What’s new? Muslims striking terror into unbelievers is globally ubiquitous. Freedom of thought and expression is an offense for Muslims who follow the Islamic texts literally:
I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip.” (Sura 8:12)
“15 Hindu temples in Bangladesh vandalised following ‘anti-Islam’ post,” The Tribune, October 31, 2016:
At least 15 Hindu temples in Bangladesh have been vandalised over an “anti-Islamic” post on Facebook, sparking panic in the country’s minority community.
Temples in Brahmanbarhia district’s Nasirnagar were vandalised on Sunday and more than 100 Hindu houses were plundered in mayhem that lasted hours. Two temples in Madhabpur in the neighbouring Habiganj district were also attacked, police and witnesses said.
Six people were arrested over the attacks. Paramilitary Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB) have been deployed in Nasirnagar and Madhabpur Upazila headquarters along with the Rapid Action Battalion, police and Armed Police Battalion, bdnews24.com reported.
The attack was similar to those on the country’s Buddhist community.
The latest attack began with a Facebook post by one Rasraj Das from Harinberh village under Haripur Union Parishad, locals said.
Das was detained for blasphemy, SP Mizanur said.
Protests against the post were called under the banner of ‘Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat’ in Habiganj district headquarters and Nasirnagar. Demonstrations were also announced in Habiganj’s Madhabpur.
Hundreds protested against the post….
SP Mizanur, quoting witnesses, said a group of the demonstrators, armed with local weapons, vandalised the temples at Duttubarhi, Namashudraparha and Ghoshparha, and Jagannath Temple and Goura Temple.
They also vandalised and looted the houses of the Hindu families. Several priests were injured in the attack, he said. Locals say the incidents have sparked fears among the country’s Hindu community.

No, the attack began because muslims are perpetual victims with a chip on both shoulders.

What’s the betting that the content will have come from a false account opened by a Muslim.

That was the very first thing that sprang to *my* mind.
I *bet* the vile and vicious mohammedans made the whole thing up.
All the time, they *invent* pretexts for attacking non-Muslims.
In the West, so many times Muslims have claimed to have been attacked by evil Islamophobe Infidels and it has then turned out, upon further investigation, that either that they were lying through their teeth – because the impartial eye of the CCTV, when consulted, revealed that NOTHING AT ALL happened at the time and place claimed – or that the attack, if it did happen, was done by … *another Muslim*.
Hindu American says
Does anyone have a facsimile of the Facebook posting? In that part of the world, a mere gossip becomes fact just because a dozen people (some in power) have said so. Goebbels would be proud of what the muslims are able to create as a narrative for themselves today using social media.
Sid says
The Content wasn’t even anything Offensive to Islam. A Hindu guy posted the Kaaba (Islamic Shrine) and top of it was a Hindu God – Shiva. Hindus have a Jesus statue in Temple, So it might have been a friendly gesture for all we know !
Koenraad Elst says
No, this seems to stem from the widespread Hindu belief that the Kaaba was a Shiva Temple. The core of truth is his great similarity with the Arabische moon god Hubal.

Muslims cannot get along with their own kind, never mind non-Muslims.

I believe the photo shown in connection with this article was taken not in Bangladesh, but in Brooklyn or Queens, or elsewhere in the New York City metro area. I doubt if there are any homes in Bangladesh that look like the one in the photo. Of course, if we continue to allow hordes of Muslims to pour into our country, Hindus (and everyone else) will be increasingly threatened here as well as in Bangladesh.

It does look like Queens.

What goes around comes around. Radical Hindus are notorious for attacking Christian churches, pastors and missionaries. Although I find Muslims horrible, Hindus should not complain when many condone similar terror they practice on Christians.
Proud Hindu says
Yes. What goes around, comes around. That is true for Chriatians too. Missionaries in India are obsessed with harvest of souls. Any deceptice method which uses enticements and vilification of Hinduism is well adopted by them for cheap evangelism . Even the rabidly secular groups in India do acknowledgr the missionaries’ vile activities and their instigations to temple destruction. I am a Hindu and I am witness to their unethical methods which Jeses would surely disapprove. Hece tge inevitable retaliation by ‘radical’ Hindus.
As a Hindu with good latitude of Hindu history , I am certainly agreeing that Muslims are horrible.
There are also excellent missionaries. In fact I was a student of the late Rev. Francis Michael who was the Archbishop of my town.

Now do not even make me start on what Christians did to Hindus and every other populace all around the frigging world okay? Radical Hindus have indeed committed atrocities beyond imagination not just to others but upon themselves too with their ridiculous rituals in the past. Thankfully they have got over their vile superstitions. But to wish the whole community bad was not very humane on your part, that too based on shaky premises.
Now Paul, do give us valid instances or accounts of the number of attacks by Hindus on Christians and also a list of Christian atrocities on Hindus. Just laying an allegation is very easy. Back it up with facts. I will be waiting for an answer from you and hope it will be a sensible one and not some vile, baseless counter. Peace.

I doubt any of the savages know about such ‘post’ before they committed their crimes.

both Hindu or Muslim only have 1 GOD. So maybe they have to respect each other.
