“Their lawyers indicated they may challenge the extradition request because they hold refugee status.” What were these grateful refugees up to? “European prosecutors said the arrests involved plots to recruit suicide bombers, target western diplomats and spread international terror inspired by the leader of Rawto Shax, Najmuddin Ahmad Faraj – also known as Mullah Krekar.”
“Hull terrorism suspect Bakr Hamad makes court appearance,” Hull Daily Mail, November 13, 2015
MAN arrested in Hull as part of a major counter-terrorism investigation has appeared in court.
Bakr Hamad, 38, is facing extradition to Italy where he has been accused of ‘international terrorism’.
Hamad…appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court this afternoon along with three other men, Sharif Kadir, 52, of Sheffield, Zana Rahim, 32, of Derby and Awat Hamasalih, 33, of Birmingham.
All four were arrested after a series of in simultaneous raids across Europe in which a total of 17 people were arrested. The North East Counter Terrorism Unit led the arrest operation in Hull supported by officers from Humberside Police.
The operation was described as “the most important international police operation in Europe in 20 years”.
The men have been linked to a Kurdish terrorist organisation Rawti Shax, which is linked to al-Qaeda and the Ansar al-Islam Islamic group.
European prosecutors said the arrests involved plots to recruit suicide bombers, target western diplomats and spread international terror inspired by the leader of Rawto Shax, Najmuddin Ahmad Faraj – also known as Mullah Krekar…
In court Hamad and his three co-accused refused to consent to extradition to Italy which is leading the investigation.
Their lawyers indicated they may challenge the extradition request because they hold refugee status….

It’s so bigoted that our PC-chic leaders haven’t the slightest regard for the right of the British to live in a society free of menacing terror. This just goes on and on and on.
mortimer says
Refugees who want to commit acts of terrorism…acts of terrorism…acts of terrorism.
The defending lawyers want to keep terrorists in their country…why?
Georg says
Exactly. Have they not committed treason? How can a supremacist mass-murderer be regarded as a refugee? It is just preposterous. The fact that these guys can willy-nilly walk out of the court room without a worry in the world that some British person somewhere might take… exception… with what they so boldly unleash into the society of his grandchildren almost makes one more angry at ourselves than them. They should be so lucky as to be deported… In reality they ought to be executed. Alien mass murderers in our lands can bank on our providing them with three hots ‘n a cot and everything else. Just disgraceful.

From the article –
“The men have been linked to a Kurdish terrorist organisation Rawti Shax, which is linked to al-Qaeda and the Ansar al-Islam Islamic group.”
Conclusion: not a few Kurdish Muslims take Islam just as much to heart as any other variety of Muslim.
(And one only needs to reflect on the fact that Kurdish Muslims, together with Turkish and Arab Muslims, happily participated in the jihad genocide of Armenian Christians and Assyrian Christians and Greek Christians, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, to know that one should be wary of Kurdish Muslims; the mere fact that Kurdish Muslims – qua Kurds – have been persecuted on *ethnic* grounds by Turkish Muslims or by Arab Muslims, doesn’t mean that *they* themselves, being Muslims, can be trusted not to persecute Infidels).
So – precautionary principle – one should be just as leery of Kurdish Sunni Muslims, as of any other variety of Muslim.
The *only* groups that should be getting Infidel arms, assistance and training, within Syria and Iraq, are those who are NOT Muslim, period. To wit: the Christians and the Yazidis. And after that, perhaps, at a judicious arms’ length, the semi-Muslim/ heretical Druze and Alawites.
And *only* the outright non-Muslims among the refugees from Syria and Iraq, should be admitted into any majority-Infidel country.
No matter what the elaborate sob story presented by Hazara Muslims, Kurdish Muslims, or any other kind of Muslim fleeing intra-Muslim mayhem in a Muslim-majority country, they must *not* be admitted into the lands of the Infidels. Because although persecuted by fellow Muslims for whatever reason, they CANNOT be trusted not to attack Infidels. The divide between Muslim and Infidel is far, far greater than any intra-Muslim division (even the schism between Shiite and Sunni can be ignored, in the interests of attacking the hated Infidels…hence Shiite Muslim Iran arming and supplying Sunni Muslim Hamas).

Huh, so what? They’re not any less of a criminal for it, and criminals are to be treated as criminals.
EYESOPEN says
I wonder if their idiotic “mercy” will be changed / challenged after the world has witnessed what went down in France on Friday night? If not, they are just inviting the same murder and mayhem from the likes of these so-called “refugees”.
Diana says
Desperate people will try anything – but I seriously doubt that “refugee status” will fly. It might protect them from being sent to Iraq or Afghanistan … but to ITALY? They can find as good a refuge in Italy as in Britain. It won’t infringe on their refugee rights.
