Italian Police: Muslim Migrants Threw Christians Overboard

This crime is identical to this story from back in April 2015. How many such Muslim attacks on migrant Christians go unreported?

I wrote at that time:

The Muslim attack on Christians in a migrant boat crossing the Mediterranean is a sign of our times, a dark symbol and metaphor for a future which is rapidly beginning to come into focus:

We are all in a boat together, but there is a band of people in our boat which seeks to throw the rest of us overboard, to kill us, to sink and drown us, to eliminate us.

The fate of the murdered Christian migrants is the image of our future, unless we too form a human chain to resist our attackers.

Rome (CNN) — Muslims who were among migrants trying to get from Libya to Italy in a boat this week threw 12 fellow passengers overboard — killing them — because the 12 were Christians, Italian police said Thursday.

Italian authorities have arrested 15 people on suspicion of murdering the Christians at sea, police in Palermo, Sicily, said.

The original group of 105 people left Libya on Tuesday in a rubber boat. Sometime during the trip north across the Mediterranean Sea, the alleged assailants — Muslims from the Ivory Coast, Mali and Senegal — threw the 12 overboard, police said.

Other people on the voyage told police that they themselves were spared “because they strongly opposed the drowning attempt and formed a human chain,” Palermo police said.

The boat was intercepted by an Italian navy vessel, which transferred the passengers to a Panamanian-flagged ship. That ship docked in Palermo on Wednesday, after which the arrests were made, police said.

The 12 who died were from Nigeria and Ghana, police said.

Thousands of people each year make the dangerous sea journey from North Africa to Europe’s Mediterranean coast, often aboard vessels poorly equipped for the trip. Many of them attempt the voyage to flee war and poverty in Africa and the Middle East.

More than 10,000 people have arrived on Italian shores from Libya since last weekend alone, according to the Italian coast guard.

Many die each year while attempting the voyage, often when boats capsized. Last year at least 3,200 died trying to make the trip. Since 2000, according to the International Organization for Migration, almost 22,000 people have died fleeing across the Mediterranean.

The IOM reported Thursday the latest boat to sink in trying to make the journey. Only four people survived from the original 45 on board, bringing the estimated death toll so far this year close to a thousand.

How the western world leaders can be so naïve and dummy not to see what is happening. This is an Islamic invasion with a direct goal-the destruction of the western world from within.
      The Western world encourages the homosexual union, support abortion, the demographic rate is extremely low. When the people from West will rise and change their life toward a good moral balance, then we can hope for survival.

      • Let’s keep things in perspective, shall we? Homosexual marriage is absolutely deplored in Islam, abortion has nothing at all to do with jihad and the ‘demographic rate’ is just a consequence of economics, non muslims often have the sense not to breed out of control or more than they can provide for.. The moral abyss we are sinking into which is empowering our enemy is ‘PC’, nothing more nothing less. We are in fact experiencing a time when even hardline Christians are realising that loving our enemy or turning the other cheek is not going to pull us through this.. This is, in effect, world war three and our mission is not to preserve the faith or our judeochristian morals or anything like that. What we must focus on is the survival of our people and the destruction of theirs, that is what war means.

        • Don’t you understand what manuel paleologus is saying? There used to be a time when sex lead to unplanned children. Homosexuality, abortion, birth control and women’s careers have reduced the birthrate for the indiginous people. British people have 1.8 children per couple, muslims have average 8. Most European countries will be outnumbered eventually unless we breed more and/or stop immigration.

    • In my younger years I had been impressed by the wave of terrorism (Munich, RAF, Brigade Rosse). I didn’t see Palestinians as muslims but just another “revolutionary” group.

      I remember vividly reading this and I wondered why at that time:

      I wisend up in the mean time and Leon Klinghoffer lives on in my memory. May his family found inner peace.

      • They probably joined them. Who knows what actually happened. I doubt it was only 15 and can’t figure out how the authorities managed to know who it was.
        The dead are not talking and we all know that Muslims are all liars so it wouldn’t surprise me if they all cheered them on and made it quite clear to the victims that they can’t fight.

        It looks to me that enough Christians/non-Muslims survived through arm-linking tactics, and that they have identified the killers, who have been arrested.

    We can prevent further attacks by raiding mosques, jailing Imams and identifying those who teach the Koran. Then we don’t need to respond, we don’t need to fight it and we don’t need to defeat it. There is no reason for people to continue to live in fear except for Political Correctness. There is no need to fight all muslims, only those who object to the closure of mosques. There is no need to kill on a large scale, only those who are willing to defend Islam. It is Islam and its teaching which is our enemy! All this talk about trying to find terrorists is nonsense. All this fear is misplaced. Only Political Correctness can kill us. No need to “flag” anybody on a terror watch list. Bring them all in for questioning. Just close the mosques! The mosques contain the terror entire network that we are looking for.         Hey if I had to vote tomorrow, then I would definitely go with Ted Cruz! I think he’s the total package in what I’m looking for in a President.

  12. I recently did a Google search using a variety of keywords to try to find out whether there was a trial and whether there were convictions after those first horrific murders in April. I even scouted for Italian articles and translated them but found absolutely nothing beyond a few reports at the time of the murders.

    Seems those Islamic barbarians were freed to carry on their journey into Europe. If that’s true, shame on Italy.

    And I guess we can expect the same with this new atrocity.

    The same thing is also happening with UN refugee camps in the Levant.

    If a Christian turns up in a UN-run camp, chances are that the Muslim ‘refugees’, who numerically dominate, will threaten, attack and harass him or her…driving the Christian out.

    So when western governments turn up at the UN camps to select candidates for humanitarian visas, there are, surprise surprise, few or NO Christians there to get visas. Why? **Because they have been chased away** and are eking out an existence elsewhere, on the streets, or in the churches of their coreligionists, the minority Christians in Jordan and Lebanon and even in Turkey, who are struggling to care for their displaced brethren on a shoestring, sans any UN assistance or notice whatsoever.

    Incidentally, right now, the UNHCR is headed up by a Muslim. He is going to do *diddly-squat* to make things safer or easier for Christian refugees from anywhere to gain entry to the West. His priority will be to make sure that the Muslims on his books get all or the lion’s share of any Golden Tickets to the West that are on offer. Because as a Muslim his job is to further the cause of Islam and the benefit and wellbeing of his fellow Muslims; and to push the non-Muslims to the narrowest part of the road, just like it says in the Hadiths.

    Whether the recent incident happened or not seems to need nuch more verification, as credibility is important.

    I certainly do entertain that this probably does happen,, as if a clean sweep against Christians are done, then the dead tell no tales, and the rest stay “stum”

    It would seem for some that the Christians should not have said they would “be in Europe by Christmas”
    For the sake of inclusiveness,and their lives perhaps those Christians should not have been on board.

    Perhaps the view of the Human Rights Commissioner,—– guides —-, that to be inclusive, would work best by only taking in only muslims, so Christmas (names celebrations) can be avoided for the sake of inclusiveness for the “migrant settlement agency”. Then like that boat Christians or Christmas then would not be thrown overboard

  19. Is anyone really surprised? To be honest I think that this is all we can expect out of these filth, and I feel bad for the GOOD Arabs and Syrians and Palestinians the Muslims probably threw them off the boat when they found out that they were decent people.

    Also how much do you want to bet that the ones who were against the drowning were 1. Non Muslims or 2. Non Syrian, Arab, or Palestinian? I’ll start at $50.

    The new report claims

    So what we have is both reports state the same amount of murdering moslems 15, the same amount of murdered christians 12, the same amount of passengers 105

Their boat had originally been carrying 45 people; the others are presumed dead.

      I also e mailed them, over 5 hours ago and so far I see no re-edit for the error, though I am aware that it is a labour of dedication to keep this site working, with a lot of good works.
      Initially I do not blame them, as it is easy to follow some-one’s error, but a correction should be done as the source.

      My yahoo link I put up there of April at 3.41pm, just parallels many of the words and phrases as you mention are taken from that link, and barely paraphrased, if not identical.

      It is a pity, as this post can be used against us, despite that it was in the original a most cruel crime, and I would not be surprised, may even still be perpetrated against Christians and others.

      It may seem niggly, but if used in comments on other sites, it will be scrutinized. More than likely it will be found out and then it sets one so far backwards, as any error is just thrown back at you, smearing one’s credibility, as they see it, twisting it and so enhancing their knowledge and credibility.

      Credibility is very important for this site.

      • I feel as if it is partly my fault, for not donating to Jihad Watch. I imagine they have just enough money to pay the bills for hosting and cyber defense, but not enough to pay for editorial help.

  23. So let me see if I understand this. The Christians were thrown overboard by the Muslims. So Italy is left with the Muslims to integrate into their country. I can see those Muslims are going to get on well with the other Christians in Italy. Oh. my bad. That’s not the plan! Italy wants an all Muslim nation. Oh, well there will be peace then, finally when all of the Christians and atheists and other religions are purged from Italy. But wait a minute, no there won’t be peace between the Sunnis and the other Islamic tribes. So once the Sunnis exterminate all of the other Muslims, then there will be peace. And from there they can launch terror raids on neighbouring lands and do the same thing all over again.

    Wait a minute, hasn’t this been going on for 1400 years? No, couldn’t possibly have been happening this way. The rest of the non-Islamic world is not this stupid. Only 1.57 billion Muslims isn’t that many in 1400 years. How many countries is it that have been converted? About 50 out of 195 is it?
