“The Criminal Cases Review Commission is encouraging hundreds of migrants to challenge criminal convictions – including fraud or using fake passports to enter the country….Conservative MP Peter Bone described the move as ‘fundamentally wrong’. Yes indeed. He might also have pointed out that this makes clear what kind of people the British government wants in Britain. Fadel Soliman was just admitted into Britain. He said, “After passing through two stages of non-physical interaction, the next stage must involve something physical, in order to escalate the intensity of the warning. The true implication of the spanking is to sound an alarm that the husband has passed to a new stage of serious displeasure.” That was fine with British authorities; he was admitted into the country and is touring universities, giving talks. Saudi Sheikh Mohammed al-Arefe has said: “Devotion to jihad for the sake of Allah, and the desire to shed blood, to smash skulls, and to sever limbs for the sake of Allah and in defense of His religion, is, undoubtedly, an honor for the believer. Allah said that if a man fights the infidels, the infidels will be unable to prepare to fight.” That was fine with British authorities, and he, too, was admitted into the country. Meanwhile, I said he was banned for saying: “[Islam] is a religion and is a belief system that mandates warfare against unbelievers for the purpose for establishing a societal model that is absolutely incompatible with Western society,” and for that, according to the UK Home Office, I was banned.
And so it is clear: the David Cameron government doesn’t want critics of jihad terror in the country. It does, however, want preachers of jihad terror and Sharia oppression — and large numbers of Muslims who have entered the country illegally, with who knows what background and what purpose in mind. Besotted by its multiculturalist fantasy, the British government is setting the stage for a future of civil war and bloodshed in the streets. David Cameron and Theresa May should be given the titles Destroyers of the Realm.
“Fury as Government body HELPS immigrants QUASH CONVICTIONS for illegal entry to Britain,” by Jonathan Bucks, Express, January 9, 2016 (thanks to Lookmann):
The Criminal Cases Review Commission is encouraging hundreds of migrants to challenge criminal convictions – including fraud or using fake passports to enter the country.
Despite enormous demand from British citizens who are victims of injustice, almost a third of people who the CCRC helped last year were asylum seekers.
The startling revelation sparked outrage from furious MPs who said it “undermines deterrence” and could lead to thousands more arrivals.
Conservative MP Peter Bone described the move as “fundamentally wrong”.
He said: “This is Alice in Wonderland. If you do this, you will undermine deterrence and encourage more and more people to come in by illegal routes.
“It will certainly increase the flow of people in the hands of people traffickers – for an official body to be doing this is fundamentally wrong.”
It comes just days after a Sudanese man was granted refugee status despite illegally walking 31 miles through the Channel Tunnel.
The Commission has fast-tracked dozens of asylum seeker cases, as well as scrapping rules that force them to appeal through the courts first.
Richard Foster, the CCRC chairman, is also chair of the Refugee Council which campaigns to “support and empower refugees”.
Mr Foster said the prosecution of asylum-seekers was a “worrying trend” and “not what one would expect from a ‘gold standard’ justice system”.
The commission defended its position, saying it has to act because many asylum-seekers are being denied their rights under the 1951 UN Refugee Convention.
Among the cases the CCRC has referred back to the Appeal Court were those of Amir Ghavami and Saeideh Ashlar, Iranian refugees convicted of entering Britain on fake documents….
