This special edition of The Glazov Gang presents The Herb London Moment with Herb London, the president of the London Center for Policy Research. He discusses Obama’s ISIS Strategy and the Urgency for Additional Measures, unveiling how the president doesn’t have a strategy for dealing with ISIS, but how there is a powerful one available to America and the West.
Don’t miss it!
And make sure to watch Josh Brewster’s 2-part interview with Jamie about The True Roots of Jihad Denial, in which Jamie unraveled the Left’s pathological yearning to engage in love affairs with America’s deadliest enemies: See Part I HERE and Part II HERE.

“(Al-Sisi) is a pious Muslim…if we are going to deal with radical Islam then we should look for allies in the Arab world and in the Muslim world that recognize what has to be accomplished”
Your Great President supported the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. The removal of the Muslim Brotherhood regime in Egypt was opposed by your great President, who also threatened to withhold aid in reprisal. Your Great President is reviled in Egypt as a Muslim Brotherhood accomplice. Your “allies in the Arab world” would seem to include not only the Brotherhood but elements affiliated with al-Qaeda and ISIS in Libya and Syria. Your other allies also happen to be among the greatest financiers and facilitators of Jihad in the world today. Like Qatar. Like Saudi Arabia. The billion dollar sinkhole called Pakistan. You wouldn’t know “fundamentalism” if it hit you between the eyes (which it will).
It isn’t about “terrorism” or how many terrorists there are. Terror is only one facet of Jihad (no, it is not just using violence, it is every form of da’wa propaganda, money, migration-invasion to spread and extend the domination of Islam). Jihad is inseparable from Islam and its meaning. The purpose of jihad is to remove the obstacles to the spread of Islam and its suzerainty over the earth. By hook or by crook.
The dhimmitude or submission of non-Muslims is historically a consequence of Jihad. They work hand in hand. The Dhimmis show respect and Jihad provides the fear behind that “respect.” The problem with reforming Islam is that if it could be done it would have been done in fourteen centuries. It’s not just that reformers are murdered (which they are) it is that the majority are not “with it.” Al Qaeda and Bin Laden were isolated as “the problem” just as ISIS is now. They certainly are a threat that must be eliminated but they are not “the problem.”
Mr. London, in my reading of the Qur’an and Sunnah I’ve never found anything called “radical Islam.” Just Islam. All good Muslims believe in shari’a, the idea good Muslims don’t really believe in shari’a is absurd and dangerous. Muslims in America may say shari’a should not apply in a non-Muslim country, but they would not denounce or renounce shari’a as the ideal for Muslims (and eventually for everyone if they are honest). Separation of church and state does not exist in Islam. Muhammad founded a state. A Muslim may believe in separation of church and state but not for reasons of orthodox Islam. The “radicals”, the jihadists, the Islamic supremacists seem to have all the best arguments from the Qur’an and Sunnah. That’s “the problem”. Muhammad and his Companions, the Rightly Guided Caliphs, were RADICAL. Muhammad is the model of conduct, the perfect man, for all Muslims. What Muhammad said and did is to be emulated, to obey Muhammad is to obey Allah. The Qur’an says as much. Shall I tell you how everything ISIS is doing was done first by Muhammad and the first Abu Bakr? Then you could see why Islam isn’t going to be reformed. However, it is true Muslims can be “reformed”; that is their behaviors contained and harm minimized as they are rendered, inshallah, weak and divided and dominated by smart infidels. If such existed.

Wow, Jack, you’re on fire today. Absolutely *brilliant* post !
”btw Irealog would seem to be the return of Stardust Pysche so let him derail the threads at your own risk.”
That’s *exactly* what I thought. Great minds … 🙂

Thank you Mirren. I was addressing Stardusty Irealog’s post in case that wasn’t clear, in the first paragraph. SP’s reply will no doubt be he is the only grown up in the room and that we know nothing about realpolitik and the way the world works. Then he will inform us that the majority of Muslims are not Muslims at all and are our allies in fighting the few Muslims who actually believe in or practice Islam in suis generis. Then he’ll assure us more people die from car accidents than from terrorism. He will finish with a genuflection to Obama. He should let me write it for him.

“…the Left’s pathological yearning to engage in love affairs with America’s deadliest enemies..”
Most of this stems from one premise: ‘that the root of all evil is The Dominant Culture (ie International Capitalism, The Western Cultural Tradition) in which the USA is today the largest and most influential element.
Today’s intellectual left is not primarily concerned about Inclusiveness and Tolerance but is following its own version of polarised ‘in group’ ‘out group’ ideological warfare. Thus the tendency is to stack up any ‘alternative voices’ against the Evil West onto the ‘in group’ while mercilessly eroding and stigmatising the voices of those who want to be part of, and to protect, the freedoms and opportunities for greater happiness delivered by Modern Civilisation in which the US remains an integral part.
