The Imam, Shefqet Krasniqi, of the Grand Mosque of Pristina, was indicted on criminal charges of:
inciting terror activities, inciting national, racial and religious intolerance, and tax evasion.
Western countries need to follow suit by indicting Islamic supremacists on criminal charges of hate and incitement when such messages are preached from mosques and/or at forums such as Al Quds Day rallies.

The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK) has filed an indictment against imam of the Grand Mosque of Pristina, Shefqet Krasniqi, on criminal charges “inciting terror activities”, “inciting hatred” and “tax evasion”
The SPRK in a press release issued on Monday announced that the indictment has been filed at the Basic Court of Pristina against the defendant Sh.K. on criminal charges: inciting terror activities, inciting national, racial and religious intolerance, and tax evasion….
According to the indictment with his lectures the imam has incited others to join armed conflicts in Syria and Iraq, and carry out terrorist attacks, and qualified as enemies some of the religious groups of Sunni Muslims in Kosovo, thus inciting and spreading hatred, inciting national, racial and religious intolerance.
