A fatwa that doesn’t exist, a wish list that no one signed, a resolution that contradicts the wish list, a protocol that no one has seen…
These are the elements with which President Obama claims he has concocted a strategy to stop Iran’s nuclear ambitions and stop it exporting murder and mayhem.
Supposedly issued by Iran’s “Supreme Guide” Ali Khamenei, the fatwa declares nuclear weapons as “illicit” (haram) in Islam.
Obama cites it as “proof” that Iran does not intend to build a bomb. The president has never said he has seen the fatwa, which, in any case, would have no legal or religious weight.
However, those who refer to the fatwa, including some mullahs, always credit Obama as the source of their information. In the 18th century, Mullah Sadra liked to say that “you will see only if you believe.” He has a disciple in Obama.
The wish list is the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), a 159-page tome issued in Vienna last July after two years of talks between an Iranian delegation and the so-called P5+1 group of big powers led by the US.
“This is neither an agreement nor a treaty,” writes Dr. Saberi Ansari, Iran’s legal advisor during the talks. “An agreement or a treaty is distinguished by the fact that its contents are binding on contracting parties. This is not the case with JCPOA.
For example, JCPOA envisages moves that ought to be made by the United Nations or the International Atomic Energy Agency. However, it is not in Iran’s or the P5+1’s gift to decide for the UN and the IAEA.”
What we have instead is a list of things that participants in the talks wish would happen.
However, the Iranian side does not feel bound by the wish list. It has not even been presented at the Council of Ministers headed by President Hassan Rouhani. Ministers have read about it in the press. More interestingly, there is no official Persian translation of the text.
The JCPOA, for which Obama has been fighting tooth and nail, has not received even a tepid endorsement from Khamenei. “This thing must be examined further, its shortcomings corrected,” he said on Thursday.
Iran’s atomic-energy chief, Ali-Akbar Salehi, put it nicely when he said that “the only thing that Iran gave Obama was a promise not to do things we were not doing anyway, or did not wish to do or could not even do at present.”…

Not that it mattered if it existed – in islam necessity cancels obligation, so it wouldn’t be hard to come up with a fatwa deeply rooted in islamic principles saying something like “the use of nuclear weapons is forbidden, but if such a situation arises where the goal of advancing islam can only be achieved with the use of nuclear weapons then, and only in such a situation, the use nuclear weapons is not only permissible but mandatory and an obligation for any and all muslims who are able to do so”.

The White House traitor-in-chief also willfully ignores Iran’s numerous actions that betray a nefarious agenda – repeated violations of prior UN/IAEA agreements, undisclosed hidden nuclear facilities that have been severally exposed, and nuclear facilities that are way beyond any peaceful nuclear program, particularly for a country rich in oil/gas.

With regards to treaties prophet Mo’ reportedly declared – “If I (Mohammed) take an oath and later find something else better than that, then I do what is better and renounce my oath.” – Sahih Bukhari 7:67:427.
Not surprisingly, after gaining the upper hand, Mo’ repudiated treaties with pagan Arabs:
“Allah and his apostle are free from treaty obligations to the unbelievers” – Quran 9:3
“Freedom from obligation (is proclaimed) by Allah and His messenger (Mohammed) toward the infidels with whom you (Muslims) have made treaties” – Quran 9:1
To drive home the point that treaties are only for weaklings, the Quran also declares – “Do not hesitate and negotiate for peace when you are stronger.” – Quran 47:35.
Thus, since the pusillanimous West is unwilling to stand up to Mullah Iran, it is only a matter of time for the hateful Mullahs to acquire the nukes and ICBMs for their “death to America” and “death to Israel” genocidal agendas.

The thing that puzzles me is that he says of Obama:
“….he might like, perhaps not wittingly, to see America, Israel and the West brought to their knees.”
but does not expand on a rather important point (ie whether Obama is a traitor to his own country) nor explain the difference between a witting and an unwitting traitor.

SO A NUCLEAR ARMED IRAN
is against Allah’s Will and therefore unlawful under Islamic law? Then what about nuclear armed Pakistan? Is its stockpile of 200 nukes in violation of Allah’s Will? If so then why haven’t the mullahs condemned Pakistan as unIslamic for being a nuclear armed state like America and Israel (the Great and Little Satans)? And when in 2007 nuclear scientists and techs from North Korea were secretly building a nuclear weapons site in Syria for Bashar Assad why didn’t the mullahs intervene and put a stop to it? Why did its construction continue until it was destroyed by Israel? Is Israel then to be credited with unintentionally executing Allah’s Will in saving Syria from becoming an unIslamic nuclear state like Pakistan? If it is true, as Obama and Kerry want to believe, that Khamenei issued an anti-nuke fatwa then these questions need to be answered.
