How can they attract “highly trained foreigners” when they represent, as every Western authority will tell us, a twisted version of Islam that outrages all of the true, peaceful principles of the religion? The cognitive dissonance is absolute, but no one in any position of power or influence seems to notice or care.
“Isis recruiting ‘highly trained foreigners’ to produce chemical weapons,” by Alexander Ward, the Independent, June 7, 2015:
The terrorist group Isis is recruiting “highly trained professionals” to make chemical weapons – and has already used them in an attack.
The Australian Foreign Minister, Julie Bishop, said the group was now undertaking “serious efforts” to develop their chemical weapons arsenal.
Speaking to the Australia Group, which is composed of nations against chemical weapons, she said: “Da’esh [Isis] is likely to have amongst its tens of thousands of recruits the technical expertise necessary to further refine precursor materials and build chemical weapons,” Ms Bishop added.
Ms Bishop’s speech is the latest concern that Isis is attempting to acquire nuclear and chemical and biological weapons, after India warned the extremists could obtain a nuclear weapon from Pakistan.
It was reported in March that Isis had been attacking Iraqi soldiers with roadside bombs containing chlorine gas in fighting around Tikrit, after footage emerged showing plumes of orange smoke emerging for the bombs.
It follows similar allegations that the extremists had released toxic gases in the eastern district of Kobani, during the siege of the town on the Syrian border, although it could not be confirmed.
Ms Bishop added: “Apart from some crude and small scale endeavours, the conventional wisdom has been that the terrorist intention to acquire and weaponise chemical agents has been largely aspirational.
“The use of chlorine by Da’esh [Isis], and its recruitment of highly trained professionals, including from the West, have revealed far more serious efforts in chemical weapons development.”…

Isn’t it lucky that the only thing that makes Muslims turn to terrorism is poverty and lack of education? No chance at all of a skilled and qualified chemical engineer signing up to help them.

Mark, et al – This whole nightmare reminds me of an incident of about eleven years ago in Dutchess County or slightly north, when a reservoir that provides much of the drinking water for NYC was…compromised, in some way. The story was that about four (it’s been a while, details approximate) middle eastern nationals were observed in a restricted area around a large reservoir at an odd hour – probably in Sullivan Cty, NY – taking photographs. This happened at a time of heightened terror alert for a reason I can’t recall in NYC. These men were taken into custody for questioning, and it was later reported very offhandedly that they were found just to be tourists. End of story. Ya think? I could never find out anything more about this incident, but the potential for catastrophe did not and does not elude me. Ditto what this article portends. Quotha

This was NOT eleven years ago. It was only about 2 years ago that this happened. And not another word was released about what was done with these midnight sojourners.

Eyesopen – Then it has happened again! Sounds like a replay. The incident I refer to DID INDEED happen ten or eleven years ago, soon after I’d begun to build a house in Millerton, in Dutchess County, NY. I was staying, during construction, in Stanfordville when I heard this news. It took a long time – weeks – for the news to publish that lame followup about “tourists”. I did not know it happened again 2 yrs ago, because by that time I was in the process of moving to the West Coast. Now, after your comment, I am going to try to look up what happened two years ago that YOU are talking about. but I ASSURE you, it is a recurrence! The occurrence I’m talking about happened at night, too. do you remember which reservoir it happened to two years ago? VERY CREEPY. Cheers – and Yikes – Quotha.

EYESOPEN – I could not find anything about the incident you refer to, nor the one I refer to. “Islambad” or “Islamabad” was not mentioned in connection with what I recall, and I did not then know about it. But here is a link to a Fox story about Islambad, which I believe is west of the Hudson, north of Kingston. Most people, even those living in nearby Dutchess County, have never heard of this interesting community:

But, yeah, where’s the red line now?

The ‘highly trained professionals’ must be poor, uneducated, and feeling marginalised from society, because that’s the only kind of muslims who are interested in jihad, right ? Right, camoron, obama et al?

Susan – Very instructive. I recommend that viewers be patient during the book promotion; the interview with its author is well worth it. My ears perked up at the mention of the OIC. Addressing one thing he sez, I’m not sure what our obligation to follow any law the UN might pass with regard to hates peech would be. Anyone care to explain? I keep thinking the UN is a big threat, with real potential to be global arbiter and the crown of one world government, but some very smart people I know tell me I’m nuts. USA under no obligation to follow UN pronouncements (I don'[t know what to call them – not laws- not proposals – ) Help? Cheers! Quotha R

Maybe it’s time for the Christians to reestablish their presence by launching a reclamation effort similar to Zionism. Why can’t Christians reclaim their old lands by taking them back from the Muslim invaders? The Muslims countries have become so degenerate that maybe it’s time to think seriously of a replacement option. The French in Algeria had the right idea.

No real Christian country with military capability in existence today. Only formally Christian countries which are now secularised. Progressives in these secular countries have no intentions of opposing islam much less defeating it.

Mosques, college campuses, government workers all embedded. Why, because we were deceived…..”by our own hand”..time to readjust. They have access to our information and resources, media and youth.
