Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

U.S. embassy in Afghanistan says Pentagon spokesman “misspoke,” Taliban not a “partner”

Nov 10, 2015 7:36 am By Robert Spencer

Several days ago I reported that a Pentagon spokesman called the Taliban an “important partner” in the Afghanistan “reconciliation process.” Now the U.S. embassy in Kabul is denying that. Can you imagine this confusion arising at any other point in American history? Can you imagine the Pentagon calling the Nazis an “important partner” in the German “reconciliation process” in 1946, only to have the statement hastily retracted by U.S. officials in Berlin? This epitomizes the fecklessness of the entire Afghan enterprise: a war with no enemy, no goal, no point. Obama’s Administration would be a comedy, were it not so certain to turn out to be very, very tragic.

“Pentagon spokesman misspoke to refer to Taliban as ‘partner,'” Khaama Press, November 8, 2015 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

The United States embassy in Kabul says that the Department of Defense official misspoke in referring to the Taliban as a “partner” in a Wednesday evening news briefing.

“They most certainly are not. Our position has not changed. The United States continues to support an Afghan-led political process by which all Afghan opposition groups, including the Taliban, enter a political dialogue so that Afghans can talk to other Afghans about the future of their country and to eventually resolve the conflict in Afghanistan,” states a statement released by the embassy on Sunday.

“The Taliban have a choice. They can accept the Government of Afghanistan’s invitation to engage in a peace process and ultimately become part of the legitimate political system of a sovereign, united Afghanistan, supported by the international community. Or, they can choose to continue fighting fellow Afghans and destabilizing their own country. “

The statement further states that the United States and the international community support any outcome of this political process in which the Taliban and other armed Afghan opposition groups pledge to end violence, break associations with international terrorism, and accept the Afghanistan constitution and its protections for women and minorities.

May be not. However Gen.Patton was one such advocate who believed in co-opting ex-Nazis to counter the Soviets in the post -war era and even a Senior Nazi spy was ‘engaged’ by U S for sometime.

Still, fact remains that both are barbarians. U S should not have anything to do with Taliban except sending them to unite with their awaiting virgins.

The US embassy spokes man is right. Taliban is a US partner. Alongside with Al-qaida and Osama Bin Laden, Taliban was formed, trained and armed by the US and Pakistani government to fight with the Russians. The same US pro jihadist agenda goes on today in the M.E. as the US/Nato train and back various islamic jihadist groups in Libya, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and in Syria. We just had two US trainees murdered by very islamic jihadist they were training in Jordan yesterday.

Once again, “Christianblood” shows that he does not really oppose Jihad–he is just concerned with calumny against America and the West.

Russia has done as much to cluelessly enable Jihad as has the West–especially in their enabling Chechnya to become a full Shari’ah state and aiding Iran to become a nuclear state.

But “Christianblood” ignores this–because his only real hatred is for the West.

Russia does not arm and train islamic jihadist groups and send them over to fight the US or start bloody jihad against their own secular dictators as the US kept doing for the past three decades. Allowing Chechnyans to practice some of their sharee’a laws in their region in Russia is not comparable how the US is enabling islamic jihadists in America, in the M.E. and beyond. We just had Stephen Coughlin discuss how the US is aiding and enabling the muslim brothehood to further their islamic supramcist agenda right here in America. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Please watch the two minute video clip below and watch as islamic jihadist use sophisticated American-provided anti-tank guided missiles to destroy Syrian Army tanks. Imagine, the people who are using those American-supplied anti-tank guided missiles are Al-qa’ida jihadist members who are fighting to impose genocidal islamic jihadist agenda on Syria and on the whole world and standing their way is what is left of the army of an Alawite secular Arab dictator who is protecting millions of Christians and other minorities in Syria and who could also be our best natural ally against these genocidal islamic jihadists who wants us all dead. Please watch the sample video and help me understand this because I can’t understand why this keeps happening and why American people are tolerating this for so long even after three thousand of them were murdered by the same islamic jihadists on a single day and not long time ago and right here on American soil: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A4AtepiwEOI

If the U.S. Military Generals had knowledge about islamic sharia law, and the doctrine, the last thing they would do would be to train jihadist….or rebel soldiers..in my opinion…this may be coming to light as the military gets killed…something is wrong…they can’t subject the Americans to this and soon they should stop this.it exactly what our enemy will do…turn their guns.which is horrific…and shows who the leadership is…I hope they resist.

“..they can choose to continue fighting fellow Afghans and destabilizing their own country. “ AND THEY WILL!

What the West fails to realize – without a “strongman” there is no real country in Muslim-land.

In America we have individuals who left their former countries, ethnicities, and clans to become a relatively united new ethnic group called the United States. In troubled areas of the Middle East they have tribal loyalties living within country borders designated by outside powers. To make it worse, religious differences enhance the tribal loyalty. The rule of tribal-religious law trumps civil law. Without adherence to man-made law, an Islamic haram, there is no unity and therefore no actual country.

The premise that Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria will become functioning Democracies is not only false, it is ludicrous.

Negotiating with the Taliban would be like negotiating with Castro or with Mao Tse Tung. Their goal is monolithic totalitarianism, rather than pluralistic democracy.

What’s the point of talking to such people, except to gather as much intelligence from them as possible in order to defeat them?

Alas, Mortimer, American authorities have wound up negotiating with both of those vile tyrants, as well.

This is the result of Ben Affleck syndrome.
Of course they see the Taliban as a “partner”
The Taliban are however, murdering Muslim civilians.
    Don’t they care about Muslims?

Leftists and those who follow their lead are religious bigots.
Yes they will fawn over Muslims and brag that they love Muslims.
They will even mock Judaism and Christianity to seek Muslim approval.
But these so-called ‘activists’ do not actually see Muslims as real people.
That is the root of their problem. They are Islam “enablers”.
They don’t really care about Muslims.
Every time a father honor kills his daughter they have an activist orgasm and jump up in delight in anticipation of explaining that “real Islam is about peace” to the unenlightened.
They see Muslims merely as trophy dolls to be placed on their shelves of political correctness.
Even as (Muslims butcher other Muslims) in Allah’s name, the Left still claims that Islam is not to blame.
This is like giving a crack pipe to cocaine addict as a birthday present.

Why do Leftists secretly hate Muslims so much?

God knows this is true. And would that it were just the war in Afghanistan–instead, it is the whole of our spotty, confused, and chaotic sometimes defense against Jihad.

This is a shocking display of ignorance coming from someone whose job is to know better. Why are the taliban “destabilizing” their country, and what would it take for them to stop? That’s the key question.
