Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

UK to scrap laws that let jihad terrorists remain in the country

Sep 17, 2015 10:46 am By Robert Spencer

Too little, too late, probably, as Wright is saying “he ‘doesn’t know’ if the UK will still be signed up to the European Convention on Human Rights in five years’ time.” Five years? How many more jihadis will have made Britain a home by then? How many more counter-jihadis will the UK Home Office have banned from the country in a pathetic attempt to appease the nation’s all-powerful Leftists and Islamic supremacists?

Britannic Death Watch Update: “Britain ‘to scrap human right laws that let terrorists and criminals stay in UK,'” by Tom Parfitt, Express, September 16, 2015:

Jeremy Wright admitted he “doesn’t know” if the UK will still be signed up to the European Convention on Human Rights in five years’ time.

The Attorney General also blasted claims by his predecessor Dominic Grieve that Britain quitting the Convention would turn it into “a pariah state by European standards”.

He said: “It isn’t solely the maintenance of our membership of the European convention that demonstrates our adherence to the principles of human rights.”

Last month shocking figures revealed that a third of those who won cases against the UK at the European Court of Human Rights were terrorists, prisoners or criminals.

Hate preacher Abu Qatada’s deportation from Britain was repeated blocked by the court – costing taxpayers a staggering £2million over 10 years.

The court, in the French city of Strasbourg, has also ruled that UK prisoners should be allowed to vote.

Mr Wright argued that repeated controversial rulings mean the status quo is “not sustainable”, admitting there was a “problem” with the court.

He said: “The convention is a document that I think encapsulates some of the most fundamental human rights that we would all support and wish to continue supporting.

“But I think it’s the interpretation of that document by the court in Strasbourg that has caused us the problem.”

This autumn Justice Secretary Michael Gove will outline proposals to scrap the Human Rights Act – which enshrines the convention in British law – and replace it with a British Bill of Rights….

About bloody time. That court in Strasbourg should never have been given any authority to overrule the judiciary of the UK.

Agree. The idea of a free trade zone for Europe has been extended to overruling national laws in all other areas. The EU has become a preposterous unnecessary super-parliament with inadequate representation or support from the people. The EU should have stuck to free trade and otherwise have left the countries of Europe alone.

Amusingly, some lefty paper ran the headline.
“UK outside HR law will be like Putin’s Russia”.
Amusing, because Putin’s judges in the HR Court are allowed to over rule UK law.
As are judges from the rapidly de evolving Turkey.

Marty, how ironic. I’m old enough to remember Lefties who were unapologetic admirers of the “progressive” regime for which Putin was once an enforcer.

This whole EU thing, in its entirety, is a mad, ill-conceived misadventure. It stripped the rights of citizens of countries to vote for the laws they want! Instead, some overseeing unelected/appointed officials from somewhere else decide their laws for them — REGARDLESS of the wishes of the citizens of the country or the safety and well-being of the people there. Absolutely crazy. If you don’t like the laws, you can’t vote in people who will change them. Representative Democracy has been taken away from the people in the individual countries in the EU. It’s replaced by a governing body who takes its laws from political correctness and corruption. And all at MASSIVE taxation levels to pay for it all what with the preposterous VAT and all the rest.

I’m not sure that the whole Common Market idea was all that bad. We Americans once supported it because it promised that we wouldn’t have to send our troops over there to be shot up the way they were 1941-45.

Too Much Belated Action.Small Story I heard some time back is shared. One man caught Poisonous Snake and put on Own Neck, in Spite of Warnings from Many.
Now Snake is Free to Do 3 Actions. 1. Bite the person. 2. Tightly Coil on the Neck of the Person.3. Combination of Both.
Now the Person is unable to Remove the Snake. Then he wants to Control Snake’ Action/s.’
How far it will succeed is to be seen.
In the same way Not Only Britain, but Countries in West Europe face the Trouble.

Please note that comments on the Express article site are virtually universal in their skepticism that this will actually happen.

The success of this law would depend on how the conservative government perceive its likelihood of avoiding any public backlash if it proceeds with this long overdue reform. There will be a lot of people who would support a UK HR law based on the bill of rights that cannot be superseded/overruled by the European court – UKIP and its supporters would be onside with this. Also, having an outright majority and with the next general election window five years away, there is a possibility this law could pass parliament (if drafted carefully and within the time frame of a couple of years).

The EU is unraveling under the pressure of Islamic supremacist aggression. There is no multiculturalism in Islam, only multiple nations. It is an enemy of culture, particularly art and music.

The only remaining question is how long GB and the EU will survive. They have introduced into their countries a cancer which they are feeding, housing and for which they are providing legal protection. Their pc insanity is paramount to inviting in thousands of nazis in during WWll, Not all will be dedicated to jihad (just as there were non-committed nazis in Germany), but how will they know who is? When will those stealth jihadists attack?? Won’t the “moderate” muslims give tacit and sometimes active support even if they’re not bold enough to do the killing themselves?? ISN’T THIS JUST INSANITY!!??!!??

Short of an immediate deportation of all muslims (not going to happen) and an abrupt termination of all muslim immigration there is zero hope for Europe and the U.S. as well. The thought of our nation with mosques and their squawking minarets makes me physically ill. We have hundreds already…and I believe bloodshed on the way.

Ironic. The same thing happens in India. Traitors like Arundati Roy, Amartya Sen(The thief who misused funds given to him to start Nalanda university), many politicians from the congress party, CNN IBN etc voraciously support human rights of terrorists. Capital punishment to every terrorist is opposed as denial of human rights and the rights of the dead,to “life” is not considered. This can be seen in the recent hanging of Yakub Memon the terrorist responsible for the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts. The entire main stream media was opposed to it and took almost a seditious stand on this. And sorry to say all of them are funded by Western/British institutions like Oxfam, Ford foundation, Rockefeller foundation etc to surreptitiously destroy India from within. All you need to do is spew nonsense degrading the local native Hindu culture and lo!! you immediately become an NGO founder, funded by the above organizations, that espouses “causes”, of course always inimical to the majority, as is happening now in the U.K

India was crying itself hoarse over jihad terror in Kashmir across the border from Pakistan over 30 years ago. All the west did was to selectively become blind and deaf, supported Pakistan and brushed aside this issue as a local skirmish on the borders. If only the west had lent its ears then, things would have been different now. But then India wasn’t a nuclear power and as they say “Might is always right”. After exploding the bomb i guess now India is getting the attention it needs.

There is a proverb in my local language(Tamil a language spoken in southern peninsular state of Tamil Nadu), that says “Only when one develops a fever or headache, one understands it well”. Otherwise it will be ignored as a minor “Skirmish”. Sadly the West/UK is getting “Headache and fever” now and it understand well.

When you lose your laws, you lose your sovereignty. European countries are nothing but puppet states controlled by non-elected left-wing bureaucrats. Some of these countries are now having second thoughts, especially when it comes to muslims.

Evil in the purest sense of the word.

Muslims in Engelond can leave Islam with a little planning or none, at the moment.
Muslims in Engelond are complicit with Islamic world Evil by virtue of the fact that they can leave Islam, but no, the greed, they want the Pearl.
They will not take the Pearl.
