Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Trump: “We cannot, and should not, admit…those who would place violent religious edicts over American law”

Jan 26, 2017 4:36 am By Robert Spencer

Here is a remarkable excerpt from “Protecting the Nation from Terrorist Attacks by Foreign Nationals,” President Trump’s executive order on immigration. You can read the full text here.

In order to protect Americans, we must ensure that those admitted to this country do not bear hostile attitudes toward our country and its founding principles. We cannot, and should not, admit into our country those who do not support the U.S. Constitution, or those who would place violent religious edicts over American law. In addition, the United States should not admit those who engage in acts of bigotry and hatred (including “honor” killings, other forms of violence against women, or the persecution of those who practice other religions) or those who would oppress members of one race, one gender, or sexual orientation.

The precision and comprehensiveness of this is deeply impressive. The idea that any of it would be remotely controversial shows how deeply confused the American public square has become during the decades of the hegemony of the Left.

    Matthew 7:3
Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but fail to notice the beam in your own eye?

    Matthew 7:4
How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ while there is still a beam in your own eye?

God Expects Us to Judge good from evil, right from wrong

“The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.” (Psa. 37:30) A righteous person will talk of judgment. He will not REFUSE to judge. He will talk judgment.

“Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so the LORD, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken. Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.” (Amos 5:14-15) How can you hate the evil and love the good if you refuse to judge? You can’t. You are SINNING when you refuse to judge.

Our generation is well described in Isaiah 59:8: “The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.” People have refused to judge, so there is no peace.

Paul said in I Corinthians 1:10 to “. . . be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.” Why would Paul make such a statement if judging is wrong? In I Corinthians 2:15 Paul says, “But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.” Judging is not a sin; judging is a characteristic of being a spiritual person! Satan has been lying to us, hoping that we will NOT judge, because he knows that the right kind of judgment PLEASES God and betters our lives and Christian service.

Someone says, “But should we judge PEOPLE?” Yes, we certainly should. Paul actually REBUKES the Corinthians for NOT judging: “Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church. I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?” (I Cor. 6:1-5) If judging is wrong, then Paul needs to confess and repent for misleading these Christians! He clearly told them to JUDGE PEOPLE.

If judging people is wrong, how can we obey Romans 16:17-18? II Corinthians 6:17? II Timothy 3:5-6? I John 4:1? Friend, if judging is wrong, then God has contradicted Himself and His words cannot be trusted!

Notice Malachi 3:18: “Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.” WOW! Does that sound like it is wrong to judge?

What about Revelation 2:2? ” I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:” Why would the Lord be pleased with these Christians if judging was wrong? Is it not impossible to find someone a “liar” without judging them?

If the Bible is clear about anything, it is clear about the importance of judging on a regular basis in order to properly serve and honor God. To ignore this fact is to ignore all of the Scripture just presented and also the rest of the Bible. God expects us to judge.

      God’s Rules for Judging

Now I do not wish to imply that we should spend all of our time judging. Sometimes people judge when they have no business doing so. In John 7:24 Jesus tells us to judge RIGHTEOUS judgment. This can only be done by following the rules that God has established in His word. Here follow seven good rules from Scripture:

      Judge Scripturally

Isaiah 8:20 says, “To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” Our standard is God’s word, not our feelings, our traditions, or our opinions. Right and wrong should always be determined by God’s word.

Don’t Judge When God’s Word Is Silent

If God’s word is silent about a subject, then you may not have to judge at all. Don’t rush to judgment on an issue when the Bible says very little or is silent about it. Don’t make more of a matter than God makes of it. A good example of this is found in Colossians 2:16: “Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:” That is, these are not subjects of great importance today, so let’s not make these great issues of judgment.

      Pray for Good Judgement Ability

When Solomon received his kingdom he asked God to “Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?” (I Kings 3:9) James 1:5 says, “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” We should pray for good judgment ability.

      Don’t Respect Persons

Proverbs 24:23 says, “These things also belong to the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment.” Treat all parties fairly without favoring anyone, such as family members or friends. A truly fair judge is blind and deaf to any outer influence. (Isa. 42:1, 19-21)

      Judge in Truth

Do not judge another when you do not have all the relevant facts. Jeremiah 5:1 says, “Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it.” A true judge is one who seeks the truth. If you must judge, be sure and get all the facts. A Japanese proverb says to “search seven times before you judge.”

      Judge Mercifully

Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:2: “For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.” You’ll reap what you sow (Gal. 6:7-8). If you are swift and harsh in judging others, then God will see to it that you receive the same from others. Has God not been very merciful to you, even though you deserved it not? Likewise, you should exercise mercy toward others.

      Don’t Forget to Judge Yourself

I Corinthians 11:30-31: “For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.” If you are a true Christian, then you belong to God. You are God’s child. If you refuse to judge and improve yourself as a child of God, then God will take it upon Himself to judge you. Many of the troubles that we face in life are nothing more than God’s way of judging us since we often neglect to judge ourselves.

Wouldn’t it be amazing if every Christian actually took time to judge themselves before judging anyone else? In Matthew 7:4-5, Jesus says, ” Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.” A good judge will not fail to judge himself.

      I say:

“honor” killings, other forms of violence against women, or the persecution of those who practice other religions are not part of the Christian religion or any other religion I know. These practices are unique to no religion but a war, death and pedophile cult called Islam only! So why do you come here with a Christian text taken out of context? Do you want to deflect from Islamic barbaric rituals?

That won’t work! Because first as I mentioned Islam is unique in this regard. And second even let’s assume there would be a religion (or whatever else) which would allow those barbaric rituals too makes Islam not any better! Third there is no mentioning of Islam in the order, so it is indeed meant to prevent admittance of ALL groups, religions, cults etc. who practice those barbaric rituals! Which makes your out of context comment even more obscure.

He summed them up when he said they do not wear uniform, they indulge in terrible savage behaviour we have not seen since mediaeval times, they are very bad people.

What is your point? That because America is not perfect it should not judge those who would enter the country? If this is you point it is absurd. Further, it has a right and duty to prevent individuals with evil intentions from entering the country – and I say this despite not being American. Further, what most of
Europe, the U.K., Canada and Australia are doing is disgraceful, exposing their citizens to harm from Muslims – but I guess to you this is good because it does not judge Muslims.

      @ FYI

You seem to equate immigration only with Muslims, we see immigration as including Christians and all other people.

You cannot see the world in a narrow sense, no state will cease immigration, however every state has the right to vet its intake, every state has the right to demand that those immigrants, pledge to its Constitution and uphold its laws.

The issue with the West are of your own doing. Eastern Europe including Poland do not particularly look at those in Western Europe or in the West as you see yourselves.

Let me give you some examples. The Western leaders created this Islamic immigration crises.

The Western leaders created the marriage issues

      The Western leaders created abortion.

The Western leaders and Leftest Media have had a protracted attack on Christian religious vales.

Eastern Europe are rebelling against these issues that are been forced on them by European Union.

The movement in Europe will be framed by leftest in eastern, western Europe and the West in general as fascist, right wing, nationalistic, Nazi, movements.

This movement is a youth movement, that wants to see its religious values respected, its countries laws honored.

The West has decimated its population by killing its own unborn, you need immigration and as long as you carry on you will always be in need.

What Pope Francis is concerned about is not President Trump,he says it it good for people to rejoice, he is concerned about whats happening in Europe and this can get out of hand with poor leadership.

If your leaders and Leftest media conflate these issues with president Trump and pope Francis, to create a wedge between Catholics who voted for Trump and his non Catholic supporters and you fall for it, do not blame us.

One needs to understand the world and the issues, if one is to make good judgements.

      • Carolyne says

        Jan 27, 2017 at 9:33 am

The only concern I see that Francis has about Europe is that they should bring in more barbarians. And he criticizes the US for not bringing more. I say, flood the Vatican with them and tear down that wall which was built to keep them out.

And whether or not the Pope thinks it is “Good to rejoice,” is of no consequence to me. I will rejoice if I feel like it without his permission. He has no authority whatsoever over me.

You are right, Islam is a manual or ideology of war, that leads to oppression, death, submission of families and communities, we have been dealing with this since its inception,

You need to see the leftest hand,to its acceptance in the Western world. On the one hand, the Left has forward rights to men, women, children yet on the other hand they stand in silence to the atrocities perpetrated on their own people by Muslims who believe in this ideology called Islam.

However the Left has continued to trade with them, given their permission to build mosques in your communities, where you have no idea if they are insulting you from their minarets in their morning prays.

How many times have you heard that this is a peaceful religion, from TV,radio stations and newspapers. It has gone around the world so many times that even the clergy start to believe it.

You might be surprised by this that the West supplies funds to schools in the Arab world, where children learn to hate the West, funds to families of terrorist who are in jail, even to fight their wars Sunni vs Shiite.

Yep. Saudis should be excluded, period. And Egyptian and Turkish Mjuslims. Not. one. Not from *anywhere*.

Basically, the thing to do is to exclude anyone holding a passport from *any* majority-Muslim OIC country, *except* carefully-vetted members of the persecuted oppressed and (in some cases) threatened-with-genocide indigenous non-Muslim minorities. E.g.: ONLY bona fide Copts from Egypt get let in (and their applications will be handled by *Copts* and other non-Muslims, whether at the Egyptian end – US embassy – or at the American end). ONLY Syrian Christians and Yazidis will be admitted. ONLY Christians, Yazidis and Mandaeans from Iraq. ONLY Christians or Hindus or Sikhs from Pakistan.

Barnabas Fund (and the existing emigre Christian community, eg. Copts in America, Assyrians in America) could assist with identifying and processing the applicants to *make sure* they are who they say they are.

And it would be made 100 percent clear that any person who turned out to be a Mohammedan pretending to be what they ain’t, in order to get a foot in the door, would be kicked right back out the moment the imposture was detected.

Start with 9/11. The Saudi government and institutions up to their eyeballs in al-Qaeda (and many other jihad proxy murder groups before and after 9/11). Look up the SAAR network. Start with the Saudi funding of global Jihad for decades. Start with the use of Saudi money to infest America with “radical” mosques, infest the world with mosques and madrassas churning out more jihadists and sharia supremacists, just as they created the Taliban, turned U.S. politicians into paid lobbyists and dhimmi tools, financed seditious propaganda networks, corrupted our universities, promoted the OIC and it’s stealth jihad against the West…one could go on and on.

Saudi Arabia should be treated as the enemy they’ve revealed themselves to be.

While Trump cannot at this time ban people “based on their religion” he can ban them based on the contents of that religion. If they believe in the oppression of women, the inferior status given women by Allah’s law; the inferior status of disbelievers under Allah’s laws, the obligatory hatred of infidels and their man-made laws, and the right to their blood and property by virtue of their being Muslim–property including their kaffir harbi women; if they believe in the killing of apostates, including honor killing girls who “shame” Islam or Muslims who dare to leave Islam; if they believing in the obligatory religious warfare against non-Muslims to remove the obstacles to Islam, including giving financial support to those actively waging jihad (all Muslims give zakat which mandates support to mujahideen). Every true Muslim believes in these things as they are charged to. Islam meaning submission.

To think that it takes an orange business man with no political exp, an ego bigger than any tower, to state the obvious is a sight to behold. It’s about time, and it probably has to happen. I remember something the late Christopher Hitchens said, that one day Islamists would pick up their newspapers or turn on their t.v and realise that today was the day that they pushed us too far, that we’d become sick of of values and lives being flushed down the toilet of history.

As we say in Hebrew: “Alfei todot” = “A thousand thank yous” to the USA and her new leadership for these new policies that will protect the values and freedoms we in the civilized world cherish. But, President Trump needs an advisor to help him broadcast a more honourable and presidential image and tone. He needs to rebrand his image so that the critical content of his new policies are broadcast and delivered in a respectful, calm, confident, mature tone that befits the White House.

That may end up being one of the most important paragraphs in the history of our nation, and I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say it. We all know the tremendous threat islam is to our nation and western civilization, this shows the new administration is working to meet that threat. It makes my heart sing. If I weren’t an atheist I’d praise god for Trump and the good Americans that voted him in. Under this new president America will succeed where Europe has failed, we will not lose our freedoms and culture to an ignorant religion of hate and superstition. Islam is slavery–intellectual, moral, and religious. We could never be truly “great again” if we don’t fight the hate and violence that islam teaches and provokes. Our constitution is founded on ideals and principles that bear no resemblance to the discrimination and bigotry of islam. By condemning islam we stay true to the message of our nation. That’s what Trump is doing and it makes me feel proud.

It’s great to be an American!

And say, yet again – “Got Muslims? Got Jihad”. So the only way to have less Jihad, at least *inside* the gates, is to have fewer Muslims. Which means, one MUST – as a first step – put a complete stop to ALL i mmigration of Muslims. One must STOP ‘playing Musilm roulette’.

Yes, I agree, because finally we have an important politician who is willing to act and speak in truth regarding islam. It’s been awfully scary having to bear the lies and excuses the left has employed in defense of muslims’ fascist “religion.” No more. So many laughed and ridiculed Trump, said he didn’t have a chance. But he had something all the rest didn’t, the moral courage to speak the truth about the crimes and immoralities inherent to the muslim faith. So yeah, we should all feel safer, because the truth hides no secrets that may do us harm.

Fantastic news! The rule is: You are either for us or against us. No ifs and buts.
I am an immigrant and a proud citizen. My country of origin is in Central America and originally I came to the States as an international student on a scholarship. At this university I met a wonderful American guy, we married and we had a child two years later. I applied for resident status and went through a two year process to vet me, my family, my ideas, no matter that I was married to a US citizen and had a child born in the US. At that time (1963-64) the immigration issues revolved around the floods of people emigrating from Latin America escaping communism. Do you think the US gov was concerned that among the throngs some communist sympathizers might slip in?? You bet you!! The US gov set a quota (a slowing down) on the number of people admitted to the US. Smart move.
I was 20 years old and had a medical education from an accredited American university, yet I had to endure a rigorous process to make sure I was not bringing in some subversive ideas and that I was willing to assimilate into the culture and observe and uphold the Constitution and the Rule of law. During one of my many interviews I had to answer questions about the Constitution and explain the Bill of Rights. Another report I had to write out was on “In what ways do you think you can contribute to better American society and culture”. Two years to be admitted as a resident alien!! Almost three more years to attain citizenship!!
Immigration laws work and they should be enforced.
I realize that people coming in under a refugee status or seeking asylum require a vastly different process and appropriate procedures plus the trained officials. So what is wrong with slowing down the process, giving preference to people who can easily assimilate and giving our officials the time to properly vet and investigate those others wanting to be admitted, but that require additional documentation.
By the grace of God, I am a Christian and this is the Scripture that has been dear to me: Psalm 146: 7-9 NLB
7 He gives justice to the oppressed
    and food to the hungry.
    The Lord frees the prisoners.
8 The Lord opens the eyes of the blind.
The Lord lifts up those who are weighed down.
    The Lord loves the godly.
9 The Lord protects the foreigners among us.
He cares for the orphans and widows,
but he frustrates the plans of the wicked.
May the Lord help us to welcome those who want to be part of MAGA and thwart the plans of the wicked.

To be successfully carried through, these kind of executive orders should be accompanied by MASSIVE educational effort directed toward American public, education about true nature of Islam, about “Islamophobia” hoax, etc. I await absolute necessity to implement educational reform: it is needed, and it MUST be done. If outright liquidation of public education system and thus closing the Department of Education is for now impossible, at least it must be REFORMED (and purged) properly to include those changes. There is no other way!

When the left argues against this they will sink hard and fast.

Soon we will begin to focus more on domestic jihadi threats and on Muslim jihadist groups that have European citizenship. Any jihadi with a clean passport can still travel to and fro. We are coming for them, our security tactics will now change to reflect these policies which really need to be ratified into law.

Aside from other Islamic features it sounds like he will resist Sharia courts in the US. In this case when he meets the Brit PM later today he might mention the folly of allowing Sharia courts in the UK; who knows, if he feels bold he might even mention the far greater number of unofficial Sharia courts that are sprouting up all over the country and being studiously ignored by an impotent British government.

  29. Denny Lee Penticoff says

    Jan 27, 2017 at 7:19 am

The most murderous, militant, supremacist ideology in recorded history is Islam. For nearly 1400 years Muslims have waged war and aggrandized territory from primarily Christians and Jews. Hindus and Buddhists suffered even more slaughter, but less loss of territory, because they were not “ahl al-kitab” (people of the book) and had no right to protection as dhimmis (onerous taxation and behavioral restrictions to avoid conversion to Islam or death).

Islam and Sharia law are inseparable from the supremacist ideology. As a consequence, Western secular culture and Islam are incompatible. Attempting to coerce acceptance of an intolerant Islam on a tolerant culture leads to divisiveness and eventually a bloodbath.

Trump’s preemption will save numerous lives and avoid domestic terrorism. I applaud his executive order, but recognize it is only a first step .
