The fact that jihadists were able to plan and coordinate this very large operation, involving so many Muslims, shows that Western intelligence and law enforcement agencies are already overmatched (as well as hamstrung by their refusal to name the enemy). And it’s only going to get worse.

PARIS — The death toll in the Paris attacks stands at 120.
France responded back with airstrikes against camps in Syria where the suspected attackers are believed to have trained.
Here is the latest on the investigation:
Police blocked roads in the Brussels, Belgium, suburb of Molebeek, reputedly frequented by extremists, ahead of a possible detention. Police in balaclavas surrounded a building and called over a megaphone for someone to come out.
French Interior Minister Bernard Cazaneuve said “war” had been declared on France, and that “Anybody who attacks the Republic, the Republic will fight back.”
Twenty-three people are in custody and weapons and IT equipment have been seized, Cazaneuve said. A rocket launcher and bulletproof vest were among the items seized.
Cazenueve has ordered 104 people to be put under house arrest since the Paris attacks….
