The young woman, identified only by her first name Lara, said it was the worst moment of her life when she was attacked.
She said: ‘He asked me in broken German if I had [the] time. Before I could reply he then grabbed me by the arm and pulled me down an alleyway.
‘He told me “I need sex”. I opened my mouth to scream but he put his hand over my mouth. I had a pepper spray, and I tried to spray it at him but he grabbed it off me, and used it on me instead.
‘Then he threw me onto the ground, and tried to pull off my trousers but he couldn’t do it. Then he started screaming at me to get undressed.’
She told the court she had tried to win time by begging him to leave her alone and hoped that someone would come past.
Nobody did, and when she tried to scream again he started beating her in the face and he sprayed the pepper spray on her face again.
He had banged her head on the ground repeatedly until she was almost unconscious, and she thought she was going to die.
She said: ‘He put his hand over my mouth and closed my nose, and I thought I was going to suffocate. I then indicated to him that I had given in, and would do what he wanted if he let me breathe.’
He then raped her and she said that throughout he was talking to himself, shouting ‘Inshallah’ – which is Arabic for ‘if Allah wills it’.
She said: ‘Afterwards he asked me if it was good, and if I had enjoyed it.’…

RS once mentioned–paraphrasing–that the only thing that can be said for sure about Muslims is that they’ve recited the shahada.
The logical conclusion of the “many interpretations” assertion–though seldom if ever noted–is that the most literal of those interpretations is, then, as valid as any other; which is why I think publicly addressing and debating his personal “interpretations and beliefs” at trial–along with the resultant challenges from other Muslims, the press, and politicians–would help dispel the “twisted, bastardized perversion of the ROP” propaganda.
That still wouldn’t answer your question, of course. But the general public should–hopefully–be less easily buffaloed by taqiyya artists as a result.

If some Muslims believe that the world is divided into two parts, Dar al-Islam and Dar al-Farb, (though not found in the Koran or hadiths), they can justify almost any action against non-muslims.
Since al-Farb is the House of war in lands not under Sharia, a good muslim can justify rape as spreading terror in to the hearts of the enemy so they will submit to islam. For now Germany is al Farb and under jihad. Too simple? Justifiable under sharia?
Seems to me Evil will do and justify whatever it can get away with.

No, I’m quite sure they do not have to be taken in warfare. The evidence for this comes from the Quran, Hadith and Sira, and Islamic law.
First, as I noted in a recent comment, in response to some Islamic apologist Egyptian scholar, verses 23:5-6 and 70:29-30 are Meccan, “revealed” before Muslims were given permission to wage jihad. Muslims hadn’t warred with anyone yet, but “Allah” was telling them they could have sex with their female right hand possessions. The verses assume that at least some of the men already have wives and slave girls.

Second, Muhammad received Maria the Copt and another young woman (her sister, if memory serves) as gifts from an Egyptian ruler, not as a consequence of jihad warfare. Muhammad kept Maria and gave the sister to someone else. Since Muhammad acquired and distributed female slaves in this manner, and Muhammad’s conduct, when not contradicted by Allah, is considered legally binding and precedent-setting, then obviously no proper Islamic law could ever be made contrary to this.
Also, in the hadiths, there are accounts of Muslims buying and selling slaves, including female slaves, and exchanging some for others. If one could purchase a slave or trade them, then obviously obtaining them through jihad was not required.
Historically, Muslims acquired tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions, of slaves through the slave trade or industry, for over a thousand years, and in some places such as Mauritania are still practicing it. In addition, Muslims obtained millions of slaves through raiding and kidnapping (i.e., piracy). Wealthy and powerful Muslims built up harems. It strains credulity to suppose that Muslims were in violation of Islamic law with their massive 1000-year plus institution of slavery and sexual slavery involving millions of people.
Another observation is that in Islamic law, when a Muslim is abroad, outside an Islamic jurisdiction and inside a non-Islamic jurisdiction, he may “commit whoredom” with impunity:
In an extensive article on the subject of sexual slavery, Abul Kasem (an ex-Muslim writing under a pen name) writes:
“…a Muslim man (whether married or not), while living in an infidel country, can…(…have sex) with any number of infidel women without even having the slightest fear of committing Zina (fornication) or adultery…This is what I found when I consulted the living and breathing Islam, that is, Sha’ria [the material below is quoted from the Hedaya; note ‘Mussulman’ means Muslim]:
“No punishment for Zina or adultery committed in a foreign country (ref. 11, p185)
“Punishment is not incurred by committing whoredom in foreign country. If a Mussulman be guilty of whoredom in a foreign country, or in the territory of the rebels, and afterwards return into a Mussulman state, punishment is not to be meted out on him, on the plea that a man, in embracing the Mussulman faith, binds himself to all the obligations thereof, wherever he may be. The arguments of our doctors on this occasion are twofold; –FIRST, the Prophet has said, “punishment is not to be inflicted in a foreign land”; SECONDLY, the design of the institution of punishment is that it may operate as a prevention or warning; now the Mussulman magistrate has no authority in a foreign country, wherefore if punishment were instituted upon a person committing whoredom in a foreign country, yet the institution would be useless; for the use of the institution is that punishment may be executed; and as the magistrate has no authority in a foreign country, the execution is impossible; whence it appears that the commission of whoredom in a foreign country does not occasion punishment there; and if this person should afterwards come from the foreign territory into a Mussulman state, punishment cannot be executed upon him; because as his whoredom did not occasion punishment at the time of its being committed, it will not afterwards occasion.””(11)

In the present chaotic context of Western Europe and especially places like Germany, these Muslim men are coming into a situation where they perceive themselves as invited guests. Indeed, Merkel literally invited all of them in an announcement last year, with no restrictions. They surely perceive that the police are for the most part not acting against them, and they have probably figured out there are various legal and practical limitations that prevent the police from really doing much to stop them. They perceive the situation as pretty much a free-for-all and they know most of the time they’ll be able to get away with it without the non-Muslim men doing anything about it.
On top of all that, what they are doing is probably not regarded the same way rape would be understood, say, in the situation in an Islamic country where a Muslim man raped another Muslim man’s Muslim wife, a woman who was Islamically proper in behaviour and attire. The “rape” in that situation would be regarded as “theft of honor”. (Islam does not have a concept of rape that is like our modern Western concept). Moreover, the wife is the property of another Muslim male by virtue of her marriage to him. So it is conceived as damage to honor and damage to property. In that case, the perpetrator could indeed be punished severely in accordance with Islamic law. But the situation with non-Muslim women, in a non-Muslim country, who are out roaming around freely with no male guardian, not dressed or behaving in conformity with Islamic restrictions, and perceived as having no honor that could be taken, no pact of protection, is obviously very different from the Islamic norm. Add to all of these considerations the complete demonization and dehumanization of non-Muslims through Islamic teachings, plus them having no real concept of rape in the Western sense, plus having no empathy for non-Muslims, and so on, and you have the recipe for disaster.
Couple more thoughts:
Our leaders know this has been going for years. They know these assaults and rapes have been increasing with the migrant influx. They continue to keep the floodgates open, allowing more and more Muslim “migrants” in each day, the overwhelming majority of whom are young healthy fit Muslim males. The authorities continue to suppress information about these attacks. They continue to persecute people who object to what’s happening. Is it really too much to say our leaders are traitors, at this point?
Finally, whatever Islamic law says in its details–and we know that it allows rape of non-Muslim women and girls–ultimately what matters is what Muslims believe and do. The fact is that Muslims are doing lots of bad things, some of which are approved by Islamic law, and some of which are not, yet all of which cause a major problem for us. They tell us what they believe about non-Muslim females and we are seeing what they are doing to them. We have all the information we need to justify the massive action that is needed to put an end to this and protect our women and children, and our societies. Unfortunately, from what I’ve seen of the polls after the Cologne attacks etc., the German public is very steeped in a fog of political correctness, incredibly slow on the uptake, and they will have to face many more such atrocities before enough of them wake up.

I suggest you’ll get better results if you contact Robert or Raymond directly. I don’t think Robert has time to see a lot of these comments, and it becomes less probable that he’ll see any one such question as the thread gets bigger.
A key point I’ll emphasize about my answer: That quote from Abul Kasem is from the Hidayah. The Hidayah is to Hanafi fiqh what the Reliance of the Traveller is to Shafi’i fiqh. It is an authoritative book of Sunni fiqh. If it says Muslim men have total sexual carte blanche in a foreign, non-Muslim jurisdiction–and it does, as you can see from that quote where Muslim men are completely exonerated for what would otherwise be a death penalty offense in an Islamic jurisdiction (adultery)–then that is probably not only true of Hanafi fiqh, but is likely true of the other major Sunni schools and the major Shia school as well. If you want to nail this down, you’d probably have to go to those authoritative sources of fiqh. As far as I’m aware, you’d have to get someone who knows Arabic, because a lot of this stuff has still not been translated.
I agree though, this sort of thing really needs to be nailed down with precise sources, rulings, and documentation. This highlights once again the need for a well-researched and well-sourced Handbook on Islam and Muslims, freely available online, for non-Muslims dealing with all of these sorts of issues that arise time and time again.
I’ve read a lot about this issue over the years, and I am sure that there is no rule accepted in mainstream jurisprudence that says Muslim men can _only_ ever acquire female slaves through warfare and not through the slave trade or other means.

I would really like to know, DEFINITIVELY if possible, what Islam really has to say about the right or non-right of Muslim men to have sex with non-Muslim women, sick, so sick, though this whole God-damn thing is from the get-go.

These are the “atmospherics” of Islam. Rape is not rape. Kaffirs are not really human beings. Clearly there is a long tradition of a liberal interpretation of “right hand possessions”.
Is what is going on in Europe warfare? Does a kaffir woman in dar al-harb qualify as a captive of war or otherwise as spoils of war? That Muslims are fighting “defensive warfare” would occur to these invaders since it is the West that is said to be at war with Islam, a charge repeated Ad nauseum by imams & mullahs (which would also negate any previous truces or treaties, as al Qaeda argued in an Islamic defense of 9/11). Muslims begin from the premise that dar al-harb, ultimately, has no right to exist and the hegemony of Islam must reign over earth. As stated on Islam Q&A: “one of the basic principles of belief in Islam is that every Jew, Christian, or other person who does not enter Islam is a kafir…and regarded as enemies of Allah, His Messenger, and the believers, and that they are people of Hell.” In the absence of having a (protected and conditional) dhimmi status, or being in a land in a condition of (temporary) truce (revokable by the Muslims whenever it suits them), the Muslims are always in a state of war with the Infidels (per Qur’an 9:5; 9:29), hostilities only deferred depending on how weak or vulnerable the Muslims are. Qur’an 47:35: “so be not weak and ask not for peace while you are having the upper hand.”
Bill Warner writes: “raping women is used in jihad because it works as a tactic of war. It spreads shame among the Kafir men and women and it begins the process of subjugating the Kafir women. In short, it teaches everybody their place in Islam—submission. ”
The Egyptian Sheikh Abdul Khaliq writes “the only business of a Muslim is to humiliate the kuffar and make him surrender or to Islamize him thus preventing a greater corruption by undertaking a lesser one. For the reality and the root of the relationship between a Muslim and a non-Muslim is enmity and war (suras 8:39 & 9:29).” The Muslims are cruel to be kind. {Even to a captive sex slave who, after all, does have the option of converting to Islam and thus being led to the “true faith” and saved from Hellfire}.
Terrorizing and humiliating has been behind the strategy of jihad since Muhammad, where women were not the least important spoils of war. Wellington asked whether general rape of any disbelieving woman is ‘permitted’ by Islam. The answer is ‘yes’ with ambiguity…Islam provides much room for plausible deniability, since rape is reprehensible and causes disbelievers to reject Islam…the honor thing! Some mullahs will say rape of disbelievers is a sin. However, many mullahs will consider it the woman’s fault in all cases because of Islam’s belief that men are weak and will rape if given the opportunity because Allah made them without self-control. In all cases, Muslims have the right to attack the ‘honor’ of disbelievers at war with Islam. Briefly, they ‘have it coming to them’ for rejecting Mohammed and Islam. Kafirs do not deserve to live or be treated well…perhaps rape will teach them a lesson not to reject Allah’s messenger!
Following is my brief understanding of the subject…Rape is in fact a FOUNDATION of Islam, since practically all Muslims are descended from raped captives. This is visible in Pakistan where all Muslims are descended from raped Hindu women. Muslims in fact see very little wrong with raping kafirs. They probably ‘had it coming to them’ or ‘asked for it’. Muslims are not concerned with the wellbeing of kafirs…only the wellbeing of Muslims…because there is no Golden Rule in Islam. Moreover, rape is seen as a means of increasing the Muslim population and a valid means of warfare because it ‘humiliates’ the kafirs. Where does that teaching come from? From Sharia and fatwas and from observing Mohammed’s behavior and then imitating it. It is hours of research to verify what I am sharing here. You will have to do the reading to confirm it.
Kafirs are of two types: kafirs dhimmi (those in humiliated submission) and kafirs harbi (those who have resisted submission).
-Koran 33.59 says women wear the veil to be ‘identified’ as Muslimahs, so they ‘may not be molested’, i.e. raped. This clearly shows the molesters to be MUSLIM men…jihadists for whom rape was a perquisite of supremacism. The veil identifies Muslim women so they will not be raped by MUSLIM men and so these jihadists will turn on the UNVEILED women who MAY be raped freely by them. If the ‘molesters’ in 33.59 are not Muslim men, who are the ‘molesters’ here? Martians, perhaps? (It makes no sense that the verse refers to kafirs raping Muslim women, does it, since Muslim women are kept under watch. The verse must refer to Muslims who ‘humiliate’ the kafirs through rape.)
-Prophet Muhammad promises women as a fringe-benefit to his warriors:
“You see, God will soon make you inherit their land, their treasures and MAKE YOU SLEEP with their women”. Sira, Ibn Hisham, page 182 Vol. II, “Al Rod Al Anf”
-Let us also observe Omar (the 2nd Caliph) who committed rape of a female slave…from Ibn Sa’d, volume 2, page 438: “A slave girl passed by me who attracted me, and I cohabited with her while I was fasting”. (How did Omar know she was a slave? No veil. Note the caliph raped a woman while he was doing a religious observance and presumably he did not see a contradiction to his ‘faith’.)
No doctrine in Islam is based upon one verse of scripture, but Koran 33.59 comes as close to an exoneration of Islamic rape as we can find. The hadiths have many GRAPHIC descriptions of rape by Mohammed and his followers. Mohammed NEVER punished one of his followers for rape…not one. The caliph who followed Mohammed did not punish a Muslim for rape…not one!
I am not a Sharia specialist and I am unaware of someone who did an exhaustive study of the rape culture in Islam, but someone ought to do a study now so we may combat Islam’s 1400-year-old rape culture.
Islam’s permission to humiliate kafirs harbi is similar to the order sent out in 1967 by L. Ron Hubbard, the leader of another cult, the Scientologists: “SP Order*. Fair game. May be deprived of property or injured by any means by any Scientologist without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed.” (*SP=suppressive person, a critic of the cult)

Police here in Germany have explicitely zeroed in on North-Africans and down to Algerian in the Hannover crime. Characteristics like “Algerian” come from police publications in which they do or don’t reveal the ethnicity of criminal. The Cologne attacks changed police publications to be explicit from then on. It seems to me that Turks along with us bio-Germans have closed ranks to support the police.

This repulsive apologist for Muslim rape has been flogging this on other threads–that girls like this student and those out on New Year’s Eve deserve to have been raped because a silly protester showed up in the nude.
Like most Muslims, he seems incapable of grasping cause and effect–Muslims could not have raped German women on New Year’s Eve because of the nude protester, since what the protester was protesting was the Muslim rapes on New Year’s Eve.
But the canard about the nude protester is just that–the false idea that we deserve to be raped and murdered by Muslims because of our supposed decadence.
