Brian says
I though Islam goes by the Moon?…watches are banned as Muhammad never had one.
M S case says
BETTER GET ONE QUICK… GOING TO BE A COLLECTOR’S ITEM
Jaladhi says
And which traitorous companies from the West are making these watches for the enemy?? I don’t think that Islamic countries can even manufacture watches!! They are only good in jihad and murder!! LOL…
M S case says
jaldhi…They are good at multiplication also….little jihadis are jumping out all the time…too many wives and whores
Red Bee says
O… good… Thought ISIS sold your website:)…
RG says
Yeah, Red Bee, me too! Had me worried there for a minute!!!
Susan B says
Isn’t all crap made in China or maybe Korea.

Wireless connection to the suicide explosive vest included?
Huck Folder says
Robert: I had wanted to suggest something similar to you, many times.
If you’ve heard it 100 times before, forgive me:
The watch would have the letters J I H A D for the hours 10 to 2, with the H at 12.
The letters W A T C H would cover the hours 8 to 4 with the T at 6.
The hour markers for 3 and 9 could be empty, as word separators,
or Magen Davids or the WANING moon symbol of hate.
I like the ouroboros pun.
That would also look good as a clock.
(But substituting C L O C K for W A T C H would lose
the exquisite connection to JW.)
ROB SPENCER and PAMELA GELLER
would also fit the dial, albeit without any spaces
for Pamela’s. Hers would look better with those letters
between the hour markers.

“What? No Mickey Mouse version? But nonetheless, these watches are to die for.”
Since today is the 75th anniversary of the cartoon character Bugs Bunny, I would think that “hare-raising” personality would be more appropriate for ISIS . . . Do these watches go backwards in time?
Shmooviyet says
Your post reminds me of the BB cartoon where Yosemite Sam is the mean little Arab always beating his camel with a board when it won’t stop running.
“Whoa, Camel, whoa…” LOL

Cecelia wrote: “these watches are to die for”
Too funny.

Cecelia wrote: “do these watches go backwards in time?”
Too true! Right back to the 7th century and the Bronze Age where they find their mentality.
Cecilia Ellis says
Mortimer, Robert Spencer is the one who said, “These watches are to die for.โ I wish that I had said it because it is a superb line!
Champ says
What is it with Arabs and their cheesy watches? This watch goes beyond the pale!
Funny side story …
My husband and I are both Christians, and he once received a watch with a picture of Jesus on it, lol! Mike used to work for my husband, and he was from Jordan, so during a trip back to Jordan Mike bought my husband this Jesus watch, AND a giant *sword* for Christimas..I kid you not. Well, when my husband brought these items home we both had a good laugh, and of course my husband kept the watch but hes never worn it (too tacky) and he keeps it in a drawer. And for years I kept that horrendous sword hidden in a closet so my kids wouldn’t see it or play with it. But when we moved, that sword went in the garbage where it belongs …hey it was the thought that counts ๐
Angemon says
How giant was the sword?
Champ says
It was close to 4 feet long with a formidable handle, and it had a holster, too. And the holster had these gaudy plastic colored embellishments, etc …which made it even *more* of an eyesore, to me ๐
Champ says
The sword was real metal but not expensive looking at all; more like something Mike bought at some funky gift shop for tourists in Jordan.
Champ says
Ok I submit that 4 feet long may not be a “giant” sword, to some …so how about it was bigger than a bread knife ๐
Angemon says
Definitely on the larger end of the scale, so “giant” might not be far off the mark ๐
gravenimage says
Hilarious story, Champ! I wonder if this is the watch:
http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRqe0DgKf3Px3A69M9mx35i5H1tEB0aHRi6GyVkIvQLo3BWuSsq5pyWuDDj
Of course, if the watch had had a picture of the “Prophet” on it instead, blood would flow…
Champ says
Yes — that’s the watch, Graven! Ahaha, good find! ๐
And when my husband received the watch he thanked Mike, and he wasn’t the *least* bit offended by the picture of Jesus — instead we were both amused by it (in fact I have a picture of Jesus that hangs on the wall).
And my husband doesn’t wear the watch because it *has* a picture of Jesus on it, but because it looks so tacky — know what I mean. Doing my best to explain the difference here because we do love Jesus! …oy vey
Champ says
“Of course, if the watch had had a picture of the ‘Prophet’ on it instead, blood would flowโฆ”
*Exactly*, Graven!
Wellington says
Just love this exchange between Angemon, Champ and gravenimage. Wonderful how at times Jihad Watch (and what a double entendre here, no?) can just be a hoot. But remember please: There are no hoots allowed in Islam.
Champ says
“Wonderful how at times Jihad Watch (and what a double entendre here, no?)” …
LOL!! Good catch, Wellington!! ๐

LOL!! ๐ ..funny, Marc!

Under the watches there appears to be an image of a mounted scope. I guess this is appropriate considering what the watches symbolize.

I’m embarrassed to admit how long it took me to get the pun. But that made it even funnier when I did. ๐
This reminds me of a comment Geert Wilders made in his Garland speech, to the effect that one thing that makes Western civilization better than Islamic civilization is that we have a sense of humor.
I applaud Robert’s sense of humor in choosing the article’s title.
Bamaguje says
For a moment I thought the article was about this website – Jihadwatch.org
I suppose the ISIS has also boosted JihadWatch audience.

That was great! I’ve never seen that one before either. Thanks for posting.

Hilarious! Mark, you are keeping us all laughing today!
Karen says
Hysterical! It incited me to laughter.
Don McKellar says
I find it odd that the Islamic State watch doesn’t have “Arabic numerals” on it. I thought that moslems were so proud of what they stole from India’s intellectuals and mathematicians — but maybe that doesn’t carry through to the Islamic State?
qedlin says
Each watch comes with a little C4 just in case you get that “peaceful jihadi” impulse…
isntlam says
Water resistant to 300 nanometers !

Seeing these items is as sickening as seeing similar Nazi items.
The people who had them made are psychopathic savages and barbarians.

What, no ladies styles for the fashionable Jihadi bride??
Oh well, looks like cheap junk anyway.
Cecilia Ellis says
“What, no ladies styles for the fashionable Jihadi bride??”
Oh, yes, they have ’em, but the hands can’t be seen . . . have to be covered up . . . as well as the entire face.

” have to be covered up . . . as well as the entire face.”
Cecelia – Good one! Everyone seems in fine fettle here today! Cheers! Quotha
Cecilia Ellis says
Quotha, rarely does Islam provide us with an opportunity to express humor. For JW readers, this was a rare opportunity that did not go to waste. Thanks for your comment.
Karen says
Clever girl!!! ๐

I wonder if the watch is set 1400 years backwards
George S. says
Cheap and cheesy, throughout. Silly cheap straps trying to imitate alligator skin and snake skin – all plastic, of course. Cheap fake metal cases, too. Cheap fake glass faces, too – prolly plastic. LOL. Muzzies are so enamoured to flashy cheap things like that, it just shows their mental stage – back to the 7th century A.D.
I loved the cartoon about the Palestinian Alarm Clock – priceless. AllahHuAhkbar – BOOM! LOL and LOL again. Brilliant.
