Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Obama: I’m more worried about climate change than the Islamic State

Priorities that are likely to come back and bite him.

“OBAMA: I’m more worried about climate change than ISIS,” by Rob Wile, Fusion, March 10, 2016:

In a new interview published in The Atlantic magazine, President Obama says he is more worried about climate change than the terrorist group ISIS.

“ISIS is not an existential threat to the United States,” he told Atlantic correspondent Jeffrey Goldberg. “Climate change is a potential existential threat to the entire world if we don’t do something about it.”

Climate change is particularly worrisome, Obama said, because “it is a political problem perfectly designed to repel government intervention. It involves every single country, and it is a comparatively slow-moving emergency, so there is always something seemingly more urgent on the agenda.”

And climate change is probably helping fuel groups like ISIS, he said.

“Right now, across the globe, you’re seeing places that are undergoing severe stress because of globalization, because of the collision of cultures brought about by the Internet and social media, because of scarcities—some of which will be attributable to climate change over the next several decades—because of population growth,” Obama said. “And in those places, the Middle East being Exhibit A, the default position for a lot of folks is to organize tightly in the tribe and to push back or strike out against those who are different.”

Climate change will also likely create new refugee problems as arable land becomes more scarce.

“If you start seeing more severe drought; more significant famine; more displacement from the Indian subcontinent and coastal regions in Africa and Asia; the continuing problems of scarcity, refugees, poverty, disease—this makes every other problem we’ve got worse,” he said. “That’s above and beyond just the existential issues of a planet that starts getting into a bad feedback loop.”

While the Democratic candidates for president have pledged to continue Obama’s legacy fighting climate change, Republican candidates have shown no interest in tackling the problem. Donald Trump recently told radio host Hugh Hewitt that climate change is, “a problem that I don’t think in any major fashion exists,” while Ted Cruz has called climate change “a religion” and “not science.”

Obama continues to press on with initiatives to address climate change; Thursday, he is expected to announce a new pact with Canada to cut methane emissions and protect remote communities and ecologically sensitive marine areas in the Arctic….

The blind leading the blind. Would love to be a fly on the wall to hear their private thoughts over cocktails and spliffs after the upcoming state dinner. A rousing round of aloha snackbars to kick things off followed by a few spliff infused tweets to Erdogan and Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, no doubt.

I knew the world was going sideways beginning on 9/11. To have imagined it would end-up upside down with these 2 foqwits in charge was beyond normal human comprehension.

Obama and his clone meet to discuss climate change, and their delusional view of the world. It was a sad day for both countries to elect such inept individuals to lead two countries once respected in the world. We are now co-laughing stocks on the world scene, as well as lap dogs for the Iranians and dictatorships in the world.

Let’s get this “right”? Another conspiracy loon? Oh, joy. Once and for all, understand this: there is a difference between evidence and proof. There may be threads of what some call “evidence” that there’s a secret, mega-wealthy, evil cabal executing a plan for world dominion at the expense of the poor. And the lack of reasonable-man evidence which leads to proof is all because they’re so very secret… the proof that they exist is that there is no proof that they exist. Riiiiight.

Here’s your shot at the big-time, marble. Really, that’s your call-sign? Anyway… the challenge is to post here or send to me in my email the links to the reasonable-man evidence that will prove you’re right. You do understand the reasonable man standard? And you understand the difference between evidence and proof?

So, knock yourself out, marble. We’re waiting.

As far as climate change is concerned well it’s here and it is too late. The only thing we can do at the moment is react. The last time there was this much CO2 in the atmosphere was about 600,000 years ago. Things were quite lush, warm and animals grew really big especially reptiles. Yes there is a lot of good evidence that the atmosphere and oceans are warming up and that sea levels are rising. Wether this is man made or not is irrelevant. There is a good understanding of how some advanced civilization collapsed. What it came down to was Climate change and the collapse of agriculture. We see it in North Africa on a regular basis. When North Africa gets hit with drought for more than 10 years really bad things start to happen including jihad slavery etc. We are not immune to anything be it drought or slavery.

Why is climate change a non issue? It is because it’s already here and now it’s about damage control. This whole idea of trying to prevent climate change or the warming of the planet with the present CO2 is crazy. Unless you physically remove it with lots and lots of vegetation or with technology it’s not going away. First on the list are those wonderful sea side homes on a very stormy day.

To Atheist Kaffur, who sez “As far as climate change is concerned well it’s here and it is too late. The only thing we can do at the moment is react.”

I’m aghast. When did the climate start to change? Really? The climate has started to change? And, egads, “it’s too late” !?! But WHEN did this disastrous situation come to your attention?? (sarc off)

I sense an ideologue here, although you present yourself as an atheist. How do you propose we might “react” with any effect whatsoever? Climate warming adherents don’t even recognize the sun as a factor in climate change in their models, so eager are they to assert that it is man and CO2 that are responsible.. Not, in my view, a particularly practical premise from which to base our “reactions” to global warming.

And HOW did the atmosphere manage to contain current-day levels of CO2, “600.000 years ago” before man invented even the wheel? Seriously?

      Cheers!

Something interesting is that the left denies the Muslim problem the same way the right denies the very real problem of human-caused climate change. Now you know how they feel when you deny a huge problem for humanity. Sure, Obama may be a mediocre, idiot savant of a President, even more incompetent than Carter, but don’t automatically dismiss this statement. Here’s a video on the psychology of [climate change] denial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fq5PtLnquew

Let’s be real here: ISIS has a pathetic excuse for an army, most of their vehicles are a bunch of Toyota trucks and SUVs. They have to steal 3rd world tanks that are scrap metal compared to Abrams. They have no Navy, no Air Force. They primarily use AK-47s because their easiest to use and maintain, which indicates they aren’t experts in the least with firearms. 1 A-10 could destroy a large amount of their logistics. They only are able to their their take overs in the weakest, most unstable countries in the world where there is a Muslim population that may support their cause. The US was the one who softened up Iraq for them, and Iraq’s army is weak and pathetic. They didn’t really take over Mosul or Raqqa because they are powerful, but because the Muslim population there tolerates them. ISIS may look like big bad wolves, but they are not like that at all. They are just manchildren playing soldier to feel big and bad, when they’re just embarrassing fools. They have to resort to filming the most brutal of acts in a hollywood-esque manner to gain notoriety. They only look so big and bad because of what they do to people who are tied up and unable to fight. Absolutely pathetic; it would be laughable if what they did wasn’t horrendous. I bet I could easily destroy an actually frail ISIS loser in h2h, they are all bark, no bite.

They won’t be able to pull their crap off in the US, where there is a gun behind every blade of grass. Not only that, but the US has the finest military in history. To suggest that a bunch of children in adult bodies with mediocre hand-me-down AKs can take on 1st world countries is utterly ridiculous and shows a lack of faith of the mighty US military. They can resort to ambushes, but security forces in the west will make sure that what happened in France won’t happen again.

As someone with a strong background in environmental science and IT, I can safely say that the only people who use the word ‘denier’ are scientific illiterates and big government morons. The bald faced lie that 97% of scientists (occasionally phrased ‘climate scientists’) buy into the unsubstantiated notion that CO2 is impacting the climate, or that we are experiencing the last 15 years of record highs etc, are typical of the drek that scientific illiterates fall for.

The efforts to poll scientists to establish the actual number of true believers, and the poll of the actual scientists in the IPCC (as opposed to activists with agendas who hold hands with dirty pols with the same agenda), produce results of about 40%. The raw data does NOT support the claims of the hysteria industry, so the figures are ‘adjusted’ to give the desired (false) results. This is a board for the threat posed by islam (RTC), and the only reason why losers and dirty pols jump on the ‘we’re all gonna die!!’ bandwagon, is because it distracts simple minded people from the truth about climate change (within historical parameters), and islam (the greatest threat facing the entire human race).

We have been warned that we have ’10 years or less’ to commit economic and other forms of suicide by the fear industry, for the last 40 years.

Climate change is the biggest hoax ever perpetrated on the world, and specifically the United States.

About 25 years ago it was “Settled Science” that we were going into another ice age. then it was a period of “Global warming,” Since the Chicken Littles can’t decide which it is, they call it Climate Change–neither hot nor cold, but really, really bad.

      @Arcesilaus

Have you been to China Arcesilaus?

I’m a 757/767/747 airline pilot who’s been to most all the major cities there. In cloudless skies, the visibility is at best 3 miles due to smog thick enough to slice with a knife. Indian cities are no better. So are the rest of the non-Western World’s major cities. Guess again if you think things like Departments of Environmental Quality and vehicle emissions checks exist outside the US and Western Europe. Thick, black smoke pours out of every exhaust pipe on their crowded freeways. Factory smokestacks look like they’re from 19th Century England.

Besides Obama, my arrogant brother, and all the other Useful Idiots in the Western World, the rest of the World couldn’t care less about Climate Change.

The only thing these insane International Climate Change Agreements accomplish is unilaterally hamstring American industry with unfair and expensive restrictions. Don’t be fooled into thinking anyone other than Obama & Co and the Left care about that crap, enforcing their insanity on American business, driving them out of business, putting hundreds of thousands out of work. The rest of the World just laughs at us as the fools we are for handing them enormous industrial economic advantages with rules and regulations we’ll follow to the letter, but they’ll immediately and forever ignore.

The Chinese don’t give a damn about Climate Change, and neither do I, and neither should you quite frankly, because we have much more important priorities right now Arcesilaus.

Even if Islam ceased to exist tomorrow, don’t think for a moment the rest of the World will climb on board with all this Climate Change foolishness. They’ll continue, as they are now, to be more concerned with climbing into the First World economically and reputationally, capitalizing on our naiveté.

And what if the Muslims do somehow pull off a WWIII victory? Will any of this Climate Change crap matter one whit when your head is sawed off and your wives and daughters are enslaved as sexual toys and jihadist pregnancy machines?

Do Allah or Mad Mo care about ensuring equitable international industrial emission standards? Not likely. For starters, the term “International” will be obsolete, and replaced with a Dar al-Islam Caliphate. Will the Caliphate include any Climate Change protocols? Of course not. The 1000 years of darkness that comes with Islamic victory will be far more concerned with chopping off heads for not being Muslim enough: For committing heinous crimes like listening to music, enjoying a soccer game, being in public without a hijab, missing a Friday prayer for any reason, or other such capital offenses.

So, instead of spending one more second of thought worrying about what Earth’s average temperature may be in 1000 years, please spend your free time developing a strategy to extinguish Islam from Earth forever.

Or, to make this campaign easier, spend your time broadcasting the strategy I’ve already developed for you, because it’s the only one that will work. Just spread the word. Demand it of your legislators and candidates for elected office. You needn’t give me any credit. I require none. Use the words as your own if you’d like. Please plagiarize. I just want us to win the War the Muslims are waging against us. The War they are winning:

Obama and his New Left entourage seem totally locked into their obsessions; ‘climate change’ is one of them, ‘racism’ is another. They seem incapable of recognising anything new that appears on the horizon but instead reinterpret new phenomena, such as the current wave of Islamic supremacism and terrorism, and mistakenly relabel them in terms of political obsessions and social fixations that have changed little in the past few decades. It is this inflexibility of mind that has damned Barrack Obama’s presidency with inaction and has similarly dimmed the twilight years of the chancellorship of Angela Merkel.

Pagans always carry on about climate change, it is sheer arrogance that anyone would think that human beings are capable of affecting the weather. God is in control, not man. It is the climate of sin that affects the events unfolding in the world around us. This is all biblical, yet so many deny. This concept of man made climate change is a recent phenomenon, so how does this explain over fourteen hundred centuries of atrocities carried out by the cult of the false prophet? It doesn’t. Visible to many, except those who primarily or too much look at all sorts of bad news and otherwise except those extreme relativists, but of course, nothing we do makes any sense if we follow their logic.

Again Obama focuses on the “negative deviation minority among Muslims”, ISIS, who he thinks grow because of worsening economical circumstances”.

Why can’t people massively seek “the positive exceptions” among the Muslims? Due to undeniable progress and IMPROVING Economic conditions? Especially when Muslims live in the Western countries.

Why aren’t Muslims and PC’s not pressured to show us more of these elusive “”innocent, contributing Muslims in Western countries and what they make of Islam’s texts?”

But I found a good noun in the Hebrew language in the Hebrew Bible : Its the Hebrew Word Nachash, whose primitive root means to Whisper or hiss , and is used most often in reference to the Incantations used in middle eastern sorcery and occultism . But it is often used in a nominative sense for Serpents and snakes because they hiss! The serpent in Genesis is described as ” cunning” or “subtle” .The English renderings of the Hebrew “aruwn” from the root “aram” which has the sense of” Smoothness”, “craftily” , “subtilly” “wiley”, “seductivley” and usually in a bad way .This should be sufficient verbiage for describing President Obamas Speeches and Policies . Climate change is only one of many things to worry about. So here you go …….. for those who like to worry about things over which they have no control. I think number 17, Mass Insanity, should actually be number 1 on the list …. but that’s just me projecting.

Do you remember the Alfred E. Newman character from Mad Magazine and the phrase, “Me worry?” You know, sometimes Obama does remind me of that guy.

Men can survive in all climates. Humans can’t live in the islamc state.

Does anyone believe Teleprompter Barry could actually cite and explain real facts and figures supporting his talking points?

Does anyone believe Barry could explain relevance of sun spots to climate? How does Barry view the impact of Milankovitch cycles over the next 500 years?

Also, what are Barry’s considered views on the relative merits of the Thorium cycle compared to Uranium and Plutonium for new nuclear reactors (the only real way to reduce CO2).

Maybe I’m confused, but didn’t he say that climate change can only be defeated by attacking its root causes – Islamophobia and teenage unemployment?

“Priorities that are likely to come back and bite him.”

Nothing can bite the America-hating, white-hating, Jew-hating Muslim Socialist in the White House, it’s the rest of the world that’s being mauled by the compounded blunders of a weak minded American electorate.

On his second term with no obligation to anyone, Hussein still has 10 months of executive privilege and the closer we get to next January the more scary he will become.

Obama followed Jeremiah Wright , a preacher who taught hatred and reparations as a theology Obama dropped him like a hot-potato when questions arose so how deep is Obama’s faith, about as deep as love of Christians whom he seems to despise as muslims murder Christians worldwide and Obama winks and pretends it isn’t happening. this man comes from Satan as Wright did.

Don’t believe all the political theater. Read Wright’s original interview in the NYT – he predicted that a distancing might become necessary as Barry’s campaign got underway.

Wright also helpfully hinted for benefit of the NYT audience that Obama was not really Christian, so nothing to worry about, comrades.

Will resist using the fashionable term “dog whistle” because if you can hear the dog whistle, you are …

I’d like to see this statement reposted in a year or three. Although it already seems a ridiculous statement now to anyone who’s actually informed on the real goals of islam, I think that this will simply not compare to the reaction people will have to it a few years from now.
And I want any- and everyone who’s said things like this held completely responsible for the consequences of their willing blindness.
