This new special edition of the Glazov Gang was joined by Nonie Darwish, the author of The Devil We Don’t Know.
Nonie discussed Islamic Blasphemy Laws Upheld by U.S. Campuses,
sharing how Wingate University tried to silence her when she tried to talk about Jihad and Sharia.
Don’t miss it!

Could you ask any Muslim who professes to be aghast at hearing that Islam calls for the killing of apostates whether upon learning this truth whether that is enough for them to immediately declare their own apostasy from Islam? That is, do they oppose the punishment rather than support it.
To continue to self-identify as Muslim is to support the killing of apostates from Islam.
Ted Tyler says
These posts by “The Glazov Gang” seem to lack the degree of accuracy that I find with the posts by Robert Spencer. The Title: Islamic Blasphemy Laws Upheld by U.S. Campuses is a sweeping generalization that does not track with what happened at Wingate University. My take is that Nonie Darwish was simply harassed by Muslims in the audience. So the title of the post should be more specific and not be so general.
If you have a hostile audience, then the personality of the speaker should be up to the challenge of dealing with that hostility. Nonie Darwish and Sam Harris are too polite and mild-mannered to deal with that degree of rudeness. We need people like Pam Geller, Ann Coulter, David Wood, and the ghost of Christopher Hitchens to counter Muslim hostility with facts and logic. Perhaps then we would come out of the confrontation with at least some degree of victory.
To Jay Boo: David Wood is clearly “the Man”. He is accurate, informative and inspiring.

Sharia is often enforced by self-appointed Islamic thugs, not official government authorities. It is by intimidation. The Imam who showed up to make his presence known, the import of which was understood, was classic Islamic thuggery – in my opinion. It only takes a few zealots to keep the flock aligned exclusively toward the imaginary Allah and his snake-oil prophet.
Folks who wield the word Islamophobia are deputy Islamic thugs, ironically seeking to intimidate even as they profess the opposite. It is all just gradations of Islamic thuggery.

as an elder, I watched the youth in our colleges change their attitudes toward just about everything
American..from burning the Flag to the destruction of property, rioting and absolute anarchy….that
was through the 60*s and into the 21st century..that resulted in an America that lacks a SOUL and
a National identity…you might call it a National zeal……..we take no pride in who we are and seem
to hold our neighbor (literally our next door neighbors) as non-entities, keep them at arms length, we
don’t want to “get involved”…we have become islands unto ourselves…..Today, I see and hear the
rioters and nay sayers bending their minds around the Islamic ideology…to accept it and take on
it*s mantel..through usurping our Nations laws with the sharia concept of “law:….and most of those
who do are the youthful college students…..demanding “equal” rights and privilege for the muslim.
…freedom of religion…..the truth WILL out eventually when the muslim DEMANDS and gets his
sharia as the law of This land…..then it will be too late with too little….and as usual, there will be the
swinging of the pendulum in the exact opposite direction….AGAINST sharia….lives will be lost, multiple
will be imprisoned and worse….but…….why are we REQUIRED to allow this muslim mentality to
take hold…why are WTP our worst enemies and put ourselves into these situations?….this is a beautiful
world, the biggest problem with it is that it is full of People……….

They are, but as a part of a greater totalitarian regime. It’s not just critics of islam that get no-platformed, heckled, intimidated or threatened. It’s anyone who dares to hint the slightest bit of criticism of the narrative being peddled.

Was it not your Nobel Prize inning President who said let not the the future belong to those [that’s us] who do not respect Mohammed? When I see the journey that this lady – who I’d not heard of until today – has made and the message of freedom she spreads – I treat the pathetic exhortation message of your Nobel Prize winning President with the contempt it rates. May this lady have a long, bright future!

No, that was Obama.

The university thinks they need to protect their fragile Muslim students from a very kind and intelligent woman, Nonie Darwish. And the Muslim students are rude and disrespectful. That’s quite a message. When will the university teach the Muslim students some manners and how to engage in intellectual discussions?

Letter to the Investigative Project on Terrorism 5-11-16
I sometimes pass around a “canned” information sheet on Fakebook’s “Community Standards” policy starting with:
“Maybe you weren’t aware of the fact that if you’re blocked on Facebook you’re also blocked from using the comment function on websites totally unrelated to Facebook. Even when you leave the “Post to Facebook” box unchecked. This is pure and unadulterated CENSORSHIP!”
“Facebook is not only notoriously anti-Israel, they routinely and arbitrarily block comments for “offensive” content without even checking the context. They also block you on behalf of those who have been “offended” by your comments. You aren’t even allowed to see exactly what “offensive” comments you’ve made or even “face your accusers”. (This has been updated recently to show you what comments you’ve made. Unfortunately it’s hard to find for those who are computer challenged like myself.) Facebook’s “Community Standards” policy is just another form of Thought Control. If you glimpse of what Big Brother’s big brother looks like……think about how you are now almost paranoid about what words you use on Facebook.”
You recently “Messaged” me on Facebook and graciously submitted some IPT articles I had been looking for.
I couldn’t respond because I’ve been blocked for THIRTY days. Here is Fakebook’s almost Orwellian message to those who are blocked*: (Note: I wasn’t blocked for a “Message” I had sent.
Facebook has policies in place to stop behavior that other people may find annoying or abusive. If you’re blocked from sending messages or stickers, (and if I could insert the “swastika” or “heart” sticker/symbols next to the names of people in my notes on articles I print out and read?) in Messenger, it’s because we’ve determined that you used this feature in a way that could be considered abusive, even if you didn’t mean to.
A few things to keep in mind about your block:
Blocks are temporary and can last a few hours or a few days (Notice how it doesn’t mention the 30 day block.)
We can’t lift this block for any reason
To keep from getting blocked again, please slow down or stop this behavior (ex: send fewer messages each day).

For more information on our policies, please review our Community Standards.
Our mission is to give people the power to share and make the world more open and connected. Every day, people come to Facebook to share their stories, see the world through the eyes of others and connect with friends and causes. The conversations that happen on Facebook reflect the diversity of a community of more than one billion people.
We want people to feel safe when using Facebook. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of Community Standards, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed on Facebook, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our global community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our Community Standards.
Zuckerberg, as far as I’m concerned is a sociopath and social predator who has turned Fakebook into his own private Thought Police. Articles abound about how Fakebook is almost a Stalinists dream. In my case being blocked from using the Message feature is almost another version of making people “disappeared”. You’ve heard, of course, of those “disappeared ones” in South American countries as well as Communist Russia. Fakebook blocks you and in my case with a friend in Vietnam, she had no idea why I suddenly stopped communicating with her as Fakebook doesn’t alert your “Friends” that you’ve been blocked.
Again, if you use ANY Fakebook feature on your website your users are unable to participate or contribute in any way. Again; Pure Censorship. Unlike comment features like Disqus and You Tube. (For now anyway.)
I’m sure you’ve heard of Zuckerberg plotting with Germany’s Adolpho Merkel to go after Fakebook users who criticize her disastrous immigration policies regarding the million plus rape-ugees she’s allowing to flood into that country.
I wish to God that websites like yours would take a proactive stance against Zuckerberg’s fascist “Community Standards” policies that affect millions of people on the Internet.

Indeed. I use FB for its IM service alone, and that’s it. There are reports that the “Trending” section is biased and routinely suppressed news stories that might have been of interest to conservative users. And Twitter has a shadowban policy that is biased against… well, not conservatives per se, but people who dare to question the narrative.
Social media is compromised.
Angemon says
Also, a while back I was watching a video of a Youtuber reviewing the movie Zootopia – how it came in a really good time with all the “hatred” being spread by Trump and his supporters – and during it he mentioned he had no idea where Trump supporters were coming from – they seemed to appear out of nowhere. My guess is that what happens when you take your news from what’s trending, or being reposted by your acquaintances, in social media.

I wish that there were any other venue other than Fakebook to spread the message across social media. Unfortunately everybody and their brother uses it.
I routinely post my “Letters” on Fakebook pages across the Internet consisting of articles, books and essays that I’ve read and related videos.
I would like people to consider the implications of people telling you to “spread the word” and the crippling affect Fakebook has on those working to educate people on the issues. A perfect example is the Muslim rape-ugee problem.
I just saw a heartbreaking video of older Muslim migrant boys brutally beating a child who running, banging on windows and screaming for help while the little terrorists laughed at him and sadistically videotaped the whole thing. I immediately wanted to “Share” this with all my “Friends”. These are videos I also add to my letters on specific issues like “Jew Hatred” and “Questions for Muslims”.
I feel like a guy who takes his one man show on the road. And is greeted by uninterested and indifferent “towns” in the form of websites who talk about issues related to terrorism and Israel but seem to care less that their readers efforts to spread the information on their websites is substantially limited when Fakebook blocks the “Share” features of those who have run afoul of Zuckerberg’s “Community Standards” policy which is nothing short of censorship and a war against free speech as we could all plainly see by his “deal” with Germany’s Adolpha Merkel to suppress and penalize the comments of those criticizing her insane rape-ugee policies.
We’re talking tens of thousands, maybe millions of people, who are now muzzled by Zuckerberg’s inbred Thought Control policies and its Thought Police, namely all those who you “offend” by and “determined that you used this feature in a way that could be considered abusive, even if you didn’t mean to.” In Zuckerberg’s “mission is to give people the power to share and make the world more open and connected. By helping “people to feel safe when using Facebook.” And to “help you understand what type of sharing is allowed on Facebook, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our global community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our Community Standards.”
Orwell’s probably in Heaven kicking over the furniture for not including these flowery words in his book.
I read books by Ann Mayer and Andrew Bostom where they say “It can’t be overemphasized…..”
I’ve spent the better part of my almost sixty years going to local city and county meetings, raising hell and “fighting city hall”. What has disturbed me most is the empty city council chambers where those few patriots who come down to watchdog local officials and participate in the political process are treated with contempt and dismissed as “gadflies” and “malcontents”.
I had the honor of being close personal friends of those who were persecuted and jailed over Public Comment issues and for going over the arbitrary and unfair “three minute speaking limit”. Which really isn’t a speaking limit so much as it is an intimidation tactic enforced by local police that our “representatives” use as their private goons.
I’ve spent five days in jail myself and was front page news for a while for committing the unpardonable sin of going over the three minute limit. Even though I wasn’t near the champion for free speech my friends were the local media tried to paint me with the same brush as my friends.
You can read my “Public Records” letter in my Fakebook Notes. Another feature I can no longer use as long as I’m being blocked.
I used to consider myself an “info-junkie”. My Gra’mom, who read three newspapers in the morning, got me in the habit of cutting out articles in the paper when I was a kid. (My favorites were Doonesbury which she used to cut out and send me when I was in the Navy.) Today, thanks to that habit, I’ve got files and books on all issues related to Israel and terrorism. Call me a nut. But I’m a construction worker who is seeing the same players who turned our communities into sanctuary cities and screwed millions of us when it came to jobs and educating our children at work trying to push their Islamic agenda on us.
People have a narrow perception of the issues, that’s if they even know what’s going on in the first place. The same people who called me “racist” in Spanish for talking about illegal aliens years ago are now calling those defending Israel from terrorists “racists” AND “Islamophobes”.
That’s why I’m so keen on trying to spread the word every way I can, even if it means using Fakebook, which seems to be almost the only game in town when it comes to getting out information. And, again, which is crippled when you consider how many websites use Fakebook features.
