Sun Tzu wrote: “It is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you will not be imperiled in a hundred battles; if you do not know your enemies but do know yourself, you will win one and lose one; if you do not know your enemies nor yourself, you will be imperiled in every single battle.”
We are losing too many battles with the jihadists because Western elites refuse to study the enemy.
It bears repeating that to defeat the enemy, one must know the enemy and know how the enemy thinks.
Our Western elites have not studied the foundational source texts of Islam, but preposterously assume they ‘know’ Islam by being a cultural Marxist! They assume that their spontaneous knowledge of Islam is adequate and superior to that of students of Islam who spent 10 to 20 years studying the foundation source texts.
These Western elites are deluded and smug about it. They need to pick up the Sira, hadiths, Koran and manuals of Sharia law to understand the mind of the Islamist as well as reading Sayyid Qutb and Maulana Maududi, Muhammad Faraj, etc.
“What is of supreme importance in war is to attack the enemy’s strategy.” -Sun Tzu
Our Western elites do not know the strategy of jihad and so will be defeated by it every time.

Why do they not know the enemy, because the enemy was giving the us advice with degrees and suits and all the credentials that it was not islamic….very very interesting how they could pull it off and when someone fact checked the advice, and the doctrine and it was accurate but dismissed.
Interesting that the CVE was around for much longer than I realized, I thought it was a recent development….that our justice dept….wants to criminalize just for speaking….why? The jihadist can say it, we can’t confirm it? It mus have some powerful support…….very clever.

Stephen Coughlin’s video was excellent, thank you Jamie and Spencer.

Agree with your sentiment. However, would be even more beneficial if you are more specific on who are referring to as the “western elite”. That aside, all I need to know is that the greatest weapon to use against an enemy is love and that is exactly what is happening, but the main news won’t report. But we continue on, believing every heart can be transformed by the love of Christ.

To know your Enemy, you must become your Enemy.
Our Western elites foolishly are not doing that. They refuse to learn the jihad doctrine.

Counter Violent Extremism – because if your house is on fire you mustn’t rush to fight the fire, you must, instead, remember that your house could be flooded, or infested with termites, or bedbugs, and that even the fire itself can have many different possible origins, and all of that is more important than unfairly discriminate against fire.

Going back to our ww2 analogies, it’s like going to the German embassy to ask what Hitler’s intentions are when the first bombs started falling.
Then returning home happy with assurances of ‘Don’t worry, we’re not at war’.
mortimer says
Very good analogy. Hitler never spoke publicly about his plan for destroying all the Slavic peoples after destroying the Jews. Muslims do not go into the details of removing human rights and civil liberties of women and ‘others’ in the West, even though that is the end goal of Islam.
Westerners have no idea about the strategy of Islam: stealth jihad in the beginning; open jihad when in a position of strength.

I now understand why Trump has emerged–he can cut through the entrenched, politically correct narrative and cut to the chase. He is already forcing a conversation.
Now he is our only hope. Let’s pray that he is worthy and not just another power hungry narcissist like Barry.

First, if conservatives are stupid (according to liberals) then liberals are insane. Second, all the people who support this multicultural meme are really traitors, particularly to the ideals on which this country was founded.
mortimer says
Multiculturalism is used to delegitimize the principles of the Enlightenment and replace them with Marxism.
Marxism doesn’t approve of critical thought or freedom of expression. Neither does Islam.
mortimer says
The strategy of Western governments in fighting jihad appears to be LYING: the strategy is to deceive both Muslims and Westerners to think there is no jihad doctrine…just a figment of our collective imagination.
