An Egyptian teacher of Arabic language whipped a 10-year-old Coptic Christian boy with 40 lashes using an electric wire last week in a Cairo school.
The doctors who later examined the boy’s wounds “could not believe that a teacher could do this,” said the child’s father.
The incident occurred on October 21, during the Coptic student’s last class of the day, Arabic language. Then, the teacher told the pupils to remain silent until they had copied all the Arabic phrases he had written on the board. When Babawi, the Coptic boy, asked the student in front of him to move his head so he could see the board, the teacher proceeded to lock the door and flog the Christian boy 40 times with a large electrical wire all over his body.
According to the father, who spoke with MCN, the boy received a “fatal beating.” He passed out and was drenched in his own blood. After being inspected by doctors, he was also found to have damage to his bones and kidney.
No one from outside seemed to hear the boy’s continuous screams and the other students were too afraid to intervene said the father, who works as a security guard… Keep reading

islam teaches people to be cruel and evil and and since it ‘s a doctrine of demons- to act like Satan (allah to muslims)
epistemology says
This is outrageous, despicable to beat a helpless little boy until he’s drenched in his own blood. That’s Islam the religion of peace (TM). Muzzies don’t know any compassion, they have no human feelings. They’re cruel, sadistic subhuman monsters. No animal would that. Muzzies are beyond the pale, they can’t be civilized, no way.

This monster is attached by an evil spirit.
Jay Boo says
The evil spirit is called — ISLAM.
Islam unleashes the monster within.
Islam is not a religion; it is merely an EXCUSE.

Islam is filth.

“Because the Koran is the basis for Arabic language studies in Egypt, it is likely that the Arabic phrases on the board were derived from Islam’s holy book. In this context, perhaps the teacher became especially irate because, of all students, it was the “lowly” Copt who was being “blasphemous” by talking.”
What a load of purely speculative rubbish. It is clearly only speculated to make this some muslim vs. christian thing. How despicable, using a tragedy like this to sow sectarian discord.
Westman says
Yes, very speculative, like wife beating. Of course, this “teacher” will be found to be a transgender woman who secretly practices Wicca and has nothing to do with Islam.
This is not a tragedy, which implies an unforseen event – it is attempted murder by a believer in the death cult.
Jay Boo says
Flogging is a Mohammedian custom based the fact that the emptiness inherent in Muhammad’s shallow ideology is not enough to sustain Islam.
Angemon says
Yes, because, as we all know, in the whole history of Egypt, there was never such a thing as muslim-on-Christian violence on the grounds of religion, right? And therefore, on the light of the lack of examples, whenever a devout mahomedan abuses and brutalizes a Christian for no apparent reason we automatically assume it’s not related to religion in any way or fashion, correct?
RonaldB says
My feeling on reading a story like this is that the teacher had a reasonable expectation of getting away with his actions. In the US, regardless of the teachers unions, any beating such as this one would be almost literally suicide for the teacher.
In Egypt, with the prominence of the Muslim Brotherhood (a small majority), and strong identity politics of Muslim versus everyone else, it can be expected the teacher may lose his job, but is unlikely to receive serious punishment.
We should keep in mind (I’m preaching to the choir, I know) that the more Muslims and other immigrants we import, the more we bring ethnic politics into play, at the cost of what may become the quaint notion of true justice.
Joseph says
Maybe if we gave Egypt more tanks, planes and financial aid the government wouldn’t persecute Christians ***AS*** much.
Where is the church (outside Egypt) on this?
Some may say it is too soon to criticize the church on this but by their track record we all know what they will say. Nothing.
What will the MSM say? Nothing.
What will the Obama administration say?? Publicly-Nothing. Privately-good job at keeping dirty Cops in their place.

More true insanity inspired by islam. In any civilized place this beast would’ve been dragged away in a straitjacket or Hannibal Lecter-type dolly.
Aren’t serial killers said to enjoy the terror they instill in their victims?
Matthieu Baudin says
We need some follow-up on this case. Will the teacher be reprimanded? I’d like plenty of exposure and then consider the options available for action of some sort.
Linde Barrera says
To Matthieu Baudin- Just so you know, in the US the first aspect of teaching that you learn when you study pedagogy and how to be a teacher is not how children comprehend concepts, not how children may interpret the text at hand and how characters may be alike or different, not even how to keep your students interested in the lesson. The very first thing that any would be teacher learns is: DO NO HARM. The second thing a would be teacher learns is: the best lesson is worth zero if the students aren’t safe.I read back in the early part of this year that a Muslim teacher smacked and punched a student until he died. I conclude that male Muslim teachers in Egypt get their teaching certificates from a recycled paper factory. I hope the boy’s parents sue the teacher and the school. I pray the boy is alive and will heal.

I would like to know if he recovered, since his father referred to it as a fatal beating. It sounds like a doctor treated him. Why isn’t the offender being charged with this and driven out of teaching? Such an adorable child. How could someone want to hurt someone like this unless he is actually possessed by Satan, which I am beginning to think all Muslims of this mentality are.
