  1. Olson has often been at odds with conservative voices in the Idaho community.

    Gee, what a surprise…

  2. The purpose of a justice system is to prevent vigilante violence. If they’re not going to do something about this situation, what promise will there be that the parents will act appropriately with their sons?

    Yeah, I didn’t think so.

    Threatening people with lawsuits isn’t going to fix this problem. Those families had better be careful or they’ll discover first hand what happens when the justice system sits down and does nothing.

      ……………….

      Actually, the purpose of a justice system is to dispense justice. Still to be seen if that is going to happen in Twin Falls.

      • gravenimage—don’t you consider this blatantly obvious, that, this Obama drone is posting here over 70 times on this case, and in every way,
        showing the people who don’t believe that this case will get a fair hearing, that, they have proof they are right.

        But if this is not the childish mind of this administration I’d sure like to know what is—wouldn’t You.

        • Mark, I have noted that this creep “robert galluzzo” has *only* posted on this case–on this thread and others–and he has done so *obsessively*. He has blamed the little girl for her own victimization. He may or may not be Muslim, but this is *very much* the Muslim mindset regarding sexual assault–including that of *children*.

          Very ugly stuff.

          I’m still hoping officials will do the right thing here–but I’m no longer counting on it. What they need to know is that the eyes of the nation are on this case.

        • Yes I agree heartless Muslim all the way, who else could view a subject like this with such mindless
          stubborn callousness and sustain such spiteful effort doing so.

          Yes we are watching—God is Watching.

  3. As Hillary Clinton says, the most important thing is to beleive the victim in sexual assault…

    Unless the perpetrator is Muslim.

    Muslim always trumps everything in their leftist hierarchy of rights.

    Anyway, how could these Muslims with their middle age thinking be expected to know the Crusaders laws? The only important law is the law of Allah, we all know that.

    If 3 local teen girls had beaten up a Muslim and pee’d on them, Obama would be on TV every single day denouncing our own culture in defense of the Muslim insanity.

    Islam – “A religion of perpetual outrage and violence. It’s followers have a dangerous preoccupation with death. “

    • must add to your first line sorry

      As Hillary Clinton says, the most important thing is to believe the victim in sexual assault unless it is my husband and in that case she is a lying whore

      The rest is 100%

      I also like the name Hildabeast for Hillary Clinton describes her personality.

    • “As Hillary Clinton says, the most important thing is to believe the victim in sexual assault…” There is a difference between a victim and a complainant. One starts with a complainant and should keep a very open mind. I worked for a year as a forensic medical officer. Mostly drunk drivers and rape cases. The majority of rape complaints were not rape. One high school girl was going at it hammer and tongs with the boy next door in his room in the back yard when her mother went there looking for her. Caught totally off guard, she cried rape. She came to me with her mother. It quickly became clear she was an old hand at doing the old in-out. Confronted, she admitted to the whole thing. Her mother laughed. I doubt if she thought about what might have happened to the poor boy.

      There was one woman who clearly had been raped. She came straight afterwards in the same clothes, making it very easy.

      Advice for women – if you are in this situation, go immediately. Don’t wash, don’t change clothes. Emotion is your enemy if you want the rapist caught. You can suffer and become and emotional wreck later.

      • “Go immediately,” unless your attacker is a Muslim. In that case, the Federal government will come down hard—on you.

    • Biff: “As Hillary Clinton says, the most important thing is to beleive the victim in sexual assault…

      Unless the perpetrator is Muslim.” ….

      …..Or named Clinton.

      • Early in her evil career, she defended a rapist against his 12 year old victim, and cackled about it afterward. It was funny to her that she knew the guy was guilty, but that she had made the victim look loose and immoral.
        Money, moslims or *me* (clinton) seems to be the only things about which she cares.

        • She was laughing that the rapist caused her to lose faith forever in lie detector tests since he passed his. She got him freed.
          The child meanwhile, beaten into a coma and unable thereafter to ever have children, whom Hillary termed a lying, mentally ill slut, had her life ruined for her. Champion of women.

        • Nope. Clinton defended an accused rapist, but she did not volunteer. He pleaded guilty to a lesser offense. She laughed when recalling unusual aspects of the case. “I have been informed that the complainant is emotionally unstable with a tendency to seek out older men and engage in fantasizing … [and] that she has in the past made false accusations about persons, claiming they had attacked her body,” according to an affidavit filed by Clinton in support of her motion.
          Clinton also cited an expert in child psychology who said that “children in early adolescence tend to exaggerate or romanticize sexual experiences and that adolescents with disorganized families, such as the complainant’s, are even more prone to such behavior,” Clinton wrote in her affidavit.
          Ultimately, expert testimony from a scientist “cast doubt on the evidentiary value of the blood and semen the prosecutor claimed proved
          the defendant’s guilt in the rape

          “This is the case of a young attorney who was told by a judge to defend an indigent client accused of a crime. She not only carried out her legal and ethical responsibility to defend her client, but she went on to lead historic action in the fight against rape and to bring rapists to justice,” Adrienne Elrod, the communications director for the pro-Hillary group Correct Record, told ABC News.

        • At least you are consistent on the subject of child rape. Like, according to you, the five year old in Twin Falls was probably playing doctor and sexually experimenting with the nice Muslim boys, this twelve year old, since you quoted the nonsense from Clinton and the “expert” about children romanticizing and exaggerating sexual experiences, was clearly romanticizing and exaggerating herself and the 41-year old rapist

          This 12 year old girl was raped so brutally she was in a COMA for five days, spent months recovering, and was so damaged doctors said she would probably never be able to have children. Quite the romanticized sexual experience. Her life was ruined. Feminist Hillary was right there telling the court this girl had made false accusations in the past about men and that she liked older men and fantasized. She tried to destroy the victims reputation (which turned out to not even be necessary since the crime lab fouled the case). “I don’t know why she said that. I have never made false allegations. I know she was lying,” the 52-yr old victim says today, “I definitely didn’t see older men. I don’t know why Hillary put that in there.” ….I do.

          “I have been informed that the complainant is emotionally unstable with a tendency to seek out older men and engage in fantasizing,” she wrote.
          Then she quoted some child psychologist who speculated about children from “disorganized” families who tend to exaggerate or romanticize.

          Clinton said the child had “in the past made false accusations about persons, claiming they had attacked her body” and that the girl “exhibits an unusual stubbornness and temper when she does not get her way.” >>>>she was a liar, even then.

          Hillary Clinton, on these recordings, fakes a Southern drawl, acknowledges her clients guilt, and brags about getting the only physical evidence thrown out of court. “He took a lie detector test. I had him take a polygraph, which he passed, which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs!” she laughs. It’s all very funny isn’t it? Tapes showing that while Clinton was arguing in the affidavit that the victim brought on her own attack, she actually believed that her client was guilty.

          The 12 year old was a virgin at the time of the attack, by the way galluzzo.

          As for how she took the case, again you misstate the facts.
          “Twenty-seven-year-old Hillary Rodham had just moved to Fayetteville, and was running the University of Arkansas’ newly-formed legal aid clinic, when she received a call from prosecutor Mahlon Gibson.

          “The prosecutor called me a few years ago, he said he had a guy who had been accused of rape, and the guy wanted a woman lawyer,” said Clinton in the interview. “Would I do it as a favor for him?” She did volunteer. She did choose to do it as a favor. She could have declined.

          “Clinton can also be heard laughing at several points when discussing the crime lab’s accidental destruction of DNA evidence that tied Taylor to the crime…the crime lab took the pair of underpants, neatly cut out the part that they were gonna test, tested it, came back with the result of what kind of blood it was what was mixed in with it – then sent the pants back with the hole in it to evidence,” said Clinton. “Of course the crime lab had thrown away the piece they had cut out.”

          What happened to the rapist? “Oh, he plea bargained. Got him off with time served in the county jail, he’d been in the county jail for about two months,” said Clinton.
          {The Washington Free Beacon June 15, 2014}

          You are a piss poor advocate for children, galluzzo. Aren’t you ashamed of yourself old man?

        • Nope! Neither I or Clinton have nothing to be sorry for when it comes to doing our jobs practicing law. One of my
          neighbor’s daughters had a habit of sneaking into peoples houses to catch the husband unawares in the bathroom
          when he was shaving or showering. She was looking for the wrong kind of attention. When informed of his daughters
          proclivities the family moved.

        • Your response to having everything you claimed being refuted, is to compare a girl, raped into a week-long coma, to some (alleged) voyeur
          “looking for the wrong kind of attention” as if they are the same thing. Despicable, even for you.

        • I never said anything like that you lying f*ck. Show me in the comments where I said anything like that!!!
          Clinton was laughing because of the mistakes the prosecution made by screwing up the chain of evidence,
          you moron!

        • Nothing I said was refuted and i gave you the citations to Clintons reaction to the case. Show me my comments where I said anything
          about a voyeur. I was telling you about a young girl in my neighborhood who was looking for trouble with older men, just like the girl in the
          Clinton rape case.

        • Bobby Gall posted:

          Nothing I said was refuted

          Oh, but it was -you claimed that the attack was a rumour then you stated the perpetrators were arrested. You claimed no one urinated on the girl when the description explicitly states otherwise.

        • I stated that one report said the elderly neighbor saw a pile of the girls clothes on the floor of the laundry room and
          they had been urinated on.

        • Bobby Gall posted:

          The 89 year old eyewitness only saw the boys urinate on a pile of the 5 yr olds
          clothes

          Can’t even keep your lies straight, can you?

          Anyway, here’s what the witness actually described:

          When I got over to her and picked her up, I realized in her hair and all over her body and her clothes they had urinated all over them.

        • You dumb bastard. Anyone can see in black and white what you wrote and what the FACTS were.

          We are discussing the rape case of a 12 year old and in that context you talk about…. some girl “sneaking into
          peoples houses to catch the husband unawares…in the shower.” Did she get in the shower with him, did she try
          to copulate with him? That’s not what you said. You made her sound like a voyeur sneaking in to watch an older man
          take a shower. If she did more than “watch” you lacked the writing skills to convey that information.

          And you said it in the context of this conversation (about a raped 12 year old) clearly making it appear
          that you are comparing a girl “seeking the wrong kind of attention” with the case of a rape victim whom Hillary
          accused of romanticizing and exaggerating sexual experiences (she was a virgin), of definitely seeking the wrong kind of attention,
          and of fantasizing about OLDER MEN, uh, kind of like a girl sneaking into a house to catch an OLDER MAN taking a shower?
          You see a connection you pompous jackass? You thimble-headed gherkin?

          Clinton was laughing–you utter moron–because the client she knew was guilty as hell, passed a lie detector test, which “forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs!” (she said laughing). Then she LAUGHS because the evidence which would have proven her client guilty was screwed up by the inept crime lab. It may have been her job to defend him but she doesn’t need to laugh about a rapist getting away with his crime, does she?
          Would anyone with a smattering of a conscience laugh about this kind of victory? A 12-year old virgin, raped into a coma, depicted by Clinton, slanderously, as a mentally-ill slut who always cries rape, is a proud moment? What did they say about Hillary? “leading the fight against rape and to bring rapists to justice.” except….

          The only lying fuck I see around here….is named galluzzo.

        • once again: “I don’t know why she said that. I have never made false allegations. I know she was lying,” the 52-yr old victim says today, “I definitely didn’t see older men. I don’t know why Hillary put that in there.”

          you: “I was telling you about a young girl in my neighborhood who was looking for trouble with older men, just like the girl in the
          Clinton rape case.”

          lying fuck.

          ………………..

          Perhaps the appalling robert galluzzo will next claim that the *little five-year-old* had a ‘tendency to seek out older boys’…Good God.

        • After falsely stating what the eyewitness actually said she witnessed, he further revises history:
          galluzzo: “I stated that one report said the elderly neighbor saw a pile of the girls clothes on the floor of the laundry room and
          they had been urinated on.”

          Actually he said the eyewitness SAW the boys urinate on a pile of clothes. Different story. Did he make such egregious errors in court?

          If the eyewitnesses actual statement was new or updated information (“one report said”–not exactly due diligence) he could have just
          admitted it and said, oh yes I see now she said the boys urinated ALL OVER HER but he’s not honest enough to do that. He has a different agenda, witness the whitewashing of Hillary Clinton we just saw, and this whitewashing of “a 5-year-old girl sexually assaulted by Muslim migrants brought to this country by the U.S. government.”

        • More from “robert galluzzo”:

          Nope. Clinton defended an accused rapist, but she did not volunteer. He pleaded guilty to a lesser offense. She laughed when recalling unusual aspects of the case. “I have been informed that the complainant is emotionally unstable with a tendency to seek out older men and engage in fantasizing … [and] that she has in the past made false accusations about persons, claiming they had attacked her body”
          ……………………………..

          Did she “fantasize” about having been raped and spending five days in a coma? sarc/off

          The idea that if a pre-pubescent child was ‘provocative’ or otherwise acted inappropriately–not proven, in any case–that this means a grown man may rape her and beat her into a coma is *horrifying*–to any decent human being, in any case. Not to this poster, though–grimly telling.

          He says, “Nope! Neither I or Clinton have nothing to be sorry for when it comes to doing our jobs practicing law”. But the idea that in order to give a proper defense that it is morally acceptable to *smear the child victim* is just sickening. I imagine he means that what Clinton did is not technically illegal–this is likely how he looks at the American legal system. *Ugh*.

          Here’s more from the victim as an adult a couple of years ago:

  4. That little girl’s life is but a small price to pay in the never-ending cover ups to protect the biggest liberal lie ever perpetrated on the human race that, “all cultures are equal”. The liberals will do, anything, sacrifice anyone, to protect that lie.

  5. SEND EMAILS TO YOUR FEDERAL AND STATE ELECTED OFFICIALS, PLEASE. Remind them of how Obama is always on the side of Muslims, no matter how awful the crime. In this case, it was a 5 year old girl stripped naked, with a teenager video taping the groping of, and urination on her by “refugees”.

    I will give you an EXCELLENT website put up by Ann Corcoran — as soon as I remember it — in a reply below.

    • Here is Ann Corcoran’s blog, mentioned by Robert in his post above: Refugee Resettlement Watch It is terrific — with abundant information on how the persons doing resettlement try to keep it below the radar of transparency.

      Check the ARCHIVES AT ANN’S BLOG FOR A TON OF ARTICLES, AND FACTS THAT I HAVE NOT SEEN — and probably you have not seen them either. And also send her a quick email of thanks, please.

  6. …United Nations-sanctioned “Strong Cities Network” or SCN, which was announced by Attorney General Loretta Lynch at the U.N. last fall, when she called for building “resilient communities” in the fight against “violent extremism.”

    So I guess a “resilient community” (…remove 3 letters…) is really a “silent community” that has been stripped of its First Amendment’s rights, is that correct, Lynch?

    Our tax money at work.

    • A Strong city in her mind is a city that invites as many Muslim refugee’s from known terrorist countries and continues to do so despite weekly atrocities comitted in the name of Allah.

      Basically if you are willing to stand still and watch people be murdered on CNN but continually deny that it’s happening makes you a SCN.

      This requires total submission of your personal common sense beliefs for the doubt speak of Politicians.

      Basically if you agree with the statement “The Islamic State is not Islamic” you are the perfect resident of a SCN. The citizens have joined a cult and cannot think or see the reality for themselves.

      The ideal progressive social justice warrior. They are so indoctrinated that they could be wearing an orange jumpsuit waiting to have their head cut off and they would still blame western society for their predicament.

    • Of course Obama cares.

      About protecting Islam and Muslims around the world.

      Tax paying white Americans? Not so much.

      Also, I’m pretty sure in a Democratic administration, only “whites” can commit hate crimes. Everyone else gets a pass.

      • Vyx :
        Right ! Only white people can be prejudiced. The same thing the thugs associated with BLM
        have to say. Muslim parents NEVER pass on feelings of hate for infidels to their children just
        like blacks NEVER pass on anything against “Whitey”.
        It’s all the fault of “Whitey” whether you’re black or a filthy muslim. That is, unless the black
        in question is a Christian, then the filthy muslims can hate and kill them too.

    • Obama cares about Obamacare – because it has Obama on it. Seeing how two of the perps are Somali, he’s more liable to say “If I had a kid, he’d be like these Somali kids”.

      • Surely these Somali kida are part of Obama’s effort to force pods of knob-headed, uncivilized Somalis on small communities.
        He, Obama, calls them “refugees”. But in reality they are his weapons against America. When small locales have to daily fight uncivilized Somalis
        raping, stealing, and just plain lawlessness, they are apt to not pay attention to the other crimes Obama and other democRATS are either
        committing or condoning.

        • Nice to see you again, Robert McKenna. I’ve got a newly-realized theory (threw off tunnel vision for a moment and the result was a eureka moment.) generated by thinking about a relentless fight some citizens from Dutchess Country, NY and I were conducting against town fathers in a small village a few years ago. Here are the elements of my new dot connection afforded by some of the similarities with Twin Falls: Not the alleged crime of sexual assault against that child, but the description of the housing, imported refugees, the Obama-appointed Fed attorney…

          NYS Governor Cuomo, former head of HUD is a lefty working to implement. UN Agenda 21 (I couldn’t remember the exact aspect of UN Agenda – I thought 39 – but it IS Agenda 21 – google UN Agenda 21 (as in the year 2021) if you don’t know what that is.. Appointment by Obama of pre-Islam Fed judges and Fed prosecutors who will concentrate on Islamophobia (see Twin Falls and US Atty Olson). Ram “affordable housing” (read section 8) down the throats of locals in village, town or county…you should see what they’ve done to Westchester County NY, against the valiant efforts of County Exec Robert Astorino, who ran for governor but was beat by Lefty Cuomo..

          My theory of one of the tools of NWO implementation is this: These “affordable housing” projects going up all over the country in remote villages and small towns (often to howls of dissent from local citizens, as in the case of my village) are being built to accommodate jihadists in our midst, to keep everyone fearful and the pockets of the military industrial complex full and justification for war on the tips of everybody’s tongue. Moving inexorably towards giving UN powers of the one world government.Already happening with environmental agreements agreed to by USA.

          To understand what is creeping into our local zoning boards, city councils, one has to have a bit of a grasp of UN Agenda 21.

          I’ve bitten off more than I have time to chew right here in this comment. I only hope right now to plant a seed of curiosity in readers of JW.

          Cheers!

          Here is just a piece of a report—the rest can be read using the link below this—it is worth reading the whole report.

          Presented to the Board of Trustees of
          The Conservative Caucus Foundation
          October, 1997

          The United Nations is a group of institutions, rather than a single entity. It has 185 Member states. The main Organization consists of the General Assembly, the Security Council, the Economic and Social Council, the Trusteeship Council, the Secretariat, and The International Court of Justice. It has its principal functions in New York, Geneva, Paris, Rome, and Nairobi.

          The purposes of the United Nations, according to the Preamble to the United Nations Charter, are “to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war,” “to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women, and of nations large and small,” “to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained,” and “to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom.”

          Although these are high-sounding phrases, each one contains code words that have a special meaning in the context of UN doctrine. The words may sound familiar, but they stand for concepts and processes that are the opposite of what Americans consider to be human freedom and dignity. Moreover, the implementation of each objective requires increasing levels of centralized control and surrender of the sovereign autonomy of nations.

          There are those who would very much like to see the attributes of U.S. nationhood fade away. It is not just the power of the United States that they fear; what they fear is the set of ideas that still makes the United States the most powerful nation on earth. For the ideas of America are a sign of contradiction to the way the rest of the world operates.

          The power of these ideas to inspire people all over the globe creates an ongoing challenge to those who think the world should be organized on very different principles

          Some people confuse material prosperity with freedom. They think that governments can assign a share of material prosperity to everyone, providing that the freedom to worship, think, and act is curtailed for the common good. They do not understand that prosperity and invention arise out of spiritual and intellectual freedom. They want to impose limits and barriers. They want to isolate human beings as individuals not connected to traditional social units, such as families, neighborhoods, and churches. In place of families, they think of collectives, planning and rules set by experts. They start with the notion of redistribution, not expansion.

          It is not surprising that the re-distribution-ists identify the spirit of America as the most dangerous threat in the world to their outlook.

          If the United States remains an independent leader, then the global collective of nations would be in mortal danger. That global collective is the United Nations.

          I wish I stilll had mine. Worth a pretty penny today!

        • Thank you, Mark Swan, for the compelling article – “UN100 ways…” The only good thing I can say about the detestable UN is that they provided many hours of amusement when my boyfriend and I used to go to the UN Plaza Hotel bar to try to spot spies and talk to them over a cocktail! FYI, most of the spies claimed to be involved in “agricultural reform” with passionate concern for the collective good. LOL. Ya think?

  7. The only ones who are spreading falsehoods are the leftists, who never opened up the Quran or the Hadiths, not once. Therefore they should prosecute themselves.

  8. One question. Was the victim a muslim? I vaguely recall an incident a year or two ago when I believe a Somali 10-year old was raped and then abandoned by her parents for “traditional” reasons. CNN had reports and tracked this till the girl was put under protection. I don’t believe this case would be so cause such a frenzy of protectiveness among President Choom’s minions if it were a muslim on muslim attack.

    These little bastards peed on that kid. Kufr or muslim, special-needs or not, no human deserves that treatment.

  9. Because moving against the public is the important thing in a case like this:
    a 5-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by Muslim migrants who were brought to this country by the U.S. government.

    If it were up to the U.S. Attorney, county prosecutor, police chief, city council, local newspaper, this crime would have been buried,
    they are still working on hushing it up by threatening the “fools and racists” aka the public. Jolene is a subsequent interview stated she saw three
    naked boys with the little girl (one ran away when she intervened), and that the 14 yr old was giving instructions. She also stated that the girl’s mother had told her that the hospital confirmed the little girl had been raped. Of course, the U.S. Attorney will probably throw her in jail for that inflammatory comment.

  10. This is GROSS! a 14-year-old boy filming something through a crack in the laundry room door…..2 boys, ages 10 and 7, both naked, abusing a 5 year old. AND The girl covered in urine…! But the muslim community must be protected by all means? Speechless!!!!!

    • If the perpetrators were white and the REAL victim were a muslim girl, the perpetrators would have been already thrown in jail for some time to come.

  11. What we perhaps knew is that there is always sellout, a traitor, but what is perhaps somewhat new is that more often than not, that traitor is a woman.

  12. If they think that Americans are going to sit by and do nothing about Muslims raping our kids and reporting as what and who they are, and hear one more time, well, it is their culture from the Justice Department , then it is time to fire them and stop their pay checks and have them charged for human rights violations.

    I do not care if these Muslims are minors , it will always be their culture to harm people and the older they get the more dangerous they become. To let them off from their crimes is like a reward to them.

    Muslims will never mix with civilized American People. They will demand their rights over the Americans.. What happened to the American People’s rights ? Muslims and Blacks Rights rule over others.. This is unjust and unfair.. Our Laws should be the same for all, not special laws for special groups.

    • Sorry Dusty: Until you substantiate or retract your false statements that ‘Catholics’ use the same ‘Guide Book’ as muslim terrorists, nothing you write here will have any-emphasis ‘any’-credibility. Do you understand?

      Serious people-like the patriots in SIOA-do not care what you write. Why would we/they? You’ve demonstrated that you live your intellectual life-and I use that term loosely-among knuckle-dragging crackpots who equate ‘Roman Catholicsm’ with ISIS.

      Now go sit down and be quiet, until and unless you man up and issue a full apology.

    • DustyFae, I would add to Kathy Brown, Esq.’s comments that one should not make this into something racial. The enemy wants us to mix up Islam with race. Please Dusty, do not help the enemy. This is only and solely about fighting an totalitarian ideology and protecting freedom for all people. Spencer has made it very clear that this site is not about race.

  13. She is one of Obama’s stooges. The First Amendment means nothing to her except that it is an inconvenience to the authoritarian rule she seeks to impose. Not surprising to see the ACLU backing her. She is threatening criminal prosecution to prevent the exercise of First Amendment rights. If I were in Idaho, I would be researching to see if citizens and media threatened by her could independently seek to have her disbarred for using her legal powers to violate the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, which she has sworn to uphold.

    • To Bill – who says, “She is one of Obama’s stooges.”

      I respectfully disagree. She is an enforcer, and to take her for a stooge or buffoon or puppet fails to appreciate just how dangerous this woman is, in the position she occupies. She is like a Soviet enforcer, Bill. To call her a stooge under-appreciates how powerful and dangerous she is. And entrenched! But I repeat myself!))

      Swearing, as in swearing to God on a bible, means nothing to filthy muslims or the lying muslims or gender confused people that Obama prefers to appoint.
      It is just considered a historical oddity that is part of the program. Like his appointment to the Supreme Court, our former head of Homeland Security, his head of the EPA, and others, he seldom appoints any straight heterosexual folks to anything. ……. uh ……. birds of a feather ?

      • The 1st Amendment does not protect threatening, harassing and many other activities. Also suggesting that

  14. People in Idaho need to fight back against this Obama-pointed, pro-jihad judge and Act for America chapters there and other Anti jihad activities should lead the way.

  15. The tide is turning and will flush generation O. (Obama, Merkel, Holland, Cameron and Trudeau) to the chesspool. Brexit in Europe will destroy Merkelfascism and anti-democratic EU within 10 years. Hopefully the muslim mole O’s heritage will be cleansed by Trump.

    • It is indeed ‘turning’ Allen. But this appearance by the DOJ’s Olson, is in response to a pending indictment by the TF’s Prosecutor.

      I said in a previous post that the prosecution of these muslims was going forward. And it was. The latest frenzy in Loeb’s office was increasing pressure to charge the 14 year old as an adult. That-by the way-is quite a regular occurrence these days, sad to say. The brutality of the crime and the extreme youth of the victim rule such decisions.

      Now so far, the US attorney’s office hasn’t sought to take over the case; that would require quite a showing of [State] prosecutorial incompetence/malfeasance. Now of course we DO have such a showing; but since it favors the muslim criminals it’s laudable (to the DOJ) not condemned.

      Enter lesbian-loving-lesbian-lookalike Olson.

      As stated elsewhere on these sites: The ‘solidarity’ of the LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ with the muslim monsters, is well settled. This Olson creature has written: voluminously, prolifically and nauseatingly on Homo ‘issues’. She was specifically singled out by Holder for elevation in 2010.

      They are leaking this garbage to stiffen the spines of the TF Prosecutors Office. Of course the spine-stiffening is pro-violent perpetrator.

      Note that when ‘rape’ meets ‘muslim’, ‘rape’ goes down. However! By no means is all hope lost. This is just talk from the DOJ. The case remains under the jurisdiction of Loeb’s office. Think: ALL the polls which predicted the failure of Brexit. Then the result. Same thing.

      I ask all here to continue emailing Twin Falls, but now all emails should go to Loeb: prosecutors@co.twin-falls.id.us

      God bless all here and we CAN get this thing done. Believe me-this Olson/DOJ appearance SHOWS how scared they are. Believe me.

      • Kathy, do the girl’s parents have counsel and is the mother under a gag order?

  16. The parents should tell the media outright that this was perpetrated by Mohammedan ‘refugees’ in very strong, defiant, and ‘inflammatory’ tones hoping to be prosecuted. That’s exactly what I would do because the resulting lawsuit would more than cover any losses and the whole pile of BS would be brought to light in the process.

  17. Oh. Sounds like a…plan! Seems to me this is the way it is: First Obama appoints his “enforcer” to head up Idaho State judicial system, then he unloads the newcomers into the community after the yogurt company sweetens up the deal with the city and the county who approve construction of the yogurt factory after closed door meets with city fathers.That’s how it appears this began. A little local corruption and screw the public behavior IF THESE ARE THE FACTS. Sorry to yell; wish we had italics at hand.

    How extremely transparent! Just how we want our democratic republic to behave! Like little Mussolinis, With a KGB type Soviet enforcer breathing down the necks of the citizens, these city and county mini-pols making their little deals with the yogurt factory. I’ve seen activities like this before on the same town/county level, and all I can say is keep a close eye on the lowest level public office holders. And keep a VERY close watch on HUD-backed “affordable housing”…who do you think they are going to put in that housing?

Let me remind you why people are angry, none of those officials wanted it publicly known that “a 5-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by Muslim migrants who were brought to this country by the U.S. government.” That’s why they’ve made it a false narrative of a Muslim witch-hunt, so Muslims are the victims here and not the five year old victim and her family.

        • That thread is a mile long and that’s the best you could come up with? One person thinks they should be prosecuted…and then castrated (legally). Someone thinks people should have guns in order to protect their children from being sexually assaulted. You wouldn’t protect your child? Maybe not in your case. Someone says “if it were my child…” hardly a direct threat is it? “and I got my chance at him” –most parents would FEEL that way, whether or not they acted on that feeling. Again, this is where all your outrage is expressed, nothing absolutely nothing, concerning the victim and the reason these “wolves” are being allowed to prey on our people. No someone shouted (in an email) at a City Councilman (for calling everyone anti-Muslim bigots or white supremacists). Lock ’em up.

          In the words of ex-Muslim Pastor Shahram Haiden “When the fact is you have a girl who is brutally abused by these migrants who come from a Third World country and are treating non-Muslims in this way,” he said. “They would have never done this to another Muslim. Who’s the real victim here? Why aren’t you upset about her? It’s just egregious that they’re trying to give moral equivalency here by saying this story was partially wrong and therefore it’s all wrong.” (that means you and your endless “no knife, no Syrians, no rape” mantra).

        • None of those are threats, you ignoramus. You know what *is* a threat? Saying that people will be prosecuted if they say something the prosecutors don’t like.

        • No saying they will be prosecuted i their threats meet the standard of criminality

        • Like I said, you ignoramus, none of the posts you copy/pasted were threats. You know what *is* a threat? Saying that people will be prosecuted if they say something the prosecutors don’t like.

        • Robert,

          There are a lot of people who are very frustrated by this, because it is such an obvious result of importing Mohammdeans into our communities.

          In spite of warnings, and protests by the people in Twin Falls, this influx happened anyhow, against this communities will, and now their children are paying the foreseen price.

          People in Twin Falls are upset, and people here on Jihadwatch are upset too. As you can see people are venting their frustration, and that is all. Making threats, or suggesting violence is irresponsible, but until someone starts to act on it, it’s just speech.

          That said, it is irresponsible in the extreme to bring Muslim communities into our cities in the volume which is happening at this time.

          You can expect chaos, their is no other historical precedent.

        • “No saying they will be prosecuted i their threats meet the standard of criminality”
          are you drunk, galluzzo?

        • If these threats have been made directly to individuals by email, letters or phone calls they are actionable.

      • “robert”, by definition a “lynching” is to kill someone especially by hanging, so you’ve exaggerated what only 2 people have written. The only thing you’ve *proven* without question is that one person advocated for castration–one person. As far as your allegation of “rioting” I see that only two people seem to suggest this course of action.

        In your above comment you grossly exaggerated your claim, but at least you provided *one* solid piece of proof–big whoop. As to your other ‘proof’ you are reading somewhat between the lines, so I’m throwing out your other pieces of ‘evidence’ forthwith since they are NOT solid proof–only conjecture on your part.

        Hey and you’re a lousy lawyer, so why dontcha get lost!

      • And then “robert galluzzo” lied about me, and said I was urging lynching–when I have *never* advocated violence. He has been smearing Jihad Watchers and spewing apologia for Muslim violence since he showed up here.

          where is there an actionable threat anywhere in these remarks?
          nowhere. even “castrate” is preceded by the word “prosecute”.

          the real threats are the threats being made against free speech by prosecutors more concerned with an “anti-Muslim witch hunt”
          than bringing about justice for this little girl and her family, or protecting Americans from further assaults by these most undesirable migrants.

        • Prosecute…. castrate is obviously a recommendation castration become a penalty of the State and be carried out by the State.
          That is their opinion and they have a right to their opinion, except in the mind of galluzzo, esq. Pitchforks & torches, as he suggests, comparing it a Frankenstein movie, is a fanciful image whose meaning is in the mind of the beholder. Someone saying keep your guns or speculating what they would do if it were their child, are not actionable threats either. This is however an assault on free speech from an “anti-Muslim witch hunt” troll.

          Was he suggesting the NSA would go after JW posters? Delirium, if so. About as likely as galluzzo being prosecuted as a public nuisance.

        • “robert galluzzo” claims to have been a lawyer, yet when “proving” that I have advocated violence he offered comments from entirely unrelated posters. If he was indeed an attorney, he must have been an extremely poor one.

          As such, it should come as no surprise that he is flogging the claim here that Anti-Jihadists are threatening government officials, though he has absolutely no evidence that they have done so.

        • Except that the States, Attorney, the Sheriff, the Police Chief, members of the City Council and the US Attorney are on the record stating
          that said threatening communications have been received.

        • Thank you, Mark.

          As Angemon notes, none of these are actual threats, in any case.

We need to stop importing these monsters.

      Muslims are so far down the evolutionary chain, they are below all other bipeds in intelligence and morals. If she doesn’t like that comment, too bad.

        • The Idaho Statesman article you cited originally said “U.S. Attorney for Idaho Wendy Olson says her office is prepared to move against anyone who threatens, harasses people or obstructs law enforcement officers.” That is much more comprehensive than threatening govt officials with violence.
          What the hell constitutes harassing people in the mind of Wendy Olson? Anything anti-Muslim?

        • It is a crime to threaten govt officials with violence and apparently govt officials have been threatened with violence. Read the pertinent
          statutes as to what constitutes “threatening”, “harassing” “violence” and “obstructs”.

        • She said “harassing people” not harassing law enforcement officers. Since there is an “anti-Muslim witch hunt” in her mind why wouldn’t that mean harassing Muslim people or any other people I might imagine she means by people?

        • The States Attorney, the Sheriff and the police chief have all reported threatening communications from
          anti-muslim refugee activists. You will get to see those communications at the trials.

      • Yes, for the children it is usually a juvenile court case (though I have heard of juveniles tried as an adult), but if there is proof that the father of one or two of the children “cheered” for what they did or encouraged them, then I think he needs to be on trial, as well, in an adult court. The prosecutor needs to get to tne bottom of what was behind this horrific incident including pissing on the little girl. Most posters here believe, with good cause, that is not likely to happen under the current administration and his politival minions.

      • You have a 14-year old who the eyewitness said was giving instructions, directions. The leader. That makes him just as guilty of assault as the younger ones. Possibly he did more than that, we just don’t know now do we, genius? A teenager, not a child, he may even be charged as an adult.

        We do know from the eyewitness that the hospital confirmed the girl was “raped.” So this is a little more than, what did you say elsewhere? just boys peeing on her clothes…. the actions of the adult Muslim parents are still another unanswered question.

        • Evidence? You’ve seen all the evidence? You’ve heard all the testimony? I didn’t think so.
          also, if the 14 year old is tried as an adult, does that make an adult involved on a “level”?

      • Their ages say they are children, but their actions indicate they are not human children. They were taught that this is OK by their parents and our country needs to be rid of these barbarian monsters.

          Not your ordinary Baptist church now is it? How many Baptist churches teach Black Liberation theology and have more in common with the Nation of Islam and good buddy Louis Farrakhan than say, Billy Graham? Or teach about Zionist-conspiracies and published a Hamas manifesto in their church program?

          What church does Obama attend every Sunday now?

          Even if one were to assume that Obama did indeed convert to Christianity, he is not a Baptist. Wright’s church was United Church of Christ. The Obama family has occasionally attended a Southern Baptist church in Washington, but he has never formally joined. Attending Wright’s church would not make him Baptist.

      • Obama is not a Baptist, you tool. Reverend Wright is a minister of the vile UCC, the United Church of Christ. You are quite tiresome, I must say.

        • Obama was a member of Wright’s church for over 20 years and was married in his church. For those 20+ years he certainly wasn’t a
          Muslim. Ya Think?

        • Since he was a member of a Christian church he probably wasn’t a Muslim during those 20 + years.

        • Did she call him a Muslim or are you playing fast and loose again with assumptions?
          Whatever Obama is, Wright’s church had Muslims welcome to attend and not required to leave Islam to be members of his congregation.
          So again, you make an assumption not based on the facts.

          Did you want to comment on Wright’s church and its Black Liberation theology, antisemitism, promotion of Islamic jihadists, during those 20 years?
          Is that standard teaching generally in American Baptists churches? What church does Obama attend every Sunday? Any church?

        • He attends different churches on different Sundays but not on a regular basis because he feels that his presence
          and that of his security detail tend to disrupt the services.

        • Well, that’s one explanation though most Presidents somehow manage to go to church, who want to. I haven’t “googled it” but as I recall he
          attends less than a handful of times a year, not “on different Sundays.” Someone who knows him better than you, his minister for 20 years,
          has a different explanation. Rev. Wright is quoted by author Edward Klein saying:

          “and even after Barack and Michelle came to the church, their kids weren’t raised in the church like you raise other kids in Sunday school. No. Church is not their thing. Michelle was not the kind of black woman whose momma made her go to church, made her go to Sunday school.”

          Wright proceeded to tell Klein that Trinity was an integral part of Barack Obama’s politics, because he “needed that black base.”
          In other words his motives were perhaps less than spiritual. Even cynical! But then he knows him, I don’t.

        • Point being he didn’t leave Wright’s church over anything said during those 20 years that might have offended him, he only left
          when it became a controversy (aka public knowledge what was being preached there). wikipedia, is that used in court?

        • Who knows if it used in court……………………and who cares. I was probably already retired before it showed up on the scene.

        • I was mocking your use of wikipedia as a source. I shouldn’t have to explain that.

  21. A five year old girl is abused and these types are concerned about the abusers? A five year old little girl just wanting to live life in her country of origin, wow, just wow. Run these types (bureaucratic monsters) out of your town before more young Americans suffer a similar fate. This is a grave threat to the surrounding community, a clear and present danger.

  22. This is the *new* way…an old way, to get things their way. Like the bully on the play ground, or the abusive husband to his battered wife…a punch to the face, esp the mouth, to stop the truth from being spoken.

    God, the True One, our Creator, gave us a mouth that allows eating, but also speaking. A tongue, vocal chords, etc. and a brain that can think of words to say. He meant for us to use it to tell the truth, to inform, to communicate. He is the One Who gave us the freedom to speak.

    The devil and his agents…many of them human…seek to keep the truth from being spoken. This agent in human form is threatening with legal action…she doesn’t really have the legal authority…because they don’t want the truth to get out.
    And the truth is: moslims are taught by their evil, unholy book to rape little girls. They are told over and over that it is not only acceptable, but the thing they must do, and hence, they are a gang of rapists of children.
    the word…pedophile…does not fit, as these people do not *love* children. They don’t know the meaning of the word love.
    These boys from the very early ages, have learned that little girls are fair game. The 14 year old is old enough to know better and to be labeled a predator. moslims feel entitled and this influx is only encouraging them to act as they are taught is their *right*.

    The truth cat be hidden temporarily. It will not remain hidden. Jesus assured us that “nothing remains secret” but “everything is revealed.”

    This prosecutor has not the legal authority to arrest and charge people for speaking the truth. They may do it, but if enough people tell the truth, they will not be able to stop it through arrests.

    Little Opie stood up to the bully. The bully punched in the eye. Little Opie kept his milk money and was proud of his *shiner.*
    An honest person who loves the truth, feels better for having defended it by speaking it.

    • The US Attorney doesn’t arrest anyone! The police arrest, the US attorney tries them. the jury convicts them.

      • Ridiculous comment. Kinda like saying the criminal doesn’t kill, the gun does. You must be a Leftist.

      • State and federal and county attorneys carry and they also have detectives who work directly for them. They can make arrests. And state and fed and county attorneys can get arrest warrants issued, whereas, the police request warrants be issued. Cops make arrests only with warrants or when they see the crime committed.

        Go learn what the word “truth” means, and then come back if you choose to eat the incorrect words you have spewed here.
        It seems *robert* the *attorney* and *73* year old, that this is the only threads you visit….ones about this poor little girl and what the moslim terrorists did to her.

        Are you, perhaps the janitor at the college that is being paid to support the influx of *migrants* into that little town?
        Or, are you making a quick dollar defending them against threats they make to the local citizens when they see women without the black garbage bags and scarves?

        You have an agenda and it isn’t to speak the truth.

        BTW, this is my one and only comment to you. You are a waster of time and energy as opposed to people who wish for this little girl to have justice from her moslim rapists.

        • You and others like you will discover who has the authority to indict, arrest and try for Federal and State crimes of
          threatening city, state and Federal officials.

        • This is an example of judicial Jihad, using and twisting our laws to destroy us in a time of war.

        • No Twisting of laws. Those laws are on the books for only that reason. To punish those who would threaten city,
          state and US officials when you are attempting to keep them from performing their duties.

        • “robert galluzzo” continues to claim that somehistory and others posters are threatening city, state, and federal officials, but there is no indication that he has done so.

      • So you believe that every person arrested at the behest of the AG and arrested by the police should be convicted. You are showing your true colors. Not everyone arrested is guilty and not everyone arrested is convicted. Seems you don’t believe in “Innocent until proven guilty.

        I do not believe it is the duty of anyone in government to protect Muslims who commit atrocities against non-Muslims, or anyone else for that matter. Unfortunately, many leftists have completely discarded the Constitution.

You should stop this development in november if you want to Keep your country. Today you still have the choice – tomorrow you won´t.

    • Yes–I grew up in a low-life family and a rough neighborhood, and I’ve always found the idea that violence is a “cry for help” to be ludicrous.

  26. Olson is the very kind of elitist bully that those in the West have gotten so sick of, which helps explain the rise of Trump and the Brexit vote this past Thursday. Much more rebellion to follow. Good.

    • How did that work out for the Bundy’s. They are awaiting trial, I believe.

      • Armed resistance against federal agents is NOT what I was addressing in my post. This is what the Bundy case is about but simply exercising one’s First Amendment rights by the use of free speech and initiative is an entirely different matter. The two examples I gave (the rise of Trump and the Brexit vote) stand in stark contrast from the Bundy situation.

      • The idea that supporting Trump or voting to exit the UK in Britain is tantamount to an armed standoff with law enforcement is grotesque–and shows “robert galluzzo’s” utter contempt for any one exercising freedom of opinion.

  27. With Islam most people don’t see it coming – but they always get the blame!

    I was surprised with the Orlando shooting – Obama did not try to completely ignore the whole thing and then follow this up with a letter to the shooter’s mosque about Islamophobia.

    This case is similar – it’s more about the Muslim community and much, much less about the victim.

    :

    When migrant children attack other children

    It is exactly what is happening in places like Sweden and Germany – to speed up integration – migrant boys are being placed in local schools and they are sexually harassing little girls. There is one case in Sweden that was making the rounds – and I went to the local paper and translated it from Swedish – where a migrant boy [named Ali] – who did not speak Swedish – raped a 10 year old girl on the playground – dragged her into the bushes. But the fact is that these migrants were pestering the girls for some time – and it all broke down between the school headmistress and the small community – because even after the reported rape she would take no action to protect the children at the school. And is reported to have said ‘boys will be boys’ and called the parents ‘racists’. Under pressure she finally moved the boy to another school – without telling the other school what he had done. It was in a series of articles – that the local school authority were shocked that the headmistress did not inform them of the incident – and the last report [I saw] – was that the school was temporarily shut because all the windows had been smashed…

    They are coming out of the Islamic world like wild people – because the women are so controlled in the Islamic world – any woman outside of the corral – essentially is fair game.

    Norway is taking a proactive stance:

    ::

    Truthfully, if you know these new migrants have come to your area and have been placed in the local school – you really have got to be paying attention! Complaints need to be taken seriously and shared with other parents. Because these guys will put Islam and Muslims over the protection of your kids!

    • It is so ridiculous to have to take seriously a people who force their women to walk around in black bags. Yet, they would kill us and some of our own would advise us to not fight back. To bend down and expose our necks. I won’t do that. They may kill me, but they will never subdue me.

    • Not only un Germany and Sweden, migrants sex assault or assauts on welcoming nations happened in Nova Scotia in Canada. See it on REBEL MEDIA.

    • I think the only reason Obama did not ignore Orlando is because he believed he could use it to disarm Americans.

        • Sorry we are fighting an existential threat and you are the ilk that enable it to grow and prosper among us.

        • Since when do judges threaten outside their courtroom, RG? Do you consider that speaking truth to power?

        • I am all for letting the law take its course, if the enforcement which would be neutral and not protect Muslims from the consequences of breaking our laws. It is the legal authorities which will not let the law take its course and try to make us not even speak of it.

        • RG, You are right. Olson is not a judge, shr is a Federal prosecutor.

          “Are you saying you never played “doctor” when you were a kid? Unlikely!”

          “Young children do experiment with sex (90+%). The Muslim kids are just kids, not jihadists!”

    LEFTISTS ARE SUFFERING FROM SPEECHOPHOBIA.

  33. Muhammad allows his soldiers to rape captive women

    From Sahih Muslim, a canonical hadith collection:

    Book 008, Number 3371:

    Abu Sirma said to Abu Sa’id al Khadri (Allah he pleased with him): 0 Abu Sa’id, did you hear Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) mentioning al-‘azl? He said: Yes, and added: We went out with Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) on the expedition to the Bi’l-Mustaliq and took captive some excellent Arab women; and we desired them, for we were suffering from the absence of our wives, (but at the same time) we also desired ransom for them. So we decided to have sexual intercourse with them but by observing ‘azl (Withdrawing the male sexual organ before emission of semen to avoid-conception). But we said: We are doing an act whereas Allah’s Messenger is amongst us; why not ask him? So we asked Allah’s Messenger [Muhammad] (may peace be upon him), and he said: It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born.

    Notice that Muhammad did not say, “do not force yourselves on your captive women.” He merely says it does not matter if his soldiers withdraw before ejaculation, because souls destined by Allah to be born will be born regardless.

  34. “There are many currents that seek to divide communities. Instead, we have to come together.” This is yet another person in deep psychosis, unable to accept reality, and the reality is that muslims have no intention of coming together with anyone else but muslims and even then only if said muslims share their particular view of Islam.

    I’ve said it before and i’ll say it again; those at power will not wake up until their own ass is in the fire and because they’re well protected it is highly probable that by the time their ass is in the fire there’s going to be total chaos.

    “Kind-hearted people might of course think there was some ingenious way to disarm or defeat an enemy without too much bloodshed,
    and might imagine this is the true goal of the art of war. Pleasant as it sounds, it is a fallacy that must be exposed: war is such a dangerous
    business that the mistakes which come from kindness are the very worst.” -Carl von Clausewitz, On War (Oxford 2007) chapter 1, section 3, paragraph 1

    “War is thus an act of force to compel our enemy to do our will.” -Carl von Clausewitz, On War (Oxford 2007) chapter 1, section 2, paragraph 2

    And in relation to the second quote, that is exactly what muslims are doing in their efforts of Jihad. This does not always mean conventional weapons, they use every tool of our society against us, one of which is legal warfare aka lawfare. Example: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/jun/23/muslim-women-kicked-out-urth-cafe-countersuit

    • Or you might get arrested. We no longer have the right to express our opinions at all, much less peeing on the Muslim in charge.

  35. People there is enough hate in this world. IN this particular case you will have to let justice or lack there off take it’s course and then make a final determination based of all the facts ………………Side bar kid gets arrested in California for bringing a clock to school…………and it makes news all over the country why did this case not get that attention ………….oh yea there Muslims .

    • Well,it wasn’t California, it was Texas. And it wasn’t just “A clock.” It was a vintage Radio Shack alarm clock which Clock boy had removed from it’s original case and put in a pencil box which resembled an attache case with wires sticking out. Then he plugged into the wall in English class and made the alarm go off. That alarmed the teacher, rightly so, and she took the action which we are advised to do, “See something, say something.” She is being sued along with the police for a total of $15,000,000. The advisory should be, “If you see something, keep your mouth shut or you might bring the wrath of the Feds down on you.”

      • The Feds aren’t suing her, the kids family are suing the school, the cops the teachers, everyone.

      • And I hope the school’s insurer (which will be the decision maker as to whether to settle this claim) lets this case go to trial. I suspect that “Clock Boy” is unlikely to get much sympathy from a Texas jury for bringing a fake bomb to school. This whole thing smacked of “set up” from the word go.

      • My point was where is the Media uproar in this case not the , fact it was in Texas , Alaska , Hawaii , etc. comments start wandering about suing , clock boy , stay on point its about the kids in IDAHO .Its like half the commenters on this site have ADD………..stay focused to the headline .

  36. The Media does not seem to have a problem sacrificing the 2nd Amendment….wonder if they will now have a problem with losing the 1st Amendment?

    • Harassing govt officials and threatening their health is not protected speech under the 1st Amendment!

      • When this government enforces only the laws they choose to enforce, one can understand why “of the people” are skeptical that this girl will get justice, especially since this administration does not recognize Islamic terrorism, and spews half-truths and lies about the history of Islam in the USA. Not to mention other tactics the Obama administration uses from the Alinsky philosophy to achieve political goals.

  37. Anybody remember the gang-rape accusation at University of Virginia in 2014, which ultimately turned out to be a hoax?

    Or when “mattress girl” made her baseless rape allegation at Columbia University?

    Or other baseless rape claims on campus – fomented by Obama’s Dept. of Education and Democrat Senators?

    I don’t recall an Obama appointee or any state attorney general EVER publicly condemning bias or promoting due process. In fact, in April 2011, the US Dept. of Education issued guidelines to universities that diminish due process in sexual assault adjudications: preponderance of evidence, no cross-examination, and double-jeopardy.

    I guess that Muslim refugees get better justice than American male college students.

  38. Cannot help but wonder if the “community” is gonna bow down or cave in. I ask;What are the people of Idaho made of?? ( I do hope that they stand up!!)

  39. A tiny girl was terribly traumatized, regardless of the details. She will be healing for her lifetime. Let us hope for just prosecution and for safety of the witness.

  40. Charia law is as processus. It start slowly and one day you can’t get out of it . Like a caught lobster. Now , with Obama’s administration we are at the step : don’t say this , don’t say that anymore. Mateen din’t obey to Allah but to God , not even god, Allahu Akbar becomes « words in arabic » and now prosecutor threatens community . I forget , before , there was terrorists and not islamists terrorists, and law in army where non one can say a bad word about Islam , muslims, Coran or Allah .

    America , you have one foot in Charia law.

  41. Blaming or ignoring the victim, excusing and protecting the perpetrator; this moral reprobate of a prosecutor is eminently qualified in this Obaminable era.

    Surprising that she didn’t come straight out with it and refer to this pitiful 5 year old child, raped, abused, humiliated, tormented, terrified and now emotionally scarred for the rest of her life by the more proper islamic phrase “possession of the right hand”. This the term this disgusting excuse for a religion uses to help justify islamic sexual slavery (refer Q verses 33:50; 23:5-6; 4:24; 8:69 and umpteen related Hadith; Mad Mo was BIG on both sex AND slavery). Every muslim must condone these crimes, and do so openly and unapologetically once you non-muslim Kuffar have been “subdued”. It’s their religion.

    Is it only legitimate in cases of “prisoners of war”? Well, it’s all a war, a total war upon what islam designates as “unbelief”, mandated by a fictitious “God” nicknamed allah, along with 99 other sundry pseudonyms, waged using every stratagem of war by it’s subservient muslim slaves whenever they think they can get away with it, for going on 1400 years since islam’s inception, with no specified lower age limit either for the muslim perpetrator or their victim. Best get everyone started as young as possible.

    Perhaps one of our valued muslim commenters and experts in counter-radicalisation can prove this reasoning flawed. Perhaps they can proffer some slimy Taquiya, by way of counter argument, in reference to a weak or ambiguous Hadith, the terms & conditions of some putrid “Pact”, a bizarre bit of fiqh, fabricated fatwa, tortuous tasfir, even some obtuse, repugnant verse from the Glorious KKKoran itself.

    Islam is grotesque. Ditto Hillary Hamas Clinton.

    • We here know Islam and its intent for power makes it an insurgency prepared under the guise of religion for theocratic rule—
      we realize that subversive exploit of all manner is being unleashed through our free society.

      The Islamist movement has it’s star leadership—we all know it by its name—so surprising, ok.

      The Muslim Brotherhood, founded in 1928 in Egypt, an organization that established Islamism as a mass movement. It was,
      and remains to this day the ideological heart of all the later Islamist groups.

      Firstly, focus – for now –to come to terms with a political left which has totally lost its moral compass and political bearings.
      Islam has embedded the strategic effort of divide and conquer , and with a working goal, that seeks to meld with certain movements,
      and beyond that, exchange Islam, in the place of the former radical left’s territory.

      Islamist such as the Muslim Brotherhood, Hammas, Hezbollah and the Iranian regime do not hide their goal—
      the re-constituting of democratic societies and their replacement by a sharia-based dictatorial rule.

      In the mind of Islamist, the Democracy way of life, constitutes, rebellion against obedience to Islam, It has to be changed.
      Total obedience must be to the orders and prohibitions of Islam’s Law. The Islamist belief is that allowing people political
      and personal freedom amounts to heresy.

      It is astonishingly so troublesome, that, the political left has enabled Islamism, it is so disturbing how they have
      fell in with such fellowship—but they have—no news there—yet.

      With the left resisting anything conservative, it will not recognize Islamist hating constitutional freedom
      as wrong—not yet.

      Multiculturalism has been the Ideal for so long, that any criticism of any group, is not acceptable unless
      it is the group (s) that the “In People” say is ok to criticize. If this is allowed to continue we will not be able
      to share any honest, open and diverse opinions of our own—we may even accept a warped collective mindset.

      Islam’s threat to our personal freedom is not a point of discussion in academia nor any public forum of any kind—
      this is a strong political fail-safe for Islamist to enjoy—for now—it is changing.

      There is no other active anti-Democracy movement like Islamism.

      You can not be for Islamism, and against Fascism.

      Islamism is about Islam—but does not have the wherewithal for free people.

      This Islamist pushiness will now pay dividends—but not for the Muslims—a resurgence of Christianity,
      will stifle this Islamic 15 minutes of fame it is now enjoying—you see Christians have been learning by example—
      they will be assertive and dominant and politically backed—by very rich and powerful nations—
      they will gain powerful political and religious leadership—and have strong laws supporting it all—
      it may not be what all of us hope for—but it is happening, as I write this.

      In Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Denmark, Austria, and Sweden, and elsewhere, the popularity of populist, anti-EU,
      anti-migrant so called right-wing parties is on the rise…Many fear the eventual failure of the lethargic , integrated, globalized,
      supranational state that is the present EU, and the rise of Nationalist Regimes which could form their own Alliance, and many
      others seem to welcome this change now. The Eastern European Nations can join. A European Union that is vastly different
      from the present is very possible.

    • Thanks for these links, Kay.

      People in our nation are needing to follow this case (sexual assault on 5 year old in Idaho) closely, because “foot-dragging” and “stonewalling” are tools of the Obama Administration, whose tentacles reach to the local level through a vast, established network that will continue even after Obama leaves.

      This has sparked such concern nationwide (including the unusually high over 300 comments here at JW; even has drawn trolls here like “robert galluzo”) not only for justice, but for many other reasons including the secrecy and lack of trust for this administration in regard to: Muslim immigration, truth and justice, local meddling, and concern that this could be “coming to a town near you” and you won’t even know it until it is a done deal.

      The juvenile case is “sealed”, but the father who allegedly “high-fived” the boys needs to be investigated, and officials need to assure the public that this is being investigated. If these local officials would have been understanding of and assured concerned, and rightly upset, local citizens that they were doing all they could, and using all the power of the law to prosecute this case to insure justice is done for this 5 year old, her family, and the community, there may not have been such a backlash. Instead, citizens were given threats and lectures and a federal prosecutor commenting – the message to go away, to sit down and shut up; but, ironically, for Mr. Obama and Mr. Mayor, for many of us, that’s not who we are as Americans.

      This is a true case for “no justice, no peace”.

    • Thank you for the grim updates, Keys.

      And while this story and the first one on the case are each up over 300 comments, the second one–where it was revealed that the little victim was just five years old–is up *over 700 comments*. This is by far the most commented on story I have seen in over ten years here at Jihad Watch.

  42. You know how robert galluzzo has gone on at length on the various threads about this story, saying that Syrian migrants could *never* be a problem molesting Infidel girls, because of the (supposedly) vigorous vetting process they go through?

    Well, it only took a few days to give the lie to *that* assertion:

    “Massachusetts: Muslim migrant held in sexual assault of 13-year-old girl at pool”

    https://www.jihadwatch.org/2016/07/massachusetts-muslim-migrant-held-in-sexual-assault-of-13-year-old-girl-at-pool/comment-page-1#comment-1477398

    Yes, the perp is from Syria.

    • I said they were carefully vetted for terrorism, not sexual proclivity.or behavior. A 2 year vetting process!

      • Mr. Galluzzo, I’d beg some information and answers, especially since I’m a former US consular officer who did a bit of anti-fraud work and kept a few persons with meaningful membership in totalitarian parties out of the US (that was the law back when I served).

        1. Will any of these people tell us, “Yes, I am a terrorist who honors the memory of Sheikh Osama” or “Yes, I’ve trafficked in kidnapped Christian and Yazidi women”?

        2. Will the government of Assad’s Syria cooperate in giving us information on any of these people? Will the info be trustworthy?

        3. How good is our HUMINT in the ISIL camp? Back when I was in the Foreign Service, American HUMINT capabilities were a standing joke among both our allies and our adversaries. It’s only in the movies that the CIA knows everything.

        4. How much dependable information do we have that will tell us if if Yussef al-Blow has ever participated in a terrorist organization?

        5. Would, say, Syrian universities and schools give us lists of who has and who has not participated in Ikhwan-related organizations? Can even they compile such lists on an underground organization?

        6. How many people do we actually have doing the vetting? What is their training? How were they selected? What are their language qualifications? What sort of clearances do they hold?

        7. How much information will allied governments like Turkey, Iraq, or Jordan share? How much is trustworthy?

        8. Does US immigration law still exclude persons guilty of crimes of moral turpitude?

        BTW, contact me if you need people with Chinese language skills (spoken and written)–although from my own experience in China in 1992-94, I’ll note that a lot of Uighurs have poorer Chinese as a Second Language skills than mine (their own language is morel like Turkish than it is like Chinese). I’m serious, and will be back at this page. I also understand as well that we can’t always win.

        • Boy did you dial a wrong number….besides I’m sure Galluzzo would find the 13 year old was somehow being provocative or will otherwise
          find a way to blame “anti-refugee anti-Muslim witch hunting” for the story. But it’s interesting he doesn’t find sexual assault or moral turpitude
          behavior worthy of screening migrants for, apparently having a very limited understanding of all the ways Muslims terrorize non-Muslims. As for vetting killers, Galluzzo never responds to the real failures we have already witnessed, such as the San Bernardino jihadist who passed five security clearances from five different agencies before being let into this country to murder us.

          8 very intelligent questions Mr. Galluzzo will never be able to intelligently answer.

        • The San Bernadino Terrorists weren’t SYRIANS and didn’t participate in the Syrian refugee vetting process.

          The Orlando shooter wasn’t a SYRIAN and didn’t participate in the Syrian refugee vetting process.

          Of the 859,629 refugees admitted from 2001 onwards, only three have been convicted of planning terrorist attacks on targets outside of the United States, and none was successfully carried out. That is one terrorism-planning conviction for every 286,543 refugees that have been admitted. To put that in perspective, about 1 in every 22,541 Americans committed murder in 2014. The terrorist threat from Syrian refugees in the United States is hyperbolically over-exaggerated and we have very little to fear from them because the refugee vetting system is so thorough.

          http://www.cato.org/blog/syrian-refugees-dont-pose-serious-security-threat

          Before refugees face U.S. screening, they must get a referral from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (or occasionally a U.S. embassy or another NGO). The UN refers about 1 percent of refugees for resettlement through its own vetting process, which takes four to 10 months. During that process, UN officials decide if people actually qualify as refugees, if they require resettlement, and which country would accept them.

          Once the cases are passed along to the United States, the refugees undergo security clearances. Their names, biographical information and fingerprints are run through federal terrorism and criminal databases. Meanwhile, the refugees are interviewed by Department of Homeland Security officials. If approved, they then undergo a medical screening, a match with sponsor agencies, “cultural orientation” classes and one final security clearance.

          Syrian refugees in particular must clear one additional hurdle. Their documents are placed under extra scrutiny and cross-referenced with classified and unclassified information.

          The process typically takes one to two years or longer and happens before a refugee ever gets onto American soil.

        • As expected you couldn’t answer one of his questions and didn’t bother trying. Your response was a joke. Did you Google it?

        • Not one of the 12 “terrorists” cited in the article was a SYRIAN refugee who was vetted through the Syrian refugee program. EPIC FAIL!!

        • Bobby Gall posted:

          Not one of the 12 “terrorists” cited in the article was a SYRIAN refugee who was vetted through the Syrian refugee program.

          Ah, the good, old “No True Scotsman” fallacy – and with exactly zero evidence to prove that those Syrian terrorist wannabes were not vetted through the Syrian refugee program. Stay classy 🙂

        • Bobby Gall posted:

          And no proof that they WERE!!

          Absence of proof is not the proof of absence. You made a claim – back it or retract it.

        • P.S., you functional illiterate – read the title of the article. “12 vetted Syrian refugees”.

        • What’s funny is you act like the Syrian vetting system is BETTER than the one that let the San Bernardino killer in. Don’t take my word for it, how does the head of the FBI sound?

          10/22/15– FBI Director James Comey testifies before Congress. The FBI has warned Congress that admitting people displaced by the Syrian civil war into the U.S. is a highly dubious venture, fraught with risks that terrorist fighters could slip in posing as “refugees.” Speaking before the House Homeland Security Committee, Comey said it was not possible for the U.S. to properly vet the Syrian refugees because there are no data points that would show the past activity of the vast majority of Syrians.

          On Feb. 11, the House Homeland Security Committee heard from FBI counter-terrorism expert Michael Steinbach, and he told the committee the same thing that Comey said Wednesday: The FBI has no reliable data with which to screen the Syrians. Steinbach said the U.S. has no “boots on the ground,” as it did in Iraq, and that Syria is a “failed state” with no intelligence records or law-enforcement records to share with the United States.

          An Oct. 1 hearing by Sen. Jeff Sessions’ immigration committee that more than 90 percent of Syrians who apply to enter the U.S. as refugees get approved despite little or no data existing on their backgrounds.

          Testifying was Matthew Emrich, associate director for Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services within the Department of Homeland Security.

          Sessions, R-Ala., asked if Emrich’s department had access to even a single database in Syria that could provide solid background records on refugees in order to confirm a refugee is who he says he is.

          “Can you name a single computer database outside of maybe some of our own very small but valuable intelligence databases for Syria that you can check against? Does Syria have any?” Sessions asked.

          “The government does not, no sir,” Emrich answered.

          Sessions pointed out from various press reports that Syrian passports can be purchased on the black market for as little as $200, and nearly half of the refugees pouring into Europe are actually from Pakistan, Afghanistan, North Africa and other hotbeds of Islamic terrorism.

          (He said) there were six Somali men from Minnesota charged with providing material support to overseas terrorists, an Uzbek Muslim refugee in Idaho who was convicted in August of making bombs and recruiting other Muslims to attack U.S. military installations, seven others in Minnesota charged with trying to join ISIS, and dozens of others caught trying to join al-Shabab, an affiliate of al-Qaida in Somalia.

          Sessions asked, “Can any of you tell me of the number of persons granted refugee status since 2001 who have been affiliated with terrorist activity?”

          Among those who sat mum was Robert Carey, director of the Office of Refugee Resettlement, which operates within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

          Sessions’ subcommittee established a list of 72 men arrested between July 2014 and July 30, 2015, who were charged with terrorist activity and appear to be immigrants from Muslim nations.

          http://www.wnd.com/2015/10/fbi-no-way-to-screen-refugees-coming-to-u-s/#!
          (don’t worry all this testimony is on video from other sources should you want to track it down)

          Who is going to screen Syrians, those that are real Syrians, when the only reliable source is Syrian intelligence and the govt. of Assad, Assad who would have no reason to mind terrorists slipping into the USA? How many is ok? One? Ten? 100?

          Did you see what happened in Paris with terrorists getting in as refugees? Have you heard how many thousands ISIS has claimed to have infiltrated? Do you know there are dozens (and dozens) of groups in Syria just as bad as ISIS, only you probably don’t even know their names? Who is going to vet them? Do you think any refugee will put down that they belong to one of these groups? Of course not. There IS NO reliable data base in Syria, let alone at the FBI. Haven’t you heard fake passports and fake IDs are the name of the game? We can’t even track known bad guys, let alone discover the new ones. Terrorists get by security just because their confusing names are misspelled.

          That’s the reality on the ground. People can see what has happened in Europe, not only with killings but with the behaviors that come with mass migration of these Muslims. The behavior of barbarians within their gates and an alien enemy within, not grateful guests. Americans don’t want it here. They are right, you are wrong.

          Jihad groups in Syria who are not ISIS:
          Nusra Front terrorist, Khorasan Group terrorist, Jaish al-Muhajireen wal-Ansar terrorist, Jabhat Ansar al-Din terrorist, Harakat Fajr ash-Sham al-Islamiya terrorist, Harakat Sham al-Islam terrorist, Ghuraba al-Sham terrorist, Fatah al-Islam terrorist, Muhajirin wa-Ansar Alliance terrorist, Jund al-Aqsa terrorist, Liwaa al-Umma terrorist, Liwa al-Haqq terrorist, Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan terrorist, Turkistan Islamic Party terrorist, Islamic Muthanna Movement terrorist or Imam Bukhari Jamaat terrorist.

          “Good guys” fighting Assad (according to any would-be vetting) who are also terrorists:
          Southern Front, Jaysh al-Janoob, Knights of Justice Brigade, Thuwar al-Sham Battalions, Homs Liberation Movement, Jaysh al-Nasr, 101st Division, 13th Division, 16th Division, 46th Division, 1st Infantry Brigade, 1st Coastal Division, al-Rahman Legion, Islamic Front, Ahrar ash-Sham, Jaysh al-Islam, Al-Tawhid Brigade, Al-Fawj al-Awal, Northern Storm Brigade, Ansar al-Sham Army of Mujahedeen, Jaish al-Sham, Development Front, Jaysh Usud al-Sharqiya, New Syrian Army, Harakat Nour al-Din al-Zenki, Fastaqim Kama Umirt, Ajnad al-Sham Islamic Union, Sham Legion and Jabhat Ansar al-Islam.

          You haven’t a chance in hell of vetting these terrorists.

        • @Kepha
          Finally, someone who talks some sense. In addition, terrorists with connections will be able to get the best-forged documents testifying to their unrighteousness. Furthermore, all over the world government organisations are particularly inept. They do things which make people laugh, much like the stories of stupid criminals. So, if this or that government organisation allowed well-known terrorists into any country, that’s what they do. It’s not a sign of malice or official policy.

        • “robert galluzzo’s” claim that the vetting process for Syrian “refugees” is magically better than that of all other vetting processes is just bizarre. But let’s suppose, for the sake of argument, that this is true.

          Where does that leave us? With a system that happily lets in the Tsarnaev brothers, the perpetrators of the San Bernardino massacre, and the pedophiles in the story above.

        • Galluzzo’s proof of reliable vetting is to list a bunch of agencies and how many months they take to shuffle papers around (probably blank papers if they concern Syria). Syria is a non-functioning state and a terror-ridden state. Taking in Muslim migrants from terror-ridden states puts our citizens at great and unacceptable risk (putting aside the risks of taking in Muslims at all). The UNHRC is known to be corrupt (refugee cards for sale) and inefficient. Their refugee camps are almost entirely Muslim, one reason is Christians are physically driven out.

          We have examples of Iraqis and Afghans and others using fake Syrian passports, passports so good they even fool Syrians. We also have already, many deadly failures of our system, from WTC1 and 9/11 to the Tsarvaevs to San Bernardino. You don’t let in migrants from terror-ridden states if you don’t want Jihad in your towns & cities. We have already seen ISIS successfully recruit thousands of Western Muslims to join them. We have already seen ISIS successfully embed terrorists among migrants. The Caliph and Caliphate have also, unambiguously, called upon Muslims in our countries to kill us as a sacred duty, by any means possible, even in our beds. It makes no sense to flood our countries with potential recruits (even if the migrant is not, there is no guarantee their children won’t be, given the immutable teachings of Islam).

          Another point, the only genuine refugees fleeing religious persecution are the Christians and Yazidis, the ones least likely to be taken in as refugees (thanks to the UNHRC and the Obama Administration). Sunni Muslims from Syria now in Sunni Muslim countries like Jordan or Turkey, or Shi’a in Lebanon or Iran, have sanctuary and are not in danger. Moving them to the USA has nothing to do with fleeing religious persecution, it is migration, nonsensical migration, pure and simple. Nonsensical because there are 56 Muslim countries. They don’t need to come to strange, alien, non-Muslim, dar al-harb except for reasons of economics (they like Western welfare states) or hijra (invasion). Neither are in our interest.

          “Who are the Syrian Refugees?”:
          1. Many aren’t from Syria; 2. Most are not widowed women and orphaned children; 3. Those in charge of ensuring our security don’t think that the refugees can be properly vetted; 4. Most are not from the minority groups ISIS targets for persecution; 5. Some have ISIS sympathies; 6. It costs more money to resettle refugees in the U.S. than in countries that border Syria; 7. The wealthy Arab-Islamic countries surrounding Syria aren’t taking refugees because of security concerns

        Actually, the rape of Infidels is *very much* a part of Jihad terror. Is “robert galluzzo” saying that the sexual slavery of the Islamic State is not a key part of Jihad?

        This also means that, despite his implication that Syrian immigrants *couldn’t* have been involved in a sexual assault like that of this little girl, that he then back-pedals and make it clear that it would have made no difference.

        Repulsive–but given this poster’s vile commenting history, scarcely surprising.

        DNA testing can be used to identify ones origins. I am not talking about Syrians being vetted by
        the EU but by the US, a nearly two year process. Google it!

        robert galluzzo says

        June 21, 2016 at 12:15 am

        BS. Syrian refugees to the US are vetted for about 2 years. We know if
        they are Syrians or not!

        BTW, dumbass, how do you vet for terrorism without vetting their behaviour? Are you saying that under Obama’s guidelines they are free to come to America and rape as much as their heart desires?

        • This troll’s entire point here–such as it is–is that this sexual assault could never have been done by Syrian “refugees”, who are too carefully vetted. He now says that they never would have been vetted for the exact behavior in the story above in any case, and he dismisses it as “sexual proclivity or behavior”.

          And this is a straw man, in any case–*no one* here has made a distinction between Syrian “refugees” and any other kinds of Muslims.

          And why would we? Syrian Muslims don’t use a different Qur’an, Hadith, and Sira. They do not follow a different “prophet”.

          And “robert galluzzo” himself has noted that the Jihadists of the Boston Bombing, the San Bernardino Massacre, the Orlando Nightclub Shooting, and in the case above were not Syrian. We are in danger from Muslim invaders in general, not just ones from some arbitrary stretch of Dar-al-Islam.

        • The Muslim children in the Idaho case were 5 yrs old, 6 years old and 12 yrs old when they arrived in America and none of them were Syrians!
          Prove that any terrorist acts were performed by vetted Syrian refugees.

        • Why is “robert galluzzo” still ranting about Syrians? It is irrelevant. But he assumes that if he yammers on about this, that we will (somehow) be convinced that Muslim rapists are not a threat.

          Note one point he unintentionally made: that we cannot assume that underage Muslims are not a threat–they can grow up to be Jihadists, and often–as in this case–get an early start in abusing and terrorizing the Infidels.

  43. The FBI Director Comey testified before Congress that the vetting process in Iraq was far better than Syria: “with respect to Iraqi refugees we had far more in our data bases because of our country’s work therefor a decade. This is a different situation (Syria).”

    Exhibit A: Aws Mohammed Younis al-Jayab, 23, who came to California as an Iraqi refugee in 2012, after fighting as a jihadi IN SYRIA since he was 16.
    How? He lied about it!

    “The complaint alleges that on Oct. 6, 2014, Al-Jayab was interviewed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and responded in the negative to numerous questions, including whether he had ever been a member of any rebel group or militia; whether he had ever provided material support for any person or group engaged in terrorist activity; and whether he had ever been a member of a group, or assisted in a group, which used or threatened the use of weapons against others. The Intl. NY Times wrote about this Feb. 19, 2016: “Before his arrest, Mr. Jayab seemed like a typical young adult: He liked sports cars, studied computer programming at a community college in Sacramento and worked nights as a security guard.

    “But the federal authorities have charged that Mr. Jayab, who was born in Iraq and came to the United States as a refugee from Syria (sic), traveled to that war-torn country from late 2013 to early 2014 to fight on the side of terrorist groups and then lied about it to the authorities.”

    Was he vetted by veterinarians?

    • “Was he vetted by veterinarians?”

      Of course not, Jack Diamond. He was vetted and re-vetted by octoveterinagenarians, and it took 8 years, even though they spent 8 minutes on his case during that time. ? Sarc off

      I vote for no more Muslim immigrants from any nation for the next 25 – 30 years (a generation), unless they are determined to be of value to the national security of the USA. Reevaluate after that time when the political face of the world will look very different. Assist refugees abroad.

    • The guy is an Iraqi, not a Syrian! How about stories about SYRIAN refugees, who were vetted , came to the USA and turned out to be terrorists?

        • Except NONE of the 12 terrorists are Syrians I sent you this article before! Rape isn’t terrorism, it’s rape! The 3 Muslim boys
          in Idaho (ages 7, 10 and 14) were misidentified in the early reports as Syrians when they were in fact an Iraqi and two Somali’s.

          Congratu-f***ing-lations – you’re starting to grasp that your so touted “vetting system does not work, for reasons Jack Diamond already went into detail.

          I sent you this article before!

          No, you didn’t, you liar, for the very obvious reason you don’t have any means of contacting me. Even if you had, why would you send me something that goes against what you’ve been defending here in scores of posts – the alleged infallibility of the “vetting system”?

          Rape isn’t terrorism, it’s rape

          Tell that to all the women raped by devout muslims hellbent on terrorizing them. But you’re trying to squirm your way out of the matter at hand – the fallibility of your vetting system.

      • “The guy is an Iraqi, not a Syrian!”

        What kind of moron are you? Yes, this was an Iraqi refugee and the Iraqi refugee vetting system, says the head of the FBI, is far superior to the Syrian.
        It is an example of a jihadist getting into America as a migrant, simply because he lied about his background. That’s all it took. Does that tell you anything? Of course not, you are a block of wood. Syriaously. Btw this is Jihad Watch not Syrians Only Watch.

        • and technically he is from the Palestinian Territories not Iraq, but with all the time he spent in Syria let’s make him an honorary Syrian,
          unless you prefer to refer to him as a “Californian.” All of which is beside the point since all he really is, is a Muslim. Just ask him.

        • He is a Palestinian by birth and can never be a Syrian, honorary or otherwise. If he had been vetted as a Syrian he never
          would have gotten into the US.

        • Bobby Gall posted:

          Right, because no one ever in the history of the world got a dual citizenship…

          If he had been vetted as a Syrian he never
          would have gotten into the US.

          Citation needed. Oh, and why are you discriminating against Syrians by forcing them to go through an allegedly much stricter vetting process, you racist, xenophobic bigot?

        • The Syrian vetting program is MUCH more intensive than the Iraqi vetting program. No other vetting program is as intensive,
          thorough and lasts as long (18-24 months). Iraqi refugees are here in the US in the tens of thousands. There are less than
          2000 Syrian refugees admitted to the US, most of them in the last year, after they were vetted for nearly two years OUTSIDE
          of the US!

        • He got in the country because the Iraqi vetting process is not as thorough or intensive as the nearly two year Syrian
          vetting process which keeps them physically out of the country for two years. That is the reason there are less than 2000
          Syrian refugees settled in the US in the last 3 years.

          Why not make ALL vetting processes as strict as that of “Syrian” “refugees”? You’re actively discriminating against Syrians, you racist, xenophobic bigot.

          That is the reason there are less than 2000
          Syrian refugees settled in the US in the last 3 years.

          The Obama administration already admitted and apologized for being tardy and stated that the vetting process for those people who claim to be Syrians may be cut to three months to get back on schedule.

        • Well, there is the well-known authority Bob Galluzzo on the one hand. Then there is the Director of the FBI testifying before Congress.

          “We can only query against that which we have collected,” Director James Comey said in response to a line of questioning from Mississippi Rep. Bennie Thompson.

          “And so if someone has never made a ripple in the pond in Syria in a way that would get their identity or their interest reflected in our database, we can query our database until the cows come home, but there will be nothing show up because we have no record of them.”

          As Thompson, a Democrat, said, “a lot of us are concerned about whether you have enough information available to you to do an accurate vetting.”

          Comey acknowledged that knowledge gap.

          “You can only query what you’ve collected,” he reiterated.

          He also acknowledged differences in the U.S.’s ability to screen Syrian refugees compared to how Iraqi refugees were vetted in the aftermath of the Iraq War.

          “And with respect with Iraqi databases, we had far more because of our country’s work there for a decade,” he said.

          “This is a different situation.”

          http://dailycaller.com/2015/10/21/fbi-director-admits-us-cant-vet-all-syrian-refugees-for-terror-ties-video/

          It’s just the opposite, Galluzzo. We had FAR MORE in our databases for vetting Iraqi refugees than we do Syrian refugees.
          Are you ever right about anything?

        • Which is the reason that the Syrian vetting process is so much more intensive and thorough than any other,
          and why there are only 1800 or so Syrian refugees admitted into the US in the past three years and
          800,000+ refugees from other countries.

        • Bobby Gall posted:

          Why not make ALL vetting processes as strict and thorough as you claim the “Syrian” is? Why are you defending discrimination against Syrians, you racist, xenophobic bigot?

      • Hey Bob Galluzzo. We have a winner. I looked into al-Jayab in more detail. There were two arrests made, al-Jayab and Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan (arrested in Houston, Texas). Both were Palestinians born in Iraq. Hardan is charged with providing “material support” to ISIS. His friend al-Jayab promised in 2013 he would train him in how to use weapons and sneak into Syria to join the fight, according to an FBI affidavit. It is Harden who came to the U.S. as an Iraqi refugee. Some articles on al-Jayab have said he was an Iraqi refugee, others he was a Syrian refugee.

        I found the criminal complaint brought by the government. About Aws Mohammed Younis al-Jayab, the government complaint clearly states:
        “Al-Jayab is a 23-year-old male who currently resides in Sacramento, California. Al-Jayab was born in Iraq, and he emigrated from Syria to the United States as a refugee in October 2012.”

        “After arriving in the United States as a refugee in October 2012, Al-Jayab resided in Tucson, Arizona and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He first began to reside in Sacramento, within the Eastern District of California, upon his return from Syria in late January.” 2014,http://www.investigativeproject.org/documents/case_docs/2906.pdf

        Confirming what was in the NY Times: “Mr. Jayab, who was born in Iraq and came to the United States AS A REFUGEE FROM SYRIA.”

        A refugee from Syria. FROM SYRIA. FROM SYRIA. FROM SYRIA. FROM SYRIA. FROM SYRIA. Repeat after me.

        • Two for the price of one! One jihadi in the USA from the Iraqi-refugee vetting process, one from the Syrian-refugee vetting process.

        • Neither of them are SYRIAN refugees, they are Palestinian refugees who were living in Syria.

        • Bobby Gall posted:

          Neither of them are SYRIAN refugees, they are Palestinian refugees who were living in Syria.

          Well, I guess your allegedly flawless “vetting process” for “Syrian” “refugees” works like this: “if you’re not a Syrian you don’t need to be properly vetted to enter America, even if you’re living in Syria and wanting to seek refuge in America”. Phew, I bet Americans are feeling safer already!

          Why are you discriminating against Syrians, you racist, xenophobic bigot?

        • Notice what the FBI Special Agent says in the complaint about his false statements:

          “Based on my training and experience as well as discussions with USCIS and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) personnel, Al-Jayab’s statements were material to the determination by USCIS of Al-Jayab’s eligibility for immigration benefits. If Al-Jayab admitted to being in Syria, USCIS would have asked additional questions and Al-Jayab’s file may have been subjected to further process. If Al-Jayab admitted to supporting terrorist activities or a terrorist group, Al-Jayab’s refugee status may have been subject to termination.”

          Isn’t this what we have been telling you, BOB, about the vetting process? A jihadi who lied to get refugee status and there was NO DATA to contradict his lies. Was there?

        • The reason he attained refugee status was because he was not vetted as a Syrian refugee. A single lie about his support
          of terrorism would not have gained him emigrant status, a 18-24 month vetting process would have kept him from gaining
          emigrant status.

        • Bobby Gall posted:

          Prove it.

          OK, so let me see if I get your point: all a Syrian terrorist needs to do to enter the US is say he’s not a Syrian because that means he’ll face a less strict vetting process. Is that it? Why not make ALL vetting processes as strict as you claim the Syrian one is? Why are you discriminating against Syrians, you racist, xenophobic bigot?

        • “Al-Jayab responded, ‘No,” to the following inquiries:

          i. if he had ever been a member of any rebel group, militia” or insurgent organization,

          11. if he had ever assisted any rebel group, militia, or insurgent organization,

          111. if he had ever solicited membership or funds for any terrorist group or organization,

          lv. if he had ever provided any type of material support to any person or group that engages in terrorist activity,

          v. if he had ever called for, helped with, or committed the killing of any person,

          vl. if he had ever called tbr, helped with, or committed the intentional and severe injury ofany person,

          vll. if he had ever been a member of a group of any kind in which he used or threatened to use any type of weapon against any person, and

          viii. if he had ever assisted in a group where other people used or threatened to use a weapon against any person.

        • A 18 – 24 month vetting process would have kept him out. The Syrian vetting process would have caught him out, but he wasn’t
          subjected to that process because he wasn’t a SYRIAN!

        • Bobby Gall posted:

Are you counting on terrorists to voluntarily go through an allegedly more strict vetting process when they can opt NOT to go through it? Why are you discriminating against Syrians, you racist, xenophobic bigot?

        • *note—when she says if (he) admitted to being in Syria, this is in reference to the 2014 interview after Jayab said he had only been in Turkey to see grandma.

        • An IRAQI, living in Syria, is not a Syrian and when he emigrates from Syria, he is an Iraqi emigre not a Syrian emigre, because he is not SYRIAN.

        • Well, it is funny Bob. The U.S. government calls him a Syrian refugee who came into America as a Syrian refugee
          and you call him an Iraqi refugee. Mind if I take the word of the U.S. government?

        • You refuse to take the word of the US govt. in every other case so why accept it here? He apparently was never vetted by the
          Syrian refugee process because he never told them he had been in Syria. He is a Palestinian!

        • You catch the part where he had been fighting in Syria since he was 16?

          He came in 2012 as a Syrian refugee. Vetted. He was questioned in 2014, after being in Syria (yet again) but lying and saying he was only in Turkey.
          Try to keep the facts straight. You were also told most of the “Syrian refugees” aren’t Syrian at all, but at least Jayab was IN Syria. Try to accept defeat with some dignity.

        • Leaving aside the question of whether this Syrian refugee was “really” Syrian or not, it seems that robert galluzzo is having to acknowledge that many Muslims flooding into the United States are indeed Jihadists. Since that is so clearly the case, why should it make us feel more secure that the authorities are restricting their (supposedly) so efficient vetting process purely to Syrian Muslims?

        • Graven wrote:

          ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
          Precisely, Graven. So strange that “robert galluzzo” keeps harping on what is really a non-issue when weighed against the enormous threat of jihad from muhammedans in general.
        • “Better get your facts straight Jack you said he was vetted as an Iraqi.”
          That was an earlier post from the article I quoted. I updated the facts didn’t I? By quoting from the U.S. District Court to clear up the matter.
          Either way, the Iraqi refugee vetting process, according to the FBI, was far better than that in Syria. As it happens he got in as a Syrian refugee and the other would-be terrorist got in as an Iraqi-refugee. Any way you look at it you lose.
  44. No Syrian vetted refugees involved in terror in the US, only 3 refugees from other countries!!
    “The United States has resettled 784,000 refugees since September 11, 2001,” Newland wrote in a recent op-ed. “In those 14 years, exactly three resettled refugees have been arrested for planning terrorist activities—and it is worth noting two were not planning an attack in the United States and the plans of the third were barely credible.”
    Two of the men were indicted and jailed for plotting to send weapons to terrorist organizations in Iraq. One Uzbek man was convicted of terrorism-related charges for possessing explosives and supporting a terrorist organization in Uzbekistan.
    While it’s of course discomforting that three people who were granted refugee status in the U.S. went on to support terrorist activities, their actions are hardly a noteworthy stain on the record of the U.S.’ refugee resettlement program.
    • The idea that there have been only three Muslim migrants who went on to support Jihad terror is ludicrous.
      The Tsarnaev brothers gained asylum here in 2002, and went on to commit the Boston Marathon Bombing.
      Tashfeen Malik is a migrant who entered the US in 2014. Along with her husband Syed Rizwan Farook she slaughtered 14 innocent people at a Christmas party last year in San Bernardino, California.
      Orlando Jihadist Omar Mateen was the son of Afghan “refugees”. He slaughtered 49 people in his attack on the Pulse Nightclub.
      Egyptian Muslim Hesham Mohamed Hadayet claimed political asylum here. In 2002 he opened fire at the El Al ticket counter at LAX and murdered two people. Mohammed Reza Taheri-azar is an immigrant from Iran who mowed people down in an SUV attack at the University of North Carolina in 2006. That same year Naveed Afzal Haq, a migrant from Pakistan, murdered one and shot five others in an attack on the Jewish Federation building in Seattle. Later that same year Nidal Malik Hasan, whose parents came from the “Palestinian” territories, murdered 14 people and wounded more than 30 others at Fort Hood, Texas. The next year Pakistani-born Faisal Shahzad tried to blow up Times Square.
      I can go on, but why bother? The idea that there have been only three Muslim migrants who have turned to Jihad terror is simply ludicrous.
      Oh, and here are another two score Muslim “refugees”:
      “Another 41 Muslim “Refugees” in U.S. Arrested on Jihad Terror Charges”
      http://pamelageller.com/2016/01/another-41-muslim-refugees-in-u-s-arrested-on-jihad-terror-charges.html/
      • @ Robert Galluzo
        Rape is being used as a weapon. Thus I would define it as terrorism. But is you won’t, then “terrorism and rape and other assaults” are worth addressing.
        As is setting women’s hair on fire, squirting acid in their faces or throwing hot coffee in their faces.
        A determination to uphold our laws is necessary for a free society to succeed, and for individuals within that society to flourish.
  45. “The spread of false information … reduces public safety and may violate federal law.”
    Public Safety….that’s always a good one. If you can’t think of any other justification, frame it as a public safety issue, one of the first and favorite resorts of Leftists.
    • “The spread of false information … reduces public safety and may violate federal law.” If it violates federal law it is crime
      whether you like it or not!
      • Now the appalling “robert galluzzo” is implying that if we oppose child rape that we are endangering public safety. *This* is how vile these apologists for evil are.
        • If anti-Muslim refugee groups continue to spread false information and threaten city, state and federal officials as they have in Idaho, they subject
          themselves to the penalties for those violations of federal law.
        • How many times has “robert galluzzo” claimed–apropos of nothing–that decent Anti-Jihadists are threatening officials?
          Note that he does not consider there to be anything threatening about sexually assaulting a little five-year-old girl, but holds that *opposing* this savagery *is*. The very inversion of morality. *Ugh*.
