Here are some of those teachings from the Qur’an – and why Muslim men look forward to committing suicide bombings so they can be guaranteed this type of “paradise” :

“As to the Righteous (they will be) in a position of Security, Among Gardens and Springs; Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; So; and We shall join them to fair women with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes.” (Qur’an.” 044.051 – 044.054)

“Verily for the Righteous there will be a fulfillment of (the heart’s) desires; Gardens enclosed, and grapevines; And voluptuous women of equal age;” (Qur’an: 078.031 – 078.033)

“We have created (their Companions) of special creation. Lo! We have created them a (new) creation Surely We have made them to grow into a (new) growth, And made them virgin – pure (and undefiled), Beloved (by nature), equal in age,” (The Qur’an: 056.035 – 056.037 )

“For them will be Gardens of Eternity; beneath them rivers will flow; they will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold, and they will wear green garments of fine silk and heavy brocade: They will recline therein on raised thrones. How good the recompense! How beautiful a couch to recline on!” (The Qur’an: 018.031)

“But the sincere (and devoted) Servants of Allah, For them is a Sustenance determined,
Fruits (Delights); and they (shall enjoy) honour and dignity, In Gardens of Felicity,
Facing each other on Thrones (of Dignity):, Round will be passed to them a Cup from a clear-flowing fountain, Crystal-white, of a taste delicious to those who drink (thereof), free from headiness; nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom., And besides them will be chaste women, restraining their glances, with big eyes (of wonder and beauty). As if they were (delicate) eggs closely guarded.
    (The Qur’an: 37.040 – 37.049)

    Sexual Orgies In Paradise

… According to ’Abdullah b. ’Umar, every inhabitant of Paradise will have at his disposal five hundred houris, four thousand virgins, and eight thousand women who have known men. He will have the strength to have intercourse with them all.

AbU Huraira increases the number, though rather mathematically expressed, still further. According to him, every Muslim will own a mansion of pearls; every mansion will have seventy houses of rubies; every house will have seventy rooms of emeralds; every room will have seventy couches; and every couch will be covered with seventy carpets of every color, and a houri will be sitting on each carpet; every room will also have seventy tables laid out; and on every table there will be seventy dishes of seventy colors; every room will also have seventy maid-slaves. Every believer will have the capability of copulating with each of these houris and maids.
    Source: http://www.bharatvani.org/books/uith/ch16.htm

According to AbU Sa’Id, these women will put on see-through dresses. Each houri will have seventy garments, but her lover will be able to look through all of them and see the marrow of the bones of her legs, and she will have a crown on her head, the meanest pearl of which would give light between the east and the west. According to another tradition, when a believer embraces any such houri, each of them will have seventy thousand boys waiting on her, holding the train of her robe. According to a tradition mentioned by Aldous Huxley, in the Muslim Paradise, every orgasm will last for six hundred years.*
    * Source: Aldous Huxley, Moksha (London: Chatto & Windus, 1980), p. 112.

NOTE: Seems that these sexual enticements are most likely the words of Satan. Even the Qur’an gives the hint: “Satan makes them promises, and creates in them false desires; but Satan’s promises are nothing but deception.” (Qur’an 004.120)

AND – this is why Muslim parents feel it is an honorable thing bestowed upon them and others of the family when their son or daughter commits a barbaric act of a suicide mission in order to become a martyr for Allah – 70 members get residual bonus:

“The intercession of a martyr will be accepted for seventy members of his family.”
(Sunan Abu-Dawud, Book 14, Number 2516, Narrated Abud Darda’)

OOOPS…Major situation that the Muslim men were not told by their imams who instigated their martyrdom – they become green birds:

“…The souls, of the martyrs live in the bodies of green birds who have their nests in chandeliers hung from the throne of the Almighty. They eat the fruits of Paradise from wherever they like and then nestle in these chandeliers. Once their Lord cast a glance at them and said: Do ye want anything? They said: What more shall we desire? We eat the fruit of Paradise from wherever we like. Their Lord asked them the same question thrice. When they saw that they will continue to be asked and not left (without answering the question). they said: O Lord, we wish that Thou mayest return our souls to our bodies so that we may be slain in Thy way once again. When He (Allah) saw that they had no need, they were left (to their joy in heaven).” (Sahih Muslim Book: 020, Number 4651)

Dear Louis Lionheart, Both islam and the political system that is running the Western world today which is known as (Cultural Marxism) are of the DEVIL. Islam is the pure product of the Anti-Christ, of Lucifer (Satan) and so is the Western postmodernist, moral relativist ideology known as (Cultural Marxism).

Hilarious to see a Russian apologist complaining about cultural marxism, seeing how Russia spent decades not only having it as the unofficial state religion but also sponsoring it to the West.

Very true, Angemon. Reading “Christianblood”, one would assume that Russia had been a bastion of religious freedom for decades, while Christians were persecuted in the West.

Of course, it was just the opposite. But this penchant for attempting to rewrite history is very Soviet in nature.

With all due respect, reading what Christianblood wrote here one would NOT assume anything of the sort because he didn’t even mention Russia. As far as the west is concerned (all institutions, includiuding a lot of churches now) have turned in the wrong direction and that cannot be disputed.
That’s why we are here discussing it and trying to stop it.

Why can’t I, or anyone else, look at what he wrote elsewhere where the context of his “west sucks, russia rules!” posts is well established? That’s what drives his random blurts of nonsensical, false info meant only to denigrate the West – it should be clear for everyone that CB spends most of his time here slandering the West in general as opposed to, oh, I don’t know, Jihad Watching? That you go out of your way to enable lies and slanders, and denigrating people who call him out on his nonsense reflects poorly on you.

It’s clear from CB’s response that he is, as usual, speaking in the context of “the west sucks, Russia rules” fairy tail. And, of course, you need to drive that point home because you’ve never seen a criticism of Russia or Putin you didn’t try to stifle.

Also, GI wasn’t talking to you. Why did you replied to her post when you have chided me for replying to posts that weren’t directed at me, you hypocrite?

Numbers don’t matter, GI – if CB says that people living in a nation who, for the best part of the 20th century, persecuted its citizens for believing in a religion (and that’s part of why sufism is widespread in, for example, Chechnya – sufis can do without mosques to gather and pray) are now mostly Christians, who are we to question his assertion or ask for evidence? Putin attended a mass, therefore Russia Christian, but those other countries where heads of state have been attending masses for centuries aren’t 😉

          From that website:

The Moscow Patriarchy said that the chief pastor’s openness to communication with both believers and non-believers is common in Western churches, and something that the Russian church is trying to achieve…

In other words: the Moscow Patriarchy is all in favour of interfaith dialogue.

Patriarch Kirill, seen as a liberal in the traditionalist Russian Orthodox Church

This should sting, seeing the amount of time and effort you put into denigrating “liberal” clergymen in Western churches – unless, of course, there’s dual standards afoot. Which is where I’d bet my money on.

          has cited statistics

          Which ones?

showing 80% of Russian residents have been baptized as Orthodox Christians, 62% call themselves Orthodox believers in polls, but a mere 10% are practicing Orthodox Christians.

Whoa, a whole 10%? I bet that justifies the “thousands of Churches and monasteries” you claim “are being set up all across the country”, right? 😉

How does that go again? “It’s easier to catch a liar than a lame man, and even easier to catch a lame liar”, or something like that.

More funny highlights (not “ha ha” funny, more like funny in the sense that they go against what you set up to prove):

But with only 10% actually practicing the Russian Orthodox faith, I suspect, that like most of Europe, it will take a major incident (more turmoil probably combined with signs like apparitions that claim to be Mary) for the average Russian to get more serious about religion.

In other words, despite all your braggadocio about thousands of churches being set up, it will take a miracle to make the average Russian to get more serious about religion. And aren’t apparitions of Mary a staple, not of the Orthodox Church, but of the Catholic Church?

But, I also believe that the average Russian, for a short while at least, will have ultimately consider themselves to be a practicer of some type of “Orthodox Catholic” religion.

I have a theory on that. It’s the same as when Russians considered themselves to be Communists. Then one day, they simply weren’t Communists any more – preference falsification.

The church attendance that you mentioned is in Moscow, the patriarchate of Kiril but the fact over 80 percent of Russians are baptized Orthodox and there is a huge resurgence of Christianity in Russia after mere two decades after the fall of communism. I can assure you that there are thousands of monasteries and churches being set up and people are reconnecting to Christ through the Orthodox Church in masses. No, you mean the church attendance in the article you brought to show how devoutly Christian Russia is.

“is in Moscow, the patriarchate of Kiril but the fact over 80 percent of Russians”

Stop lying. Again, from the article you brought up yo show how wonderfully Christian Russia says:

80% of Russian residents have been baptized as Orthodox Christians, 62% call themselves Orthodox believers in polls, but a mere 10% are practicing Orthodox Christians.

There’s nothing in there saying it’s about Moscow. The expression “Russian residents” applies both to the percentage of people baptized as “Orthodox Christians” AND church attendance – 80% of Russia citizens have been baptized and 10% of Russian citizens are regular churchgoers.

“are baptized Orthodox and there is a huge resurgence of Christianity in Russia after mere two decades after the fall of communism.”

10% regularly attend churches. Those are, in fact, Orthodox Christians. The rest? I have my doubts.

“I can assure you that there are thousands of monasteries and churches being set up ”

Oh, great, you can “assure me” – meaning I have to take your words at face value, even though you’re a proven liar. No, thanks, I’ll pass…

Much like you, who haven’t met a criticism of Russia you didn’t like, when you say something like “Iran doesn’t like the US because the US has dealings with Saudi Arabia”.

A couple of things worth pointing out:

          a) the transition you’re trying to argue is impossible. What, did people who were bred, born and raised under Marxism suddenly turned Christian after the wall fell?

          b) you’re implicitly admitting that Cultural Marxism was a big deal in the Soviet Union, even though you tried to argue otherwise on a previous post.

No, it is not like islam. It is a traditions that many Eastern Christians, both Catholic and Orthodox follow as are some other Protestant Christians in the West. It comes from a spiritual suggestion that Saint Paulos gave in (1 Korinthians 11:6) and other places. It is done out of reverence for God during the Divine Liturgy period in the Church.

Which, again, you defended – you claimed the 80% number was right.

“is the (COGwriter) or (Herbert W. Armstrong)”

Nope. The person who brought up those numbers was Patriarch Krilin 😉

Patriarch Kirill, seen as a liberal in the traditionalist Russian Orthodox Church, has cited statistics showing 80% of Russian residents have been baptized as Orthodox Christians, 62% call themselves Orthodox believers in polls, but a mere 10% are practicing Orthodox Christians.

You just realized, for your horror, that the site you linked to says more than what’s on the URL, and now you’re on damage control mode – in other words, you’re lying to cover up a lie.

          Let’s see:

          cogwriter.com/cogwriter.htm

          Who is COGwriter?

This brief article is intended to answer the above and related questions.

          Who is COGwriter?

COGwriter is Bob Thiel, Ph.D. I maintain a popular website at http://www.cogwriter.com that reports on news, prophecy, and doctrinal matters of interest to those who believe the Bible. I also function as the Pastor/Overseer for the Continuing Church of God.

          More:

After the death of Herbert W. Armstrong in 1986

Clearly, Herbert Armstrong can’t be behind the article because he died in nineteen eighty-f***ing-six. And, as the article says, the 10% number was given by the Patriarch, it’s not COG’s take. Try again, liar.

          “group which are very anti-Russian”

Prove it. And, again, that didn’t stop you from defending their number. Plus, what’s so “anti-Russian” about saying “10% of Russian residents are regular churchgoers” (which, again, was what Patriarch Krilin said)?

“and I do apologize for the misinformation therein. They are right that Russians are 80% Orthodox but they are very wrong in church attendance estimates they are giving.”

Boy, where to even begin? First of all, it was Patriarch Krilin, not Herbert “Dead Since 1986” Herbert. Second, you can’t claim they’re anti-Russian without offering any sort of evidence to back it up, claim they’re giving misinformation and then claim that they’re in fact right about a specific point. Which is it?

It seems that you’re in damage control mode, trying to whitewash the Patriarch’s claim about 10% regular churchgoers (first it was only in Moscow, now the site is anti-Russian and can’t be trusted), so I looked online for verification. Apparently, the Patriarch’s claim of 10% is exceedingly optimist:

          nationalreview.com/article/431561/pope-francis-patriarch-kirill-catholicism-russian-orthodoxys-new-relationship

Every serious Christian welcomes the reclamation and renovation of many Russian churches seized by the Communists and applauds the building of new churches in post-Soviet Russia. But these acts do not amount to the “unprecedented renewal of the Christian faith in Russia” of which the joint declaration speaks. There is no empirical evidence for that, especially in Russia’s major cities, where regular church attendance is in the range of 1 to 2 percent.

          1-2% – 10% is 5 to 10 times the actual number.

Interfax, a Russian non-government news agency, has similar numbers:

          http://www.interfax-religion.com/?act=news&div=9101

Moscow, February 27, Interfax – The number of Russians who go to temples increased considerably over the past two decades. Sociologists have found that the most frequently observed ritual is the placement of candles in church (it is observed by both believers and non-believers).

Over the past 16 years, the number of Russians who go to church, mosque, or synagogue increased from 57% to 71%. 7% of the respondents go to religious buildings at least once a month, 30% go to religious buildings from time to time, and 34% go to religious buildings rarely.

7% go to religious buildings at least once a month – and that’s including non-religious people, muslims and Jews.

So where are you basing your statement that the church attendance numbers given by the Moscow Patriarch are wrong?

    Very informative video, Louis …

Question: “I am a Muslim. Why should I consider becoming a Christian?”

Answer: People often follow the religion of their parents or culture, whether Muslim,Buddhist, or Catholic. But when we stand before God on Judgment Day, each person must give account for himself—whether he believed in God’s truth. But among so many religions, what is the truth? “Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me’” (John 14:6).

True Christians are followers of Jesus. How could Jesus claim to be the one and only way to God the Father? Let’s find out in the Scripture, the Bible.

    Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection

The Bible records how Jesus fulfilled prophecy when He was born to the virgin Mary. He grew up unique from any other human because He never sinned (1 Peter 2:22). Crowds flocked to hear His teaching and marvel at His miracles. Jesus healed the sick, raised the dead, and walked on water.

Of all people, Jesus did not deserve to die. Yet Jesus prophesied that He would be crucified and raised from the dead (Matthew 20:18-19). His words came to pass. Soldiers beat Jesus and put a crown of thorns on His head; people mocked and spit on Him; nails pierced His hands and feet into a wooden cross. Jesus had the power to save Himself, but He gave Himself, willingly dying on the cross (John 19:30). Three days later, Jesus rose from the grave!

    Why the cross?
As a Muslim, you may ask, “Why would Allah allow His Prophet Isa to be mistreated and killed?” Jesus’ death was essential because . . .

    • Every person is a sinner: “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Whether dishonoring parents, telling a lie, failing to love God best, or disbelieving God’s Word, we each have sinned against the holy God.

    • The punishment for sin is death: “For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23a). God pours out His wrath against unbelieving sinners by separating them forever in hell (2 Thessalonians 1:8, 9). As the just Judge, God will not overlook sin.

    • We cannot save ourselves by good works: “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9). This is a key difference between Christianity and Islam. Islam teaches that a person can earn paradise by keeping the Five Pillars. Even if possible to outweigh bad deeds with good deeds, the Bible teaches that “all our righteous acts are like filthy rags” (Isaiah 64:6b). Even one single sin makes a person guilty of breaking all God’s law (James 2:10). Sinful humans can do nothing to merit heaven.

    • God sacrificed His Son for sinners: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). God knew mankind’s sin kept them from heaven. God knew the only way the sin debt could be paid was by a perfect One paying the price of death. God knew He alone could pay such an infinite price. So God’s eternal plan was to send His Son Jesus to die in the believing sinner’s place.

    Becoming a Christian
“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31b).

As a Muslim, you may say, “Oh, I believe in Jesus. I believe Isa was a true teacher, a great prophet, and a good man.”

But you cannot say Jesus was a true teacher and yet deny His teaching that He is the only way, truth, and life (John 14:6). You cannot believe Jesus was a great prophet and yet reject His prophecy that He would die and rise again in three days (Luke 18:31-33). You cannot admit Jesus is a good man yet disbelieve His claim to be the Son of God (Luke 22:70; John 5:18-47).

You cannot consider becoming a Christian without realizing that Christianity excludes all other religions (Acts 4:12). The inescapable conclusion of Christianity is this: either Jesus bears your sin on the cross or you bear your sin in hell. “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on him” (John 3:36).

As you search the Bible, may God awaken your heart to turn from your sin and trust in Jesus. You may respond with a prayer like the one below. Remember, the prayer does not save you. God alone can save! But the prayer may be your expression of the faith God gives you in the Lord Jesus Christ.

“Dear God, I grieve that I have sinned against You. As a sinner, I’m worthy of death in hell. But I believe You sent Your Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for sin and rise from the dead in victory. I now turn from following my own sinful desires and from trying to reach heaven through my own works. I trust in the Lord Jesus alone as my Savior from sin. I love You, Lord, and submit myself to follow You by Your Word, the Bible. Amen!”

    Excellent video.

Very telling that what Muslims receive will be in Paradise *or* in the way of Jihad.

The Christian paradise is based–generally, of course–on the model of being in church, worshipping God.

The Muslim paradise is based on the aftermath of successful Jihad raids–enjoying the spoils taken from the Infidels. This means booty–stolen goods, food, slaves–and, most of all, victims *to rape*, both women and young girls and boys.

Very important that Muslims think they can be violently opposed to homosexuality, yet the rape of young boys is just fine. It is only *consensual* same sex relations between adults that is Haram.

Muslim paradise is based on rape and the aftermath of violence against the Infidels. Only pious Mohammedans could consider this twisted horror to be “paradise”.

And then, according to Islamic teaching, Muhammad encouraged the marrying of much younger girls:

“When I got married, Allah’s Apostle said to me, ‘What type of lady have you married?’ I replied, ‘I have married a matron.’ He said, ‘Why, don’t you have a liking for the virgins and for fondling them?’ Jabir also said: ‘Allah’s Apostle said, ‘Why didn’t you marry a young girl so that you might play with her and she with you?’’’

That description of Muslim heaven was just such a stupid made up story – on par with stories about some mythical “Candy Land” might be for a child. Just how stupid and gullible are Muslims anyway? Just take that alone and anybody with half a brain will say – “What’s this? The was the stupidest story I ever heard!”. It totally discredits Islam, without going even a step further. On the other hand, I guess it is more or less on par with all the rest of the idiotic dogma.

Do Muslims guard their children’s ears from such a description of heaven? Certainty should. It should be X rated, and is bound to give little boys at least nightmares! And there is certainly nothing for women to look forward to in heaven – if they ever get there and that is unlikely, according to Muhammad who saw the the majority of inhabitants of Hell were women.

What an absolutely horrible religion! Why are we not helping these Muslims leave it behind, rather than encouraging them?

Billybob, Muslims don’t protect their children from much of anything, exposing them to violent Jihad early on, “marrying” little girls as young as nine, and raping small boys.

I’m sure stories about the whore-house in the sky are not off limits.

Here’s a little toddler dressed as a Jihadi being filmed beheading his teddy bear:

      http://www.jpost.com/Middle-East/ISIS-Threat/WATCH-Islamic-Jihad-video-shows-child-beheading-his-teddy-bear-413079

The worst kind of child abuse–not merely victimizing children–horrifying enough–but teaching them to victimize others.

Duplicity or double-mindedness is normative Islam. Islam forbids and allows the same behaviors and blesses them if you do it as a jihadist.

Thanks to Louis for his collection of facts regarding the degraded Islamic paradise. The lure of this supposed house of orgies can only have had one purpose: it was a cynical invention of the caliphs to entice men under the age of 25 to lose their lives pursuing the emolument of the caliphs who already had enough sex slaves to last for decades. The grandson of Mohammed, Hasan, reportedly had 300 sex slaves as well as his regular wives. What a disgusting religion. It claims to exalt women, but it actually degrades them into usable objects.

Western Feminists shamelessly look the other way.

Muslims only tell the credulous West that it exalts women. Muslims never say this when talking to other Muslims.

Another good video! I just wish they were longer and more in-depth. Does anyone here know why they aren’t longer? Is it costly to create a video like this?

Which leads me to another question. If I donate to the Freedom Center, does the Freedom Center support Roberts videos and Jamie Glazov too?

it needs to be known that in the Quran it is said ” Allah is the best deceiver” as stated in Surat Al-Anfal verse 30. The link below is for those that read Arabic and understand why this Mohammad had at his immediate disposal and use an advocate called Allah ready to release and promulgate at Mohammad’s whim or behest whatever he needed to suppress the nagging criticism he was subjected to and humiliation of persistent ridicule he faced for the absurd claims of him being a messenger from Allah. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=4&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwiR–GSqZvNAhUN7mMKHYR8AyoQFgg0MAM&url=http%3A%2F%2Fquran.ksu.edu.sa%2Ftafseer%2Ftabary%2Fsura8-aya30.html&usg=AFQjCNEI432A-2A-V1ozirc3VnVjCjW4ZA&sig2=ivcUwABvrbg2X1YSvbORQQ

The “Religion of Peace” is the Religion of “Gonads”.

Having obliterated monogamy for the pleasure of forcibly taking any woman available, the lesser men that followed Mohammed needed him to legitimize bestiality, man-boy love, rape, enslavement and mercenary exploitation. He had to make up these fantastical promises to attract new men.

When you travel in Europe, the wealth, art, history and architecture is astounding…inspired and nurtured by Christianity. The contrast with Islamic legacy is beyond tragic, given they “colonized” three continents during 1500 years. Instead of teaching, trading, building… they pillaged, raped and destroyed. Being sold a slave and taken away from Africa was a blessing.

Islam was not created for any other reason than for Mohammad to gain power…over Arabi.
Study the history of Israel and Rome…Separately and interconnected, both ways. See what happened to Rome under Nero — and at the same time what was happening in Israel and who, what Roman was in authority at the time.
Why was Israel destroyed in 70AD? And what happened to the Jews at this time? And what happened to those Jews who ran into the deserts of Arabi to escape the Roman Soldiers… Read and think!!

Mohammad was born in 562AD, almost exactly 5 centuries after the destruction of Israel. What was the impact on Arabi, a land mass of Arab settlements who constantly had tribal wars between herding peoples, when these educated Jews moved into the areas with them. Don’t forget the Jews brought their religion and their culture with them – These were educated people and they lived in Arabi for 500 years.

Read history and think — Mohammad married a ‘rich widow’, Arab women were not allowed to own anything. When a man died his property went to his son, or to his brother if there was no son… but in no case did it go to a woman… So who was Kadijha –the woman he married – she must have been a Jewess… For the woman in the Jewish religion are citizens…just like men.
Mohammad must have became a member of the Jewish religion and over time he must have learned to read and write. He must have learned the stories of the Torah about Abraham and his visions .. and conversations with Gabrial…for reading the history of Mohammad — there are a lot of parallels…
