Saudi Muslim leaders oppose extradition of murderer: “He is an Islamic missionary”

Aug 22, 2015 10:25 pm By Robert Spencer

Oh, well, that makes it all right. Seriously, for Islamic supremacists, it does. He is good at propagating Islam, and so that overrides everything else.

Sanjaya Islami Magar

“Saudi Islamic leaders oppose extradition Nepalese murderer: ‘He is an Islamic missionary,'” by Christopher Sharma, Asia News, August 21, 2015 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

Kathmandu (AsiaNews) – A “red” international arrest warrant, Interpol’s highest level of alert, has been issued to Saudi police who arrested Sanjaya Magar Islami, accused of having murdered the Supreme Court Justice Rana Bahadur Bam Nepalese in May 2012 (in the picture). But leaders of the Islamic kingdom are opposed to the extradition, arguing that the murderer is an important preacher of Islam and has converted many Nepalese Hindus to the dictates of the Prophet.

Magar, a native of the central district of Ramechhap in Nepal and known by the nickname of Bhagwan, was part of the commando of assailants who on the morning of May 31, 2012 drew alongside the judges car at the Park One of Lalitpur and killed him. In January this year four other accomplices were arrested, including a former leader of theChure Bhawar Rastriya Party of Nepal.

Magar however, managed to escape to Saudi Arabia, he first forged documents and started working as a truck driver. Then he continued his fugitive teaching Islamic doctrine, earning the favor of the Muslim leaders of the Saudi monarchy. In January 2015, the Interpol has issued a notice of type “red” for his capture of Arabia and the police arrested him in March.

A team of the Central Bureau of Investigation of Nepal (CIB) traveled this week to the kingdom to custody of the accused and bring him back to Nepal for trial. Kiran Bajracharya, spokesman for the CIB, told AsiaNews: “Our investigations have confirmed his role as executor of the murder. We have requested the extradition from Saudi Arabia, but in the beginning we were refused on grounds he was now a religious. Then thanks to Interpol and diplomatic channels, the authorities in Riyadh have agreed to Magar’s extradition. So one of our team will bring him back in the coming days. ”

A government official in Kathmandu, speaking on condition of anonymity, said that “the Saudi Islamic leaders converted Magar and used him to convert migrant workers from Nepal. This goes against international law. ”

Finally Rupesh Magar, a Nepalese migrant, confirms that the murderer was studying the Koran and taught it: “Even I was converted by him, along with many of my friends. He usually preached in several mosques and presented himself as a Muslim. I only just discovered that he is using the faith as a mask to cover his murder. This is why many local faithful defended him and opposed his arrest”.

    This article
    http://www.asianews.it/news-en/Saudi-Islamic-leaders-oppose-extradition-Nepalese-murderer:-He-is-an-Islamic-missionary-35102.html
is expressed in pretty wonky English (or maybe that’s the standard version of English in Nepal). For one thing, “Supreme Court Justice Rana Bahadur Bam Nepalese” is a very strange name. That would like referring to “U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Roberts American”.

But what is most surprising is the paragraph
    ==QUOTE==
A government official in Kathmandu, speaking on condition of anonymity, said that “the Saudi Islamic leaders converted Magar and used him to convert migrant workers from Nepal. This goes against international law. ”
    ==UNQUOTE==
How does religious conversion and proselytizing go against international law? Please cite the text of the international law. (And why would a Nepalese government official demand anonymity for correctly stating the law?)

I believe the official misspoke. Nepal is considering an anti-conversion low, which may be why he didn’t want to be identified. The UN, interestingly, has tried to intervene against some of these national proposed-laws (e.g. Burma). However, inside the UN, member states such as Iran are always trying to pull a fast one with their ‘religious tolerance’ proposals, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it buried in some UN proposal somewhere.

Would they feel the same if he had murdered a saudi prince?

A murder of a Supreme Court judge is an inspiring teacher of Islam who obviously understands the ‘PEACEFUL TEACHINGS’ of Islam (as understood by John Kerry and David Cameron).

The only problem is that he does NOT BEHAVE ACCORDING TO THOSE ‘PEACEFUL TEACHINGS’ and the government of Soddy Barbaria believes he is an EXEMPLARY ROLE MODEL for the youth!

    Lessee…what is this? A contradiction?

So is he ‘peaceful’? or a murderer? Is he Islamic? KSA says he is Islamic and in the best way!

INTERPOL says he is a murderer. Who’s right?

Who’s lying to us? Who understands Islam better? John Kerry or Soddy Barbaria?

Why obviously Mortimer this is a no-brainer! In answer to your rhetorical question – “who understands Islam better? John Kerry or Soddy Barbaria” – well most sane people would probably agree that it must be the latter of your 2 choices – which is known colloquially over here as Sordid Arabia.

But you’ve gotta be a bit more understanding of the “culture” Mortimer! What an inspirational role model this jihadi murderer must be for those in the allegedly “tiny minority” of sordid-minded folk who support IS. It must surely be allah’s will that (up until now with the merciful and forgiving Saudi help) this islamically “reformed” murderer has escaped man-made law and gets to preach the true law according to Mo.

    The “messenger”

Allah — was an Islamic missionary too.
The fictional dude was the “messenger” of Muhammad.
Supposedly the Allah was a special genie sent to Muhammad to grant Muhammad’s every wish.

Some people are very afraid of the mere sight of clowns.

Muslims do not allow depictions of MO.

I can understand why the shtye Arabians don´t want to extradite this murderer because in Islamic law he has done nothing wrong. In fact, he the model muslim practicing his religion as prescribed in the Koran.

Did you mean shiíte Charli – because most allegedly sordid arabians are sunnis? That name surely must be because of their world famous sunny, light-hearted and fun-loving dispositions. Surely you didn’t mean “shite” did you? Shiites are the majority in Iran – a barrel of laughs too – remember khomeini and some holocaust denying polly with a name that sounds like “a-MAD-dinner-dog”. A rose by any name would smell just as sweet!

    Dear Robert Spencer,
What do you expect from the centre of Islam, these gangsters are the most superior ‘Taqiyyah’ experts in the world.
As far as they are concerned Islam pre-dated everything on this earth.
They have stated time and time again that Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, and even Jesus were all Muslims. They have stated that the two Jewish (Hebrew) temples in Jerusalem never existed, what existed was a wall built by the Arabs to tie their Camels, Horses, and Asses up. The Imam of Jerusalem that Jew-hating son of a bitch said Jerusalem (Al-Quds which the Arab Muslims seem to think that it’s what they called Jerusalem in the first place, when in reality it’s just a derivative from the Hebrew original ‘Ir-ha-Kodesh The Holy City) has absolutely nothing to do with Jews.
These distorters of truth should be taught a lesson that they will never forget.

Never trust anyone who believes Allah is God…That belief is the root of Islamic fraud, and the cause of jihad violence. Some people think that Allah is the same God that was recognized and worshipped by Abraham…That notion is convenient to Islam, in theory and practice, but it is not true…
Most people4 posting here already know that, but have different ways of expressing it.

An interesting word game…Take the (A) off the front of Abraham, and put it in the back…You get Brahama, the same with Abram, you get Brama…Sounds kind of Hindu,…must be a coincidence…

The Nepalese should clear the country of Muslims, there is no reason for the existence of Islam in Nepal they have always resisted this blight on the planet.

And what’s a little murder for a man of allah, right? Practicing what he preaches, etc.

    ……………………….

Well, of course! Who cares if this fine Mohammedan murdered a high-ranking Nepalese jurist? After all, he’s just a “filthy Infidel”.

The fact is that many “Islamic missionaries” have been murderers–starting with the violent “Prophet” himself.
