of Speech does NOT mean much if you do NOT have true evils to protest and speak
    out against.

This Mohammed Cartoon business did NOT start because some freaky people wanted
to stick their thumb in the Muslim eyes. It started because Islamic Militants
were beheading non-Muslims, raping non-Muslim children and women, murdering
gays, executing women who had been raped, raping non-Muslim school girls, “honor” killings, burning school girls and teachers alive, blowing up churches,
executing Muslim Apostates, and basically killing thousands of anyone in their
    way.

And Islamic Supremacists have been doing all of this WITH the
support of the MSM, the United Nations and the government of the United States,
    POTUS, and CONGRESS.

Wake up everyone and realize that all of the above are
ACTS OF EVIL, CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, that MUST be protested in CONJUCTION with Cartoon Protests or Mosque Protests …..OR … all that these brave individuals have done is help paint Muslim as the VICTIMS,… where the MSM
will paint such freedom fighters as just some really mean Christians and Jews
just want to be really insulting without any real justification.

That is NOT the objective of helping to stop the Islamization of
    the Entire Effin World.

Ms. Geller, Mr. Spencer, Mr. Jon Ritzheimer and everyone else in
the Free World, GET WITH IT and NEVER FORGET TO UNDERSTAND that Freedom of Speech
means nothing unless you CLEARLY SHOUT OUT ABOUT the evils and wrongs to be stopped
and the evil doers to be brought to justice.

Of course this is being done at this website but when publicly protesting or communicating with the MSM, THIS IS NOT HAPPENING NEARLY ENOUGH!

Please protest SPECIFIC ACTS OF BRUTALITY of ISLAMIC MILITANTS
.. Specify everything as to the exact brutal Islamic barbarians … the actual
victims’ names .. and the specific horrific acts perpetrated and when and where
.. There are thousands and thousands to choose from.

That way when anyone in the limelight talks to MSM
propagandists, they can shove the crime against humanity and the victims’
suffering into the smarmy faces of these “reporters.” Make THEM look like the cruel and stupid SOBs, which of course, they are!

Stop playing into the Islamic Militant hands and making them
    victims! Good God! Eff that!

Abraham heard directly from God. So did Noah, Moses, Joshua, Elijah, Isaiah, Jonah, and of course, Jesus. In fact, all of the prophets heard directly from God…all but one. The one Islam bases their entire ‘religion’ on. Hmmmm…

Mohammad heard (allegedly) from the arch angel Gabriel. The same angel who spoke to Mary. Apparently, Allah didn’t have time for him. That should make Muslims wonder about his claim of being a prophet. But it probably won’t since they cannot question a single word of the Qur’an.

Prophets not only speak the words of The Lord, they also deliver prophecies. This is something Mohammad cannot lay claim to either. Many prophets were also given the ability by God to perform miracles. Again, Mohammad comes up short.

Just a few things off the top of my head that lead me to believe Mohammad’s claims of being a prophet ring hollow.

Jesus says, “No, he’s further up…”

Walks on further and sees God with a big beard. “You must be Mohammed!”

“No,” says God, “I’m God, take a seat. Would you like tea?”

The terrorist sits down and says, “Yes, please, I’d love some tea.”

Declaring he can think of no higher honor than to die for Islam, he goes out and blows himself up near an army post of the host country.

He arrives at the Pearly Gates and demands his seventy-two virgins. Peter nods, opens the gates, and a crowd of angry women come storming out, kicking, biting, scratching, and angrily manhandling the Shahid.

They yell, prior to chucking him off the cloud into Hell, “This is for what you did to our countries, our homes, out churches, and our great-great-great-great-great-great (many times)-grand-niceces!”

The position of Catholicism on these issues is mild compared with that of Islam. Yet the liberals are loath to criticize Islam. The liberals also enjoy a play that makes fun of the Mormon religion. Any religion which is not a cause of love and unity is no religion.
    (Baha’i Writings)

Extremism must be completely outlawed worldwide and destroyed by every means possible. Financially, politically, militarily and ideology it must be destroyed.

This *sounds* very reasonable. But anyone familiar with David’s posting history here knows that—like most Baha’i—he constantly pretends that the “Prophet” Muhammed’s every act of savagery was justified, and that Islam is a “religion of peace” at heart.

And his last reference to “extremism” being outlawed is as likely to refer to critics of savagery like Pamela Geller as it is to homicidal Jihadists.

    Hi Rev g,
“Rights are not revocable, they can be deprived, through due process.” Some rights can be temporarily deprived, others are sometimes permanently revoked, not necessarily by legal due process but also by justified actions such as self defense, wherein all a person’s rights might be permanently revoked on the spot.

You cite examples precisely of the conflict between, or collision between, or competition between, rights.

“Free speech was never a barrier to legal recourse for falsehoods.”
So, free speech is not absolute by your own words, and comes into conflict with the rights of others to not be harmed. There is no law against falsehoods alone. It is legal to lie. But certain kinds of falsehoods that lead to certain kinds of harm may have legal recourse.

So, where exactly is my “So much fail” you speak of?

Sadly, some will never get past a middle school understanding of our rights. You are in that group. You and your brethren facilitate the abridgement of our rights.
I did not cite any instance of collision between rights. You are still free to say all types of things. The first amendment nowhere frees you from legal recourse for false statements. To not get that simple concept is a massive failure of reasoning.
Any time one lies, one can be held responsible for it to some degree. Often it is not worth the trouble to seek recourse. Also, in the great majority of times no court would find cases to have merit. Still, lies quite often have recourse of some sort.
That many times the recourse is not via the law does not legalize it. Lots of people also drive over the speed limit, yet it is still illegal, and punishable.

    Hi spot on,
“Your theory is to never ever engage in conduct that will endanger you or others. That is all you say, nothing else.”
Strawman. Please quote my words where I said that at all. You might want to consider a refresher course on reading for information.

“If their are criminals in an alley, the best thing is to send arms police escorts down the alley and bait criminals to attack. If people get hurt in the process, then they still are more safe afterwards than before.”
That is indeed a police tactic, but they don’t generally use civilians in that role, they use police officers made to look like potential victims.

We simply do not have the manpower in place right now to turn every bus into an armed escort police bait operation, or even every bus with the proposed Muhammad ad. It just is not practical to set up an effective defense for every such bus.

    “You are an idiot.”
Ad hominem. (Yes folks, I know most of you know that, but I am just trying to give our friend spot on a little help here.)

Spot on, thank you ever so much for your incisive and impeccably logical analysis of my words.

The assassins’ veto has long been the main canon of the criminal liberal enemedia.

The enemedia are lying criminal frauds and should be jailed for public deception.

The liberal racists in the media and government pretend to imagine it’s their job to slanderously scold all us hater/racist/bigots into not “backlashing” against the crimes of those poor self-oppressed mentally inferior swarthy muslim types.

The media these days are only news “interpreters” but most people don’t need things “interpreted”, they need truthful details.

When they interpret in stead of reporting the facts, they automatically pretend their fact-free opinions ARE the only facts.

Nagspapers slanderously nag everyone to be less racist, thus accusing everyone of being racists, all the time.

The media are paternalistic, sermonizing slanderers who always seek to “reassure” an excitable public (cover up crimes) while scaring them by announcing those crimes, then pretending they don’t exist/it’s all in our imagination.

Keeping the muzzie masses ignorant of their own hate-crime death-threat canon seems to be the self-imposed mission of most of the enemedia these days – it’s most likely why they keep lying about islam being a “great religion of peace” all the time! That, and their inherent racism, of course!

The media acquires wealth and ad revenue by creating and perpetuating crises to scare people.

The only reason the media exists is to ask the wrong questions. Just ask all the wrong questions, and your corporazi masters don’t have to worry about the answers anymore.

“Think of the press as a great keyboard on which the government can play.”

The winner is clear, and to the winner be the laurels. There is one man only that all people — regardless of race, creed, color, political perspective, nationality, and whatever else — must respect: Muhammad
    …………………………..

Certainly, this is the conclusion all too many dhimmis have come to—and they insist we do the same.

Of course, this is the “respect” demanded by the Mafia, under threat of violence.

I have no respect for this vile caravan raider, warlord, pedophile, slave trader, rapist, and mass murderer. There is, in fact, no figure in history I have *less* respect for, and that is saying a great deal.

Here’s one of my MoToons, of the “Prophet” raping poor little 9-year-old Aisha. (Caution! Graphic image!):

To gravenimage- I think you did a very fine job of capturing the disgusting look of a pedophile who wantonly shows his perverted pleasure. His unfortunate victim, Aisha, doesn’t look as scared as she looks perplexed and submissive, as any 9 year old would be.

I would like to state as simply as possible that I do not respect the so-called prophet mohammed? muhammad?, whatever the current version is. Further, I do not respect the phony god allah, who was once the moon god in the Arabs’ pantheon of idols. These are the inventions of diseased minds and souls and will eventually fade into oblivion, when the true God comes on the scene to put a halt to the insanity.

I think the problem started with obammer. He has mandated that we give the muslims anything they want, brought a muslim as a spiritual leader, gave high security clearance jobs to muslims and just about anything we as Americans are not privileged to obtain. I’m afraid that this will not go away even when obammer leaves office or ousted. I hope the last option is the one that gets him out!!!

Sadly those high security clearance jobs were being filled with waived Arabic speaking persons long before Obama. Obama just ramped up the problem and made it readily apparent.
