The British government several years ago banned me from entering the country. The UK Home Office’s letter explained that this was because I had stated that Islam had a doctrine of warfare against unbelievers, which is tantamount to banning me for pointing out that the sky is blue. The same Home Office, meanwhile, has allowed into the country a steady stream of bloodthirsty jihadis, including one the week before I was banned who had celebrated jihad as “the smashing of skulls.” Now the support for jihad terror on the part of British officialdom — in this case, in the person of a Muslim named Asad Khan — is becoming even more naked and open. Kavar Kurda wrote: “Asad concluded that UCLU are not willing to take sides in this conflict. By taking a neutral ground, you are implicitly supporting ISIS.” Quite so.
“Anti-ISIS fighter prevented from speaking at University College London,” by Dave Huber, The College Fix, November 8, 2015:
The head of the University College London’s Kurdish Society is livid after his invited speaker was prevented from discussing experiences fighting against ISIS.
Kavar Kurda had asked the pseudonymously named Macer Gifford, a former UCL student “who reportedly gave up a top City job” to go join the effort against the terror group in Syria, to give a presentation.
But the University College London Union’s activities and events officer, Asad Khan, gave a thumbs down to the invite, allegedly defending his decision (in part) by noting the guest’s talk “could lead to others going and fighting in the conflict.”
The Independent reports on Kurda’s response:
UCL recently banned Macer Gifford from talking at a Kurdish Society event. The [Tab] article shows a great balanced understanding of the altercation which occurred between I and the activities officer, Asad Khan.
However unfortunately, in this incident UCLU proved their unwillingness to take a stance against ISIS and to support the Kurdish cause.
Macer Gifford is an excellent example of someone laying his life on the line in order to champion human rights, and to deny a man who has spoken at the BBC, Portcullis House and an ex-UCL student is absolutely outrageous.
They first claimed he would encourage individuals to go fight in Syria which was nonsense. Having told them I would set provisions for his speech, they still continued to deny him.
All in all, UCL and Asad Khan displayed horrible prejudice against the Kurdish cause, human rights and the freedom of speech. From the beginning they were intent on preventing Macer from speaking. Furthermore, adding insult to injury, they broke their 10 day policy for approving speakers and made me wait 15 days, which subsequently meant that due to the former policy, I could not find a replacement and as such had to cancel my event.
Asad concluded that UCLU are not willing to take sides in this conflict. By taking a neutral ground, you are implicitly supporting ISIS.
Indeed, according to the student publication The Tab, that is just what Khan said: “In every conflict there are two sides, and at UCLU we want to avoid taking sides in conflicts.”…

I wonder if it’s the same “Khan” who called a radio show and stated he supports the islamic state “freedom fighters” – he’d like to go to join them and take his family with him:

Sure — you don’t want to take sides. Not against the Islamic State. Not against Mao, Stalin, the Nazis. Not against Al Qeda, Boko Haram, the Taliban(s). We must remain neutral in our opinions on Idi Amin, Ghadahfi, serial killers, pedophiles, cannibals — there are two sides and we must stay neutral! Right-O. You tell ’em, Khan! Er… by the way… at what point are you planning to make your financial support/tour of duty for the Islamic State? At what point does the Caliphate become “official” in your books?
jayell says
I’m just amazed that some deluded idiots here in the UK actually expect any official in a UK instituition to perform his/her duties with the traditionally expected ‘British’ integerity when the name of the official in question is ‘Khan’.
Charli Main says
@ jayell
That’s because there are NO British institutions that haven´t been infiltrated by the Muslim 5th column. Every organ of British society has an Islamic tumour growing in it.

Hi jayell- I am amazed that the country who gave the world King Arthur (aka King Uder in Saxon) plus the Magna Carta, Shakespeare, Marlow, King Henry VIII, Gladstone, Churchill, the Beatles (YAY) the Rolling Stones (YAY) and many more has been reduced to a scenario such as this pathetic one. Macer Gifford fought in a hellish, historical war and should be allowed to tell his valiant story. I have always been interested in history and current events since I was in grade school and I am 64 now, but not allowing someone to tell their accounting of the war against ISIS is definitely suppression of free speech. I feel very bad for my counter jihad compadres in England/Great Britain. Take care jayell. Always good to read what you post.

Looks as if the Brits were much clear eyed and politically astute about Islam in the past. Something happened. Maybe WW I and WW II killed off most of the British warrior class and left only the effete and cowardly to carry on.
William Gladstone(1809-1898, 4-Time British PM)
“Qur’an, an accursed book. So long as there is this book, there will be no peace in the world” .
Current British PM, Cameron could never ever utter such words.
Which British writer today would openly write the following the Times or the Telegrapn?
Bertrand Russell(British Mathematician and Philosopher, 1872-1970)
“Bolshevism is to be reckoned with Mohammedanism rather than with Christianity and Buddhism. Christianity and Buddhism are primarily personal religions with mystical doctrines. Mohammedanism and Bolshevism are practical, social, unspiritual–concerned to win the EMPIRE OF THE WORLD.
Anthony Flew(British Philosopher, 1923-2010)
“I would never regard Islam with anything but horror and fear because it is fundamentally committed to CONQUERING THE WORLD FOR ISLAM. It is, I think, best described in a Marxian way as the uniting and justifying ideology of Arab IMPERIALISM”.
All of the above thinkers would no doubt today be hunted and hounded down as arrant Islamophobes by the fearful and cowardly British literati. Witness what happened to Salman Rushdie.

To Sahani- You make a fantastic point. Have you written to your gorgeous prime minister, David Cameron, or his side kick, Theresa May, or even the Queen? Can you take this issue to the Court of Appeals? I don’t know if you are retired like me, and could this on your own time, or if you are a working class person and have little free time. But somebody in authority in Great Britain has to be able to see the righteousness of what you speak, and make a proclamation in support of it. Thank you for posting.

Hi Linda, I have emailed links to the 1990 Cairo Declaration (Islamic Human Rights Declaration) and the Muslim manifesto for the UK, to all 5 candidates for my constituency at the last election, only 1 of the read it. The eventual winner wasn’t the one who read it. I did manage to get a meeting with my new MP (a Conservative) for July 23 2015. I explained what I know about Islam and gave him the links again including others. He assured me he would read them and bet back to me. He must be a very slow reader because as of today I have still not heard from him.
What chance has Sahani got of getting a response from Mr Cameron who is looking forward to seeing the first muslim prime minister of the UK, not alot I would think.
Keith says
Sorry the word “bet” should read get
Linde Barrera says
To Keith- Thank you for your activism and for calling out the Cairo Declaration and Muslim Manifesto for the UK. In my opinion, all these candidates are getting paid big time by the Saudi groups. I wish I could prove it somehow.

Allah is on a mission to make everybody, Muslims and infidels, MORE STUPID. He is succeeding tremendously well. The events regarding Islam are reaching to a level that common sense or objectivity or rational (other logical tools of reasoning) can not explain.
According to these idiots “ISIS CAN BEHEAD PEOPLE ON TELEVISION” and they can not take sides in this conflict. Because?
Dave J says
I thought the role of Universities was to encourage intellectual inquiry and discourage superstition and medieval idiocy, but apparently not anymore. How afraid they must be to ban sane free speech.
Linde Barrera says
To Dave J- 2 different individuals in my family told me (separately) after I told them that I subscribed to Jihad Watch.org and was a big fan, even obsessed at times with JW, that it was a “fake” website. When I asked each one why, one said “Because it is anti-Islam” and the other said “Because Jihad Watch makes up stories”. So I did my very “lawyer best” to explain to them that JW wasn’t anti-Islam and just printed the truth about Islam and what some Islamists do in this world. I also cited several verses about how the Quran advises to kill non- Muslims, take slaves, beat disobedient wives, and hate Jews. I surmise that these 2 individuals will eventually see the light about Islam when some Islamist does something bad to them, not that I wish for that. But it has to “hit home” and then boom! they will be grateful for a news website like Jihad Watch. Being a retired teacher, some people learn the hard way, sad to say. Keep posting, Dave J.
Dave J says
One thing about Islam is that it does not hide it’s ambitions – if you listen it is very clear about desiring to kill all infidels and rule the world. So I find it puzzling that so many people have a much different impression. Is the Big Lie technique from the media and politicians working that well? How can anybody swallow the “Religion of Peace” line while the endless stories of murders, rapes, enslavement and massacres pile up?
Maybe, like Climate Change, the evidence and future consequences are so bad that the only comforting choice is denial and wishful thinking.

I’ve just sent this little supremacist toad an email telling him what I think of his decision. Icily polite. I will follow it up with a proper letter.
May I suggest all the UK commenters and/or lurkers here, do the same ? These people need to have their noses rubbed in the fact that many of us are on to them, we’re not swallowing their crap, and there *is* a significant resistance.

This islamist in the institution only shows how infiltrated acadumbia is but of course the land of liberal arts unbalanced is nothing new. It has always been about dissent and quite often delusion off the deep end with the same scenario of the romanticized tyranny stage with new despots and expendable actors. Many liberal intellectuals for example were in support of communism and nazism and god knows what else in the past as today – just not in our backyards defines most if not all of them.

I’d just like to point out that this chap Khan isn’t a “British official”, but an “officer” of the UCL Students’ Union (most of whom seem to be muslim).
That’s not much comfort, however, because most British officials seem to be superannuated Students’ Union officers who never grew up …
