1. Acts of hostility toward people of Biblical faith:
• December 2009-Present – The annual White House Christmas cards, rather than focusing on Christmas or faith, instead highlight things such as the family dogs. And the White House Christmas tree ornaments include figures such as Mao Tse-Tung and a drag queen. [1]
• June 2013 – The Obama Department of Justice defunds a Young Marines chapter in Louisiana because their oath mentioned God, and another youth program because it permits a voluntary student-led prayer. [2]
• February 2013 – The Obama Administration announces that the rights of religious conscience for individuals will not be protected under the Affordable Care Act. [3]
• January 2013 – Pastor Louie Giglio is pressured to remove himself from praying at the inauguration after it is discovered he once preached a sermon supporting the Biblical definition of marriage.[4]
• February 2012 – The Obama administration forgives student loans in exchange for public service, but announces it will no longer forgive student loans if the public service is related to religion. [5]
• January 2012 – The Obama administration argues that the First Amendment provides no protection for churches and synagogues in hiring their pastors and rabbis. [6]
• December 2011 – The Obama administration denigrates other countries’ religious beliefs as an obstacle to radical homosexual rights. [7]
• November 2011 – President Obama opposes inclusion of President Franklin Roosevelt’s famous D-Day Prayer in the WWII Memorial. [8]
• November 2011 – Unlike previous presidents, Obama studiously avoids any religious references in his Thanksgiving speech. [9]
• August 2011 – The Obama administration releases its new health care rules that override religious conscience protections for medical workers in the areas of abortion and contraception. [10]
• April 2011 – For the first time in American history, Obama urges passage of a non-discrimination law that does not contain hiring protections for religious groups, forcing religious organizations to hire according to federal mandates without regard to the dictates of their own faith, thus eliminating conscience protection in hiring. [11]
• February 2011 – Although he filled posts in the State Department, for more than two years Obama did not fill the post of religious freedom ambassador, an official that works against religious persecution across the world; he filled it only after heavy pressure from the public and from Congress. [12]
• January 2011 – After a federal law was passed to transfer a WWI Memorial in the Mojave Desert to private ownership, the U. S. Supreme Court ruled that the cross in the memorial could continue to stand, but the Obama administration refused to allow the land to be transferred as required by law, and refused to allow the cross to be re-erected as ordered by the Court. [13]
• November 2010 – Obama misquotes the National Motto, saying it is “E pluribus unum” rather than “In God We Trust” as established by federal law. [14]
• October 19, 2010 – Obama begins deliberately omitting the phrase about “the Creator” when quoting the Declaration of Independence – an omission he has made on no less than seven occasions. [15]
• May 2009 – Obama declines to host services for the National Prayer Day (a day established by federal law) at the White House. [16]
• April 2009 – When speaking at Georgetown University, Obama orders that a monogram symbolizing Jesus’ name be covered when he is making his speech. [17]
• April 2009 – In a deliberate act of disrespect, Obama nominated three pro-abortion ambassadors to the Vatican; of course, the pro-life Vatican rejected all three. [18]
• February 2009 – Obama announces plans to revoke conscience protection for health workers who refuse to participate in medical activities that go against their beliefs, and fully implements the plan in February 2011. [19]
• April 2008 – Obama speaks disrespectfully of Christians, saying they “cling to guns or religion” and have an “antipathy to people who aren’t like them.” [20]
2. Acts of hostility from the Obama-led military toward people of Biblical faith:
• March 2015 – A decorated Navy chaplain was prohibited from fulfilling his duty of comforting the family (or any member of the unit) after the loss of a sailor because it was feared that he would say something about faith and God. He was even banned from the Base on the day of the sailor’s memorial service.

Congressman Ellison needs to shut up. Islam is not a religion but rather a way of life, a mode of living, an ideology that happens to include mandates for worship. As part of the Koran, Sharia law is included. The Koran and Sharia law provide for KILLING of infidels, treat women and gays abhorrently and demand this of all of its believers. If Ellison faithfully follows the beliefs of Islam, he is in conflict with the Constitution.
Guess Ellison does not want to talk about the assassination and execution orders that the highest authority in Shia Islam has issued, the duty of all Muslims everywhere to kill Salman Rusdie on sight, Fatwa by Ayatollah Khomeini and reissued by his successor.
Islam is a religion ? Okay, it is a religion in which its highest leader Khameini, Supreme Leader of the Armed Forces of Iran, has the authority to issue assassination order. Will Ellison admit that this execution order is in conflict with the U.S. Constitution and if he is a Shia Muslim he is required to follow it and kill Salman Ruside if he sees him.

Dianasays
The problem with this clip is that we don’t know what EVERYONE said. We saw everyone who thought it looked like a bomb, plus one person who thought it looked like a lie-detector test (that was too interesting to be omitted). We don’t know how many people were surveyed in total, what percentage of those said, “Bomb,” or what percentage said something completely different.
And we don’t know how many of those who said, “Bomb,” had seen the photographs of Ahmed’s clock and had been primed to think of a bomb. Maybe last month they’d have said “radio” or “motherboard” or “lighting system”? We don’t know.
somehistorysays
So the majority agree…it looks like a bomb…which makes what he did a bomb hoax…which is a crime. But…it was much more than a bomb hoax. Hoaxes usually involve someone calling in and claiming a bomb is somewhere on the property. He did more than than.
It was a disemboweled clock meant to look like a bomb that could disembowel the students and teachers to whom little ahmed feels superior.
The definition of terror…there is not one universal definition that everyone accepts…is basically the “use of violence or the Threat of Violence against a person or group of persons for the purpose of causing others …usually government.. to change.policies.”
Since it was intended to look like a bomb, intended to frighten the teacher and others who saw it or heard of it, then what he did can rightly be called an act of terrorism. It was meant to cause fear…or terror. The family wants that city, those people in the community…to change policy.
underbed catsays
I am curious where this student purchased a metal case….first thing I thought. it was a suitcase thing, using wires, circuits etc. made it all the more intented, in my mind to really frighten, especially when the timer went off and started to ding, ding, ding. Funny how none of the students mentioned the metal case. The fact that clocks are also timers with bad intentions…that was another “elephant” in the room which was circumnavigated by denial of intent. The teacher is a hero in my mind.
Rosesays
There’s nothing really mysterious about that case. It is actually a hard plastic pencil case with reinforced metal corners and a cheap lock. I got a pinkish one when I was in high school. They’re nice and sturdy, and keep your pencils from being damaged. It’s not as big as it looks in the picture, about 8 by 5 by 2 inches.
Apparently common sense still exists in some people, just not anyone in the media, Universities, Congress or the White House.

It turns out that Ahmed Mohamad’s father, Mohamad E. Mohamad, an alleged Islamic activist, debated the anti-Islam commentator and founder of Jihad Watch.org, Mr Robert Spencer, on American TV in May 2011. A debate which included a large segment on Human Rights, with reference to the U N charter of Human Rights Declaration of 1948, in comparison with the Islamic Cairo Declaration of 1990, which ruled on human rights within Islam under sharia law.
This Cairo declaration is widely acknowledged as an Islamic response to the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). It guarantees many of the same rights as the UDHR (cf. liberal Islam), while at the same time reaffirming all the inequalities inherent in Islamic law and tradition in terms of religion, gender, sexuality, political rights, and other aspects of contemporary society at odds with Islamic law and traditions.
So with that family background and likely parental influence, is it possible that this boy, at 14 years of age, knew exactly what he was doing by bringing to his school. Given the known current terror situation around the World, to bring something to school which looks nothing like a clock, but which would easily be mistaken for a bomb in a small case, to cause an incident at that school?
