Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Raymond Ibrahim: Why Western Nations Should Only Accept Christian Refugees

Sep 17, 2015 10:31 am By Raymond Ibrahim

syria-refugeesAs refugees from the Middle East flood the West, a number of countries—including Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Cyprus, and Australia—are defying political correctness by wanting to accept Christian refugees only.

While more “progressive” voices cry “racism,” the fact remains: there are several objective reasons why the West should give priority, if not exclusivity, to Christian refugees—and some of these are actually to the benefit of European host nations.

Consider:

Christians are true victims of persecution. From a humanitarian point of view—and humanitarianism is the chief reason being cited in accepting refugees—Christians should receive top priority simply because they are the most persecuted group in the Middle East—well before the Islamic State phenomenon came into being. As Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop put it, “I think that Christian minorities are being persecuted in Syria and even if the conflict were over they would still be persecuted.”

Indeed. While they are especially targeted by the Islamic State, before the new “caliphate” was established, Christians were and continue to be targeted by Muslims—Muslim mobs, Muslim individuals, Muslim regimes, and Muslim terrorists, from Muslim countries of all races (Arab, African, Asian, etc.)—and for the same reason: Christians are infidel number one. See Crucified Again: Exposing Islam’s New War on Christians for hundreds of anecdotes before the rise of ISIS as well as the Muslim doctrines that create such hate and contempt for Christians.

Conversely, Muslim refugees—as opposed to the many ISIS and other jihadi infiltrators posing as “refugees”—are not fleeing direct persecution, but chaos created by the violent and supremacist teachings of their own religion, Islam. It’s not for nothing that Samuel Huntington famously pointed out that “Islam’s borders are bloody, and so are its innards.” This means that when Muslims enter Western nations, chaos, persecution, and mayhem follow. Take a look at those West European cities—for example, Londonistan—that already have a large Muslim population for an idea.

Muslim persecution of Christians has been further enabled by Western policies, especially those of the Obama administration. In other words, Western nations should accept Christian refugees on the basis that Western meddling in the Middle East is directly responsible for exacerbating the plight of Christian minorities. After all, Christians did not flee from Bashar Assad’s Syria, or Saddam Hussein’s Iraq, or Muamar Gaddafi’s Libya. Their systematic persecution began in earnest after the U.S. and others interfered in those nations in the name of “democracy.” All they did is unleash the jihadi forces that the dictators had long kept suppressed. Now the Islamic State is deeply embedded in all three nations, enslaving, raping, and slaughtering countless Christian “infidels” and other minorities.

Vladimir Putin’s thoughts on the refugee crisis are plainly true:

This is a crisis which was absolutely expected…. We in Russia and your humble servant said several years ago that there would be massive problems if our so-called western partners conduct what I have always called the “wrong” foreign policy, especially in regions of the Muslim World, the Middle East and north Africa, which they continue practically to this day.

The Russian leader correctly adds that “people are running away not from the regime of Bashar Assad, but from Islamic State, which seized large areas in Syria and Iraq, and are committing atrocities there. That is what they are escaping from.”

Thus if the West is responsible for unleashing the full-blown jihad on Christians, surely it is the latter that the West should prioritize, from a humanitarian point of view.

Unlike Muslims, or even Yazidis, Christians are easily assimilated in Western countries, due to the shared Christian heritage. As Slovakia, which prefers Christian refugees, correctly points out, Muslims would not fit in, including because there are no mosques in the Slavic nation. Conversely, “Slovakia as a Christian country can really help Christians from Syria to find a new home in Slovakia,” said an interior minister.

This too is common sense. The same Christian teachings that molded Europe over the centuries are the same ones that mold Middle Eastern Christians—whether Orthodox, Catholic, or Protestant. As San Diego’s Father Noel said in the context of the Iraqi Christian refugees who managed to flee ISIS but are now rotting in a U.S. detention center, Mideast Christians “who come here [America] ‘want to be good citizens’ and many who came here a decade ago are now lawyers, teachers, or other productive members of society.”

Meanwhile, Muslims follow a completely different blueprint, the Koran—which condemns Christians by name, calls for constant war (jihad) against all non-Muslims, and advocates any number of distinctly anti-Western practices. Hence it is no surprise that many Muslim asylum seekers are anti-Western at heart, if not members of jihadi organizations.

Mideast Christians bring trustworthy language and cultural skills that are beneficial to the West… Keep reading

I would say they should also accept atheist and jewish refugees, but they are all dead right now in the countries the refugees come from.

I would STRONGLY SUGGEST as a simple, foolproof test for all those countries taking this sane and well-considered screening. Here it is:

Demand that any new immigrant repeat this exact phrase: “I am not a Muslim.”

No moslem will EVER say it because they firmly believe it means they are going to hell. Not even Barack Obama will say it. You never, ever see him saying that in any interview or comment on his religious beliefs. Instead he says: “I’m a Christian.” Don’t let them get away with saying “I am a Christian” because that is a con that moslems use when applying kitman Islamic deception. They can say “I am a Christian” with their fingers crossed behind their back because they accept Jesus as a prophet — and then they accept Muhammad as the prophet who was next and superseded Jesus. We have seen this deceptive “trick” several times, including from the ground zero mosque developer — who unwittingly gave away this deceptive play on words during one of his interviews.

Yes, it’s really that simple. Just demand that they say: “I am not a Muslim” plainly and clearly and then you don’t have to worry about it. No jihadi or devout moslem will ever say that.

The reason for this is simple: for the progressive mindset—which dominates Western governments, media, and academia—taking in refugees has little to do with altruism and everything to do egoism: It matters little who is really being persecuted—as seen, the West is directly responsible for greatly exacerbating the sufferings of Christians.

No, what’s important is that we “feel good” about ourselves. By taking in “foreign” Muslims, as opposed to “siding” with “familiar” Christians, progressives get to feel “enlightened,” “open-minded,” “tolerant,” and “multicultural”—and that’s all that matters here.

Indeed, and I’ve mentioned that here – pathological altruism and the need to pat oneself on the back and say “I’m a good person”.

  4. jayell says

    Sep 17, 2015 at 11:44 am

I agree with everything here, but suggest that it all boils down to ‘respect’. Christianity teaches ‘respect’ and comprehensive responsibility, compassion and comsideration – ‘Do unto others as you would have them do unto you’, etc., and this is shared by many other religions and philosophies, but certainly NOT islam. I would lay a sizeable bet that if any of the ‘refugees’ seen behaving appallingly in the scenes recorded in Hungary and Croatia were NOT muslim, they would represent a very small minority of the insufferable hooligans caught on camera there.

Why Western nations should only take Refugees? Answer is Very Clear. They are Not Muslim Countries. These Migrants are Jihadis come Wearing the Mask of Refugees.
Though many Pointed out this, these Countries are Bent upon taking them. In fact this gave Inspiration to Jihadis from Myanmar. They tried the same way to Thailand.
Thailand gave some food and other items and Deported them. Thus the Problem ended there. No Motivation.
Whereas Western Nations warmly Welcome them. This Motivated many Jihadis to Wear the Mask of Refugee. Thus the Flow Continues and will continue too.
More Numbers of the so-called Refugees will Strengthen the Jihadi Operation and Weaken the Resistance.
Westerners are Not in a Mood to stop the Detrimental Act of accepting more and more Jihadis.

Spill out the real reason you don’t want Yazidis.

Because they refuse to allow their daughters to date non-Yazidi men and honor kill them if they do.

In Iraq Yazidis stoned a Yazidi girl to death after suspecting she was with a Muslim boy,

In Germany Yazidis honor killed a Yazidi girl for having a Christian German boyfriend.

Yazidis similarly send 90% male asylum seekers on the journey to Europe because they don’t want to risk their women with non-Yazidi men.

    Horny westerners will be dissapointed.

Cravenmirage, stop attributing your own views to me. Show me a post where I ever made any comments like that. I condemned terrorists like ISIS and rapists and your lying mouth keeps on spewing out disgusting libel.

There are Yazidis who live in Armenia, and during Soviets time when Armenia and Russia were both one country, some of them migrated from Armenia to Russia.

These Yazidis in Russia became top gangsters in the Russian Mafia. Aslan Usoyan was an infamous Yazidi mafia godfather in Russia.

One of the prime activities of these Yazidi mafia in Russia, is turning Russian slavic girls and women into prostitutes and sex slaves and exporting them to other countries to get trafficked as prostitutes. Some of these Russian girls are just teenagers. These Russian girl prostitutes have been trafficked to the Middle East, China, Taiwan, Thailand, South Korea, Pakistan etc. They also engaged in drug trafficking.

These Yazidi mafia men keep their pimp hands strong from daily smacking of their Russian female chattel. They use military grade firearms unlike Italian Mafia in USA.

Now the activities of these Yazidis in Russia have nothing to do with what is happenning to Yazidis in Iraq. They are not the same individuals and the terrorists in ISIS are raping and killing innocent people.

It is sort of amazing how a puny minority in Russia managed to become top mafia bosses and are able to bully the majority around. The puny Yazidi minority mafia can smack and pimp out Russians with virtual impunity.

Yazidis and Chechens are top mafia bosses in Russia. They both engage in pimping Russian women, drug trafficking and people trafficking.

All it took was for 19th century Russia to annex two tiny nations, Chechnya and Armenia, which resulted in this mafia spreading to Moscow within the past few decades. Biggest mistake Russia made lol.

Yazidis in Europe will have alot to contribute to cultural enrichment, even more than Italian Sicilians have.

        • Mazo says

          Sep 17, 2015 at 9:26 pm

Come to think of it Yazidis are applying for asylum in the wrong country (Germany).

Instead they could head to Russia, where the Yazidi mafia is well established and could do with many thousands of more members.

The Yazidi godfathers and mafia bosses could use their connections to help Yazidis flee Iraq go to Russia. They have the people trafficking networks, the military grade weapons, and connections with corrupt Russian officials.

Do you really seriously believe that Assyrian Christians will engage in “murderous religious-inspired lunacy”??

Syrian Christian – Orthodox, Catholic and Nestorian Church of the East – emigres have been living peacefully and quietly, causing no trouble to anyone, in Australia and the USA, since the 1870s – 1930s. During which period, the main reason they came here was that some of them managed to survive, and flee from, *previous* episodes of Islam-inspired persecution – rape, robbery and mass murder.

They have caused NO trouble whatsoever. I’d say most Australians, for example, don’t even know that we’ve had Syrian Christians living here for over a century. They have NEVER plotted to kill anyone. They have NEVER preached insurrection or murder in their churches. And the level of ordinary human criminality amongst them seems to be no different from that among any other non-Muslim component of our population…

    • Kepha says

      Sep 26, 2015 at 4:45 pm

Ian H., Atheists have engaged in faith-based murder and mayhem on a grand scale. The 20th century alone murdered more people in the names of Dialectic, Historical Necessity, Social Justice, and other godlets of “atheism” than suffered for the wrong kind of Christiainity or none at all in the 15 centuries between the conversion of Constantine and Napoieon’s shutting down the Spanish Inquisition.

Speaking of which, historians counted roughly 4,000 people killed by the Inquisition in Spain itself between its inception in 1484 and 1804. That’s also the body count for the internecine struggles of the Spanish Stalinists, Trotskkyites, Anarchists, and other Leftists during the 1930’s alone (to say nothing of the Nacionalistas it did in). Yet I’m supposed to teach my students that the Spanish Republic was something good, honorable, and progressive (don’t worry: as the Spiritual heir of Dutch Calvinists and the physical heir of Sefardim, I do not praise Spanish Catholicism, either).

Worse, the “atheists” are morally irresponsible. In 1920, they crow about “science routing obscurantism”, and then after a Shoah perpetrated by someone who called Christianity a “Jewish poison”, they claim Europe suddenly turned pious again in 1933 after the smoke cleared on the works of Hitler and Stalin in 1945.

No, if I made refugee policy, I’d tell the Middle Eastern atheists to go home and make their revolution there.

    Good article.

Make a copy. Read and reread till you have the main points firmly in mind.

Then have it open on your desk-top as you write the letters you will, I assume, be writing or are already writing to assorted government ministers, on the subject of which type of refugee you are prepared to welcome into your country…and which you are NOT.

Also, circulate as widely as possible on social media.

Share the link with your friends, family, and – if you are a churchgoer – your fellow pew-sitters.

A note: people will say, “but if we do this, Muslims will just lie and say they are Christian”.

There are ways to get around that. Because the Christian community in Syria and in Iraq is not *huge*; it is ethnically and in some cases *linguistically* quite distinct from the surrounding Arab/ Arabised Muslim population; and it has, historically, been associated strongly with certain villages, districts and neighbourhoods. Iraqi and Syrian Christian emigres already present within the West – especially their clergy – some of whom have been here for up to a century – have usually remained in close touch with their communities of origin, and have family ties and religious connections…those networks can be used to identify bona fide candidates for admission into our countries. The Christians who have fled have usually been pushed out of the main UN camps – by the Muslims! – and have therefore had to rely on the minority Christian community in, say, Jordan and Lebanon; every church in those countries is “hosting’ and trying to care for genuine Christians who are in desperate need, and such churches could be discreetly contacted. Also, organisations such as Barnabas Fund have worked with the minority Christians for decades and know exactly who is who, who is related to whom, etc. *They* could help with the organisational side of things, interpretation, and processing of applicants; indeed, they would have bona fide Christians on their ‘books’ whom they could put forward as candidates. Syrian priests and nuns would probably be able to gather together a ‘flock’ of their coreligionists whom they have known since childhood. there is the formidable Sister Hatune; there is Canon Andrew White, the Anglican ‘vicar of Baghdad” who has acquired lots of ‘contacts’ within the Christian community.

If western countries were to do it *right*, and put together a ‘processing team’ with that sort of knowledge base involved, they could be pretty sure they were getting what they were after. A further layer of precaution would be to have a long ‘probation’ period before granting of permanent residency and another before granting of citizenship…so as to allow time for any fakers to slip up, drop the mask, and get found out (and given the boot). The genuine refugees – Christians and other non-Muslims – would know *exactly* why this precaution was being taken, and would surely be willing to put up with it; after all, *they* don’t want their persecutors to pursue them to their new homes, or if the persecutors do sneak in, they want them found out and Returned To Sender.

Lol at umbridge trying to deny the existence of Arab Christians.

Both ethnic Arab Christians and Arabized Christians exist.

Actual Arab Christians live in urban areas of Syria, in Jordan, and parts of Palestine.

The Arabized Christians are Copts and some Syriacs. Assyrian/Syriac/Chaldean/Aramean or whatever you want to call them, live in different communities from the Arab Christians. They have their own villages in parts of Syria. There are some Syriacs in Palestine distinct from Arab Palestinian Christians.

I know Arab Christians from Syria in the west who flat out told me they were Arabs, not Assyrians. They don’t speak Syriac, they don’t use Syriac liturgy and the only native language they know is Arabic.

Ancient Arab tribes like Banu Ghassan and Banu Taghlib and Banu Lakhm were Christians. They were ethnic Arabs from the Arabian peninsula and had nothing to do with the Assyrians/Syriacs of the fertile crescent. There were Christians from the Arab Tayy tribe like Hatim al Tai and his son Adi ibn Hatim, who converted to Islam.

Shut up, Mazo. You don’t really give a *stuff* about Christians. You’re a bloody Muslim trying to throw sand, trying to stir up trouble. You’re the one always trying to split the camp.

I was not ‘denying’ the existence of ‘Arab’ Christians. I was pointing out that when one is trying to identify Christians, the fact that Assyrians *are* ethnically as well as religiously distinct is one factor for outsiders – who want to be sure of NOT GETTING ANY MUSLIMS – to take into account.

The status of Christians *outside* of Iraq and Syria is not relevant to the present discussion.

Right now, the Christians who live within Israel, whatever ethnic label they use, are fine (and will remain fine); we’re not talking about *them*. The ones in the Muslim-dominated parts of Judea and Samaria and the vanishingly-small remnant in Jihad Fortress Gaza are not doing very well …and that is due to ISLAM, btw, not Israel; but they are not as mortally endangered as the Christians of Syria and Iraq. I am not at the moment talking about the Copts, though *their* situation could get much, much worse just as fast as that of the Christians in Syria has done, now that the Sunni Muslims have attacked the Alawites. The situation of the Christians – irrespective of their ethnic identity – in Lebanon and Jordan is precarious. Because wherever there is Islam, wherever Islam dominates, jihad *can* and *does* erupt, sooner or later, and when it does, any non-Muslim minorities are targeted. As we are seeing in Syria and Iraq. And if Al-Sisi were to lose his grip, the Copts could be subject to genocide.

I am happy to accept into Australia, right now, *any* Christians from Syria and Iraq since they are* being subjected to genocide by YOUR vicious, nasty, horrible coreligionists who are doing exactly the sort of vile sh*t that they (Muslims) have done to anybody not-Muslim, for 1400 bloody years.

But any Muslim who lies and claims to be a Christian, when they’re not, should be given the boot back into the hellhole that is the dar al Islam, the moment the imposture is detected.

I don’t trust you. I don’t like you. Because you are a proudly card-carrying member of the Mohammedan Mob, the oldest, nastiest, cruellest and ugliest Organised Crime Syndicate and Human Sacrifice Cult on the planet.

Vegemite muncher, it seems you suffer from dyslexia or some other reading disorder.

I very clearly stated that there are two significant ethnic communities of Christians in Syria – Arab Christians and Assyrian Christians. The live in different communities.

I have met Syrian Arab Christians who are ethnically Arab and are not Assyrian and have no relations to Syriac and Aramaic speakers.

Michel Aflaq for example, was one of these Syrian Arab Christians. He was not an Assyrian and had nothing to do with Assyrians/Syriacs/Arameans.

Foreigners will not be able to tell the difference between these Arab Christians and Arab Muslims.

Many Arab Christians in Jordan claim descent from Banu Ghassan which was an ethnically Arab tribe from the Arabian peninsula and has absolutely nothing to do with Assyrians.

Arab Christians in the West Bank are being bullied by the israelis, their land stolen, and insulted and cursed by fanatical Christian hating ultra orthodox Jewish settlers. I don’t think you’ve ever met a ultra orthodox religious Jew before.

The proof is in the pudding. America has 20+ millionimmigrants both legal and illegal and while there are some problems they are not the same problems that Europe is having with Muslims. The 20 million Latinos that have come to the USA are mainly Catholic Christians. They share a common European Judeo Christian heritage. They do not wish to kill those who insult Muhammad, they are not plotting against the government, they do not wish to take over and subjugate all non-Latinos. Europe isn’t having enough babies and definitely needs immigrants. Why don’t they invite people from Latin America, the Philippines, other parts of Asia and or eastern Europe. There are many that would be happy to come to Europe and they would assimilate just like they have in the US. The problem is not immigration, it is not multi-culturalism. The problem is Islam, plain and simple. No more immigration from Islamic countries, PERIOD! Do this and Europe might still survive. Allow several million more Muslims in and Europe is finished. Allow Turkey to join the EU and Europe is finished.
