The mainstream media has for years been in the business of justifying jihad terror and demonizing those who oppose it, but this piece reaches an appalling new low. Linda Stasi here portrays jihad murderer Syed Rizwan Farook and his victim Nicholas Thalasinos as two sides of the same coin: “Make no mistake, as disgusting and deservedly dead as the hate-filled fanatical Muslim killers were, Thalasinos was also a hate-filled bigot.”
Her equivalence founders, of course, on the simple and titanic fact that Farook was a mass murderer, while Thalasinos was never going to kill anyone. But in her madness to justify the San Bernardino jihad murders, Stasi doesn’t bother to mention that.
“One man, the Muslim, was a loser who had to travel all the way to Pakistan to get himself an email bride. (I refuse to add to their fame by using the killer and his murderous wife’s names.)” But she doesn’t hesitate to defecate on the memory of the man Farook murdered, Nicholas Thalasinos. And Thalasinos isn’t the only one Stasi defames: “The killer, however, became half of an Islamic Bonnie & Clyde, while the other died as the male equivalent of Pamela Geller.”
Why does Stasi believe that Pamela Geller is a hate-filled bigot, the equivalent of Syed Rizwan Farook? Because she has put her life on the line calling attention to and opposing the Islamic hatred and bloodlust that leads to the San Bernardino jihad murders and other jihad mass murders. If Pamela Geller’s warnings had been heeded, Nicholas Thalasinos and the other San Bernardino victims might be alive today. But they were not heeded, because of the relentless demonization that has been carried out for years against her, and continues to be, by people like Linda Stasi and her accomplices in the mainstream media.
By spitting on the dead and the one person leading the resistance to jihad terror, Linda Stasi is only perpetuating the environment that enabled the San Bernardino jihad attack to happen. The next time there is a jihad mass murder on American soil, Linda Stasi should stand up and take a bow — and if there is a “right-winger” among the dead, she can run another victory lap like this one.

“Stasi: San Bernardino killers were radical, ISIS-loving monsters — but one of their victims was just as bigoted,” by Linda Stasi, New York Daily News, December 5, 2015:
They were two hate-filled, bigoted municipal employees interacting in one department. Now 13 innocent people are dead in unspeakable carnage.
One man spent his free time writing frightening, NRA-loving, hate-filled screeds on Facebook about the other’s religion.
The other man quietly stewed and brewed his bigotry, collecting the kind of arsenal that the Facebook poster would have envied.
What they didn’t realize is that except for their different religions they were in many ways similar men who even had the same job.
One man, the Muslim, was a loser who had to travel all the way to Pakistan to get himself an email bride. (I refuse to add to their fame by using the killer and his murderous wife’s names.)
That wife radicalized him and fueled his hatred. The FBI is investigating her ties to Al Qaeda and ISIS. Go to the Middle East, meet your new wife, meet some terror leaders, begin your wedded bliss back in the USA.
The other man, the victim, Nicholas Thalasinos, was a radical Born Again Christian/Messianic Jew, who also connected with his future wife online and had traveled across the country to meet her.
The killer, however, became half of an Islamic Bonnie & Clyde, while the other died as the male equivalent of Pamela Geller.
The killers deserve every disgusting adjective thrown at them. And more.
But the victim is also inaccurately being eulogized as a kind and loving religious man.
Make no mistake, as disgusting and deservedly dead as the hate-filled fanatical Muslim killers were, Thalasinos was also a hate-filled bigot. Death can’t change that. But in the U.S., we don’t die for speaking our minds. Or we’re not supposed to anyway.
Thalasinos was an anti-government, anti-Islam, pro-NRA, rabidly anti-Planned Parenthood kinda guy, who posted that it would be “Freaking Awesome” if hateful Ann Coulter was named head of Homeland Security. He asked, “IS 1. EVERY POLITICIAN IS BOUGHT AND PAID FOR? 2. EVERY POLITICIAN IS A MORON? 3. EVERY POLITICIAN IS RACIST AGAINST JEWS?” He also posted screeds like, “You can stick your Muslim Million Man march up your asses,” and how “Hashem” should blow up Iran.
His Facebook page warns that “Without HEALTHY PREGNANT WOMAN (Democrats) would have NO SOURCE of BABIES to SACRIFICE and SELL!”
We have freedom of speech but even so, a city worker should refrain from such public bigotry. Municipal workers have been fired for spewing and posting racial and sexual slurs.
On the other side, the killer and his Jihad-loving Pakistani wife were keeping their hatred quiet, while legally assembling an arsenal of assault weapons, 7,000 rounds of ammo, and illegally making 15 pipe bombs under their neighbors’ noses.
Whatever spurred the carnage, the end result was the murder and maiming of innocent people enjoying a holiday party.
Keeping an arsenal is a protected right, but using the term, “Christmas” party? Now that could be trouble.

Strange. as I have said before, when I lived in New York, the Daily News was right wing. Pollard wants to go to israel, and Israel wnats him, and Obama the prick says no.

I recommend Linda Stasi dress up as an Orthodox Jew and march through Muslim neighborhoods and no-go zones EVERY DAY until she has a change of heart.
Jews are targets of the most hate crimes in the US. The trauma of Hitler’s Holocaust lives on in the children and grandchildren of Holocaust victims.
Muslims are mostly targets of other Muslims. According to Sharia law, it’s a capital crime to speak disrespectfully to a Muslim. In other words, say something to a Muslim that he doesn’t like and he can get a bunch of vigilantes together and kill you. In Muslim countries, they will not bother investigating. Sharia gives Muslims a strong sense of entitlement to persecute.
Linda Stasi is another self-declared authority on Islam who hasn’t troubled herself to read the SOURCE TEXTS…I recommend she do so. It’s the only way to avoid the errors in her comments. It would be more intellectual if SHE LEARNED what’s in the Sira, hadiths, Koran and Sharia law, before exposing her quasi-complete lack of knowledge of them.

Linda Stasi doesn’t think we should criticize the JIHAD DOCTRINE? Why not? The JIHAD DOCTRINE is an ideology, after all.
The greatest obstacle stopping Linda Stasi from understanding Islam is the doctrine of TAQIYYA by which pious Muslims deceive people like Linda Stasi and turn them into dhimmis and apologists for jihad.
Linda Stasi doesn’t realize that she is being manipulated by TAQIYYA. I recommend she do an IN-DEPTH STUDY of TAQIYYA to learn the extent to which most Muslims go to deceive about Islam’s supremacism and misogyny.

The Stasi has returned. This time it has become the social police, itching to force citizens to curtail free speech until it is not free while freely speaking its own screed.
History will paint the Stasi into the background while Pamella Geller will be an icon of freedom. The San Bernadino tragedy is one of many to come, worldwide, from the ideology of the religion of peace.
If Daesh is completely destroyed in the ME, the tragedies in the EU and US will not stop because they are based in Islamic Ideology rather than particular organizations. Malik and Boko Haram only pledged allegiance to Daesh AFTER making the decision to kill. There are currently enough Islamic terrorist organizations to fill a page of text which disagree and kill even among themselves over interpretations of ideology while in complete ideological agreement over the killing of infidels and jews. The source, Quran & Sunnah, provide justification for a range of action from peace to genocide if Muslims consider themselves to be at war with Infidels. Some will always pick war with infidels – because it is allowed.
And this claim that Syed Farook was quiet about religious dispute can only be viewed as ignorance on Stasi’s part or outright lying. Co-workers witnessed arguments between Syed and Nicholas and Syed threatened that Nicholas would never live to see Israel.

This is some kind of hallmark of our times– this kind of false inflation of one thing to make it seem comparable to another, MUCH more evil thing. A perspective that you don’t agree with is not equivalent to putting on body armor and butchering innocent people. This kind of argument is either intellectually lazy (coming from someone who doesn’t want to read the Quran and Hadith themselves, and think for themselves), or maliciously manipulative (and counting that the audience hearing their argument is too lazy to do their homework and read the Quran and Hadith).
Zero people have physically attacked and killed other people in the name of Jesus while yelling bible quotes to justify it. I have been annoyed by many right-wing born again Christians, and if they have ever threatened violence, it was clearly coming from untreated mental illness, and not from their doctrine.
I have no problem with Planned Parenthood. I disagree with the late Thalasinos about Planned Parenthood, and probably a few other things, and I objectively would in no way equate his conservative views with the Muslim jihadis in any way. I have heard other liberals say things of this nature. It’s not comparing apples and oranges, it’s apples and hand grenades– no comparison.
Pamela Geller speaks the truth, and sick people who prefer to live in denial hate the light of an ugly truth rather than fix things. Throwing shade at Pamela Geller is shooting the messenger, and we should be above this childish denial and nonsense.
You know what? Just like Muslims do that peace be upon him nonsense for their evil prophet, I’m going to make something nice up for Pam Geller, *the light of truth is upon her*.

Linda Stasi’s comments are utterly and completely disgusting. How can any sane person make an equivalence between the murderer and the victim? She says she’s not an apologist for these terrorists but it is obvious she is.
somehistory says
When they come for her with their guns and bombs or sharp knives, axes and machetes, the press will refrain from saying how she was so much like her killers…full of hate and bigotry for Christians. They will refrain from telling the truth.
But she is like the murderers in her hatred for the dead man.
And like them, her eyes are dead and she is spewing hatred from her *lofty* position where she imagines she is superior to the dead man and his family.
She doesn’t think the dead man had a right to say what he believed to be true…but she has every right to say anything she chooses to say from a public platform. Hypocrite. How will she flee from the judgment? (A question she likely never read as Jesus Christ said it [Matthew 23])

NY Daily News’ Linda Stasi justifies SB jihad murders, says victim was “male equivalent of Pamela Geller”
………………………………
Even by the standards of the MSM, this is *utterly appalling*.
It also implies that Pamela Geller deserves to be murdered–even though she has never advocated violence, any more than did these Jihad’s victim Nicholas Thalasinos. This is not just morally repulsive, it is also highly irresponsible.
It also does not explain, if Thalasinos was supposedly the only intended victim, that these mass murderers managed to slaughter thirteen other people, while wounding many more. Why would they dress as commandos, arm themselves with automatic weapons, and have a home full of IEDs if they just intended to kill one unarmed “hate-filled bigot”?
This is simply grotesque, and more of a red herring than the meme that this was just about poor gun control–something else the MSM is flogging right now. But more to the point, it is many times more sickening. This man had hurt no one–and now Stasi is blaming him for his own murder–and by implication the murder of his friends and coworkers.
Here are all the victims who were murdered:
http://abc7.com/news/all-fatal-san-bernardino-shooting-victims-identified/1108285/
Note that among the victims is an Iranian Christian, Bennetta Bet-Badal, who fled Iran after the Islamic revolution there to escape the persecution of Christians at the hands of devout Mohammedans. That she was then murdered by ravening Muslim Jihadists in the place she fled to for sanctuary is especially appalling.
Please note there is a link in the article where you can donate to her children through a GoFundMe account. There is another account for another of the victim’s children, as well.

She says, “But the victim is also inaccurately being eulogized as a kind and loving religious man”–even though there is no reason to suppose he was anything but. She sneers at his being “a radical Born Again Christian/Messianic Jew”.
His “crime” was supporting Israel–and for daring to consider the attacks of 9/11 a bad thing.
The NY Daily News article features a large photo of Thalasinos and his wife on their wedding day–and then goes on to identify *the victim* as the cause of the murders.
One can only imagine the additional pain this is causing Nicholas’s grieving widow, Jennifer.
Stasi *has no shame*.

………………………………
She won’t name the Jihad killers, but is happy to defame Nicholas Talasinos? *Horrifying*.
Also, referring to Farook as a “loser” who couldn’t find any woman to marry him her is ridiculous. He was a reasonably good looking man, and he made $71,000 a year and had a skilled job with good security.
The reason he went to Dar-al-Islam was not to find a nice girl, but to find a dedicated Muslimah who would wage violent Jihad with him.

That makes this calumny all the more repellent.

Well then, Farook has gone and proved that Islam is peaceful now, hasn’t he?! He got the last word on that debate!

Thank you for your thoughtful post. You have done more today for humanity than this creature ever could do in a million years of existence.

Well said I will never buy the paper again they have lost there minds

I know it’s pure ad hominem to attack someone based on their appearance rather than their arguments. Having said that, this woman looks like a Saturday morning cartoon villain. She really needs to lay off the eyeliner.
Kepha says
And how fitting that this cultural Marxist’s last name echoes the nickname of the security forces of the late, unlamented German Democratic Republic!
Radegunda says
It’s worse that “pure ad hominem.” It’s morally obtuse and stupid. Maybe you’d like to look over the photos of the victims and tell us which ones deserved to die. Most likely your visual ethics would apply only to the women..
T Ross says
Looks like Alice Cooper.
Oppressaphobe says
I don’t watch enough cartoons to know but now that you say that—what a brilliant eye you have. Wow, I will laugh all day now. Thanks.

Stasi must be uninformed about the holocaust being perpetrated by Muslims against Christians in the Middle East. She must be equally uninformed about the role Muslims played in the Nazi holocaust against the Jews. How else to explain her position.
If not for the Hajj Amin al-Husaini, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem during World War II, the holocaust might not have happened, according to Nazis, Islamists, and the Making of the Modern Middle East, by Barry Rubin and Wolfgang Schwanitz, from Yale University Press, 2014.
Here are some relevant points I gleaned from the book. In 1933, Hitler had made a six-year deal with Zionists to permit sixty thousand Jews a year to immigrate to Palestine, in exchange for one-third of their property. By 1941, the Nazi government had permitted some 537,000 Jews to exit Germany and had received $9.5 million in ransom from those leaving as well as from foreign Jewish doners (p.160). The arrangement might have continued, and the Holocaust been avoided, had the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, al-Husaini, not intervened (pp.93-94, 160). Hitler and the German leadership by 1941 considered al-Husaini the most important Muslim leader and cleric in the Middle East. A U.S. intelligence assessment of the time called Husaini the greatest Arab leader then alive (p.6).
In February 1941 al-Husaini proposed an alliance between Germany and the Islamic world, but made clear to Hitler that keeping the Jews from leaving Europe and going to Palestine was a condition of such an alliance. Al-Husaini and Arab rulers told the British also that to avoid the enmity of Muslims, Britain must prevent any Jews from entering Palestine. Because of Al-Husaini, Hitler’s personal obsession was no longer a strategic handicap for Germany; it became a potential strategic advantage that would cement alliance with the Islamic world (p.160). Because of al-Husaini, Hitler could solve his “Jewish question” only through genocide. In 1937, Husaini had publicly advocated genocide against the Jews before the Nazi government did (p.94).

This is educated and purposeful ignorance. For some people knowledge makes them dumber.

Wow. Have now gone back and read the article — Stasi writes as though the level of hate that motivated the mass murderer is the same as the level of hate that supposedly motivated the victim. But if you look at the supposedly hateful statements Stasi quotes from the victim, and even if one were to grant that the statements were bigoted, the level of “hate” the cited statements contain cannot in a million years compare with the level of hate involved in gunning down 14 coworkers.
Stasi has behaved like an utter moral imbecile.

From what I’ve seen, mostly Thalasinos opined that Islam is a violent creed. I can’t see where he was wrong.

Twisted thinking.
Twisted face.
Twisted person.
Ham sandwiches be upon her.
Radegunda says
I get it: Documenting the daily occurrence of murderous violence in the name of Islam is morally just as bad as committing murderous violence in the name of Islam.
So as long as Muslims are inspired by their religion to kill infidels, we MUST NOT say anything about their motives. We shouldn’t even keep a tally of their murders and massacres, because then we’re just as bad.
Right, Ms. Stasi? (Interesting name, by the way.)
gravenimage says
I just noticed the line where the vicious Stasi refers to “now 13 innocent people are dead in unspeakable carnage”. She doesn’t consider Nicolas Thanasinos to be innocent. Sickening.
Baucent says
“was a radical Born Again Christian/Messianic Jew, who also connected with his future wife online and had traveled across the country to meet her.”
This is the core of her despicable argument, Nicholas and Syed Farook are essentially the same. Equally bigoted, hateful and potentially murderous. The problem is no else is suggesting the victim Nicholas was a threat to anyone, despite his colourful blog persona. He was murdered in cold blood because he was a “Messianic Jew”. And attacking the character of a man unable to defend his reputation is disgusting. Linda is Stasi in name and STASI in character.
Oliver says
As a born Jew, I know many Messianic Christians and Jews. (And Christians who consider themselves Messianic Jews).
I.don’t know of any of them who are violent.

On anothe rpint–(I almsot vomited after the first few paragraphs, so ddi nto read through)– did she mention the pipe bombs and thousands of rounds of ammu nition in these Muslim pieces of shit home?
Was that COMPARABLE TO ANYTHIGN THAT ANY FO TEH DEAD OR INJURED HAD?
if not, the bitch should hould shut her asshole I mean mouth. well, the two are interchangeable.
Shit comes out fo both. My views.
François Gravel says
Nicholas Thalasinos has been murdered not once, but twice. First by Islamic fanatic Syed Rizwan Farook. Then by Liberal fanatic Linda Stasi. Stasi as in “Ministerium für Staatssicherheit”.
mach37 says
I was pleased to see that nearly 100% of the comments in the Daily News following Stasi’s article were blasting her for her attack on the victim Thalasinos and the NRA.
gravenimage says
I was pleased by that, as well. These are all readers of her paper, but most of them were appalled and disgusted by her smearing of a non-violent victim.
Scott M says
Linda Stasi. Well, what else can be said? A disgraceful human being.
NancyM says
Linda Stasi has failed to learn the essential truth of Islam as clearly presented to all of us by the two Muslims who slaughtered the colleagues in San Bernardino.
Devout Muslims will slaughter the Infidels regardless of the actions, words, or behavior of Infidels.
If you post a “hate-filled” (Linda’s words) facebook entry or give a baby shower for the devout Muslim – you both will be slaughtered.
We Westerners have a fantasy of moderate Muslims – Muslims have no fantasy of innocent Infidels.
Oppressaphobe says
Exactly right if we had a MAN in the whitehouse he would use the pulpit to educate people but instead he has chosen to indoctrinate the children in the schools.
Is Congress even up to speed on what isLAM (as the puke in the wh loves to say) is all about?
Educate yourselves on Islam. Read the books written about it, there are many now.
Educate or die is better than Convert or die–isn’t it? I’m not sure the left would even agree anymore.
Oppressaphobe says
Our government, right from the start of this whole thing, sought desperately to cook up anything they could to justify this brutal assassination of innocent Americans on our own soil.
This is what the headlines SHOULD HAVE READ INSTANTLY:
ISIS MAKES ITS FIRST ATTACK ON AMERICAN SOIL
THEY ARE HERE AND ITS UNDENIABLE
VIRGIN NATION NOW SUCCUMBS TO ISIS THREAT
FIRST PARIS , NOW AMERICA
FLAGS FLOWING ON FACEBOOK IN AFTERMATH OF SB ATTACKS
PRES WRONG WHEN HE SAYS WE ARE SAFE
REFUGEE PROBLEMS REARS ITS UGLY HEAD AGAIN
WHAT WILL BE THE FATE OF THE WAITING SYRIAN REFUGEES NOW THAT AMERICA IS UNDER DIRECT ATTACK FROM ISIS
WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN
WHY ARE AMERICANS AFRAID TO SPEAK UP TO DEFEND THEIR HOMELAND?
THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE DIED; IF YOU SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING
SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING FAILS TO SAVE OUR COUNTRYMEN
LINDA STASI CARTOON SHOW CANCLED IN LIGHT OF ATTACKS ON AMERICA
Bernice says
And the other 13 victims? What was their crime? Perhaps hosting a baby shower for that foul woman’s child? Linda, you’re a peach!
Oppressaphobe says
Correct, and the take away from that little point that I’m sure the left hated to report, is that IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW NICE YOU ARE TO THESE PEOPLE.
Think about how amazing it is that the conservatives are called the HATERS.
Those who want the country secure are called HATERS.
But they bend and twist to try to JUSTIFY this act of hate.
They come up with all these theories about workplace violence, oh there was a man there that was the reason for a house full of bombs, etc…
They speculated for days and days just to let the steam out of the American people (the haters) so they could continue to protect this religion, which is not a religion but is a political agenda wrapped in a religion.
Who can deny that mooslums want sharia law to surpass our laws? You cannot deny that fact.
Antonin Dlouhy says
Are you Czech, Bernice? If not, look up what ‘peach’ means in Czech (spelt pee-eye-see with a little ‘v’ over it). Obscene but right on the money!

Talk about having a face for radio! How does this beast get TV appearances?

Pam Geller is the female equivalent of Superman. Stasi is the human equivalent of a cockroach.

I disagree. You are insulting to cockroaches. They are better looking and more useful.

A complete and utter disgrace. Murdered in cold blood and still aplogists like this are given a voice in the media to portray their filth.
Morally bankrupt and spineless nations are capitulating one after another. Only the Eastern Europeans seem to have a grip on reality.
Stephanie says
And in this demented woman’s mind the Christian who fled Iran during their Islamic Revolution to escape Islam and sharia is just guilty and “hateful” as well. She rejected Islam just as much as the messianic Jew did. What a sick, sick, person Stasi is.
gravenimage says
Yes–I was thinking Stasi must believe victim Bennetta Bet-Badal deserved it, as well–how *dare* she imply that Muslims are violent by fleeing Islamic persecution?
Linda Rivera says
Who is this vile, filthy, demonic, evil Linda Stasi to assassinate the characters of heroine Pamela Geller, America’s Queen Esther, and a good decent man, the slaughtered infidel victim of Muslim terrorists.
Is Linda Stasi a Muslim or has she had her bank account massively enriched by oil-wealthy Arab Muslims?
What is the going price to sell out your nation to the enemies of humanity?
Aron says
THE MEDIA JIHADIS
Actually this clubbing together of an Islam critic and Whistle Blower actvist Pamella Geller who was already a Target for an ISIS Terror strike in american soil and the Vilification of an outspoken messianic Jew who was successfully murdered among other american citizens who were mowed down with macjhine guns is actually a good sign that the two – that is the Brave Heart warning voices and the increasing victims who are falling to relentless march of Jihad facilitated by establishment’s Denial of Jihad- are now seen together as The Problem.
This is Media Jihad for the Military wing of Jihadis.
This is happening also in Europe where the common people mislead so far by same Islamophiles are falling victims to escalating Jihad attacks and the Rape culture and frank Demographic Displacement with en toto demographic invasion.
Increasingly we see what Geert Wilders had observed-The Detachment between Elite Schizos and Common People. Increasingly we see the same Islamo Helpers (Ansars) worry and now Shocked on Rise of Far Right and National Front.
This squeeze of Reality that bites makes them as Desperate as Jihadis.
What they are actually saying is-
The people are gathering around Le pins, Geert wilders and Pamella gellers leaving fewer and fewer Defenders around their Jihadis.
There is desperate need to demonise and Stigmatise or soon the Gellers will be Mainstream and they pushed out both from Office and Opinion makers and keepers of Conscience.
