…Saudi Arabia has paid more than 20 percent of the cost of Hillary Clinton’s campaign for presidential elections, Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was quoted as saying Sunday in a news report by the Jordanian Petra News Agency.

According to the Middle East Eye news website, the report was later deleted from the agency’s website. However, a snapshot of the original Arabic version was later republished by the Washington-based Institute for Gulf Affairs.

“Saudi Arabia has always sponsored both Republican and Democratic Parties of America and… the kingdom also provides with full enthusiasm 20 percent of the cost of Hillary Clinton’s campaign in the U.S. presidential elections despite the fact that some influential forces within the country don’t have a positive look toward supporting the candidate because she is a woman,” the agency’s report quoted Prince Mohammed as saying….

The Clinton Foundation, which is chaired by both Hillary and her husband Bill Clinton, disclosed in 2008 that it had accepted up to US$25 million from the Saudi Kingdom in the same year.

Other foreign governments who have donated money to the Clintons include Norway, Kuwait, Qatar, Brunei, Oman, Italy and Jamaica, which together donated around US$20 million….

    • Hi Champ, As per your 1:29 pm comment of June 18, 2016, how right you are! And I sadly relate that many unions back Hillary, including my own, the UFT and its Retired Teachers Chapter. I just do not see the appeal that Hillary Clinton fans and devotees see. ?

      • I recall a story from one of my college advisors who happened to not like Bill Clinton during his first bid for the White House; based on what she saw and heard from him on TV. By chance she was visiting relatives and went to some campaign event and got to see Bill in person, at one point coming within arms reach of him. She had said that being so close to him was sexually exciting, that she wanted to have sex with him, that he was so sexy and charismatic in person – so not like what she had seen on TV – she wanted to vote for him. I don’t know whether she voted for him or not. Over the months after she returned the enchantment wore off and she was puzzled at how and why she had had those strange feelings in the first place. She was more an academic than a physical person.

        I don’t think Hilary has quite that charm. I think there are many disenfranchised people in this world ( and half of them are women ) and they feel they can vicariously succeed, and make their lives meaningful, by electing a woman as president, even if said woman is dishonest and untrustworthy.

        But who knows, maybe the Clintons have found a secret hormone that inspires sexual attraction and votes.

      I was NOT aware of this Law until I, as a foreigner (Australian) made a small campaign donation to Dr. Ben Carson.
      It was promptly returned to me telling me that they cannot accept foreign campaign donations. I presume that Dr. Ben Carson’s team would be fully aware of the US Laws on this.
      Why not ask them?

        More importantly, if you kept up with the details of her supposed “insider trading” and recall what she was ultimately charged with, and convicted of and sentenced a year inside for, taken in context, especially the context of Hillary Clinton, it should make you puke and say “we are in a total soviet-like state where justice is meted out politically by a tyrannical government.

    The Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) prohibits any foreign national from contributing, donating or spending funds in connection with any federal, state, or local election in the United States, either directly or indirectly. It is also unlawful to help foreign nationals violate that ban or to solicit, receive or accept contributions or donations from them. Persons who knowingly and willfully engage in these activities may be subject to fines and/or imprisonment.

    People understood this, even way back then, non? Remember Giuliani telling the Saudis where they could stuff their money after 9/11. Somehow, with the passage of time, this obviously dangerous threat innate in receiving such donations has taken a back seat to something else. One no longer hears this argument. Just take a look at Georgetown University, for example. Bought and paid for, along with countless other institutions of higher indoctrination. And then there’s the MSM…

    Trump has lost some points to Hillary in recent days, and it seems to me this story ought to be useful in his campaign, something to wake up the US voters who still have their heads in the sand. I think this story should be stressed by Trump, repeatedly. He should never let up with such info about Hillary,, and this, believe it or not, is only the tip of the iceberg.

    He is for tough time in the office, but if he rounds the right troops, he can pull it off.
