Jihad Watch

Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

More than 100,000 asylum seekers enter Germany in August

Sep 2, 2015 7:14 pm By Robert Spencer

This is not a refugee crisis. This is a hijrah. Hijrah, or jihad by emigration, is, according to Islamic tradition, the migration or journey of Muhammad and his followers from Mecca to Yathrib, later renamed by him to Medina, in the year 622 CE. It was after the hijrah that Muhammad for the first time became not just a preacher of religious ideas, but a political and military leader. That was what occasioned his new “revelations” exhorting his followers to commit violence against unbelievers. Significantly, the Islamic calendar counts the hijrah, not Muhammad’s birth or the occasion of his first “revelation,” as the beginning of Islam, implying that Islam is not fully itself without a political and military component.

800,000 Muslim refugees in one year alone. This will transform Germany forever. No effort is being made, of course, to determine these refugees’ adherence to Sharia and desire to bring it to their new land. That would be “Islamophobic.”

Already jihadis have been found among the refugees. There will be many more such discoveries.

Why does Europe have to absorb all these refugees? Why not Saudi Arabia? Algeria? Etc. This is Europe’s death knell.

The German train says, "Ahlan wa sahlan!," an Arabic greeting of welcome.
The German train says, “Ahlan wa sahlan!,” an Arabic greeting of welcome.

“More than 100,000 asylum seekers enter Germany in August,” Reuters, September 2, 2015 (thanks to Pamela Geller):

A record 104,460 asylum seekers arrived in Germany last month, a Bavarian official said on Wednesday, part of an unprecedented wave of refugees and migrants straining the resources of German towns and villages.

Germany, with relatively liberal asylum laws and generous benefits, is the EU’s biggest recipient of people fleeing war in the Middle East and economic migrants from southeastern Europe.

From January to August, around 413,535 people registered on Germany’s Easy system, said a spokesman for Bavaria’s Social Minister Emilia Mueller.

The Easy system is used for the initial registration of migrants and refugees arriving in Germany. Applying for asylum is a separate procedure.

Around one third of registrations in August were in Bavaria, the spokesman said.

Europe is facing its biggest refugee crisis since World War Two and has yet to find a common response. Thousands of people from the Middle East, Asia and Africa have died making the perilous journeys by land and sea.

Germany expects about 800,000 people to file for asylum in Germany this year, four times last year’s level.

Towns have been overwhelmed with the new arrivals and want more money to house and care for them. German Chancellor Angela Merkel has called for a fair distribution of asylum seekers within the EU and has also warned against racism after almost daily attacks on shelters….

Their fellow Muslims in the EU have a opened a pipeline network to share in the loot of fleecing “infidel” Europe for all they can get while being ungrateful.

With all due respect Jay, I don’t think you’ve been following the Syrian crisis for a while now. Because if you did, you would know that these Syrians did, in fact, reach out to neighboring countries before going to Europe. But there isn’t enough room anymore there.

Lebanon has over one million Syrian refugees. One million for such a tiny country! Jordan has hundreds of thousands of them. Heck, even Israel has welcomed Syrian refugees. So you can’t accuse these refugees of not “reaching out to neighboring countries first”. Because they’re all over the Middle East, fleeing either ISIS or Assad’s mass murder tactics.

We can blame this on our “lead from behind” President, who is not doing anything to solve this mess. He’s just clueless, it seems.

That story is horrible, Ramez. I’m sorry you had to witness this. However, after reading and seeing endless videos on the Syrian conflict, I do not doubt the authenticity of Syrian refugees one bit. They are just fleeing a war, which escalated thanks to Islamic theology and history once again (Shia vs Sunni). And you’re right about the Gulf states– they should indeed take these refugees. But these gulf sheikhs are not very known for their kindness and philanthropy, so I guess they would rather let Lebanon/Jordan/Israel and Europe deal with this mess.

Speaking of which, one of my close Syrian Christian friend’s relatives got their refugee status denied in Qatar. So now they will be deported. Very, very sad.

Ramez, after reading your story I can totally understand your fear of Islam and how Europe might be engulfed in it.
I can see why you come on so strong here. You seem to be desperate to get through to the west because you probably see this as your only salvation.
I am sorry that people call you a Muslim or nasty names because even though I disagree on some of your views and sulutions I can see why you hold them.

To witness such horror, especilly at such a young age is something I can’t even imagine.
I too am terrified that we will be enslaved by Islam because our governments have done NOTHING to fix this. If anything they are ready to jail us to speaking about it.

Alex, you probably fail to question whether these “asylum seekers” could be anything rather than refugees from oppression and violence–who are apt to be grateful to their host countries and to make excellent citizen–because you are a compassionate person.

Certainly, this has been true in other crises around the world. With Muslims, not so much. Here are a couple of stories:

LOL! This is hilarious for those who know the whole history between those 3! For those who don’t, here is the “”tl;dr” version:

Mazo, a muslim troll with a strange fascinatior for homosexuality who has been banned several times before and has a history of conjuring people, among them Philip Jihadski, out of nowhere to slander them, is telling voegelinian, a troll who has been banned several times before and has a history of conjuring people, among them Philip Jihadski, out of nowhere to slander them, that Philip Jihadski is the one who is obsessed with them rather than the other way around, despite standing in the shadow of a mountain of posts where it’s one of them bringing up PJ when he hasn’t even posted and regardless of his relevance to the matter at hand. And all along, he calls voegelinian “vogon”, which is a villainous alien race in the “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” universe – that speaks volumes about how they get along, despite of voegelinian’s history of getting out of mazo’s way and sticking to attacking counter-jihadis. Strange bedfellows indeed.

You know, if the shoe was on tho other foot – if mazo was saying something like that to me rather than to voeg – I have no doubt that voegelinian would go on and on, on dozens of different topics, ranting about how I was “friends” with a muslim troll, regardless of my answer and previous history with mazo/shams78, and of relevance to the matter at hand, like he has done in the past.

I feel sorry for the Germans who don’t want to take in those “refugees” but are unable to do anything to stop their Fuhrer.

Europe is facing its biggest refugee crisis since World War Two and has yet to find a common response.

The only response we should be taking as a whole would be not letting them in. Send them back quickly and with extreme prejudice. The EU wants to receive “refugees” but charges those who bring them in of “trafficking people”? Where’s the logic in that? We have proper channels and proceedings to receive “refugees”, and taking in people just because they can cross a body of water is insulting to those who had to wait months, if not years, after filling out the papers, all along while fearing for their life because they were actual refugees – people that for their political or religious stance saw their lives threatened and for whom staying in their homeland – the country where they were bred, born and raised – amounted to a death sentence.

Germany expects about 800,000 people to file for asylum in Germany this year, four times last year’s level.

There’s a name for that. It’s “incentive”. Those on the other side see that those who cross the Narrow Sea (Mediterranean) are being taken in and that encourages them to make the trip. If, on the other hand, they see that those who cross the sea are sent back, quickly and with extreme prejudice, they don’t have as much of an incentive to make the trip themselves.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has called for a fair distribution of asylum seekers within the EU and has also warned against racism after almost daily attacks on shelters….

If the Fuhrer wants to flood her country with people who don’t know the language, traditions, history, customs and culture of her country, and have little to no skills; and to support them with housing, feeding, etc, that’s her prerogative – her country, her rules, and she’ll have to answer to the German people who elected her and who pays her salary at the end of the month. But if she wants to force other countries to do the same, she can f*** off and take a very long walk from a very short pier in shark infested waters for all I care.

German politicians are smugly patting themselves on the back for showing their ‘kindness’ and scolding other EU countries for not doing the same.
The German economy can probably absorb some cheap labor and Muslims will be invited to walk under the “Arbeit Macht Frei” sign since Germany is no longer allowed to use Jewish slave camp labor anymore.

It is not surprising that the former HITLER country would invite thousands of Jew haters.

      (possibly due to shame).
However it needs cheap labour & has plenty of space.
It is inevitably going to lead to violence, even civil war, since no First World country can cope with millions of muslims for long.
In the UK we are being softened up by all media publishing a very sad photo of a drowned child on the Greek coast.
The picture has been compared to those two remarkable photos published during the Vietnam War, which photos we all remember.
Such images were obviously part of a softening up program for US withdrawal & Communist victory.
Could the photo of the drowned child be part of a media campaign to soften us up for the entry of millions more mohammedans into Europe ?

“If civil war broke out in months, civilisation might win.”

I have a couple of points to make:

        1) It is not the responsibility of a country, continent, or region to take in refugees who are in need of refuge. The need might be there, but there is no, or should be no, obligation to assume responsibility for everyone in the world. There will be drowned, and starved, babies, but it is not the obligation, nor the right, of the German government to damage the interest of Germans to save non-German babies.

        2) Accordingly, it is not the obligation of a government to assure the safety of illegal invaders who sometimes destroy their own identity documents so they can’t be deported. They should be deported to any place that will accept them, without concern as to what happens to them. A few such deportations will probably cut down the influx of boat invaders such that the decrease in the number of drowning deaths will more than make up for the lives lost from deporting the invaders to a hostile environment.

        3) The real danger in a civil war or an insurrection against invaders would not be the Muslims, who are not that great at fighting modern battles, but would be other Europeans or Westerners. Think of the US and NATO bombing the Serb Bosnians and Kosovans for no reason that I can think of, once they began pushing the Muslim militias back. Do you have any doubt that the European Union will dispatch troops to assist illegal immigrants, if the EU is able to gain military resources?

        4) Morally, once Muslims are in their own areas, it is immoral to take actions leading to the death or injury of Muslims. For example, in my opinion, giving Iraq and Iran military aid during the Iraq-Iran war was immoral, since it involved power politics and not self-defense on the part of the United States.

Normally countries put refugees into refugee camps for security purposes. I guess Germans are squeamish about such things these days. Maybe that is why the refugees go to countries in Europe and not some other region.

The conspiracy theorists are going on about FEMA building camps as part of a totalitarian take over of the US. Perhaps FEMA is actually preparing for an influx of refugees.

    Just a thought.

The political elite of Germany seek to destroy their own country, and citizens. Times are dire, if there were any time for Europeans to take their countries back it’s now or never. At this exponential rate of Al Hijra Europe as we have known it will cease to exist a very short time.

I think better is to negotiate, and find a peaceful deal. like India which gave up part of its territory and created Pakistan, a country for muslims. also USA should give part of its territory (I´d suggest Maine), then muslims can go there, and leave non muslims alone

Why should they? Maybe so they can experience that wonderful feeling when your country has lost a part of it’s territory just like they forced Serbia to do.
That’s exactly what the US forced on the Serbs. Bombed them for 78 days and nights until they had to pull out of Kosovo and give it to the rabid Albanians.
Same in Bosnia. Muslims now control most of it.
So if they can force Christians from other lands to do it they should be prepared to do it too, or is that just for those people far away from us?
I am being sarcarstic here but it had to be said.
India gave up part of it’s territory but the Muslim which remained in India have been breeding and breeding and pose danger to it. So will they have to give up more territory now?
Muslims will eat you bit by bit. They can’t take it all at once but they will take it eventually. They are like one Cancerous cell which takes over your whole body. Only solution is to outlaw Islam but we know that’s not going to happen because it would be racist and we are supposed to be better than that.

Actually, we have been able to beat back the conquering Muslim hordes in other place over the centuries, as well, Aardvark–in Portugal, in southern France, in Sicily, in southern Italy, in Greece, in the Balkans, and in Israel.

But any invasion by Muslims has involved *huge* suffering, and heroic measure–sometimes over the course of centuries–on the part of Infidels to dislodge them.

And–as you rightly note–most places, once overrun by ravening Mohammedans, have *never recovered*. This is true of the whole of the Middle East and huge swaths of Africa and Asia.

We could, in fact, lost all the hard-won territory reclaimed from Muslims in just the next few decades, unless we act bravely and decisively now.

Your point I suppose id that the circumstances have led it to becoming a hijrah.

This only applies to those form Syria and Iraq and not other muslim majority countries like Bangladesh.

I don’t know about Algeria, but I do know that Saudi Arabia tightly controls who enters and remains in their country. Illegals are immediately put on a plane to the Mogadishu airport. What happens to them then is anybody’s guess, but my guess is they’re used for target practice by the militias and pirates in Somalia.

But then again, very few immigrants set their course for Saudi Arabia.

    The war has begun.
The Caliphate fanatics are in the infiltrate stage.
The Al Jazeera sponsored Muslim Brotherhood infected Public news media is collaborating with daily broadcasts that say it is OUR responsibility to accept these invaders unconditionally.
No mention made at all of surrounding Muslim countries taking them in.

Hi Jay Boo, I saw a piece on Libtard BBC explaining that many have tried to go to the gulf states but were turned away unless they had a visa or work permit. Something to do with them being Syrian and not Persian therefor not real muslims. Sorry I don’t have a link for you. I’m not very good at this social media stuff.

Incidentally, Der Spiegel ran a piece complaining about the rise of nationalism in Germany. They ran stories of nationalist burning “immigrant” centers and housing. Again I don’t have a link. Please forgive my ineptitude.

      Keep safe.

        Thanks.

It is good to hear that BBC at least is reporting on Gulf states turning away Muslims.
I often hear BBC radio world news on the local NPR radio station here in North Carolina.
I wish they would mention the Muslim turning away Muslims with the same disdain they use for European nations. So far I have heard nothing about Gulf states turning away Muslims on the radio. The local NPR that hosts BBC is even worse than BBC. I would not be a bit surprised that the are filtering it out.

MKG, you are quite right about the Gulf States and other Muslim nations doing nothing for their fellow Muslims. I believe this is the story you were looking for:

“Migrant crisis: Why Syrians do not flee to Gulf states”

        http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-34132308

        Here’s a related story:

“Exclusive: Syrian aid in crisis as Gulf states renege on promises”

        http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/middle-east/exclusive-syrian-aid-in-crisis-as-gulf-states-renege-on-promises-8604125.html

While pious Muslims natter on about being “compassionate to one another” (as opposed to Infidels, whom they are openly harsh towards)–the former is seldom actually the case. The fact is that most charity and crisis aid to Muslims comes from the “filthy Infidels”–Christian, Jewish, and secular charities, as well as Western governmental aid.

A final point: note that in the BBC article that Muslim “refugees” are violently resisting being aided in Hungary, demanding that they be allowed to continue on to wealthier Germany,

If *I* were a refugee from a murderous war zone, I know I would be grateful to be in a safe, civilized nation such as Hungary which was willing to help me. I wouldn’t be aggressively demanding that I be given immediate access to some even richer country.

But then, this is just the tip of the iceberg of such ingratitude–all too many of these “refugees” will soon be waging violent Jihad against the very people who have given them sanctuary.

The Germans haven’t learned anything from their past. They’ve got a certain responsibility but only for the Jews. That means they have to support Israel in every way. The Germans want to be the paragons of democracy and everybody’s darling, they’re so stupid. They take in ISIS jihadis but they don’t care. Germany is a suicidal country

      Maybe something else?

      Maybe Adolf Merkel HATES Jews?
So bring in another ten million moslems say,
over ten years, and let THEM complete
what Hitler and Haj Amin al-Husseini didn’t.

And this a year AFTER she said that
      multiculty was a failure.

Maybe her end game is a monoculture
of moslem ‘germans’, JUDENFREI of course.

Then a new Hitler can try again, because
the original said that islam was a SUPERIOR
      warlike cult, more befitting Germans.

If western countries were ever looking for an army to fight ISIS or Assad, there they are.

Let’s look at this from a different angle. The establishment of a foreign legion. In short, when refugees or invaders as some see them come to your country for aid, you sort them out by country of origin and whether they are shia or suni. You place them in a secured facility and train all able bodied males for front line service. You arm them appropriately and send them back with leadership and support. To ensure cooperation and compliance with foreign legion regulations their families will have to rely on their success. When you deploy them they will have to clear a path because the women and noncoms will be following in a support role such as supply and transportation. Money wise it would probably be a lot cheaper.

Who the hell am I trying to kid here. Why would a refugee want to risk his life fighting for a burned out sand box when libtards will give them everything. Besides the reason they are refugees to begin with is they refuse to take a side and really fight for what is theirs. All they seem to be able to do is whine, throw rocks and riot when they feel offended or don’t get their free stuff. Of course we can always go with the notion they are ALL part of an elaborate plot to overthrow Christiandom and the west. What a mess.

BTW does any body know what happened to that airplane story of the 5 muslims? It seems to have disappeared.

This is nothing more than a paranoid conspiracy theory. The idea that hundreds of thousands of Muslims from various countries in Africa and Asia have organized a mass invasion of Europe is ludicrous. I don’t doubt that some of them are serious threats to the West, and the sheer numbers will have a very negative impact on society if they refuse to integrate, but to suggest it is all part of some master plan is akin to what the writers of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion wanted people to believe about Jews.

Now, I’m not some stupid liberal who cannot, or will not, see the truth about Islam, but in order for the masses to take this threat seriously, people need to stop the bigotry. Most of what Robert writes is reasonable and truthful, but he needs to be careful not to go off the rails.

      ……………………………….

Not at all. Muslim invasion is a core part of Islam, dating back to the earliest days of Islam.

And the idea that this is some paranoia on the part of “Islamophobes” is mistaken. Many pious Muslims speak quite openly about Europe and the rest of the West becoming Muslim:

“Egyptian Imam: Europe Will Become One Islamic State”

      http://www.newenglishreview.org/blog_direct_link.cfm/blog_id/58955/Egyptian-Imam-Europe-Will-Become-One-Islamic-State

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CSWLLc6uikE

Here was Muamar Ghaddafi–before he was hastened off to ‘Jannah’ by Muslims even more pious than he–said that “We have 50 million Muslims in Europe. There are signs that Allah will grant Islam victory in Europe — without swords, without guns, without conquests. The 50 million Muslims of Europe will turn it into a Muslim continent within a few decades”.

      There are many more examples.

I am aware some Muslims are saying this, and that it is a part of Islam, but it does not make sense that all these people are part of some co-ordinated plan. It suggests that there is someone (or a group of people) behind this, in order for so many disparate people to come together at this time. It just doesn’t sound feasible.

But then again this surge is unprecedented, and unsettling. Why have they all decided to come now? The Syrian civil war has been going on for years, and other countries have not suddenly gotten worse. I am not sure what to believe at this point.

          …………………………………

I am not claiming that this is centrally coordinated–and I don’t believe Robert Spencer is, either. If you have enough people with the same belief system–Islam, as here–then they are apt to act in a similar manner, and to do so without any kind of central planning.

And this is not either/or–while many Muslim “refugees” initially acted independently of each other, increasingly Muslims are surging into Europe *en masse*, so individual Muslims who may not have otherwise thought to invade the West are now entering along with the mass of their coreligionists.

          More:

But then again this surge is unprecedented, and unsettling. Why have they all decided to come now? The Syrian civil war has been going on for years, and other countries have not suddenly gotten worse. I am not sure what to believe at this point.
          …………………………………

Firstly, the Syrian civil war hasn’t been going on for that long–just since 2011. Incursions by ISIS and the Islamic State are even more recent–just about a year and a half.

At first, the fighting was fairly isolated. In the last several months this is no longer the case.

But that is just the “push”–there is also the “pull”–many Muslims increasingly realize that the West is generous and sentimental about “refugees”, as well as weak in defending herself. That makes her a perfect target for supremacist Muslims on the move.

The situation has parallels to the great barbarian migrations of late antiquity–pressure from the rise of tribes in the east pushed other tribes westward, and the increasing weakness, corruption, disorganization, and vulnerability of the Roman Empire led these tribes to invade her lands.

This wasn’t centrally coordinated, either–but its effects might as well have been–the incursion of increasingly disruptive and violent barbarians into Roman territory, and the resulting eventual collapse of the greatest civilization the world had known.

We all know what happened then–the Dark Ages. There have been attempts at revisionist history intended to imply that the period was not so bad, but the fact is that population, life expectancy, societal organization, and learning all plummeted. The fact is that the Dark Ages were, indeed, pretty damn dark.

It was during this period that Islam rose in the first place.

It is not an overstatement that we could easily be facing a new dark age if we do nothing to defend our civilization now.

The “migrants” seem to be a mixture of genuine refugees (from starvation or repression by Assad/Taliban/IS) and opportunists seeking better economic prospects (or failing that, welfare payments). Not all are Muslims, some are apostates or Christian converts, some are offenders of Shariah law (gays, teachers, Pastors) and are fleeing death threats.

Then there are the jihad-by-immigration Muslims. How do you sort them all out? In a world of 7+billion there is an almost infinite number of migrants willing to crowd into the better countries. Most likely result are civil wars and a grinding down of living standards to new lows everywhere.

Hi Dave J. Excellent comment and very observant. Anyone who has a heart would want to help another human being in need. I think where most people have concern is when a government treats refugees, migrants, invaders, what have, you better than the ones who are paying the taxes that goes to support this influx of humanity. There is also the very real concern of the erosion of culture. Despite Ramez and his ranting, he did post a link to a very good video of the “man on the street” in Germany. It is very telling. The concerns people have of becoming refugees in their own country. Folks are being pushed out of their homes and forced to live in crowded substandard housing so the government can plow over their old homes and build new housing for refugees. This is resulting in Germans being pushed to their limits.

      Again, excellent comment. Stay Sharp.

Right straight out of The Camp of the Saints by Jean Raspail

(From the Wikipedia entry on this prophetic book)

The Camp of the Saints (Le Camp des Saints) is a 1973 French apocalyptic novel by Jean Raspail. The novel depicts a hypothetical setting whereby Third World mass immigration to France and the West leads to the destruction of Western civilization. Almost forty years after publication the book returned to the bestseller list in 2011.[1] The title is a reference to the Book of Revelation (Rev 20:9).

More nastiness from Mazo, where he tries to pretend that the historical threat of his coreligionists was–somehow–all the fault of the Jews.

Lots more sand-throwing from Mazo, but here is the gist:

There is no clear cut authority. Scholars disagree. So your input is complete bull crap.
    …………………………….

Here are the facts: the texts and tenets of Islam condemn music, as does the model of the “Prophet”. An alarmingly large number of pious Muslims are willing to act on this belief, and to *act violently*.

That there are some Muslims who in a limited sense dispute over just which instruments or styles are Haram means no more to us than does the existence of some Muslims who are reluctant to wage violent Jihad–they do nothing to lessen the threat against us, nor will they in most cases stand against their more orthodox coreligionists in defense of freedom of expression.

If Mazo cannot refute this–and how could he?–then there is really nothing else he can say that is not whitewash and obfuscation.
