Supporters of the Islamic State rushed to celebrate Saturday night’s powerful explosion in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood that injured at least 29 people, even as no group or individual has been arrested or claimed responsibility.

“The lions of the Caliphate roar in New York, we cause you pain inside your house, the carrier of the Cross,” wrote one Twitter user who went by the name “I am ISIS, come and block me.” The account was soon suspended. Another, called “The Lone Wolves,” tweeted with the Arabic hashtag #ExplosionManhattanNewYork “Oh God burn America, take revenge in the name of your oppressed slaves and believers’ blood.”

Others tweeted about “good tidings that keep coming” from New York, and one user affiliated with al-Qaeda in Syria tweeted: “Oh God go against America, the head of infidels. Oh God, count them and kill them one by one, and do not spare anyone of them.”…

Others raised concerns, tweeted that the explosion was “another pretext for America to intervene in another country” and that ‘the dog Trump will blame the Muslims in order to win the elections, an expected scenario”.

    • I watched the video of him this morning. It’s clear that he’s using “terror” as a synonym for Islamic terrorism. True, he is not fully aware of this fact, and had the attack been carried put by leftists, there would be a good reason to describe that, too, as terrorism. Nevertheless, “terror” = Islamic terrorism in contemporary discourse, and we’ll just have to deal with the distortion of language until a correction comes along.

      It’s by the way that leftists and blacks carried out more than 5,000 bombings in the USA during a period of just two or three years during the early 1970’s. An article about this appeared in a weekend edition of the WSJ this summer. I’ll post a reference to it here if I can find the exact date and section.

      • No. No,. no, no. “Terrorism” is not a synonym for “radical Islamic terrorism.” We MUST be allowed to declare an act “terrorism”, and still be able to declare that an investigation is ongoing, and the perpetrators at this point remain unknown.”

        Leftists are now declaring the word “terrorism” to be a “dog whistle” meaning “radical Islamic terrorism.” Their goal is to ban the word “terrorism” from public speech. By declaring it a “dog whistle”, they are declaring it to be a word that must not be used.

        I urge everyone to reject this. Do not use the words “dog whistle”, because they are two words of leftist propaganda that you must learn to reject. NEVER SAY THE WORDS “dog whistle”.

        If you believe something is “terrorism”, proudly say it. It does NOT mean the same thing as “radical Islamic terrorism.” It is a word with its own specific meaning and you are FREE to use it. Say it with pride!

        • Yes, we should say that there are all kinds of terrorists, but the majority of them are muslims killing in the name of Allah. Also, muslims who attack our military and police should not be viewed as terrorists, but as Soldiers of Allah who are waging Jihad against the enemies of Allah.

        • I question the use of the work “fantasy” here. Let’s see, Hillary is fully backed by many cohorts: all the school teachers and professors, all the federal state local bureaucrats, the bar, the pulpit, all the talk show hosts TV shows and movies, and most importantly nearly all news entertainers and editors… Hillary then Michelle then Chelsea would get fairly flat odds from the odds makers in Vegas and London. More of a probability than a fantasy… or nightmare.

      • I heard a speech by Michelle on our public radio a few days ago. She was supporting Hillary but was sounding more than a little bit presidential herself. Worryingly I don’t think the Obamas will be going away any time soon.

    America and the civilized west are now in a low intensity war which is now being fought on our streets and in our neighborhoods. The fifth columns within our societies are directly involved. We have no one else to blame but ourselves. The Quislings, the Jane Fondas, the Benedict Arnolds and the Chamberlains of our societies have ensured that the public opinion on the islamic threat shall remain divided or confused. Our narrative has been clouded by the extreme right and taken our by the extreme left.

    The civic society must wake up from its self-induced slumber before it is too late. It already is in places like England and Germany. The enemy is not just within our walls in America, it is also well ingrained. It attends our schools, our backyard BBQs and our little leagues.

    Therefore the enemy looks just like us. And we have failed to call it out.

    What a shameful situation we have now cornered ourselves into because of our inability to tell the right from wrong.

    • I agree with everything apart from the statement you made regarding the far right. The far right are anything but ambiguous, they’ve never confused the situation with their position. The far right have always been as clear as anything. Whilst being almost entirely comprised of utter wankers, the far right are a sobering force to disagree with. The far left, however, have muddied the waters beyond all comprehension. The far left have confused the situation to the point of public paralysis. They’re the ones who are to blame for the utter bewilderment the general society is in with regards to an enemy so retarded they think their scared deception is clever. The Muslims are just trying to live at one with the world, respecting diversity and appreciating the wonderful differences amongst peoples.   20. Ban pressure cookers now! Or at the very least license them and require them to have serial numbers like AR lowers. It’s time we took the pressure cooked threat seriously by limiting their size and making sure only sane Americans with cooking training and certifications can obtain one.

    If that fails, tax them out of existence. Nobody needs a pressure cooker anyway since they don’t do anything a backyard fire can’t do other save a bit of time.

  22. Don’t know about you guys but I’m gettin more ammo. I fear the aftermath of this election will be terrible. While we all want to live in peace there are those afoot that want to see otherwise.

    I have said many times before. I am a gun owner, and I will be delighted to die a very old man, having never been put in a situation where I would use one on a fellow human being.

    We need to wake up and realize just how much all of us are being played by George Soros and his cronies in the UN.
