German police arrest politician for citing anti-Erdogan satire

Apr 24, 2016 10:05 am By Robert Spencer

Germany is now once again ruthlessly suppressing the freedom of speech — but this time not to advance its idolatry of its own race and blood, but in order to appease its Turkish overlords.

“German Police Arrest Pirate Party Leader for Citing Anti-Erdogan Satire,” Sputnik News, April 24, 2016, (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

Berlin chairman of the German Pirate Party Bruno Kramm was arrested by police for citing anti-erdogan satire poem, according to the party’s statement.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Berlin chairman of the German Pirate Party Bruno Kramm was detained by police during a protest against the government’s decision to open inquiry into a comedian’s satiric poem mocking Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, according to the party’s statement.

Last week, Berlin sanctioned the launch of an investigation against German comedian Jan Boehmermann over a controversial obscene poem that the satirist recited on German TV targeting the Turkish leader

“The demonstration in front of the Turkish Embassy was dispersed. Bruno Kramm was arrested for citing Böhmermann’s poem,” the statement published Friday on the Pirate Party’s Twitter page reads.

Kramm violated the same section of the German criminal code, which allowed opening proceedings against Boehmermann. The section 103 prohibits “defamation of organs and representatives of foreign states.”

They’re going right back to their Nazi days, except this time it’s for religious supremacy, not race. And what’s even more shocking is it’s over a satircal poem, not some inflammatory speech of hate and murder like you might find in islam. Evil has once again taken control of Germany, they’re repeating the past. You’d think they more than anyone could see the fascist hate in islam and want to prevent it. NOPE. They have embraced that sh*t like a baby to milk. It truly is a battle of good against evil. This is the history of religious fanaticism for humanity, it promotes violence, hatred, and intolerance. Back in the middle ages they used to drive a fork through the tongue of “blasphemers” to silence them before the burning stake. Metaphorically speaking we are seeing the same thing here: It’s the fork in the tongue before the burning.

It’s war people! They mean business and so should we!

    FIGHT ISLAM! SAVE HUMANITY!

Wayne, that isn’t going to happen. If you are in Germany, what is needed is for hundreds of people to get arrested for doing the same thing Bruno Kramm did. Only when ALL the people SEE the absurdity of this Nazism, will they also rise up.

If decent people of the world are so lazy they won’t protect human rights and freedom from islam’s religious retardation and violence then they deserve every evil thing they get. Are we going to be great for humanity or are we going to be groveling weaklings for muslims murderous attack on our way of life and freedoms? No, I’d rather die a hero for freedom than be some pantywaist for islam’s barbarity and retarded aggression.

Our media and politicians are too weak! Start speaking the truth about islam’s murderous ideology or consider yourselves the enemy of civil society and good morals! You can’t hide behind that flimsy curtain of denial and think we can’t see what you truly are: traitors of humanity and cowards protecting evil. You sicken me.

When a government persecutes it’s own citizens, at the request of a foreign government, it has transitioned into a dictatorship; only worthy of banishment.

German Elite have consistently fallen into military thinking, dividing society into the ruling elite “officers” and the “soldiers” to be directed as they, in their supremist thinking, determine. It may be an effective way to run a military or conduct national business but it will ignore the needs of productive citizens in preference to questionabie goals.

Worst of all, Elite German thinking will not recognize failure in the early stages.

It’s a lot worse, in Germany, and in other places too. The Turks are protesting against the celebration of the Armenian Genocide Day (That’s today, the 24th). Though, it goes ahead regardless.

They also proclaim that it is anti Turkish for the Dresdner Symphony Orchestra to hold a concert in memorial to the victims. They also protest against the term ‘genocide/Völkermord’, referring to it as ‘inter-ethnic violence’.

In the Netherlands the Turkish Consulate has instructed Turkish, and other Muslim organizations, to report to them anti Turkish and anti Islamic articles or speeches.

    {The section 103 prohibits “defamation of organs and representatives of foreign states.”}
Definitely defames his organs. Here is the poem, for lovers of the great literary tradition of obscene satirical poems about the “great” (the tyrants)…”kicking Kurds, beating Christians”–

Stupid as fuck, cowardly and uptight,

    Is Erdogan, the president,

His gob smells of bad döner,

Even a pig’s fart smells better,

He’s the man who hits girls,

    While wearing a rubber mask,

But goat-fucking he likes the best,

    And having minorities repressed,

    Kicking Kurds,

    Beating Christians,

    While watching kiddie porn,

And even at night, instead of sleep,

It’s time for fellatio with a hundred sheep,

    Yep, Erdogan is definitely

The president with a tiny dick,

Every Turk will tell you all,

The stupid fool has wrinkly balls,

    From Ankara to Istanbul,

They all know the man is gay,

    Perverted, louse-infested, a zoophile,

    Recep Fritzl Priklopil

Head as empty as his balls,

Of every gang-bang party he’s the star,

Till his cock burns when he has a piss,

    That’s Recep Erdogan,

    The Turkish president

    {Defamation Poem by Jan Böhmermann}

Must infuriate the would-be Caliph to the point of busting blood vessels and ordering Islamophobia/Erdoganophobia hit man squads, to go with those spit-sputtering phone calls to Merkel.

And all Kramm quoted from the poem, apparently, was “kicking Kurds, beating Christians”…nothing about Erdogan’s tiny member at all.

“When people slightly criticize the government in Turkey, they are persecuted, beaten or disappear. In contrast to this, the dictator Erdogan is allowed to significantly restrict the right of assembly and the freedom of expression in Germany merely for a statement, that he beats Kurds and Christians,” Kramm had written in a statement published on the German Pirate Party’s official website.

This is a sad development, but German citizens submitted to authoritarian rule they moment they allowed themselves to be disarmed. Merkel’s armed police bust up anti-Islamic invasion protests. Objecting comedians and now politicians are arrested and prosecuted. All governments seek a monopoly on the use of violence in order to enforce policy. The United States of America was the only revolutionary government to recognize this inherent evil. Even post-Revolutionary War former pro-England citizens were protected by the People’s second amendment. That is remarkable. I bring up this point because Islam uses violence and intimidation to achieve its objectives. It is having massive success against disarmed peoples, and, with European governments and the Roman Catholic Church under Pope Francis aiding and abetting them, Opponents of the spread of Islam are unable to form any meaningful resistance. Observe Germany and England. Look how easy it is to eliminate free speech when only the State can use violence or the threat of it to silence views that are inconsistent with Government objectives. So while German citizens and politicians criticize the loss of free speech, the criticism is swept aside and forcibly punished. There is no consequence to their government for using force or the threat of it to eliminate free speech. Squashing free speech is easier than having to actually address it or reason with it. That has forever been the case. At the end of the day, only citizens capable of defending themselves without sole reliance on their governments are going to be able to organize and resist, both politically and defensively, the Islamic invasion and their own governments’ efforts to silence them.

    • Carolyne says

The Founding fathers of the US understood the danger from a renegade government and they wrote the Second Amendment to the Constitution so that we will not be unarmed in such an event. They also saw the danger of criminalizing the freedom to speak, even criticize Erdogan and anyone else we might feel like criticizing. But we are now at a crossroad. If Obama or Clinton is in a position to nominate and have confirmed a Supreme Court Justice to replace the late Justice Scalia, the First and Second Amendments will be overturned by a left wing Supreme Court and we will be in the same position as citizens of Western European countries. We must not allow that to happen. Once lost, these two privileges will never be regained.

      • Bill says

        Apr 25, 2016 at 12:18 pm

I tend to agree. Once lost, these rights will never be regained, unfortunately, without violence. These rights were not granted by the US Constitution to its citizens. We reject that they are privileges. The are basic, God-given, human rights. The founders understood these rights to always reside in the individual. The Constitution is a guaranty of the rights, not a grant of them. This concept is at odds with most of history, every monarch past or present, every feudal form of government past or present, and every form of Communism and, yes, socialism. The flawed UN Charter maintains that people get their rights from governments. Even the Pope does not believe these rights to be individual or God-given.

I believe these rights to be a core part of resistance to Islam. The work done on this Forum is superb in terms of educating and disclosing information about Islam. It is free speech on display. But it would not exist if somewhere, somehow, people stood ready and prepared to fight to defend this right. Unrestrained, government and elitists everywhere would silence Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller in a heartbeat. The speech codes and the “hate speech crimes” a the tools of authoritarian governments and private sector authoritarians. They criminalize speech and then use their tool of choice for enforcement: state approved violence. Police, kangaroo courts, fines, imprisonment, property confiscation — all of it backed up by the force of arms.

In the Eighties, Angela Merkel, was a board member of the FDJ – the “Free German Youth”, the kiddie wing of the one-party state – and the local secretary in charge of “agitprop”. I bet even the Nazis had blatantly and openly disregarded that “law” when they made fun of, say, Winston Churchill during WWII.

So I guess German propaganda is considered “illegal” too (hah! not really – criminals like Merkel are always subjectivists, all about the double standards where only they have rights, while everyone else only has a responsibility – to them)! And the way Goebbels is laughing at Hitler’s lame joke…”a horst walks into a bar…”
No, more likely he was making fun of concentration camp inmates. Actually, Hitler had just about zero humor–certainly about himself. He did like ridiculing others, Diane Mosley thought him a “hoot” and talked about his hilarious take-off on Mussolini. Maybe echoing Nero, his real last words were ‘what a comedian is lost with me’ (though he didn’t appreciate The Great Dictator much). But there were jokes in Nazi Germany about Hitler, just as there is today about Erdogan. Even about the family jewels.

‘Hitler and Goering are surveying their realm from the top of Berlin’s radio tower. Hitler says he wants to do something to put a smile on the sad faces of Berliners. Goering thinks for a moment then helpfully suggests: “Why don’t you jump off?”’

This was such a popular joke one German woman told it to her neighbor, then was reported to the Gestapo, and then she was executed for it. Even with her being the widow of a dead hero of the Reich. Hitler had Muhammad’s sense of humor about such things. And Erdogan’s.
