“You will surely find the most intense of the people in animosity toward the believers to be the Jews…” (Qur’an 5:82). In practice, this generally works in reverse: the most intense of the people in animosity toward the Jews are Muslims.
“Water-filled barriers installed to shield Sydney synagogues against terror attacks,” by Nick Hansen, Daily Telegraph, May 1, 2016:
WATER-FILLED barriers are being installed to guard against terror attacks at four synagogues in the eastern suburbs during the Jewish High Holy Days.
The security arm of the NSW Jewish Board of Deputies said in a letter, “the threat of terrorism and racial vilification against Jewish Communities around the world is well established”.
“A car containing explosives which attempts to ram (or to park outside) the installation will be stopped at the barriers,” the letter said.
Woollahra Council renewed its approval for the barriers and a series of no-stopping zones outside the synagogues on Monday.
In considering the measures, council staff referred to the letter submitted by the board when it last sought approval in 2010.
The letter cited a car-bomb attack on a New York synagogue by a radicalised Muslim group in 2009 to support the application.
“Since September 11, numerous Jewish communities have been the target of successful terrorist attacks … most recently the attacks planned against a synagogue in The Bronx,” it reads.
“Correctly positioned barriers can absorb much of the force of a blast and the distance from the target will reduce the impact of the blast.”
The measures will be used at the Old South Head Synagogue, Rose Bay, Emmanuel and Sephardi synagogues in Woollahra and the Chabad Synagogue at Double Bay from September 29 to October 26 this year and again in 2017 and 2018….

Better idea
Build a cage around every mosque during Friday prayers.

With no gate for exit
Rob Porter says
Once all Muslims inside, close gate and drop 500 lb bomb onto building. Can’t the authorities see the insanity that is occurring in the West as it endeavours to protect itself from the Muslims these imbeciles allow into countries to wage jihad. Regardless of whether one is a great fan of Donald Trump, I don’t see any other politicians doing anything to counter what is taking place and retaliate against Muslim savagery.

Who would have ever imagined, just a few years ago, that this “shield” would ever be needed anywhere in the “civilised world”?
Next it will be Church run elementary schools here in the United States.
Jay Boo says
Church run elementary schools here in the United States will have to protect the children not just from bombs but from Muslim rape gangs following in the example of Muhammad.

Who could’ve imagined? Orthodox Christians like Russians, Greeks, Serbs etc.
Muslims have been a problem for these people for a very, very long time and even as not so far back as the 90s we could see the damage these parasites will do if embraced.
But, the west has embraced them. I can somehow understand that when Iraq war started most westerners couldn’t see the danger but when they started to terrorize and exterminate Serbs in the 90s how on earth could people not see that? How on earth did people not feel kinship and sympathy for the Christians?
It’s not as though we didn’t have ways of finding out what really is happening.
That should’vew been a huge warning.
Actually what happened to Lebanon earlier should have been a huge warning. It’s the Palestenian “refugees” who flooded into Lebanon who Islamized that former Christian country. That was a perfect example of what happens when you feel sympathy for these people and allow them in.

……………………
This is true–that’s *exactly* what happened there in the 1970s.
Beirut went from being called “the Paris of the Middle East” to a watch-word for hopeless violence and destruction in just a couple of years with the huge influx of ravening Muslims.

Exactly.
I *like* my fellow Aussies who are Jewish. I respect them enormously. They have been here since the First Fleet and have blessed Australia out of all proportion to their numbers.
And until we stupidly allowed thousands and thousands of mohammedans inside the gates – 600 000 or so, at last count, which is 600 000 too many – Jews in Australia were , basically, safe.
Now they are not. And that makes me very, very angry. I hate it that Jews are now feeling so unsafe, in Australia. That is NOT a change for the better.
I don’t care how much syrupy Islamopuffery fills our media, nor how many pictures of faux-demure hijabettes circulate on social media; the reality is that as the Muslim population inside Australia has increased, our *Jewish* community has become more and more *threatened*, in step with the increase in Mohammedan numbers and aggressiveness. If we had no mohammedans inside our gates, synagogues and other Jewish institutions would basically NOT need guards.
Warren Raymond says
There are way more than a million Muslims in Australia. Successive governments have deceived us. It is the same in Germany. For more than 20 years, officials talk about 3 to 4 million Muslims. In reality, their numbers are closer to ten million. The same in France. We are being deceived.
linnte says
Same here in the USA! Obama has promised only 10,000, but he passed out, already this past two years, 680,000 green cards for Muslims. No one is aware. Except the Muslims who’s communities the “refugees” are sent to. All part of the plan.
Peggy says
There has never been somuch threat to Jews in Australia than now and in the last 20 years.
I am really angry that our governments and media have played a huge part in this and now we have to worry about our churches being torched as well. It’s getting worse and all our government can do is keep importing more of them.
I was just listening to KIIS FM morning show with Matt Tilley and Michelle Laurie and they were saying how Walee Aly from The Project would make a great President of Australia if we became a republic. They praised him endlessly.
Imagine, these fools actually think that a Muslim who is a head of public affairs for the Islamic Council of Victoria would make a great leader of Australia.
I think I will switch to FOX FM from now on.

“WHY ISLAM”
“WHY ISLAM” asked the billboard sign near I-95 and Secaucus Junction /NJ transit station. In the distance behind the sign was lower Manhattan’s skyline where the Twin Towers once stood. (Yes, directly behind the sign.) In that moment I was reminded of who we are dealing with (truly).
“WHY ISLAM” the sign implored readers to go to a website proselytizing Islam. Like a stinking vulture that returns to pick at bones I am reminded that those intoxicated with Islam’s vanity have not shame.
gravenimage says
Jay Boo, WhyIslam? is a nasty piece of work. I had a run-in with them in San Francisco a few years ago.
After talking with them a while, I was astonished that they openly admitted to me–an Infidel woman–that a Muslim can beat his wife, and that in the Last Days “Jesus”–“Isa”–comes back to kill Christians.
They are funded by Iran.
That they have exploited the horror of 9/11 surprises me not one bit.
Peggy says
“Jesus”–“Isa”–comes back to kill Christians.
==================
What are they smoking? Do they know that we are Christians because of Jesus? He was baptised so what does that make him?
They are insane.
Pong says
Islam is successful, mainly because majority is so stupid. Those people in the clip don’t realize that what they “know” about islam is called takiya. A mosque is not a place for an infidel to aquire knowledge about islam. In our time it is unforgivable not to know the true face of islam. There are books, articles, debates and presentations on you tube. 1 hour listening to Robert would have given them far more understanding about islam with much more entertaining value.
LR says
Well, when visiting a Mosque in this kind of capacity, shouldn’t the questions simply be, “do you support our Constitution, and Bill of Rights, over Sharia”? “Do you denounce all Jihad terrorism, against Jews/Israel, apostates, and anyone else not of the Muslim faith”? “If Islam is a ‘peaceful’ religion, then why is there so much misogyny, hatred of Jews, and burning of churches, and killing of Christians in Muslim dominated countries”?
Has anyone gone to one of these Mosque events and asked such things?

I knew a couple of guys who went on a gambling junket to the Dominican republic in the 1980’s who came back and said there were tanks and infantry guarding both the US and Israeli embassies
Peggy says
So why did our government create this climate where they have to be guarded so well? It’s their fault and we should hold them accountable.
Now is the best time to write to our local MPs and ask them exactly that. Tell them that unless they fix what they broke we are not going to give them our vote.
Westman says
In 1960 I would have seemed crazy that a synogogue would need protection from anyone. How long before Austrailia is written off the tourists list?
From above: “A car containing explosives which attempts to ram (or to park outside) the installation will be stopped at the barriers,…….. Correctly positioned barriers can absorb much of the force of a blast and the distance from the target will reduce the impact of the blast.”
Did we forget about trucks? Those are impact barriers, meant to absorb the impacts of collision and protect road workers from cars. They are water-filled plastic containers that can be defeated by puncture or pushing, rather than ramming, by a heavy truck. If this is more than temporary, they should be sand-filled and staked or swapped out for anchored concrete barriers – unless the appearance is more important than the reality.
Hope says
How sick is this? The lives of decent, hardworking, taxpaying people are being forever disrupted and turned into some kind of nightmare, just so our political elites can “fundamentally transform” our nations. Now we need all kinds of safeguards and protection, and from whom? Why, from They-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, of course. But instead of naming them and removing the problem (them) from our countries, the governments continue to put more and more security measures into place, all the while importing more and more of the problem. Absolute madness.
Mirren10 says
Thank God the synagogues are being protected.
Peggy says
I don’t see it that way. The synagogous, churches and temples should not have to be protected. Our government should fix the problem permanently so we don’t need to protect them.
I would rather they do that instead of put barriers around our places of worhsip and treat us like animals in a zoo while mosques are secure and no interruption to them.
We are having an election here in Australia so this is a perfect time to write to our MPs and demand that they fix this problem once and for all or they can stay in a political wilderness because they won’t get our votes.
linnte says
That’s the best way to make them “see”. Don’t vote for them.
Peggy says
Yes, and tell them why.
Westman says
From reading the story, it appears that the Woollahra Council only gave permission for barriers and a control zone while the NSW and the Sydney synagogues had to rent and install these barriers at their own expense. Note the decals on the barriers.
In fact, it appears the government did exactly nothing to protect the synagogues.
Peggy says
No surprise there. Imagine if this was a mosque. No expense would be spared to protect them.
gravenimage says
Yes, Mirren–at least the Australian government is taking the threat seriously. That is something, at least.
Westman says
Yes, by the members and their NSW. There is nothing in the story that says the Woollahra Council spent a dime on these barriers and only gave permission for their temporary installation by the Sydney synagogues.
Tim Ireland says
Yesterday two Greek-orthodox churches were burnt down in Australia. In total 8 (!) Christian churches within a period of six months, all located in areas with the highest moslem population. Neither the media nor the politicians are finding it necessary to comment on this, the police is “investigating” without results. I just try to imagine how loud the outcry would be from the media, the politicians and the moslem community if these would have been mosques.
linnte says
Heinous! Absolutely hateful! It all comes out in the wash they say so hopefully the PEOPLE will get fed up. This is so sad!
Peggy says
These were Orthodox churches and there was an Orthodox Easter on the weekend.
This is a warning so next year they will probably walk in and blow up the congregation. They don’t want us worshiping.
We either accept that we are going to be caged like this or we demand that these invaders get deported.
mortimer says
All churches and synagogues will soon need armed guards at their main doors. Off-duty police should sit near the door.
Peggy says
That’s so sad. We have to be surrounded by armed guards while Muslims go about their business in perfect safety. Having barricades around our places of worship is not acceptable. We don’t want to turn our places of worhip into a zoo.
For every church or synagogue or temple they destroy we should destroy two of theirs. If we can’t worship in peace and safety they shouldn’t either.
I am fed up with them to the point of feeling sick when I see them on the street all wearing their primitive garbs and wrapped up.
I imagine many people feel the anger that I feel too but have to swallow it while they laugh at us.
linnte says
I am angry too Peggy. And I battle with occasional despair! I have no clue what I would do if confronted by a real Muslim all dressed up In their primitive duds. Hopefully they would not talk to me. I just might verbally lambaste them! That clothing is a sure sign of following Sharia. I think about my grandkids having to deal with this crap and my heart gets pvc’s. It keeps me awake at night. I have to learn, and learn quickly how to give all this angst to Jesus before I give myself a heart attack.

The problem will be solved by putting the Koran and other Islamic texts on trial and showing they promote murder of non-Muslims.
Peggy says
I would love that but how?
How do we do that without being charged with hate crimes? We all need our jobs to live and risking that is difficult. Who will spread awareness when our media is not ever going to allow the truth to be told?
Sites like this are excellent but don’t reach as many as our media does.
We need someone with a platform to speak up. Andrew Bolt had a show called “The Bolt Report” which aired on Sundays and he touched on some of it but not as much as he should’ve.
None of our media, even the ones who are not brainwashed will go far enough.
gravenimage says
That won’t work, Mortimer. You can’t put a book on trial in the West.
And if the Qur’an *were* criminalized, Muslims would keep reading it–it would be Infidels like ourselves who would become criminals if we continued to read it.
Better to teach Kuffar what the vile Qur’an has to say, as Robert Spencer does.

It’s all a matter of time before synagogues, jewish schools, and possibly churches and other church related facilities as well, are firebombed in previously peaceful countries, such as Australia and the US. Apparently, there are no limits to the numbers of muslims western countries will take in, so expect muslim violence and war to come to these countries. Jews will be the first group to be victimized, as usual.
Dov Berrol says
Islam = Jew Hatred, pure and simple. The ideology of “submission” can’t tolerate the revolutionary Jewish ideology of constantly questioning what is right for G-d’s world. Toda LaEl that we Jews now have a country with armed forces to defend us. Never again….remember this this week as we mark Yom HaShoah.

Another proof that the Quran is written by Satan and/or his minions: Quran 2:120. Accusing the Jews and Christians of not being pleased with the Muslims when it is the other way round. Islam has this vile habit of crying foul when it is the one in fact committing the foul. Guess that’s how Satan works.
