Where are the Christians? Have they fled the cross or are they CINOs ( Christians In Name Only.)

Where are the Christians and the Jews?
Paul Clark says
I ask again as a Christian where are the millions and millions of western Christians? Why do they stay hidden like cowards? Why are they apathetic , selfish people that will not help the persecuted? Why do you they keep their heads buried in the sand? Why are your churches not pouring millions ad millions of dollars to fight Satan’s theocracy: Islam. Only a fraction of a fraction of Christians will pick up the cross. You shame Jesus.

There are many many Christian agencies working to advocate for and help their persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ. I am a church rep for one of them. Our small church is not able to send millions and millions of dollars, but we are able to support an agency which is on the field and run a group which writes to prisoners of faith. Of necessity the work is under cover. To be openly shouting about it to the rooftops would undermine our efforts, endanger those on the field and put the persecuted at even more risk. That is most likely why you don’t read about it in the secular media. As a passionate advocate for the persecuted, may I ask what you are doing to help?

they are waiting for the “rapture” & to everyone else they say “your on your own “.

It is our shame, we in the western churches, that we are not doing more.
Here is one person to help.
I know of 3 organizations that help: International Christian Concern, Open Doors, and Voice of the Martyrs.
When I went to a conference, we were given 3 pieces of advice. 1 Get serious about your Christian walk (& double your prayer time). 2. Learn from the persecuted. 3. Don’t be afraid; Christ is on His throne.
If you know of more ways to help, please share them.

Thanks Kay. For UK readers Release International and Barnabas Fund spring to mind. I’m sure there are others.

Get a prayer group going at your church. Or write to prisoners, Governments, UN representatives and Embassies. No excuse not to get involved! All the info you need is provided.

Minab is a hello hole. I have been there before. It is so remote and hot that one can fry an egg on the side walk. The Kurds along with Bahais are the most intensely persecuted minorities on the planet. m
