Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

France shuts down four more ‘extremist’ mosques

Nov 4, 2016 3:59 am By Christine Douglass-Williams

The decision to shut down four “extremist mosques” in the Paris region was based on this:

Article 8 of the laws around the state of emergency which allows for closing places of worship in which words are spoken that provoke hatred or violence or incite people to commit acts of terrorism or justify such acts.

These latest closures come after twenty other mosques were shut down for preaching the jihad ideology in the last year.

French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve has stated:

There is no place … in France for those who call for and incite hatred in prayer halls or in mosques … About 20 mosques have been closed, and there will be others…

Every Western country needs to be monitoring mosques for jihadist preaching, given the magnitude of the problem. That includes the U.S.; and recently in Canada, the Toronto Star revealed that Islamic schools and mosques are “filled with extremist literature”.

“France shuts four ‘extremist’ mosques in Paris region”, The Local, November 2, 2016:

The mosques were all in the Ile-de-France region around Paris – in the departments of Yvelines, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val de Marne.

In a statement the interior minister Bernard Cazeneuve said authorities had “arranged the administrative closure of four mosques.”

The decision to shut them down was based on “Article 8 of the laws around the state of emergency which allows for closing places of worship in which words are spoken that provoke hatred or violence or incite people to commit acts of terrorism or justify such acts.”

The closures take effect immediately.

One of the mosques was the Al-Islah mosque in Villiers-sur-Marne where authorities discovered a hidden Islamic school in the summer.

It was known to intelligence services because it was frequented by 12 individuals convicted of trying to travel to Syria to wage jihad.

One of the closures was an Islamic prayer room in the town of Ecquevilly in Yvelines that was “an influential place for the Salafist movement… that called for discrimination and hate and even violence.”

After the spate of terror attacks over the last year the French government has been under pressure to crack down on radical Islam, particularly in mosques…..

About time but is it too little too late?

    • dumbledoresarmy says

Not necessarily “too little too late”.

That kind of comment is – and promotes – defeatist thinking.

*My* reaction is different. I would say, “It’s a start”. And I would quote the saying, “the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”.

So long as that step is followed by another and another and another. And *that’s* where the public pressure needs to come in, to make sure that those *next* steps are taken after the first one.

(And France has *already* shut down not a few mosques, which is more than the Americans or the Australians or the British have done, so far as I can recall).

I would encourage our French jihadwatchers, posting or lurking, to communicate with their elected representatives – and especially with their Prime Minister, their President, and whoever holds the portfolios for national security, and express their *approval* of and hearty support for this pushback against jihad. (You could also suggest that the associated assets of such shut-down mosques be seized, and sequestered for useful purposes… such as, for example, to assist with the medical expenses of persons recovering after having been badly wounded by jihadi attacks such as were perpetrated at the Bataclan and at Nice. And urge the Authorities to *raze* any mosque that is shut down, unless and only unless it is housed in previously-infidel heritage premises – e.g. an old church – that could be resumed and restored to Infidel uses). And into the bargain, make it quite clear that you want all Muslim immigration into France *stopped*, at once, and that you want all non-citizen and dual-citizen Mohammedans given the boot, at once, beginning with those who have been caught committing crimes of any kind. PUSH. Push hard!

Sure, the internet and such play their role; but Islam is a very rigid system, and the mosque is still where it’s at. Jihad begins in the mosque.

Shut down the mosque – especially if the land on which it sits is seized, and taken back by the Infidel society for Infidel purposes – and you score a body-blow against the Ummah, because at the core of Islam is the drive to seize and control this-worldly *turf*.

Too late, no – too little, yes. How can any mosque preacher help it when the verses in their unholy book calls on attendees to perpetuate violence, hate and crime ? This very Book is the extremist literature we should be concerned with, besides 1000’s of hadith’s interpretations which carry a similar doctrine.

Concerned parties must instill a grim sense of humor and encourage countries like Angola present the world with a reverse-image of Saudi Arabia where Churches are forbidden and having a Bible is a capital crime. Some countries need to start this to keep the world in balance.

France is not going far enough – it needs Le Penn.

A start and let us hope it continues. There appears to be absolutely no monitoring of what is preached in mosques in Britain. Perhaps another tragedy or massacre might jolt the authorities into action, so sad that innocent citizens have to die before the the government does anything to protect them.

Hate preachers held an open meeting in Bedford Corn Exchange last year, preaching vile hatred and abuse and the Government did nothing whatsoever, despite the story being carried in several newspapers. The hate preachers didn’t even feel it necessary to cloak their activities in a mosque, they obviously feel totally secure and unhampered by the security forces.

Anjem Choudary’s wife was filmed by an undercover TV programme inciting young women to support ISIS and to campaign against our law, to campaign for the Sharia all over Britain. Yet again, despite it being broadcast on prime time TV the Government chose to look the other way. Choudary himself received a derisory sentence for incitement, which he has been doing for years, and his wife is still on the loose and probably still inflaming hatred against the British people. The Government is useless against these people.

      Islam is a JOKE.
      It truly is.
There in lies Islam’s greatest weakness.

France should never forget that Islam is not merely evil it is laughable beyond belief.

The shahada semen carpet kissers of Islam’s (Penis Worship Cult) follow a child sex-slaver rapist, murderer, and thief who actually shamelessly proclaimed that Muslim men will have the sexual potency of 100 men and have 72 child virgins to plunder every day in Islam’s sordid salacious Paradise and then Muhammad even had the audacity to say he was a prophet chosen. Whenever a Muslim man bows ‘doggy style’ to pray as seen in the photo they are not thinking spiritual thoughts as they are instead fantasizing about sodomizing their 72 virgin girls as well as a few pearly eyed boys.
      This is very Islamic.

      Islam is a JOKE.
It has more to do with anal retentive bathroom rules and sex than religious instruction.
It is nothing but a shameless and sick JOKE.

I was a mohammedan (muslim) today I am a Christian. I can tell you honestly that half the time the muslims who do “namaz” are showing off their “piety:
Islam has a lot of showing off like the beard, the black mark of a “namazi” got from years of rubbing the forehead to the ground during “namaz” (you will notice most of the terrorists and imams have this mark on their foreheads), the burkha, the hijab the violence to prove that “islam is the greatest”.
I started thinking about leaving (not freely allowed in Islam because of the apostacy clause) this hypocritical “religion”. I found it stifling.

Indeed. Any mosque, anywhere, preaches and incites violence, whenever it quotes from the koran, or mohammed.

However, as dda rightly says, it’s a **first step**, and also, as she says, one which no other Western country (as far as I know) has taken. May all Western governments follow suit !

Just preaching ANYTHING from the Qur’an and the hadiths is likely to ‘incite hatred and violence’. It’s a good opportunity for France to close ALL mosques and madrassas. Then, to publicise WIDELY and OFTEN the verses from the Qur’an and hadiths that were being preached in the mosque and WHY they ‘incite hatred and violence’. Make it ABSOLUTELY CLEAR to the French public. Then, France’s non-Muslim citizens will know the nature of the threat and from whom it is likely to emanate. Plus, the Muslims in France will KNOW that the non-Muslims KNOW that members of the Muslim ‘community’ are the THREAT.

I have zero problem with an open and active “Church”. But, any time you have a mosque, YOU HAVE A SEVERE PROBLEM.
The mosque is going to offer at least some, so called “Religious Instruction” to the children. That instruction always intails brainwashing . The point is hammerd home that a muslums first allegiance is always to the koran, their (PSYCOPATHIC) profit, and the muslum world community in general.
These kids then go forth and:
Refuse to recite our Pledge to the flag in school.
Refuse to stand or show respect when our National Anthem is played at games or assembly.
Insist that crosses not be displayed. For it OFFENDS THEM.
(And, should that cross be on the neck of a female Teacher or student, will harass, insult, degrade and even physically assault that person.)
And it will only grow from there.
NO! Any mosque in any town, is or will soon be, a huge headache for EVERYONE.

“phobia, n. an abnormal or morbid fear or aversion.” Concise Oxford Dictionary

Quoting from Islamic religious texts, quoting Imams and reporting acts of violence committed by Muslims in the name of their religion is not an abnormal act. It is in fact educational about the realities of Islam and it’s impact on Western civilisation.

Islamophobia is the term used to try and shut down valid and factual comment on Islam. The term is a misleading lie.

Islam is not a race so you cannot in fact be a racist when discussing Islam.

“bigot, n. an obstinate and intolerant believer in a religion, political theory etc”, COD (Islam on both counts!)

So much for those using false definitions to suppress free speech.

Many mosques in America need to be shut down and the members deported or criminally charged with terrorism. However, we are too busy fighting corruption within the Obama Administration, State Department and Dept. Of Justice to do much else. All of this brought on by a corrupt, incompetent, socialist, racists, Islamist president and democrat (socialist) party. Hillary and Obama have put this country at tremendous risk. At last France is doing something right!.This policy must be implemented throughout the free world and indeed in Islamic countries if they claim not to have sympathy for, or support, extreme Islam.I am thinking of Pakistan,Iraq,Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia which it seems strange to say are supposed to our allies but from which most of the barbaric terrorism is inspired or comes from.I may be wrong but I have never heard of a mosque been shut down in the UK.although one or two hate preachers have been arrested.
One particular hate preacher in the UK currently has been condemned by a moderate Muslim organization who said they were astounded that he is an adviser to the London Metropolitan police. The police have replied that they didn’t think it was their place to sack him. This softy softy attitude must change immediately voluntararily or under government edict. The present Prime Minister has been tough on the Police before so maybe she might do something
Secret mosques where the hate message is spread exist and have been televised but not shut down in the UK
Its time to stop tolerating the intolerant throughout the world.Sweden and Germany take particular note !!!

This is absolutely a good sign because it establishes the principle that preaching bigoted hate speech is illegal. Now they just need to apply that principle to the rest of the Mosques and to the Koran itself.

All Mosques everywhere should be continuously monitored for preaching any of the Islamic supremacist doctrine. Given the role of the Koran in Muslim teachings it won’t take long before it is detected.

The only other threat to Humanity that is on the scale of Islam and which has concerned me for some time is nuclear contamination/waste/bombs. If you think about it there are more than a few similarities.

Basing your civilization’s electrical grid on a highly poisonous group of substances that are totally inimical to life, from which you must be constantly shielded, with the resulting long-lived wastes that must somehow be sequestered away for tens of thousands of years, did not seem wise.

As evidenced by Chernobyl, Fukushima and other incidents, it was not. And there is still no long term storage for the thousands of tons of waste that were created by reactors and weapons programs. Many communities are still threatened by aged reactors in their midst, full of this poison. An accident, an interruption of the power grid, an unexpected tsunami or earthquake could all result in a deadly disaster.

Islamic ideology is a similar poison: corrosive, contaminating, deadly and inimical to life. It does not recede, even after hundreds of years, but seems instead to spread itself even wider. Exposure to it increases your chance of death, up to a certainty. It spreads easily and is often invisible. Objects exposed to radiation may then themselves become radioactive. The poison is slow acting, life may go on as usual for years but suddenly become life threatening.

The Terror of the Atom – a limited metaphor, an evil poison, yet lacking the self promotion of Islam, nevertheless one we should have more control of but apparently don’t.

    • billybob says

      Nov 5, 2016 at 10:21 am

You name two threats to human existence: Nuclear waste and Islam. The Terror of the Atom and The Terror of the Islam, each analogous with the other. But they don’t have to be the end of the world. The outlook is not as dreary as you imply.

Thorium reactors will produce little long-term radioactive waste, if only some nation commits to their development. As far as Islam goes, it has a serious vulnerability. Like a vampire caught away from its crypt a daybreak, it cannot withstand the light of day. Islam can only thrive where blasphemy laws are enforced and apostasy is a crime. Islam has no inherent truth or logic to hold it together.

Truth can be found just about anywhere. We can find truth in literature and even truth in music. A single note may ring true. A carpenter may true up a piece of wood. We can find truth in Christ’s teachings. Even if you don’t believe in an historical Christ, there is a certain harmony in his words that finds resonance with many who are familiar with them.

We can find truth in the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi, whose profound spirituality and belief in justice inspired the world. We can find truth in the teachings of the Buddha, which offer a holistic view in counterpoint to Western philosophies that separate Man and God. It is also said all truth can be found in the Lotus blossom, a thing of perfect beauty.

There is no truth to be found in the Quran. Islam became corrupted from the moment Muhamad picked up a sword and felt the thrill of lust for worldly power sending a shiver down his spine. It is at that very moment it all went so very wrong. Before that moment he may have been a ray of light. After, he was a fallen man with a corrupted soul who led his followers astray.

Like the story of Icarus or Dante’s Inferno, Islam could have been a great myth with a moral lesson and thereby be “truthful”. “Take heed – do not be like this ambitious fool Muhammad who traded his soul for a sword!” …but Islam actually believes Muhammad was chosen to be the Messenger of God, and there lies its downfall.

This lack of truthiness is Islam’s Achilles Heel. It is like Superman’s Kryptonite. The only thing that holds Islam together is external forces… Sharia Law and the threat of the mob, and the training in Doublethink, the employment of Doublespeak and the ability to hold two contradictory thoughts in mind at the same time – skills needed to survive in an Islamic country.

The Internet is the enemy of Islam, because it shines light on it. David Wood likes to brag about how many Muslims he has converted with his penetrating and irresistible logic. We have good people like Robert Spencer, Pamela Geller, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, and many, many more spreading light everywhere they go. Islam cannot withstand this onslaught out of its reach and control.

Yes, we are very disappointed in the MSM and their coverup is very discouraging, but from time to time light breaks through in spite of it. Journalists aren’t stupid. They read and research and are becoming more educated day to day as we are. It will become harder and harder to keep the lid on. As long as we have the Internet, we will win in the end.

      • Susette says

You give me hope, billybob! When I occasionally spout off about the dangers of islam, I have been told I am islamophobic. I respond with a resounding “Yes, because there is much to fear about islam!” Then I enlighten them with a laundry list of present-day examples. Hopefully, they will turn to the internet and find the truth themselves. Little by little…just like France closing mosques…we can make giant strides in eliminating islam from westernized countries, before the threat becomes insurmountable.
