Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

UK Muslim baroness: PM’s call to Muslims to fight “radicalization” will alienate Muslims

Jun 20, 2015 5:13 pm By Robert Spencer

Warsi“My concern is that this call to Muslims to do more, without an understanding of what they already do now, will demoralise the very people who will continue to lead this fight. As one prominent female Muslim activist told me: ‘This speech has undermined what I’ve been doing.’”

This is absurd. Did anti-Nazi efforts by the British government demoralize anti-Nazi Germans?

What this amounts to is a slyly couched attempt to intimidate the Cameron government into ending efforts to get supposedly moderate Muslims to work against jihad terror. The only result will be that the jihad will be able to advance unimpeded.

“Warsi: Cameron wrong to target British Muslims over radicalisation,” by Rowena Mason, Guardian, June 19, 2015:

David Cameron is at risk of demoralising British Muslims with his “misguided emphasis” on saying that some people in the community are quietly condoning Islamist extremism, according to a former cabinet colleague and Conservative party co-chair.

Writing in the Guardian, Lady Warsi said the prime minister may have further alienated Muslims with a speech about tackling radicalisation, which he made on Friday.

She warned that Cameron and ministers lacked the credibility to demand that British Muslims do more to weed out extremism when the government was itself failing to adequately champion and support them – although she said she did support the prime minister’s anti-extremist intention.

Criticising Cameron’s heavy focus on “Muslim community complicity”, Warsi wrote:“My concern is that this call to Muslims to do more, without an understanding of what they already do now, will demoralise the very people who will continue to lead this fight. As one prominent female Muslim activist told me: ‘This speech has undermined what I’ve been doing.’

“David Cameron is right that there are ‘some’ – a minority within a minority within a minority – who condone the Isis view of the world, but there are many, many, many more of this minority who are fighting a very real and sustained battle, the same battle he is fighting. They know they have to do more, they are willing to do more but they will do it a lot better knowing we are on the same side.

“The government needs to champion them, support them. Only then will it have the credibility to demand that communities themselves do more.”

Warsi said Cameron’s own advisers should have been aware of how the intervention “with its misguided emphasis and call to action, would at best fall on deaf ears, at worst further alienate”….

Warsi, who, as party co-chair, led the Conservative effort to attract more ethnic-minority voters, also criticised Cameron for deciding to make the speech in Bratislava rather than Bradford or Birmingham.

She said Cameron was right to say Isis posed a massive threat – one of the biggest Britain faces today – but added: “What concerns me about the prime minister’s speech is his emphasis on one aspect of the challenge while overlooking all the other aspects of the problem.

“He has apparently decided to focus on the idea that ‘some’ in our Muslim communities condone the activities of Isis and ‘perhaps’ encourage young people to take the ruinous path of joining the terrorists.

“Although he rightly said there are ‘many reasons’ why young people become radicalised and then take the next step towards acting on those warped beliefs, his speech focused only on the notion of Muslim community complicity. Friday’s newspapers were also heavily briefed to that effect ahead of the speech.”

Earlier this year, Warsi delivered a blistering critique of the government’s approach towards British Muslims, saying that failure to engage properly with such communities had created a climate of suspicion and undermined the fight against extremism….

Warsi was a Foreign Office minister who attended cabinet until August last year when she resigned over Cameron’s failure to condemn Israel’s military actions in Gaza as disproportionate….

Warsi dresses the way Muslim women of Indian descent used to dress – light flowing long shirts with pantaloons – in bright colors – before ‘some’ [read: sea of black] started to wear the all black Arabian gear. There were no ‘hijabs’ – they wore a light shawl over their heads – that was slipping off half the time – back when they were much more relaxed.

But with the abrupt change in clothing – came the radicalism – the more assertive Islam – and the calls from – mainstream Muslim organizations for Islamic law in the UK.

      ::

But there is some truth when Warsi says – Cameron made his ‘Islamic complicity’ speech in another country – because he did the same thing when he ended the policy of multiculturalism – he made that speech while in Germany – next to Angela Merkel – who also brought multiculturalism to an end in that country – saying – the German culture is the leading culture.

In the supposed equality of cultures under multiculturalism – Muslim were attempting to make Islam the dominant culture.

      ::

By Warsi’s tone – it sounds as if she sees herself as the leader of Muslims in Britain – and Cameron has somehow encroached on her Islamic territory.

‘Perhaps’ she fears ‘some’ might feel so ‘alienated’ they may wish to create a separate Islamic state in the UK?

One thing about Warsi – she is not afraid to get out of her depth.

Exactly right, Don. It really does start to highlight the conspiratorial nature of all this. As you both point out, the comments sections are always a slam against the insanity. So why the policy if the people don’t want it?

But now, look at Denmark. I think Cameron’s about-face is likely a bit cynical, and is a response to the tide, not a result of his own preferences.

Wake up world, please wake up!

The power of opinion programming — propaganda is the old term for it — had already emerged before the Moslems came to the fore. Implementation and maintenance of fictive realities to enforce mass opinion was first done around political economics, because money (prosperity, personal security, status), is after all the primary motivator the human animal.

It’s almost awesome to see it in action. People voting against their interests, voting down freedom and choice, in exchange for being hip, what they call “politically correct,” a truly awful term that at once both underrates and congratulates irrational opinions as somehow being correct. As mankind tosses away the dock rope and decouples from reality, the greatest danger of all take on by the mass preference to being hip, incorrect, is irrational opinion on Moslems. Just take a look at Sweden, Norway or England to see how far from the shore we can drift.

It is an open question whether we’ll ever wake up, and even if we do in my estimate it won’t be in time.

What happened at Jadhima also shows just how vindictive muslims can be.  When muslims approached the tribe, Khalid ordered them to submit which they did; Jahdam tried to warn them but they would not listen. The others were convinced that they could trust the muslims and that they would not be harmed if they simply offered no resistance. Subsequently Jahdam was arrested and the unarmed men of the tribe were tied up and beheaded – ref: The fascinating story of mohammad by ahmad shameem pg 254.
The quran is prescriptive – any chance of muslims becoming more tolerant of others is very unlikey – it goes against sharia law and what mohammad preached.

I’m actually getting tired of politicians relying on Muslims to solve the problem. Imagine any type of serious criminal activity in any other group and see where that logic gets you.

Assume the police have noticed that motorcycle club members have unusually large numbers of it members say caught dealing drugs. Or maybe you have 80% of child pornographers arrested strangely being members of a bus driver’s union. Or maybe you have a single bank though which 80% of money laundering arrests have taken place over the past five years.

Is the correct response… “Motorcycle clubs need to do more to keep drug dealing members out of their club.”, “The bus driver’s union needs to do more to keep child pornographer rings out of their union.”, “The ABC bank needs to do more to stop ended up with money launders from working at the bank.”?

No… the response should be three fold…

    1. There might be something innately wrong with the organization itself in order to get massively concentrated numbers of criminals.

    2. We should investigate the organization itself. If necessary, declare its a criminal or outlawed organization.

    3. We shouldn’t trust the organization, leaders, members, etc. to do anything until it we ensure that #1 is not true — and we have some other explanation on why they show up under this particular organization.

What if the club, union, or bank doesn’t solve the problem? More importantly, how are they supposed to solve the problem?. If you are a legitimate motorcycle club and ‘drug dealers’ move in… well… then the only help is to turn them over to the police. Can you imagine a motorcycle club spokes person saying “Well, we didn’t have anything to do with them. They just all happened to become drug dealers after joining our club.” Would the police just walk away.. or would they just call it a gang or criminal organization, investigate, send in undercover agents, and shut it down? Same with the bank. Imagine some secret service auditors being told… you go into the bank itself, go in undercover, listen to motivation speeches talking about embezzlement, etc. Would the IRS, Secret Service, Securities Commission, etc. care whether the bank employees were coached by the bank itself, whether they formed a group, or whether it was just pure luck that they all happened to be members of the same bank? No… they’ll just audit the whole bank.

Replace drugs and motorcycle club, or union and child pornography ring, or bank and embezzlement scams, with terrorism and Mosque… and suddenly it is fine just asking the Mosque to deal with it, to trust that the Mosque itself has nothing to do with this, to assume that the Mosque has some secret way of dealing with this issue other than turning over names, dates, etc. to the police, and to not assume that the default and obvious method is simply not to shut the Mosque down.

Cameron has got it wrong again. The British Government and security forces should concentrate ALL their effort in combating all those radical Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jews and Animists that are preaching hatred and the murder of the native British population in their temples.

Stop picking on all those poor, unfairly victimised Muslims whose hearts are filled with love for infidels.

Y’know, if you’re a member of a minority religious group whose alleged prophet did the horrific things that Mohammad did, and some of your co-religionists are emulating that example, and you want to do all you can to stop it, *nothing* any outside group says or does, no matter how off base or insulting, is going to slow you down.

If some Muslims are sincere about fighting against radicalization, the first thing they have to do is turn up their mental powers to full *objectivity*. Full objectivity includes the need to recognize the position that the kafirs are in, recognize that those kafirs who have bothered to read the Koran *know* that the radicals are Islamic purists, not misguided thugs. Recognize that it’s only natural for the kafirs to say things that are going to insult Muslims, because, dammit, Islam is insulting to every unbeliever.

And if the gentle Muslims haven’t read their Koran and don’t believe Muhammad was a totalitarian brute, that’s completely unacceptable in times like these. There shouldn’t be a single Muslim, at this point in time, who hasn’t asked himself “Do I *really* know what’s in the Koran? I’d better find out, because all these radical Muslims and these anti-jihadists alike are saying the radicals are following Mohammad’s lead…”

But, of course, a Muslim knows that if he does read the Koran and discovers he can’t abide it, that opens up a whole world of personal grief with family and friends, not to mention the loss of a comforting fantasy Islam and all the mental and emotional struggle that loss entails. It’s a natural human coping mechanism, avoidance of strife and pain. But avoidance of reality will lead to strife and pain eventually, anyway. Might as well be brave and build some self-respect by facing the hard facts and dealing with it rationally.

This unpleasant immigrant woman was made a baroness, purely because of her ethnicity.
Labour did the same with “Lord” Ahmed, who they later had to expel from the party because of his overt Jew hating.
The Lords are an insult to any concept of democracy, but she’d have easily got elected to the Commons if she stood. The reason being that Tony Bliar brought in postal voting which is used by mohammedans to supervise families and whole districts to ensure that their candidate gets in.
Latest news from our occupied land is that the muslim husbands who delivered their spouses to the airport in the UK are blaming UK security forces for radicalising their wives not coming home and joining IS.
I smell a compensation case coming the way of the taxpayer.
Incidentally, Harold Macmillan noted in 1955 that we were cutting the Saudis too much slack and that their wretched fiefdom was going to be a source of mohammedan extremism.

Any female non muslim who supports islam needs to have a good look at themselves.
How will the baroness go being regarded as half a person and endure the indignity of life as a muslim wife?
These sympathisers keep turning up to support a cult disguised as a reigion.
Their god is an idol, their prophet is a fake, their lust for causing pain and suffering to innocent people is a curse on the human race.
    Follow Wild Bill for America.
    Take up the crusader shield.
    Make a stand against evil.
The facts are there for all to see.
    Islam means trouble.
    Islam means death.
    Islam must be stopped.

    There’s a great piece here.

Murray knows the Warsi game inside out. And it may please you that she, by this constant low whine has pretty much alienated herself from the political establishment.

She was made Minister for Faith in one of Camerons lunatic moments but even this dhimmi is learning.

Again, the Muslim community is simply playing good cop/bad cop. “Look, we moderate Muslims don’t like those violent jihadis any more than you do. So why don’t you make things easier for all of us and just peacefully go along with the Islamization of Britian? We can all agree that we want to avoid violence and conflict, right?”

As all Muslims are, the Pakistani Muslim immigrant was treated like royalty from the moment she set foot on British soil and gifted powerful positions in government for the sole reason she is a Muslim.

Translated, her speech to Britain’s despised infidels is:

I’m a Muslim. My allegiance and the allegiance of all Muslims is NOT to the countries we reside in. Our allegiance is to global Islam, Muslim conquest of all infidel countries and enslavement of infidels under our superior sharia law.

Do not do ANYTHING to stop Muslim terrorist attacks. Terrorism is a major part of our Mohammad’s Blood Cult.

Quran (3:56) – “As to those who reject faith, I will punish them with terrible agony in this world and in the Hereafter, nor will they have anyone to help.”

    What other religious ‘community’ is
    1. carrying out terror attacks?
    2. producing thousands of suicide bombers?
    3. using car bombs every day?
    4. supplying recruits to ISIS?
    5. beheading, burning, crucifying, raping…
    6. honour killing, using FGM

Protestants? Catholics? Hindus? Sikhs/ Amish? Mormons? Quakers? Scientologists?….
Oh, of course! The ONLY ‘community’ doing this is the M………

Muslims dont need anyone or anything to alienate them. They follow alienation literally religiously. In my view the prime minister was rather timid and reserved with what he said. It should have been much more strongly worded. And Mrs Warsi a woman scorned has started showing her Muslim colours without restraint. No wonder cameron ditched her. We dont hear her challenging Muslims to embrace British values and abandoning their Barbaric disloyal practices

One problem is you cannot tell the so called moderate from the extremist Muslim until they try to kill you. But the so called moderate Muslim says nothing and therefore is complicit in the crimes of the extremist.

I’m going to put in a good word for Lady Warsi.

I’m also P.O’d when someone like David the Ditz Cameron or some other clown who doesn’t know squat about any theology, including the one he himself ostensibly believes, loftily telling the Jihadis that they aren’t really good Muslims. By the same token, I’m sick and tired of some liberal who’s proud as a peacock over having never set foot in a church door for decades spouting off about how someone who fervently attacks something the Bible calls sin of being a bad example of a Christian. The minute I hear some utterly secularized liberal pontificating over who is or who is not a good Muslim, I figure that were I Muslim of any stripe, even one who might hate ISIS adn Qaida with a passion, I’d feel very resentful, too.

Re Dubya Bush speaking of Islam as “a religion of peace”, I will accept that he was winging it at a rough time in our country’s history when people might’ve taken out their justifiable anger on anyone they thought Muslim (such as that poor Sikh guy murdered), and he was trying to tell the American people that they weren’t fighting all Muslims willy-nilly. Too bad he gave such an unfortunate turn of phrase. But it seems that mobs of EmCeePeeCee types who have nothing but contempt for Dubya have picked up on that one statement and decided to run with it until all of us are blue in the face.

The difficult job for all Western policymakers is to (a) keep the war on the jihadis from turning into an all-out, across the board military clash of civilizations everywhere from the Straits of Gibraltar to Mindanao and Central Asia, and (b) keep their eyes open to the fact that Islam will always be a potentially dangerous religion due to some of its basic tenets 9even if not all Muslims are practicing such tenets at this time). David Cameron and the clowns in the Obama administration have not helped; but Lady Warsi at least has given a voice to what many other concerned people, including convinced non-Muslims, have been feeling for a long time.

Actually, PC MCs and Leftists never mention the one thing they fervently agree with Bush about — that “Islam is a great religion” and that “most Muslims are moms and pops like the rest of us”. And why would PC MCs and Leftists mention it, since they so fervently agree with it?

Baroness Warsi, in her unofficial role as UK Ambassador to the OIC, Feb 7, 2013, in Cairo:

“I am particularly pleased that we were able to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the OIC at the UN General Assembly in September.”
